Really amazing place! Its always clean and the customer service is excellent. They always are kind and working to make sure everyone is satisfied. Also, the food here is always amazing. Never get tired of eating here. I highly recommend everyone to come here and order something. You will have a great time! I have no doubt
Place was filthy & food was too greasy. People or employees were very nice, but unfortunately food was not as good as there competition. It will be a long time before I try this local Chinese Restaurant again. I always try to patronize my local community Restaurants or Establishments. Unfortunately, this Restaurant falls short. If they would clean up & fix the front add airflow & air conditioning, clean floor & walls. They would have a better representation including their Kitchen. I know it was an hour before closing on a Sunday night, but no excuse. Good Luck. What a shame. I guess they lost their vigor since the 1st. days they opened. It feels that they dont care anymore. I owned a Restaurant for 25 years not just take out, laziness can creep up on you, be creative,care about your establishment.
People here are super nice. The food is always good. The wonton soup is delicious. The wontons are very big and filling.

Ordered Chinese food on 7/8/19 as the office we usually does from this place. As I was eating my food I felt a crunch and a unexplainable taste in my mouth so I spit the food out on a napkin to see a ROACH !! OMG I wanted to die.... I called the restaurant and told them I had a roach in my food and the lady that always picks up the phone and rushes you while ordering on the phone says so sorry you want me to make another one for you? obviously I said no I wanted a refund the whole office staff wanted a refund . So the lady gets mad and says Im sending my driver to pick up the food sure fine pick it all up no one here wants to eat from there now after a roach was found in the food. when the driver came to pick up the food he was so rude non apologetic grabbed the food and left. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN !!! DIRTY
Chinese food is for sunday series nights on showtime. I’ve been looking for a new Chinese take out place since the one in Babylon village changed either ownership or cooks as it’s just not as good. Found this place by mistake and I couldn’t be happier. Love their special soup selection and different dumplings you can add to them. The Thai food is very good as well.m, we’ve tried basil chicken and drunken noodles. We usually try and order one healthy item along with some sort of noodles. Most Chinese food places can make you feel gross after from all the salt, but not here, Food is clean which makes this place great in my eyes. We hope food stays consistent so we can be long time customers.
Every time I go here, either calling in or ordering inside they are always nice and pleasant. They are speedy with good food, always hustling and busting there butts to get you your food fast. Very very good establishment!!!!
We used to order delivery from here regularly, 3-4 times a month. The food was good. However, after calling to place an order the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and yelled at me several times. The food isn’t good enough to warrant being screamed at by a rude and impatient employee.
This restaurants best offering is their selection of soups. Try the Roast Pork Noodle Soup first; then, move on to Roast Pork and Dumpling soup. Choose you favorite noodle.
Been going there a couple of years. Always fresh and delicious. My favorite is the shrimp in lobster sauce. Excellent with large shrimp Very quick and friendly service.
When I ordered over the phone to pick it up I’m like ok seems decent. Went there , and seen the little boy come from outside ( didn’t wash his hands or anything , started to handling the food , the the lady give me my order . As I eat found two string of hair in my food so disgusting
This is the best Chinese in West Islip. The food is fresh and the menu diverse and nothing is overly sauced or salted. When you go inside everything is clean and the menu signs arent all bleached out which, considering what i do for a living, says a lot!
This spot offers amazing service and delightful meals. My favourite place ever. The food arrived quick and the rates are affordable. I recommend this place.
The food is decent, but the rudeness is insane. Anything you order does NOT come with hot sauce, and if you ask for some, they look at you, like you have 3 heads. Just got to Long River
Not happy. Food was decent but they messed up my order and forgot something, when I called they said no charge come back and get it and when we got there they said we dont give out free food here. Also so many flies in there the staff were shooing them away.
Always tastes good ,always fresh, and never greasy! Ive gone to every Chinese take out in the area but I always come back to Four Seasons because they are the best.

This is the best Chinese food I have been able to find in the area. They have Thai options too and some authentic noodle soups.
Quick, fresh and tasted better than ANY OTHER Chinese take out in the area. Give em a try and maybe you’ll be as excited as I was to dig in.
Spicy Basil Beef Soup is so damn deliciously good, Im addicted to it... Everything else on the menu is top shelf!

2022-03-15This place is outstanding! There customer service is very good and has friendly service! There staff members make me laugh every visit I go there! They are very nice with kids and gives them candy every single time they visit. There food is very yummy. Tell your friends, family members, and neighbors to come down and get their food! 2022-07-26For the record this place has the absolute BEST soup on the Island, the Roast Pork Egg Noodle soup is so spectacular. Ive raved about it to all my friends and sent people from towns away to dine here. Theyre tremendously friendly, the order has never been wrong its never been cold its never been anything other than prompt and delicious. Only small complaint is that sometimes it takes a while to get through on the phone cause theyre so popular, and the space to park and pick it up is limited.

2022-02-03I just moved to the area and found these guys on Google and saw that they had a higher star rating and so I called! And the first time and second time and the time after that the food was really good, but this time I ordered and I always have it delivered (they are about a half a mile from where I live) it took them closer to 2 hours on a Wednesday night and when I finally got my food it was COLD! I am not one to complain, but I did as I called them and as I explained to them that my food was cold, she said that it’s OK because the food is still good and you can heat it up in the microwave! I didn’t wait two hours to get cold food! So I then said well the food is not good because it’s cold and it tastes different when you reheat it, so she said that someone would come and pick up the food, the food that I have already eaten and then she will give me a refund of my money. You can take this story and determine for your self but they just lost a customer that orders almost every week!!!! I’ll was done when I was asked to GIVE BACK THE FOOD!

2021-08-03They have a large menu with a lot to choose from. My favorites so far are the steamed pork dumplings, boneless BBQ ribs, shrimp toast, and egg foo young. They always get the order correct (I order by phone) and they deliver very quickly too. The only suggestion I have is to improve the fried rice. It’s kind of bland and I’ve had better fried rice at other places. The food here is very good though - the boneless ribs are better than any other place I’ve tried. This place definitely deserves 5 stars. I’ll be ordering again soon!
