Not a good place to get chicken wings and french fries. The wings were dried and the french fries were filled with oil and soggy. I was dissapointed on this because the other dish I ordered, general tso w/veg fried rice was pretty good. Now I know not to get chicken wings from this place.
I dont understand how they can have a business when they cant even take a simple order. Unorganized, unprofessional, and rude a lady hanged up on me. I do not reccomend this place. To charge you and the tips they easily charge. Horrible Service.

I ordered an hour and a half ago.. they said 45 min. My buddy is staying in the same hotel but a different room and he ordered 45 min after me. They basically told me the traffic was bad and he is on his way. They waited to cook his order so the driver wouldnt have to come twice. 2 hours later I got my food and the place was 1.2 miles away. Terrible customer service and the food was garbage. Im from Illinois and the Chinese was much better there. I thought NY had good Chinese. Wow
I have to honestly say one of the best Chinese food restaurants in Suffolk. Shrimp Hunan is one of my favorite dishes from here. The staff are very nice and polite.
Food is good, not always anyway.. the customer service is horrible. I literally went over there from my 16hr shift because I was hungry and didnt want to cook. So she ignored me the whole time I was standing there. The place was empty, I was the first one there. She saw me and didnt even ask me can I help you so Im standing there, one guy walks in she skips over me and takes his order.. w.e cool, I waited to see if she will get to me eventually. NOPE 3 more people came in, she took an order over the phone. Then proceeded to look past me and take the other persons order. She didnt even look at me lol. So I walked out. And now Im writing this review. Proceed this place with caution.
Snow peas and broccoli were extremely over cooked. Shrimp and lobster had globs of gel.Rice was good.
It is what it is. for a busy industrial area there are a suprisingly low number of lunch options, and this is one of the better options. The food is decent, who cares if theyre rude or not? be fast and accurate, thats all i care about. The portion sizes for the lunch specials are good.
This place is terrible . Do not go here . This is the second time they get my order wrong . The first time I kept it to myself . The second Time they put pork in my rice when I specifically told them No pork.Her solution? Eat the tofu not the pork .Clearly they are culturally insensitive .It would take 40 minutes for them to bring me food . I declined . I waited over 20 min at the place for my food and I was beyond starving .
I have occasionally ordered food from Food King Express, but really dont go there anymore. The women serving the food behind the counter are friendly and courteous and the food is very good. The only issue I have with this place is the tall rude Asian guy with the Yankee cap. He can be very obnoxious. Ive once witnessed him yelling at a customer over the phone and everyone in the place heard him. He looks angry all the time. Im not sure, but he may be the owner. I just feel bad for the girls behind the counter having to put up with this moron.

Usually good. I drive out of the way to go here but tonight when I got home I found half my order was missing. Guess it’s time to find another place

Very rude! We tried to put in an order and the woman was nothing but rude. She raised her voice at my mom saying she didnt understand her, I dont have an accent and repeated exactly what she said and the lady STILL didnt get it. The woman went to far as to say that they didnt even sell what we were asking for meanwhile the image with the name on it was right above her head. Needless to say we left and we will not be going back.

2022-03-20Went here on 3/19/2022 and ordered fried chicken and rice. This place used to have great food! Service was always horrible however!! That woman at the front is so miserable and unfriendly! Shes been that way for years!! I wont ever go back as my food was overcooked and dried out big time. Just awful

2022-06-26Paid 13 dollars for boneless ribs and pork fried rice. Got like almost a hand full of rice and a little ribs with the new Container. For a person who pays so much for that amount of food is Ridiculous. Very unhappy. I always by my food there but I am going have to get it somewhere else

2022-02-03They used to be my go-to, and I understand that price increase, but the quality of food has dropped and prices are jacked up. No matter how many times I asked them not to over cook my food, it always comes out chewy and burnt on the edges. We went from spending $20 to $35-$40, on the same order.

2021-12-17The food is great but This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They refused to deliver to mental health facility (even though it was for staff) they took my order and address and as soon as I was about to pay they told me the driver are “too busy” to deliver here! That is absolutely ridiculous!!! They are discriminating against a residence with mental illness. Not only that, they refuse to deliver to my house because no one tipped them and that was only ONE time!! I will no longer order from these scum bags.

2020-08-28The wait was ridiculously long and the lady who took our order ignored us. The place is cute inside but honestly theyre overpriced and in the end when we finally got our food, she didnt apologize for the wait. The only reason I ordered from them in the first place was because they forgot part of my friends order. I went with her to pick it up so decided to get something for myself. She didnt even apologize to my friend and then took like 45 minutes for me to get 1 order of cheese wontons.

2021-01-04While the front of this business is completely blocked off from the back by a large plexiglass partition and all customers are expected to wear face masks and adhere to social distancing guidelines, these rules apparently dont apply to the three women behind the counter. None were wearing a mask and all three had their ungloved hands all over the prepared food. No thanks!
