I went on to do an exchange... the cashier charged me a diff5proce than what I APOD for originally and when I brought it up to her: he reasoning is that I didnt tell her that U wanted the same price.. mind you it was 3 transactions , I reminders her the 1st time but I needed to tell her a second time! It makes you wonder how many customers she did that to. if I dont check my receipt I would have never known since it was online exchange online order.... Then tell me that I would need to come back fr a refund since the transaction went through already!! And what business oriented person would process a refund fr and exchange????? instead of adding the find to a gift card and process the exchange???! A total frustrating experience and a waste of time! Called customer service and got my money back!!

The store was nice but customer service was horrible. I went around 7pm yesterday and bought a few things. The guy at the register was just horrible! He was glued to his phone, I mean, aren’t you at work? Anyway, when my receipt printed he was still on his phone! He took like 5 seconds and handed me my receipt WHILE looking at the phone. 🙄 its easier to shop online.

I havent been in the Gap store in a long time ! The Gap Factory store looks inviting. Its well liteclean . Everything looks to be in order the way it should be . Im shore there are plenty of people in the store all really to help find something .

This outlet is a place where a bargain hunter can find the best price .its worth to travel all the way from Queens to Long island if someone has plans to spend more than $100 on clothing .can save a lot .the only problem is the staff working is not professional ( or may be that was the first day of the year and they didnt like to work on that day ) when asked a young employee about some price confusion she had no idea about that .a little chubby lady on cash register was very rude with almost every customer ( I was lucky my cash register clerk was good ) .the bottom line is find Gap denim $59 for just $6 in size 38 find denim size 33 for $9 find women trousers dirt cheap .a good place to try luck .

Yesterday my family and I went into the Gap to find clothes for my 8 year old. My baby was sleeping in his stroller, we walked in, there was a lady there folding clothes, she didn’t even say hi, she looked up with an annoyed look. As we browsed the kids section, she was watching us, and then she turned her folding cart and kept looking at us as if we were going to steal. She was giving me dirty looks, staring down my kids! She watched us the whole time, we we’re going to leave because it felt uncomfortable, but my daughter picked out a few things she liked end I felt bad. We bought the items, spent over $100, and then as we walked out, she stared at me the whole time. Next time I will not shop here, I have the Gap a few blocks from my house and they are friendly and don’t act like your going to steal.
