Was pretty disappointed, last few months were great, got a bunch of stuff thought this was going to be me and my friends next hang out. But with a sudden change we cant even go in since Im partially vaccinated and he lost his card along with another who wasnt poked yet. So just going to start looking for a new hobby.
Nice small shop with tables to play in the front and game/tcg store in the back. Little crammed, a ton of magic, a little bit of Pokemon and a lot of nostalgia. They current price any Pokemon singles straight off tcg and have a few new releases as well. No issues bulking up some common older cards and buying a few new things. The kiddo loves chasing the shop cat around too (poor cat).
Stopped by for the first time since the new owners took over and made updates. Extremely friendly and welcoming, huge well lit play area is fantastic. A massive assortment of Magic that spans years and took me on a massive nostalgia wave.Picked up some Pokémon packs and a board game, will definitely be coming back in the future.
Very uniclusive feel to this game store. Was only greeted when my girlfriend accidentally made eye contact with the person behind the counter.Asked what they were charging for a booster box of time spiral remastered, person behind the counter wasnt sure so they asked the owner and he told him to charge me by the pack. Tried to charge me $540 for what is currently going for $250 - $370 depending on seller.
Huge selection of cards in store. Best place to go if you need older cards especially the original MTG duel lands. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. Would shop here again.
Some of the best MTG stock and sealed product Ive seen in years, maybe ever. Owner is a great guy too. Definitely worth checking out.
This is THE game store in Albany. Thier MTG selection is beyond amazing. If youre looking for anything, chances are they have it. Do yourself a favor and go check it out!!
Cool gaming store with lots of stuff that runs the gamut of nerddom. Cool owner who makes the right choices to protect his staff and customers from people who dont understand science.

Went there for a warhammer rule book. Couldnt find it; I asked the worker if they had one. He acted as if I was bothering him; he point to the egde of the store and said over there. I replied I cant find it. Then he said well I guess we dont have one then in short, dont go here. Theyre rude and unprofessional.
Best shop for magic the gathering cards. They have the largest selection of individual cards as well as a huge selection of different booster packs. Nice and super knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Easily the best magic shop in the area and personally the best I have ever been too. It is truly the only place to go for singles, and sealed products!

2022-06-16The owner is amazing. All of the store staff are friendly, the community is great and warm, the prices are reasonable. Its the best place you could go for gaming in the 518, and anywhere else you could go.I went in as a new person recently, and I feel extremely comfortable and welcomed whenever I come to Flights 2.

2021-03-16Dont be confused! This is now Flights 2. Dont worry, yes it is in the same location. But a new store under new ownership. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Half of the store is undergoing updates still (as you can see in the one picture). Along with massive Magic card sorting! But the other half is well stocked! They have insanely rare cards for sale. Along with so many different games for sale including a really neat new fun one thats great for kids (and kids of all ages) called Beast Clans! They thankfully still carry DnD also including variant covers and a large selection of books, figures, and extras. Along with OG publications!! Some hard to find original publications, Love it! They also have a decent amount paperbacks still. Including Star Wars, Star Trek, and DnD among others. They also have Citadel paints. They are putting so much work into this shop. It also sounded like they plan on holding some really interesting events also in the near future. I cant wait to go back and see what treasures they add to it next!

2022-06-04One of the better card stores in the area. High energy events, generous prize support at things like pre releases , huge selection of cards/rc cars and trucks and all kinds of fun. I need to check out their rc race track. Highly recommended. you can tell this place has owners who give a dam about you as a customer

2022-08-07Very disappointed I called ahead of time to ask if they do mtg single trade ins for store credit, I was told yes. So I drove down to the store only to be told by the employee he couldn’t do trade ins. Very interesting

2022-01-01Where do I start? This place is amazing! My wife and I went out roughly 6 months ago and decided to visit the remodeled store and boy was I impressed. Dave and the whole crew at F2 is amazing and made use both feel extremely welcomed from the moment that we walked through the door! We didnt bring anything to play that night, but Dave and the crew definitely helped bring my love of magic back, he grabbed a few decks he owns personally sat us down and played with us that night. Now me and the wife go every Wednesday. If magic isnt your cup of tea or coffee then you can try 9nr of the army of board games the shop has! Or the Warhammer product, heck or if you just want a good place to have a nerdy conversation then this is the place to go! 5 is the highest I can give this place, but its a solid 10/5

2021-10-01Flights has all kind of board games and peripherals but pride themselves on being a magic card shop first and foremost.For the local area of colonie, this is the go to shop for Magic singles and sealed product. The only downside is that prices are typically higher than what you would find online. However for a local game store I am impressed with the selection they do have.If prices were more competitive not only to online but to other local game stores in the area than it would be five stars.
