Recently bought my first Jeep Wrangler Willy, my dealer was Conner, and he was super helpful very fast on answering my questions I had stayed with me throughout the whole process and made my experience buying it amazing the jeep is amazing and so was the help, thank you!!
The warranty center said that they wouldnt cover the damaged decal on my car that I just purchased,that clearly was not my fault, so the manager of the dealership came out and said that he would take care of the problem personally.🙂
Geoff roark was absolutely am amazing salesmen!!! From beginning to end he bent over backwards to make sure we saw every car we wanted to see! Not pushy at all!! Ive bought 4 cars from here over the years. Most of the people are good to work with, but a few can be a little off putting. They always have nice cars in the showroom, and they offer water and coffee for those waiting.
We have spent quite a bit of time with Jack Hampton and Bret from Ferrario and purchased a total of 4 cars. They have been diligent in getting us the best deal possible and patient as the kids asked their million questions, ran through the lot and even given them money for the vending machine from time to time. For every issue there was they have fixed them right away and even went as far as to buy back one vehicle that had more problems then any of had anticipated and put into another vehicle without any out of pocket expense on our part. We will definitely be purchasing more vehicles in the future from Ferrario..

I just recently worked with Salesman Chris Jamison to purchase my new Jeep. There was a specific vehicle I was interested in and Chris got it there by the next morning after my call. I have a crazy work schedule and Chris came in on his day off to help get me into my vehicle as soon as possible! Chris and the team worked to make the process of getting me into a vehicle as smooth as possible, finding me the best loan rate possible while staying within my budget. The whole process was about 3 hours which is insanely fast ! No hidden fees or crazy numbers, very straight up. I would recommend anyone to work with Chris, everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly as well.
Kind, considerate dealership- one that has heart. They are a dealership that you can believe in. One that you can count on to be there for you. There service department deserves 5 stars. They have honest and trustworthy mechanics. Our family car was recently there with an issue and there lady mechanic had no problem taking care of the problem. Worst service department ever!! Our truck has been up there for 2 months and still no idea when we will get it back
Went to look at new/used trucks on 6/10/21 walked in the store there was literally no sales associates to be found.. waited a bit went over to service and had a sales rep brought out. I was told by the salesman Chris his boss was not going to waste his time giving me a free appraisal on my trade in with out having a specific vehicle i was interested in. I went to williams subaru and had a new truck that night.
Worst service department ever. Quick lane is a complete joke. Have a recurring issue with a vehicle I bought and they can’t seem to fix it. Was told by salesman to call Tina who is the director of the service department. She was rude on the phone and kept trying to cut me off without letting me finish explaining the issue. She claimed she couldn’t help me on her own and had to talk with the sales manager on what they were going to to next which seems odd that the director of the service department can’t handle issues with the service center. Never received a call back from either one of them and left a voicemail for her three weeks in a row and to this day still being ignored. I called the service department directly and asked to speak with the owner. I was told he would get back to me in a few days and guess what. Still no call. Place is terrible and will never purchase a vehicle from here again.
Fantastic experience buying a new truck today with Joe! He was professional, polite and honest. Absolutely upfront deal. Extremely pleased with our truck and more so with the top notch customer service we recieved. Joe was just as much of why we purchased at Ferrario, as the deal itself. Based on the deal and Joe we will be returning to purchase our next vehicle at Ferrario. Best price for the truck we chose, coupled with an excellent warranty and free oil changes. Well I just bought my first Ram truck at Ferrario, have always been a GM fan but the new Ram had turned my head. Not sure if I should jump ship or not I decided to go and try one out. All I can say is GM you have a lot of catching up to do, both style and engine performance! I want to give props to the salesman Stu Stevens who made my deal a pleasant one. He was polite and not pushy, this made the deal and decision easy to make..Thank you Stu.
Great dealership fair prices and trades. Rick Kelly was extremely helpful. I drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a truck and 20 minutes later I was signing the papers. Definately going back when the wife needs a new vehicle!
One of the best experiences that I have had at a car dealer.First of all the new building is absolutely stunning when you go in,everyone is super friendly and great to work with.Thanks to Chris Jamison we now have the veichel we where looking for . He did not try to sell use anything we did not want or give us a load of b.s. He also took the time out of his day to take my 14 year old son for a spin in a new challenger rt which really put a smile on my sons face. I came here as I needed a duplicate key made for my Jeep. They were very accommodating in making sure that I got my extra key ASAP, and they squeezed me into their busy schedule the same day in order to have the key programmed. The customer service was excellent, all the way from my inquiry with a gentleman named Tom, right through to the gentleman named Rusty that made sure I was taken care of and out of there in a timely manner. The place was clean and all of the other employees were very friendly as well. It was nice to see that I got the same respect and attention for only needing a key as someone would who was there to purchase a vehicle. I would highly recommend this hassle free and efficient dealership.

Joe was a great salesman,working on the sale even on his day off ,not at all pushy but there for any and all questions. I wish I could say the same for the dealership problems from the start. Tried pushing an extended warranty down my throat over and over,miss marked the mileage on the vehicle, wouldnt even replace the tires on the $30000 Truck that has 30000 miles on 30000 mile tires

I had a great experience buying my new truck. They gave me an excellent price for the new one, a very fair trade in for my used truck and just made everything easy. I live in NJ so they even delivered the truck to me, and took my trade the same trip. I had some missing paperwork to get the truck registered, one call to the dealership and I had people extending themselves to help solve my problem. They got the paperwork sent to me FedEx and I got the truck registered. It doesnt get better then that and now they have a loyal customer, thanks Don

I recently purchased a 2008 Jeep Commander from Ferrario, they worked well with me and even let me take it home for the weekend before i made my payment to make sure i liked the vehicle! Long story short, 3 months later i totaled that vehicle in a roll over accident, causing 30,000 in damages. I however was okay, Thank you Ferrario for selling me a safe reliable vehicle it might have just saved my life!
Rusty and his crew did a fantastic job getting me back into my vehicle after I had an unexpected mechanical failure. The work was completed within the quoted time frame and that included having to order materials they did not have in stock. The quoted repair dollar amount was very reasonable and I am very pleased with the mechanic diagnosis of resolving my problem. Thank you and I would recommend this service center to all my friends.

Went there today and had no one give us any kind of service or even acknowledge that we were there. They seem to look the other way at the working class. Had just gotten out of work and my boyfriend was dirty from working, and the staff gave a dirty look and walked away.
I went to Ferrario looking for a Jeep I asked the sales man for Jeep Cherokee with a factory Trailer package . I had a real problem with buying at Ferrario as the Salesman tried to sell me a Jeep Cherokee without a trailer package telling I could go Uhaul have a hitch put on but the real thing that got me was the Jeep they on lot that had major brake problems even wanted me to take it for a rest drive. I told him that I wanted to look more and when I did I kept getting calls which I ignore.I found one on a website of a dealer recommended to me just what I was looking for. I even set up a time with the dealer to test drive . The dealer even called me back because the tow range I was looking for they were not sure was on. this package. After doing research on line with Jeeo I found out is was the correct model and has been a great runner. I guess Ferrario was just trying to get rid of a vehicle and not interested in having a satisfied customer.

Poor service trying to get an oil change. Husband waited over 2 hours, and they didnt even bother to check anything else like our old dealership used to while getting the oil changed. Definitely wont be coming back here again.

This place is garbage!!!!!!! Weve never seen such a lying piece of trash anywhere. Bought our vehicle here and nothing but issues. Our jeep has been in the shop there every weekend since we bought it and that isnt without a fight with them to fix it. Weve made 3 payments and now the service engine light is on and they want us to pay them $100 to diagnose the problem. I went to someone who hooked up to the computer and it says it now has an emissions leak????? WTF??? Thats what they sell. GARBAGE!!!!! I specifically asked what was wrong with the vehicle before we bought it and was told verbatim Nothing, we dont sell junk????? Really???? 3 payments and nothing but issues. I would say thats JUNK!!!! I only gave one star because we had to gave something fr this to be posted!!
I have had a recall on my Chrysler Town and Country van since the beginning of June. I called and spoke with the service department that told me I would be on a waiting list. (I totally understood this). Was told to call back at the end of June to see how things were going and where I was on the waiting list. Call back at the end of June and left 3 messages on the answering machine in the service department with no call back. Called in the 3rd week of July and stated I was still 11th on the waiting list and that I should get a phone call to update my status on the waiting list in about weeks time. Here it is the 2nd week in August and have heard nothing. I called an again got the answering machine. Lets see if I get a return phone call from that message I left. Pretty crappy service I must say!!!!!!!!

Joseph made the whole experience enjoyable. He didn’t try to push any vehicles on me and seemed sincere in wanting me to get a great deal and the right truck for me.

I agree with the other reviewer - this place is garbage! I have a recall on my jeep from back in May and cannot get them to fix it! excuse after excuse. Once they hung up on me and blamed it on the connection. Just tried to call them today (mind you this is 5 months into this) and no one answered - no one EVER answers. Im going to Chilson Wilcox and hoping for better results. Please whoever is reading this - stay away from this place!

2021-08-28This is my 3rd lease with them and every time Ive gone in with a price point in mind and walked out with the exact car that meets my needs. Jim (finance), Chris and Brent (both sales) are always very friendly and accommodating. They always know us when we walk in (even after 3 years). There service is always above and beyond, going out of their way and always answering quickly. This time around the helped us lease a new Jeep, buy out our previous Jeep and took our other trade. I will recommend these guys every time!

Plenty of selection and had the perfect Wrangler right on the lot- more options than any other dealer I visited in WNY.Entire staff was friendly, inviting, and eager to help in any way possible. Dealership is nice and new with plenty of lot space and places to test drive.Especially appreciated Chris working with me over the phone to secure a deal, Connor for his help in answering all my questions, and Jim for going the extra mile to find the best financing rate for me. 2022-02-17Worst Dealership ever. They called me up to say they had a cargo van available. I am a disabled Veteran and I am a member of the American Legion. We were going to use this van to haul veterans and supplies for our Post. Putting an after market DOT approved bench seat in.. I asked them if they could give me a few hours to see if I can get in touch with the Treasurer of the post to see if we can pay what they wanted. I got approval called them up and they sold the van. WOW did they really screw our Post. Yup they did. The salesman was very rude and kinda laughed ha I sold that soon as i heard it was here. Basically go screw yourself was his attitude. Yup they really care about the people who protected them. Stay away from this Veteran and Military unfriendly business. They will sell the car that you asked to hold for a few hours to see if you can get approval. Thanks guys for nothing.

2022-05-12Would not recommend. 1st shown interest online went to dealer 1st time appeared no one was there. Went there a 2nd time told the dealer I was speaking to I was on my way out there. All managers had left and he was getting ready to go to the gym when I got there. Next day or 2 I Asked him what we could do so I could get this vehicle. Gave my credit info over the phone and ran my credit. next day I went there they said I was approved through a bank, but the vehicle wasn’t there. they didn’t know where it was. Come to find out they traded it with another dealership. Then they were going to upsell me for another vehicle which I didn’t get the extra financing for, but no one told me. Poor communication on their behalf. I took a hard inquiry on my credit. They could’ve contacted me and I may have been interested in another vehicle. Instead I heard nothing from them. I contacted my bank and got approved for a very good loan and am taking my business elsewhere.
