Good service. Slow to get started but I eventually got an amazing salesman- Kenzir, who did an excellent job. He made my experience much easier. Cheers to him 👍🏾. Will use again.
GREAT EXPERIENCE! I recently dealt personally with Rudy, VP of operations. His professionalism and courtesy was outstanding. He provided me with a history of the company and his knowledge spoke volumes. I’ve already commended this place to someone and plan to do so as much as I can in the future.

All you need is a vision of what you want and their sales crew will bring it to you .This place is fantastic because it offers more brick then you could imagine. Their representatives are very knowledgeable, we had the expertise of Al Soto. a representative gave us an assortment of choices and we left having exactly what we were looking for.
Stokeleon Nelson is hands down the BEST sales represantative that I have been in contact with throughout my renovation project. Extremely efficient and knowlegeble.
Glenwood Mason have all the products I needed the sale person name Nelson got me everything I need for my project he was extremely polite and give me a great customer service experience I manage to finish my project on time. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

No one there to help.Terrible experience!
So positive first, they have a wide selection of products. We came for the paving stones and I did my research beforehand so I didnt have to spend endless hours in the store trying to figure out what I wanted. Cons, Unfortunately they did not have the stones that I wanted in any of the colors that I wanted (mind you there are about 20 colors and they only had 2), neither in stock in store or in a warehouse. They did say I could order them but they wouldnt be delivered for about a month, unfortunately I needed my work done way before then. My sales rep was very helpful though.Nice clean Store, everythings well organized just if you need stuff on a whim I was just ordering way before you need your work done

I came to pick up pavers and some other item. the people inside are cool. One of the fork lift dude that was giving my pavers and items. Gave me the items with one strap open on the pavers causing them to fall and damaging while I had to break. The dude is very unprofessional and I dont believe he wants to work. THAT SHOW THE LACK IN CARING FOR THE COMPANY AND THERE COSTUMER SERVICE.
Long time ago the sale person was very good now the people working in the yard they are nasty they dont help you to put the material in the van and some sale man or make fun of you even they dont speak English where ever you go yard work help you for the material to load I dont like to go there I just want to to Ralph av building material they help you very good

Drove out there on a rainy Saturday morning to check out brick colors for our project. Met up with Vischal and he was very friendly, approachable and most of all patient. He literally walked us to the storage area to see all the available bricks, how it is made and the pros and cons. Spent a good 30 minutes with us and we left pretty happy.

Nelson is the guy who is super helpful know the stuffs and gave great service. He is the best. Also he is a great sense of humor.

Great masonry supply, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Ive ordered few long lead otems from them and they delivered everything on time without any issues. Easy communication. Just pick sales person to work with all the time, and things get much easier for yourself.

Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. Large selection of masonsry supplies such as pavers, stones, bricks, etc... Also, they charge you a deposit fee for the pallets that the material is delivered on. You can get your deposit returned to you once you return the pallets.

If you’re not of a certain complexion do not expect any form of customer service , spent 30 mins no one assisted me or asked if I needed help. People arrived after of a specific complexion they were assisted and even given a bottle of water . Do business elsewhere .
Ordering supplies from Glenwood Mason supply simple Polite conversation on the phone to the delivery with the boom truck expertly done.
I guess they need more control over their orders.... Its ridiculous what you have to go through.
Customer service is ok over the phone depending on who you talk to. Some are more knowledgeable than others.

It is the first time that I bought in this store and I really do not give credit I do not know if I was discriminated oh that is the price that they handle on the pavers, why I bought paverstone material in different stores in the NY area and they all handle The same price and this store disappointed me I bought 4 paverstone pallets and each palette was sold to me. Of $ 550 and I had to buy them, why was the material urgentWhy in most stores the most expensive a 114 sqf paverstone package costs $ 420Thats the most expensive I ever paid for a package either from Cambridge or Nicolock

2021-07-17I came over on 06.08.21 to find and make order for 17k brick and 400 sq.ft. precast stone.I had displeased experience with sales men behavior and attitude.1. Does not like answer twice on your concerns, questions or help you to get answers.2. Promise to call me, and let me know product cost (brick), I was waiting for 4 days and finally i call him my self and still didnt get any answers, but was told we are bz and we will call you.4. Jack the brick price, just because because I complain about customer service and sales men attitude. And never got quote on precast stone products.I TOOK MY BUSINESS TO THOSE WHO NEEDED AND HAPPY TO SERVE ME.Think twice when coming hear.
