This plumbing supply company is outstanding. The retail area has such neatly organized aisles/shelves with EVERYTHING one needs including specialty items not typically found at smaller suppliers. The employee staff is very accommodating and go above and beyond to help. Email communication is probably the best Ive ever had. When they say theyll get back to you - they do! Being out of town - this was a great experience, especially to work with Josh who helped out with a warranty claim. He is a great asset to the company. I will return their with my business whenever possible.

Company that lies and takes advantage of out of town customers. Bought 8 of these other day. When they rang them up they came to $17.45 each. I almost fell over as I just purchased same amount in same company in hometown and they were $ 4.44 each. The counter guy said we only carry domestic and the ones I bought were import. Ok ridiculous but need them so pay for them. After getting back to job site open bag and guy from counter mispicked 1 and it was wrong size. So back to store and he says go back and swap out. So I do and guess what. I find a shelf of import. He says oh well We only have 1 price. My advise is to stay away unless your a big company and dont care about charging customers high prices and lying.

F. W. Webb Home Showroom (Newburgh NY) has a wide variety of items that allows you to create the bathroom, or kitchen of your dreams. Their sales team is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I stumbled upon them through a radio ad, and couldn’t believe how close they are to both interstate 84 and 87. I walked through the large showroom multiple times, always finding new things that I missed previously. Samantha was very patient with me as I decided which bathroom faucet, tub/shower fixtures, sink, tub, toilet, mirror and vanity I wanted. She also introduced me to catelogs that I could go through. The day I was ready to place my order Samantha was not in, but Marianne placed my order seamlessly. After making my purchase Samantha and Marianne were very accommodating and attentive on letting me know when delivery would arrive to my home. Because of FW Webb and my contractor, my bathroom is gorgeous. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Samantha and Marianne.
