Went in twice-once for a bathroom reno and once for wood floors. They have a great selection and really good pricing. Meg was INCREDIBLY helpful and patient when helping me. Will definitely go back!
Had a great experience at Floor & Decor in Bohemia. My wife and I had rough experience with Lowes & Home Depot but Floor and Decor was helpful and a lot more well informed to help us. Thank you Anthony, he was super helpful.

Went there to buy flooring, sales associate handed us a card with a phone number to call to set up a quote for install. Kind of odd, arent we in a store where you can literally do that for us? We call number, they send someone over to do measurements; doesnt leave a card or phone number to reach him and havent heard from him in over a month. I might as well just go to home depot or Lowes for materials bc it seems like I have to do the job myself anyway.

Im never the one to entertain store surveys. But after 10 years as a large retail store manager I believe credits due when its deserved. I was impressed with the customer service the manager Sean, and his designer Carol, provided me. I spent the past 6 months, looking for my dream bathroom, and they helped me get it done in one day. I will be back to do my downstairs bathroom.
My husband and I had a terrific experience shopping for tiles and flooring for our new bathroom! Ryan from Deco was beyond helpful and knowledgeable in making our vision come to life! The service we received was a 10/10 !
Super impressed with the new Bohemia store.I went to the Farmingdale store a few times. There was only one man working in the wall tile area. Although he was helpful, he was the only customer service person there. This new store has lots of people around to help and they were all pleasant. I had an appointment with Carol for a design consultation. She was excellent!! Patient, pleasant, professional!! Great customer service!

Store said they would take extra and unused materials back, customer changed minds on grout color, store wouldnt take back even though none was used and it was less then a day old

Super huge store. Lots of options to choose from. However, ad I understand it, they stopped making baseboards, and end caps. The world is very different today!
Anthony was very nice. We bought a new floor in early November, we couldnt understand why the floor stuck in some spots but not all. The tiles would not stick, and today Anthony explained why, we were sold the wrong glue.Anthony sympathized with us and went to his boss to try and get us back some of the money we spent on a floor that was never going to stick. He came back and said the best he could do was 20% off a new floor, because floor decor was not responsible for the actions of an employee that no longer working for them.However, at the time of my sale he was representing Floor Decor and we relied on him to give us the proper material for the floor we were putting down. I would imagine he no longer works there because he didnt have a clue about flooring material. But my question is, would my discount have been more if he still worked there?
Totally remodeling a full 8x15 bathroom and also a fireplace hearth/surround. After we walked into the new Bohemia, LI, NY store, and browsed around a few minutes to familiarize ourselves with the fantastic array of product options, we were warmly greeted by designer Meg. Her 20+ years of interior design experience coupled with her in-depth knowledge of H&D’s tile and flooring products made for the perfect combination. She honed in quickly on my style and gathered the best and most beautiful materials for my projects.Meg’s sense of color, texture, tone and products brought me through to the overall feel for what the finished room would look like. She led us from area to area as the renovation vision came to life.Meg Kapp is a huge asset to H&D, comfortably made sure I was totally pleased with all selections. Her patience and knowledge are top notch, she easily and gently led me through a daunting process. Thrilled with the inventory, choices, store layout and extremely reasonable prices. I paid for my order and was able to make secure arrangements for my contractor to pick up. Ask for Meg Kapp, she’s an absolute gem…and sales are NOT commission-based!
We came to the store today and were immediately greeted by two fine young gentlemen. We were then asked what we were looking for and Griffin explained in very thorough detail about the products that fit our needs. He was extremely helpful and should be recognized for it. All in all a great experience.
Have been in the market for a new bathroom vanity. thought i would try the new Floor & Decor in Bohemia as i’ve never been to any Floor & Decor before. I stopped in the mid morning of a friday when the store was practically empty. What i’m most disappointed about is that i walked up and down multiple aisles in the vanity section for about 20 minutes and not one of the multiple store associates asked me if I needed help. at one point there were two guys standing around on their phones. I found a vanity i liked at the store and then found the same one on Wayfair, which ordered. it’s a shame cause I had high hopes for this store based on the reviews. ultimately they lost a customer before they even had one. i’ve given two stars because the store was very clean and well organized. 😕

2022-02-04Love shopping at Tile & Decor! Everything is so easy to find. Design consultant was extremely helpful. I love the way they have rooms set up to visualize what the tiles and cabinets would look like. Your ideas come to life in no time!

2022-02-23People in the store have been great. This is a knock against corporate. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.Bought a floor from them and it was falling apart as I installed it. I can’t finish the install because I have too many broken pieces. As it’s installed the tongues break off and the pieces lift. Try to take the broken piece out and it breaks 2 more.Called the store and was referred to an email address to send photos. 2 plus weeks and multiple emails with no response here we are. I’ve called customer service a few times. They can not give out the number to the customer escalation (who I’ve emailed 5+ times), they can’t transfer me because the person handling my case is ‘in a meeting’ and there is no voicemail if I am transferred.

2022-06-11Just had a wonderful experience at our local Floor & Decor store shopping for back splash tile. Design consultant Meg was knowledgeable & patient all during the process. She helped with maintenance questions & style choices. She was awesome! The ability to purchase samples to try out in the space is perfect. We will surely get the tile from there once a decision is made.

2022-08-17I worked with Carol in the design department for all of the bathrooms in my home, 3!She was knowledgeable and helped to take my vision and make it a reality. She was extremely patient as I asked questions and second and third guessed my choices.I walked away with a better understanding of tile.The prices are unbeatable!So happy we used Floor & Decor!Sincerely,A very happy customer.

2022-08-02Very clean, organized store; thats about it. The majority of the staff is incredibly uninformed and unhelpful. The only person who seemed knowledgeable about the wood floor we were looking for was James, the Wood Department Manager. We met a month ago, and he was very helpful in going over engineered hardwood. Unfortunately he was too busy in a meeting to see us despite waiting for a half hour with a serious issue. We found wood on clearance that was perfect for our floor. Unfortunately, the store didnt have enough. We were told we can order it from the distribution center for the clearance price. We went over all the numbers with an associate, and then again later with a second associate. Both confirmed we could buy the floor at the clearance price. By the time were at the register, the woman (who was incredibly rude) told us we cant buy it from the distribution center unless were willing to pay full price. It wouldve brought the cost from $858 before tax to $1,983 before tax. They also couldnt get it to us from another store (New Jersey had plenty of them), despite already being told by two employees that we can have it. We were told to come back the next day when a manager would be there to assist us, and the next day the manager was in a meeting. After waiting for 30 minutes with realistically no help, we went to Long Island Paneling, which has a better selection of flooring with employees that are willing to go the extra mile for you. Floor and Decor will deliver nothing but empty promises and disappointment.

I’m updating my rating to 5 star as after hearing back from both the owner (below) and the store manager, Wanda( who by the way was so nice! ) within 24 hours and how they were going to rectify the situation with the sales associates and the front end employee, I felt it was necessary to increase the rating. The Bohemia store has the most beautiful products and all but one experience (although frustrating at the time) deserves 5 star. Thank you both for reviewing my concerns below and taking the appropriate action! We will definitely be back and we recommend Bohemia Floor and Decor!3/6/2022 Overall nice store, good products and great salesmanager. We had some extra flooring and called ahead to see if we could return and the sales associate who answered said yes. We made the trip over to the store where we told that was NOT policy to accept the open box. I’m not upset that this is the policy what I am upset about is the way the front end manager handled me. She acted like I was lying and that no one would have told me that. I can show proof a call was made prior to going into the Bohemia location but regardless she needs to learn how to speak with consumers. She was rude and dismissive. That is my only complaint.

2022-08-25I had a great experience at Floor and Decor. After may trips to other stores, buying samples and still very indecisive. I stopped into Floor and Decor, I made a last minute appointment with Carol a Design Consultant who was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable about all the tile in the store, helped me make decisions and informed me on the different types of tiles, maintenance and pros/cons. After only about 45 minutes it was done. I walked out with an order for tile for two bathrooms. Amazing! Thank you!

2022-05-26First time buying from Floor and decor. Very pleased with the selection and quality. The staff is very helpful. when I loaded my truck up Christian made sure to help me and refused to take a tip. Very good crew at this location. look forward to giving them more business in the future.

2022-03-07The manager Sean Connors was patient and kind knowing this was the first time I had to pick out tile by myself. He answered all my questions and helped me get the best deal. The company allowed me to take samples home so I could really see what I liked best. Every worker was polite and willing to help. I highly recommend this store and its workers.

2022-07-20I spent a lot of money for poor service. My merchandise was delivered when I was not at home. Instead of calling my cell phone, they called my home.Thats issue #1. They dropped my merchandise off in my back yard, unfortunately it was where my sprinklers come on. I called and asked if they could send soeone to move it under my overhang. It was much to heavy my daughter and myself to move. They told me they would send someone the next. It never happened and now my flooring is ruined. Theyre customer service # is automated and theyre customer chat is also useless. I spoke the manager Mike at the Bohemia store, got nowhere. This is not company you want to do business with.
