Both times Ive had to visit the Ferrario service team in Elmira for my Jeep theyve been nothing short of amazing. Their new facility is beautiful and they were open and transparent about the work I was possibly facing. Instead of taking the route to exploit my pocket, they provided a service that was cheaper and more efficient. Will definitely be bringing my Jeep back here if needed.
Great experience! We had Reese as a salesman and he was amazing. Probably the most personable sales man I have ever dealt with. He got me a good deal on my trade-in vehicle and a great deal on the lease I did. He also told me about all of the rebates and offers that were available. I had many questions and he had many answers. I will be going back to him when I renew my lease.
Our recent experience with Nick Ramsey & the team was nothing but OUTSTANDING! We found the vehicle we wanted, settled on a fair price over the phone with a trade & in very short order we were picking it up. It was beautifully prepared. The admin was very efficient & the customer service was outstanding. A minor challenge was handled promptly & effectively with nothing but genuine concern for the customer! I want to give Nick Ramsey and the staff at Ferrario Ford in Elmira for the excellent service they provided to me when I purchased my 2019 Ford F250. I purchased my 2013 F150 from the same crew and when it was time for an upgrade I knew exactly who to go to. As a woman, I felt they respected me as we did the vehicle purchase. Often times, I face difficulties when Im attempting to do certain things required in my line of work. I feel they have been honest and werent pushy, as I knew exactly what I wanted. Not only did they have it but Nick and the crew did a few extra things to help me get where I needed to be. I love my truck even though I needed a ladder to get in and out of the back! Great guys and great people to work with in a cut throat industry. Thanks!

Picked my vehicle up from the Ferrario body shop today and it looks great! They did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle, the customer service was excellent and the vehicle was so nice and clean I couldnt even tell it was just in a body shop for a few days. Hopefully I do not ever need a body shop again but if I do I know right where I will be taking it! Thanks so much for making my vehicle look great and for the wonderful customer service!
I just purchased a vehicle from Ferrario Ford. My salesman was Phil Clark. He did an exceptional job in finding the perfect vehicle for me. He was friendly and went out of his way to help me. He even picked me up at my house to take me to pick up my new vehicle. I would highly recommend Phil Clark to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
We recently bought a 2012 Ford Fusion and our experience with Ferrario Auto team was wonderful. We worked directly with Matt. I highly recommend working with him. When we found a car we were interested online, we emailed and online chatted with him. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He was available when we wanted to come in to take a look at the car, He took extra time to teach me all the features of the car before we left the lot. He called the next day as well to see if I had any questions. Highly recommend working with Matt!
After going to multiple car dealerships and having horrible experiences where you just feel like a number decided to try Ferrario. Other car dealership places were quoting us crazy high prices for leasing or buying a new car, but when I walked in Blaine smiled and asked what he could help us with. Both him and Wayne got us a great deal on a brand new car and treated us like we were family. Would highly recommend these two great guys if your looking for a wonderful car buying experience. We had our new pickup truck, (that unfortunately we did not buy at Ferrario ) we had Ferrario install a spray on bedliner. Due to a mistake by the technician, and a slight oversight on my part , a slight error was made doing the job. But the service manager was very understanding, and helpful. They ordered the parts needed to correct the issue, and reapplied the entire bedliner at their own expense. I could not be more pleased with the final outcome. The service personnel were very friendly, and helpful. I would not hesitate to back to Ferrario for any further service work. They certainly have my business next time I go looking to purchase another vehicle. Thank you Ferrario, JOB WELL DONE!!!!!
This was by far the most pleasant, honest, and outstanding experience I have ever had in buying a car. I leased a 2106 Ford Explorer from the team in Elmira and I absolutely love this vehicle. As important as the car, was the sales team that guided me through the process. They shot straight, gave me the best offer from the get go, and were able to throw in some little extras to help close the deal. Matt Murphy, is by far, the most honest, straight shooting sales person Ive ever dealt with. I went to other dealers (not all Ford, and their major competitors) and they were not even in the same ballpark, in terms of customer service. So if you are looking to buy a car, dont bother going anywhere else...go to Ferrario. Period.
This dealership was my last ditch effort to get myself into a larger, roomier vehicle and I was and still am amazed by the service I was shown. The salesman, Chuck, was friendly, inviting, and bent over backwards to get me the best deal for my trade and new vehicle.Thank you so much!
We have just purchased our third vehicle from Brent at Ferrario, and we couldnt be more pleased with his help and service! Each time he has put us in the vehicle we need and enjoy. Whenever we need our vehicle serviced Ferrario always gets us in and the work done in a timely manner. If and when anyone I know needs a car I tell them to go over too Ferrario!!
I bought a 16 F-150 from Matt M. on Saturday and was very pleased with the entire experience. We quickly arrived at a price that worked for both parties and they were able to wrap up the process in a timely manner. Based on my experience, I wouldnt hesitate to go back.
Overall terrible experience here brought my sisters car in for an oil change and to schedule a time to get tires rotated and aligned but you can’t schedule an apt it’s first come first serve so they want you to drive your busted car here for them to tell you to go sit in there waiting room for 30 min before they can start there work. In fact I showed up for an oil change and was still told to wait with an empty garage by far the most inefficient way to run a workshop. My sister came 2 days ago after she called and they said they don’t do it by apt so she drove down (10 min drive from her house) for them to tell her it would 3 hours before they could stay it but she’s welcome to sit in the waiting room. 0.0 STARS OUT OF 5.0 TERRIBLE BUSINESS. worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership or garage never ever bring your car here!!
In thirteen years, I have purchased four cars. Each time I was forced to deal with a new dealer, and the endless hunt of that next vehicle. So when I entered the Ferrario sales lot last week, I went with my guards up waiting to be bamboozled. I had no intentions on purchasing a vehicle on that day, because I just assumed like in the past with other dealers that I would barter for a fair price and wouldnt get it. But I have to tell you I was wrong! I met with a sales person named Eric. He is new to auto sales, but his passion, drive and best intentions were A+. He was very professional and the greatest part was that if he didnt know something, he didnt say he did, he asked someone who did know. I then met with Ken, who helped us figure out financing. He got me a better APR then my per-approval from my bank! Both of these guys sat with us past closing and helped to entertain my very active three year old. So, this brings me to my very happy ending. I bought the car I had been searching for, got a price that I could not turn down, but the best part folks, was that they drove the vehicle to my home which was two hours away! You cannot beat this! I almost need a pinch to make sure its true. Thank you Eric and Ken!
I have bought my last 4 vehicles from the Ferrario Auto Group, 2 Dodges, a Cadillac, and a Ford. This will never happen again due to there service department in Elmira, NY. I actually pulled my Ford from there dealership to go to a different dealership. This is only my opinion, but stay away from this dealership..Service will ruin your experience.And then they lie on their answer and response. Never offered a refund or to diagnose issues. Took the vehicle to a better Ford service department and was diagnosed and fixed. I cant believe they lie about offering refund. The only call I recieved after this post was from sales, never service. Only worried about the sale, not the service and happiness of their customers.
I just leased my second truck with Matt Murphy at the Ford dealership. Matt is professional, courteous and knowledgeable and he doesn’t use a high pressure approach which is important to me. I definitely recommend Matt and Ferrario Ford if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.
We had an unparalleled experience at Ferrario! My husband and I are beyond ecstatic with our brand-new car. We were looking for a specific vehicle that not a single local dealership had in stock (2019 Jeep Trailhawk with a turbo engine, in Hydro Blue... VERY specific!).Surprisingly and fortunately, Chris located a vehicle that matched our specifications at a dealership hours away, in another state. It was delivered a day earlier than anticipated. Jim Green handled the paperwork with skill and very good humor.We will be recommending friends and family to Ferrario going forward :)
This is hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Their customer service was over and beyond. Dealt with sales rep, Reece, during the buying process and sales manager, Wayne, with an after purchase issue. Very easy to deal with. I will be buying my next vehicle here as well as recommending to f&f.
I purchased a vehicle here. I was clearly naive and didnt read the contract in full. They said that they would do a 5 year, 100k warranty free of charge to help me out. I however signed a paper that had that free warranty for an additional $4k on top of my loan. This dealers practices are questionable. Additionally, dont leave the dealer the same day, as the paperwork is final and theres no way to stop the process since it was all sent in - which has left me in a difficult situation. I will not be doing anything further with this dealership.
Never dealt with the sales team, so I am unsure how to rate them. But the lack of service or knowledge of the Quick Lane is appalling. My wife received a third party remote car starter for Christmas that needed a second key for programming. We didnt have one, so we spent money on one in Ferrario Fords Quick Lane. Next thing we know, the installer asks us to ensure that an item is unlocked for them to use. Tried contacting Ferrario to see if this was the case. I was transferred to Quick Lane, left a message, did not get a call back. Went down there and asked, and did not receive an answer. Either they have no clue about the product they work on and what is needed for a remote starter OR they are unwilling to work with you if you dont go through them for EVERYTHING. I will be working with another dealership next time I need assistance.
My husband actually went to the dealership located in Sayre, PA yesterday for an oil change. The team was fantastic! They were very knowledgeable and friendly. A lot of places you go will try and rip you off, but they did not do this. I would definately recommend them for anyone looking for service on their vehicle. He also discussed purchasing an extended warranty on his Jeep and they were fantastic with this as well. Very fair and very friendly.
I have purchased many cars from the Ferrario Auto Team over the years, in the last 1.5 years a 2013 Lincoln MKS, 2013 Ford Flex and, most recently a fun 2006 Pontiac Solstice. Working with Bill Paul of Sales I have always felt the deals were more than just fair. Even the owner , Don, was involved in making the Solstice deal even better. They have been accommodating, even when I was financially upside down in the car I was trading. Good place, good people and with a Service Department to match (hats off to Amanda McCann). I cant share about the sales team but their service department is terrible. We have a recall for our airbags. We have called them 4 times in the last 2 weeks and left a message. NOT ONE call back. I would never give them my business. GO to Bath to Simmons and Rockwell I called one time and have an appointment.
BEST. Experience. EVER ! -Bought a 2015 F-150 XLT on Dec 31 after looking for months.I honestly stopped in several times to kind of kick tires, did a test drive, expressed interest...everything a buyer would do. But I wasnt ready to pull the trigger. They were polite, understanding and most importantly NOT pushy. At all.. couple follow up calls and then they just let me chill. Very professional, very low key, very non pressure.It was my first brand new vehicle and I was nervous.The one I bought was one that they brought in from another dealer for me to look at.I even got to take one home over night to make sure I like the new F-150s -Seriously.... if I could rate it 10stars I would!I got a fantastic price, all the numbers were figured right in front of me...simple, easy, understandable.Thanks very much to Wayne, (Sales Mgr) and the 2 Matts that helped me through the whole thing.I feel like Ive made great friends.
My wife and I have bought all of our cars from Ferrario over the last 20 years and have had an excellent experience for all 15 of the cars we purchased/leased.Don has personally gone out of his way to make our buying experience personable,and treats us like friends! The price is always right too!I highly recommend Ferrario Auto for service and tires too!
Purchased a vehicle in 2017, was shown a clean Carfax. Just went to trade it in and was told the car had 2 claims on the Carfax which Wayne the sales manager told me could be justified. I dont care if they were for a minor or major issue THE DEALERSHIP DID THE WORK AND KNEW IT HAD A BAD CARFAX WHEN THEY SOLD ME THE CAR. So now I get to take a hit on my trade because of your shady dealings. Save yourself the trouble and go to Simmons or Williams honda
DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS DEALER . . . staffed by mysognistic bullies who sell cars by intimidation and sleight of hand tactics. They prey on single women and quite literally seem to enjoy giving used car salesmen their bad reputation. I cannot tell you how horrible an experience we had there. Absolutely NO moral compass whatsoever - its all about selling a car and they dont care how low they have to stoop to do that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. Wish I could give negative stars.
Bill Paul at Ferrario is a veteran in the business. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he sells. Bill is so honest that he makes it seem like we are simply working with a close friend. In fact, I have become a good friend of his over many years. We value very much our relationship with him and with Ferrario. In addition to being a veteran in the business, he is also a veteran in serving our country. He is a very strong advocate of service men and women both retired and active.
My experience with having Matt Tobia my car salesman was terrific! I went into Ferrario with no idea what kind of car I wanted or what price. After having him show me cars that are suitable for my needs, I picked out the perfect one with his help. I recommend having Matthew help you with your next car.
Went to buy a 2017 ford f150 larriet for $33000. Had it checked out at independent repair shop. Was actually a 2016 plus the turbo was leaking, all 4 tires were showing signs of dry rot, needed tie rods and filthy air cleaner. Took it back to Ferrario showed them report. They refused to do work. Said could not afford to put $5000 in to it and would send it off. That was last week. I have driven back thru lot twice since then and the same truck is still sitting up front with their other used trucks for sale. Buyer be aware
I purchased a used Lotus Elise from Ferrario Auto Team and couldnt be happier. I viewed this vehicle on line only and had never test driven or seen it in person. Don was super helpful and very informative throughout the entire process. This was a scary deal buying the car sight unseen but I received a great vehicle inside and out! My car is nearly flawless and drives and runs like a new one! Don Ferrario is very familiar with the lotus cars and has had experience with the Lotus brand since 1985.I couldnt be happier with my experience and great customer service.

Hi Don,I hope all is well with you? I wanted to let you know that I came into the Jeep Service Center last Friday with my check engine light on. (First time I have been in since I bought the car) I was headed up to the St Lawrence River that afternoon and I know they work by appointment. I think his name is Dave, at the counter was wonderful. He worked me in, fixed the problem, kept me updated twice on the status of the work they were doing and managed to get the oil changed as well.I loved working with the folks over at the Ford dealership, they all knew me and I felt like they all went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of but wondered how it would go across the street. I don’t think it could have gone any better than it did.My hat is off to you! Nice job on running a service oriented environment!
This pertains to Ferrario in Sayre. We had a problem with our O2 sensor that was replaced with an after market sensor. We continued to have problems, but the service department went over and above to help us out by getting the correct part. We have two disabled daughters and needed our vehicle for upcoming hospital visits, they really fixed the problem for us quickly and made everything right. Thank you Ferrario for you attentiveness and help to fix our van.
This is the 2nd Vehicle I buy from ferrario in 2 years . In 2015 I bought a Mustang and now i just bought a Jeep Cherokee from the same salesman Matt Murphy. He has been the best salesman I have ever dealt with and I have received great deals both times. I will be coming back for my next car. Thanks to Matt and The Ferrario Auto Team.
I traveled to this dealership from out of state, 7 hours, to see a vehicle I had been searching for (and only found 3!). I emailed matt lee to let him know that I was traveling to NY from out of state to see this vehicle and he acknowledged and stated they were open until 7. I got there with time to spare and called to say I was there, it was really great when the response was that they had moved the vehicle to their Pennsylvania location because for some rediculos reason he thought I was coming there, even when I specifically stated I was traveling to NY. I would have bought this vehicle on the spot and Im pretty sure it might have been just what I was hoping for BUT I refuse to do business with this dealership after this ignorant error. I will continue my search. I dont recommend this dealership. They cant read simple information and they dont care at all about how important this was for me, the customer. This was an unfortunate waste of time with people who do not care about their customers time or money. I have spread the word to my family and friends in both NY and PA to let all know who are in search of a vehicle that this isnt the place to go.
Our experiences at ferrario has always been very positive , Patty Pruyne, our sales Rep is wonderful always in tune with what we are looking for and making sure we are happy and satisfied with the end results. Terrible experience. Treated my wife like she was clueless and said things only to make her happy. This repair was an insurance claim and when we got it back we literally had to take it to another shop locally to get it fixed. Did terrible work and even put some of the damaged pieces back on the vehicle and hoped we didnt notice. Plus, the rear door lock stopped working in THEIR possession and tried blaming on us and returned it back to us with this defect and with it making a terrible screeching noise that wasnt occurring when we dropped it off. Unprofessional, arrogant, and lazy. I will NEVER do business with them again and nor will any of my family.
This is the second time I have put this review on here. And I will continue to put it on over and over so people know what this garage is. Our Ford pickup truck was towed under warrant to this station, it sat for 3 weeks before being diagnosed, than another week to order the parts, at which time I contacted the regional manager and a woman from corperate, was able to finally get them ordered, than another week of dealing with the rude service secretaries Alex and Scott, they finally got the truck in to work on it.. so after 6 weeks they tell us they cant fix the timing chain... sooo we paid to have the truck towed to Simmons Rockwell in Bath on a Thursday and by the next Tuesday it was done and done right.... learn from us AVAOID THIS GARAGE! GO RIGHT TO SIMMONS IN BATH!
Quick lane service is horrible..... They change your oil and never reset your oil change service reminders. They rotate tires,but fail to check the air pressure. When you leave and get 2 miles down the road, the TPM alarm comes on. I would avoid Using them at all costs....
Patty Pruyne has helped us out once again! We had a car repair emergency and she fit us into the busy schedule so we could get our car back ASAP. Patty has sold us several cars for our growing family and we keep returning back because of her expertise and cheerfulness in helping us. Great service and great people!
Do NOT under any circumstance buy from this dealer - it is managed my misogynistic, unscrupulous, greedy bullies who are the very essence of what gives used car dealers a bad name. They have no more moral compass and refused to make things right after bullying someone close to me into a sale. STAY AWAY from this dealer is you care about the way you will be treated . . .
Ive had a decent experience until last Saturday when i was in desperate need of service and was treated like crap by a lazy uninterested salesman. Apparently playing on his phone was more important than doing his job. Ill go across the street to the Jeep, Dodge, Ram dealership where they are happy to help someone.
I purchased a new 2014 Silverado. Ms. Patty Pruyne was my sales rep, and she was a pleasure to work with. Ms. Pruyne located the truck I wanted, was knowledgeable, and the paperwork was prepared in a timely fashion.I really dont Love dealing cars, but this was a very good experience. Sales manager attempted to coerce my wife into signing a financial privacy disclosure just to test drive a car. Then claimed it was Nys law. Then claimed it was federal law. Then could not identify the form number being used. Came up with a reference to an act which has nothing to do with test driving. Shady practice or incompetent legal team - buyer beware.
Worst car buying experience ever I can write a review about both sales and service I bought a 2015 mustang from them first off after the bully salesman forced me into buying a $3600 warranty that I did not want he told me if I dont buy the warranty he would have to raise the price of the car so Id be paying the same might as well take the warranty we signed papers thinking Id take my car home nope it would not pass inspection due to no high beam so they ordered parts 2 weeks later I got my car I drove it for a week and had a flat tire took it to the tire shop to get it replaced only to find out it went flat because someone plugged it and filled it with fix a flat guess what my $3600 warranty dont cover that about a month latter 4th gear started grinding I took it back they looked at it said they want to order all the parts and tools they need so when they start working on it they have everything that was a month ago and I just got a call yesterday saying they just found another part they need to order long story short Im going into my 4th rental car tomorrow that I have to get from enterprise and I have to pay the deposit I have bought about 10 cars from this dealership definitely not who they use to be buyer be wear wish I could give negative stars
I Bought a 2009 Dodge Avenger and also a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500... I am very with both vehicles and the service a very good... I take both vehicles back to Ferrarios all the time for the oil change and inspections.... They always make it very easy for me... I usually leave my vehicle there while I go to lunch and if it is not finished by the time I get back they give me another vehicle to drive back to work or they have also come to my job picked up my vehicle and brought it back to me....
Good place to get car work done took care of my car runs better then I thought it would just one issues one of the employees just seemed like it was a bothering him that I had questions before I got work done on my car he was just short with me and made me feel like I was bothering him

My wife Vira purchased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee this week. Our experience with her sales person Conner was outstanding. He took care of everything we needed. He delivered the car personally and spent over an hour going over the details of the vehicle while here. We cant say enough about the entire experience. We had gotten the run around for months trying to locate a WK model from other dealers. She called Ferrario and within 2 days she had her new Jeep!! Delivered in 5 days after initial contact!!!

2020-06-14I bought a used 2016 F150 from Ferrario Ford and was very happy with the sales team. I worked with Tom and he was very accommodating. I was traveling from 3 hours away and he made sure everything was in order so the deal could be done quickly and in one day, saving me another trip down. The other salesman stepped in to help and speed the process up as well.

2021-12-14Ford is a ripoff joint. Took my ford fusion for a simple oxygen sensor failure. They unable to remove it and then tried to charge me in excess of 1800 dollars for a new converter. I took to a mechanic that only charged me 150 dollars and did the work in 10 minutes.

2021-06-06I have not been here in a few years but have purchased in the past. Not sure why they just now want a review. Its ok here. Like any other car dealership they are pushy always offer a test drive and always try to push the extras. The car I purchased was in far worse shape than they disclosed. Unfortunately, I paid cash. A friend who purchased, payed way more than the vehicle was worth. They needed the vehicle and the approval they received here. I wouldnt recommend them unless its a brand new factory fresh car with a well researched price.

The car was shipped to me shortly after I purchased it, and Im really happy with how the whole process turned out.

2020-07-14The service department is top notch. Amanda is attentive and makes sure that your needs are always taken care of. She communicates the processes and progress of your vehicle when it is in their care. I am thankful that my vehicle is always in good hands with the technicians, as they are knowledgeable and highly trained. Visiting a service department isnt always the most fun but with the care that I receive, I find comfort knowing that my concerns will be addressed in a honest and caring manner. Thank you!
