I have been a client at Fitness Together for the past 3 years. I have lost weight, gained muscle mass and made some great friends. As my work schedule is inconsistent like many of us, I am not able to always train with the same person. The F/T staff is accommodating to my schedule and I enjoy working out with the different trainers.
This might be overkill, but I think these people are saving my life. I go to three sessions a week, each session with a different trainer. They are each invested in getting me strong and flexible. As a 73-year old with back and knee issues, I know I am in good hands. Additionally, the folks who train or run the gym have become like family. They should be, Im closing in on 7 years here. Any other gyms I have joined have disappeared from my life after only a few weeks; this one is a keeper.
The Best Fitness program I have ever had!!!...in just 7 months my body is strong and healthy! I never thought at chapter 2 in my life I could feel like this again, especially after not working out for many many years and being unwell. The fact is I went there to get healthy and BONUS - I lost inches of fat, tightened + lifted all the places that needed it. I couldnt be happier! Private Gym + Friendly Personal Trainers that really know their stuff! Thanks again to all of you! Youve changed my life!

2022-01-24I have had a personal trainer for over twelve years in at least three locations. Fitness Together is by far the best training program for my needs. I started training my late fifties and even at my advanced age!!- I have seen very good results. The trainers push you hard and the work pays off. I cant say that I welcome the workouts but I always feel great after the workout!!

2022-07-25I get a challenging workout without having to think about it. Every day is a different workout. Coaches are motivating and help guide you to do exercises correctly. Everyone is very nice.

2021-04-21I love going to Fitness Together. I feel both excited and confident about reaching my physical fitness goals. The trainers are competent , dedicated and friendly. I can’t believe I waited this long to do this.

2019-08-31I’ve had two trainers and both were and are outstanding. I have two sessions a week. They work me hard and In just three months I can feel my body changing. I’ve lost weight, gained some muscle, fitting in clothes I haven’t worn in some time and feel better. I know if I can just get to the gym more in between my sessions and eat just a little better I can achieve my goals that much faster.

2020-11-12Terrific facility. They go out of their way to tailor your workout to your specific needs. I feel safe and secure and love the friendly atmosphere. Cant recommend them enough! I also want to add how safe I feel regarding the precautions they have taken during this pandemic. If you are looking for a new safe, clean facility to work out in or if you used to be a customer rest assured that this is a place that takes the extra steps now more than ever!

2016-08-25I have my 30 year reunion in 9 weeks. Have hired the personal trainers at FT to help me get there. I have seen 3 different trainers and all have given me great workouts. They all have their own style, and all know my goals and are working together to get me there. I am down 2 lbs so far, also watching what I am eating is key. Highly recommend trying them out!!

2020-11-05The well-qualified, experienced trainers work with a personalized plan that takes my goals, fitness level and age into account. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is calm, unlike a big-box gym. Facilities are clean and well-equipped.

2017-01-28I needed fast and effective training in preparation for a fitness test and was concerned about doing anything on my own that could result in injury. The staff and trainers here were so nice and accommodating, knew especially how to deal with my extreme lack of enthusiasm for the gym, and I passed my test with flying colors after only about 3 1/2 weeks of training. Im also fairly certain if I had really committed to the program I couldve done more than just passed my test. Thats how good this place is.Pros: CLEAN. For me, a clean gym is so important. Theres no musty smell in the air, its obvious all the equipment is thoroughly cleaned and there is sanitizer available everywhere.Friendly staff: there are several trainers available and you have an opportunity to meet them all and figure out which ones are most suitable to your personality.Location: centrally located and parking never an issue which is surprising considering its located in a mini-mall type of property.Motivation: If you need guidance and that boost of encouragement to make a change to your fitness, this is definitely the way to get started. They develop a program specific to what youre looking for and get this - they actually communicate with each other to know where youre at within your training in the event youre working out with several trainers instead of just one, (which will likely be the case).Individual attention: The trainers are obviously interested in YOU for the duration of your session which keeps up the momentum and shows how personal the experience is.Cons: Expense. I wish I could keep up with the training but the down side is that the expense does build up as time goes on, which is obviously to be expected.Scheduling: if youre like me where you find one person you like and want to stick with, you will have to know your schedule way in advance to ensure you can schedule with them, as they book up quickly. Otherwise youll have to be flexible in getting to know all of trainers and find the ones youre comfortable with and rotate them into your schedule.
