Five Guys in other cities:
Five guys makes the best burgers around! A regular burger has 2 freshly cooked patties and your choice of many toppings. Potatoes for french fries are sourced locally, daily and a chalk board informs patrons where potatoes came from. Thet give you a huge amount of fries so you may want to share an order. They also offer unlimited shelled peanuts which we enjoy munching while our burgers cook. My 17 year old son even eats a burger here, and he never eats burgers. I strongly recommend trying Five guys! They also have hot dogs but Ive yet to try them
My friend and I stopped in on our way back to Rochester. We both ordered the little buger and fries. She had a coke and I had a milkshake. Everything was good. Prices are very high. My order was over $15, and my friends was $14 Nothing special about the burgers. The service was awesome!! Thats why I gave it 4 stars.
Friendliest employees, really delicious strawberry shake.Burgers are delicious and made just the way you want it.Fries are fresh made to order ...little salt little vinegar tastes just like carnival fries...if thats how you like them. (They dont all come this way)This nicest young man went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed it had been my first time and I wasnt rushed, I felt like I was with family.Thank you Jakob, Ill never forget you.
Extremely energetic staff and very friendly.. the burgers were very juicy and the fries where nice and hot and perfectly seasoned. By far my favorite Five Guys location so far.. will definitely be back and will definitely recommend to friends and family.. plus the service is fast and food comes out pretty quickly.
While the burgers are excellent, I think it is quite overpriced. The staff is very friendly and the place is usually pretty clean. The fries could be a bit crunchier, but theyre still good. If you have a peanut allergy - steer clear! There are boxes of peanuts everywhere for snacking and the fries are cooked in peanut oil.
Ok the mid range stars are because Five Guys were under staffed . As food was being prepared it was left on the counter and getting cold. Long wait for my order and everyone else that was here had a long wait . The burgers were cold. Staff did the best they could in this situation but its not acceptable for food to be served cold.
FIX YOUR PHONEEEEEE!!! THIS IS SO ANNOYING, ID LIKE TO CALL AND PLACE AN ORDER SO BY THE TIME I COME TO PICK UP ITS COMPLETED. SO I FONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEIR PHONE KEEPS GOING TO VOICEMAIL BUT WHEN I GET THERE THE PHONE ISNT EVE BEING USED AND THAN I CALL AGAIN WHILENIM THERE AND SAME THING. WHY WOULD YOU MAKE PEOPLE WAIT THERE FOR TO GO ORDERS WHEN THEY CAN JUST CALL AND PLACE AN HOUR THIS IS HONESTLY SO FRUSTRATING! ESPECIALLY AFTER IVE COMPLAINED 5 TIMES ALREADY AND STILL NOT FIXED! THESE EMPLOYEES ARE SO LAZY!!!!!!!
Five Guys is not an inexpensive burger place, but the burgers are fresh and delicious, made with your list of toppings. Hot dogs are also good, although the chili is jot to our taste. Fries are very good, you get lots of them, and they have malt vinegar to sprinkle on. The shakes are the bomb - get one if you can handle the sugar. This is a casual restaurant, 50s diner themed, and one of our favorite treats for comfort food.
This is the location I usually frequent. It usually fantastic. But today, not so great. The food is good. But the employee who took my order was rude and condescending. He was just having a conversation with another employee while taking my order. Employee ID is 1740-2 0 .
After having enjoyed Five Guys in the Charlotte area in the mid 2000s I was excited when they expanded into Western New York. For some reason every location in Buffalo, Batavia, and Rochester I have tried have soggy fries that lack the crispness that a peanut-oil friend fry should have. The rest of the menu is still decent, but as you can tell, I used to love their fries. I have given it 5 years of attempts, and the French Fries just arent as crispy (AKA Good) as they were in NC.
The staff was friendly and polite, I was waited on immediately upon approaching the counter. The woman waiting on me asked if I had been in Five Guys before; when I told her no, she explained the menu. I ordered a large fry, a bacon cheeseburger and a large drink. The burger was excellent, the fries where hot and fresh; while the portions on the fries where very generous, I dont see them feeding four people like the clerk claimed. The soft drink machine was interesting, as Ive never seen a touchscreen model like it before. Their large drink would be a medium anywhere else, but as they have free refills, its not a dealbreaker. I asked for mayonnaise on the side, and I got it, but only one little cup that was half full; my sole dissapointment. Overall I had a very positive impression of the restaurant and I will be coming back.

2021-07-14Always a great meal here. This is much better than any fast food combo out there. The burgers and fries are freshly made and delicious. The staff here was friendly and our order was ready quickly. We will definitely return here again someday.

2022-07-05Independence Day, 2022. Stopped here in the middle of a long drive. When I walked in, I had been having a rough day. After my burger and fries, perfectly made to my liking out of fresh ingredients, I felt much better and ready to continue my journey. To the manager and employees: thank you for staying open on the holiday. The food you prepared and served to me really made a difference in my day. The care you took in providing me that service in a professional and courteous manner stood out to me. You may think youre just doing a job, but you are filling a need and making peoples lives better. Thanks again, and keep up the great work.

2022-06-05Went here because chipotle next door was closed. Order 2 burgers and 2 fries for my wife and I. We only got one fry, my burger was missing all the condiments, and to top it off, one of the peanut boxes was empty. I love Five Guys, but not this location.

2022-04-28I have been a customer of the Batavia location for about the last year and I have not one complaint. The staff is friendly, store is clean, food is consistently good and they’re prompt with my order. I don’t mind spending $20 including a tip for an experience like this. Thank you for doing a great job!

2022-05-30Always stop here when I get a chance. Staff are nice, and the food is great. More expensive than your normal fast-food establishment, but you get what you pay for, not doubt about it. 5/5

2022-06-03Food tastes is always greatI have it a 4 because the fry portion was not at good as what it had been in the past. I got a large fry for over $5 and it wasnt even enough for two people. Used to be I would get 1 fry for 2-3 people

2022-03-20To start with, the place is dirty. The floor was littered with paper and didn’t appear to have been swept in quite some time, let alone mopped. I momentarily sat down at a table but quickly got up because it was crusty. During the 10 minutes that it took to get my burger and fries, several parties left and no one came out to clean the tables. My order was taken promptly and courteously. The steep prices gave me the impression that I was going to get a gourmet hamburger. That is definitely not the case. The price was comparable to that of the Thurmanator at Batavia Downs but isn’t remotely in the same ballpark (not even the parking lot) as far as taste. It’s a fairly sizeable burger but that doesn’t begin to make up for the difference between the cost and the quality. It’s no exaggeration for me to say that the quality of the beef at BJ’s wholesale far surpasses whatever they’re using at this restaurant. The fries were some of the best I’ve had and they give you a ton.But this is not something to make a special trip for and certainly far too costly to bring a family.

2020-06-23We could only locate one clean table in the entire restaurant, and thats not good with COVID19 concerns.I asked for salt packets for my French fries and was only given 3 packets and was told thats all they had in the entire restaurant. Very frustrating! On a good note the burgers were tasty and the fries were hot and fresh.Unfortunately I just wasnt completely sold with this particular Five Guys location soI couldnt recommend them as I probably wouldnt return myself when theyre so many other great burger places to choose from.

2021-10-02♿ accessible. Eat in or take out. Has outdoor tables too.We LOVE 5 Guys foods! Especially for their fresh made burgers, fries & shakes (our faves) but they have a LOT more on their grilling menu and it is ALL great eating. The service staff are all super friendly & being there is always an enjoyable experience. They call your # when food is ready & its usually pretty quick. We dont have a 5 Guys near us but their food is def worth the 30 minute ride!! Their building is in a central location surrounded by retail stores galore. Perfect.
