I had an off-brand ductless A/C in my kitchen that simply stopped working. My husband and I decided to contact Gold Coast, and are we glad we did! EVERYONE is pleasant and helpful! We were taken care of within days, even though our troubles began in the midst of the busy, scorching summer season! A brand new air conditioner was installed today, and is running beautifully! The technicians who came to our home could not have been more pleasant! A tremendous job all around! Don’t hesitate to call these fellows…they are GREAT!
Already having received what I thought was a reasonable estimate for a ductless AC and heating system, I had scheduled appointments with two more companies for comparison. But immediately after Tom Stackpole from Gold Coast left my home, I knew that looking any further would only be a waste of my time. A consummate professional, Tom’s knowledge and expertise (not to mention his patience) made it clear to me that he was reliable, trustworthy, and honest - and would get the job done right. My confidence was not misplaced. The team sent to my home not only did an impeccable job, they were an absolute pleasure to be around - courteous, friendly and professional. After many years of research, I finally found a company to install a Mitsubishi Ductless Heating and A/C in my house. I contacted Gold Coast Home Comfort and scheduled a zoom virtual conference with the owner Tom. His patience and knowledge convinced me I had found the right company. Then, an in house visit was scheduled. Tom took measurements and discussed the size and placement of the units. In the office, Mike kept me up to date when the installation would take place. I had the pleasure of dealing with the most professional group of guys I have ever done business with. Mike, Mark, Zach, and Dan did meticulous work but first took the time to go over where every unit would be placed. They covered and uncovered my floors and furniture with drop cloths and then vacuumed every day. When they were finished, you would never know they were here. My family and I are so happy with our decision to have ductless A/C & heating installed. It is extremely quiet and the ability to cool or heat each room individually is an added bonus to how efficient the system is. There are no “cold spots” or areas where it is too cold in the house like central air. The house is cool, dry, quiet and so comfortable. Gold Coast Comfort was a pleasure to use. From Tom presenting options and valuable suggestions and agreeing on routing of tubes as we wished, to follow up calls they all worked to assure our satisfaction. Nine months later when we had problem getting a room cool, during hot spell on LI, they came to fix the problem on Saturday. Unfortunately, after 2 hrs of trying Dan said he would return when he could contact Mitsubishi technical support. He returned the next Saturday tried re-pressurizing the unit. It worked. Two weeks later I got a call from Mike at GCC. That’s follow up, every company should be as conscientious.
Gold Coast installed 6 ductless units at my home over the summer during the pandemic. I did extensive research on the various contractors and products out there and Gold Coast came back as the most professional, the best value, the best brand (Mitsubishi), and the easiest to work with. Tom was extremely helpful and clear with his first presentation. His installers were very efficient and clean. And in terms of financing, Gold Coast was the most flexible and didnt play any games with their pricing. All in all, I am super happy I ended up going with Gold Coast as well as the Mitsubishi units. Would recommend to any considering ductless HVAC.
The team at Gold Coast did a terrific job at my house. The company president gave personal attention to my project from the time that he gave us an estimate all the way through installation to make sure that we were satisfied. The crews were polite, professional, and left our home spotless every day after they finished work. They made sure not to leave the job until it was completed to our satisfaction, even though it took a few follow up visits to get our temperamental existing boiler to work with our new controllers.My wife and I have never been more comfortable, and we cant believe how low our utility bills have been. I would strongly recommend the team at Gold Coast.

The Gold Coast Team did an excellent job installing my ductless heating and AC units. From the first phone call to the last they were very professional and attentive. I had a great experience. We started with a virtual appointment which I appreciated during the pandemic. This included a virtual tour of my home. Tom gave me a thorough assessment, recommendation, and a price. When his team came out to do the job, they were clean and very professional. Mike, Zach, and Steven were very careful. They were extremely friendly and were very kind to my children. We are very happy with the ductless units! Heats up the house so quickly!
We had two Mitsubishi ductless units installed this spring, and have been very happy with them. Gold Coast was very easy to work with, and didnt rush through the quoting process like some of their competitors. The guys who did the install were great, and went above and beyond in removing part of a tree stump that was where one of the outdoor units was installed.
Two years ago we finished our basement and chose Gold Coast Home Comfort to install our Mitsubishi ductless heat and air conditioning unit. I spent years contemplating installing central cooling in my home. When I finally chose to pull the trigger (Fall 2021), I had no less than seven contractors come and look at my project. I didn’t know that most cooling contractors only deal with one manufacturer. On the recommendation of my HVAC Engineer Son, I chose Mitsubishi. Upon perusing the Mitsubishi website, I learned of the virtues of using one of their “Diamond Elite” contractors. Not the least of which (for me) was 0% financing for 5 years, 12 (vs. 2) years warranty on all equipment and they would apply for the PSEG rebate for me. I had three of these businesses come in for a quote. Mr. Tom Stackpole of Gold Coast Home Comfort was superior. During his initial visit he spent much time with me explaining and recommending the best system for my home. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with. After I told him he had the job, he came back a second time to ensure his measurements and calculations were correct and confirm where all the equipment would be located. His crew started soon after. There were four of them, over three days. They were courteous, professional and neat. They did a great job, down to the licensed electrician that hooked everything up on day four. I would HIGHLY recommend Gold Coast Home Comfort for your home cooling needs and would invite others to see my job…
A great experience from start to finish. It was time to do something about the ac in our home. I did my homework, and decided I wanted Mitsubishi ductless units for our home. Tom at Gold Coast set up a zoom meeting to go over everything--we even went on a guided tour of the house so he could see the space and provide an estimate. I cant lie, the 0% /5 yr financing was a great incentive. When the crew came to install this week on the two most ridiculously cold and rainy days, they took care not to track any mud or dirt in the house. I mean, they went above and beyond. They treated my home like it was their own. Everyone from Tom, Mike and Laura in the office to the crew who came to do the installation were friendly and courteous. I cant say enough wonderful things about Gold Coast. Oh, and the heating feature on the units came in handy last night!
In 2018 we contacted Gold Coast Home Comfort. At that time we wanted to have a Mitsubishi 24K BTU heat pump installed in the first floor of our home.A Gold Coast representative came to give us a quote. We were amazed at the level of knowledge the rep had about the Mitsubishi units. We had researched mini-split units on our own but quickly learned soooo much more from the rep especially about Mitsubishi products.Gold Coast Techs installed the 24K BTU unit. They were very professional and took all necessary measures to protect our home during the installation.We therefore did not hesitate to call Gold Coast again when we were ready to have another 12K BTU unit installed on our second floor.The experience with the second installation was just as professional. We have Mitsubishi ductless air conditioners. One of them was not cooling properly. Although not the original installers, Tom was happy to be of service. I was amazed to discover how many companies were not. Tom was delightful to deal with. Courteous and professional. He was nearly able to diagnose my problem on the phone and was able to send his technician, Dan, the very next day. I can not say enough about the service Dan performed. He came in masked and with booties. He used tarps to protect all my furniture and carpets and vacuumed when he was done. Not only did he quickly and efficiently diagnose and correct my problem but at our request he checked our other units, performing a cleaning and maintenance on them. It should be noted that we paid another company to do this same job last year...and they did...well...nothing, we know realize after watching what Dan did. Our units are working as though brand new and my home was left in impeccable condition.

I waited a while to make this review. I had 2 Mitsubishi one way ceiling cassette installed in my home. I also had a Mitsubishi wall unit installed in my basement. Tom and his team were great. I did a lot of searching and research to find the best hvac company to go with and also the best units to use. I went with Tom cause he was very knowledgeable on the Mitsubishi ductless units and he was very professional. He answered all my questions and then some. The install team were great they worked hard to make sure I was completely happy. These units work great. I get cold air in the summer and hot air in the winter. I would definitely recommend Tom and his whole team at Gold Coast. Thanks for everything Tom.

We were highly impressed with Gold Coast Comfort for our Mitsubishi ductless units. It was very clear from the beginning that Tom is extremely knowledgeable about the benefits and logistics of the units. He is very genuine and takes a lot of pride in the company, unlike other pushy salesmen who talk a big game, know nothing, and yes you to death. We had three units installed in one day. The installers did pristine work. They were very neat, cleaning everything. ( They even wore booties in my house to not scratch my newly stained and finished floors). Tom came to the job to monitor the workers install, and followed up with us immediately on satisfaction of the job and the units. When we had a miscommunication issue about part of the install, Tom confidently addressed it immediately and all was perfect!!! The employees of Gold Coast Home Comfort still clearly value good old-fashioned customer service! I would 200% recommend this company to anyone who wants to make the move towards a heating/cooling/dehumidifying unit that is far more pristine, low profile, and energy saving!!!
About 7 years ago we had Gold Coast Home Comfort install a new gas hot air furnace to replace an older existing one in our home. In addition we had ductless air conditioning installed to cool our downstairs rooms. Toms people did an efficient job and the cleanup afterward left our home spotless. The units have met all of our expectations---great cooling, exceptional low noise levels and ease of use.This year we had Gold Coast install units in our remaining rooms on the second floor. After much contemplation and research I decided to have a MiniSplit system installed in my CapeCod style house. I read some reviews online and made some phone calls, and decided on Gold Coast Home Comfort.I spoke with the owner Tom, and had him come by for an estimate. Tom arrived on time and we discussed which system would work best for my home. I decided on 2 Ceiling cassettes and 1 wall unit for my house.The Gold Coast crew arrived on time and began the install.Dan, Mike, Eddie and Zach were very neat, organized, and also answered all the questions I had about the system. Very knowledgeable. Each member of the team are highly skilled and meticulous. The entire job was completed in only 2 days. Workers showed up on time, worked efficiently and professionally, and cleaned up the job site beautifully. Overall a very good experience! This initial meeting was the most in depth meeting I had ever had with a contractor it went beyond the scope of work. Tom really took the time to go over everything, he took notes and pictures to ensure the units would be installed where we wanted them. Come installation day Tom was here with his men. The crew was courteous and respectful. They used drop cloths anywhere they worked vacuumed up any debris when finished. Once installation was finished they powered up and everything worked flawlessly. The installation was perfect. Tom is a gentleman and has great pride in his companies work and it shows. I dont leave a lot of reviews, but the team at Gold Coast definitely earned a good one. Rarely have I seen a company execute a job as well from start to finish as these guys did. From my communication with Tom during the consultation and estimate, to the amazing job his installation team did for us on a holiday weekend, I couldnt say enough good things.We installed two units, one in a ground-floor room, and the other in our basement. The job probably wasnt the easiest install, given where we wanted the units, and the logistics of how the plumbing had to be run.But the installation team was fantastic. A really nice group of guys, who were extremely professional and put a lot of care into the job. Every wire and tube they installed was tied in neatly, and they even replaced the drywall they had to cut out, making sure to make clean cuts right in the center of beams so that all that remained to be done was a simple spackle.They answered every dumb question I (and my three-year old son) had, and didnt leave until every last thing was tested and verified. I couldnt be happier with every aspect of the job. A really professional and good crew. I would highly recommend.
I cant say enough great things about the Gold Coast team. Tom, Cathy and their technicians are completely professional, knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and a pleasure to deal with in every way. We are so thankful for the thorough explanation (answered all my questions and then some!), quick estimate and installation that we received. The two technicians stayed into the evening to complete the job on a very cold night. Highly Recommend!!! They are very professional and thorough while working with their clients. My husband and I recently purchased our first home - and after a meeting with Tom from Gold Coast, we felt like going with the Mitsubishi Electric system was the best choice for us - and we were completely right!! The units are sleek and keep our home so incredibly comfortable! For us, the best thing about the system is being able to control the temperature in each room. It makes it very efficient to be able to choose the rooms to cool/heat without having to run the system for the entire house. In the colder months when we don’t want to burn oil for heat, or if it’s a bit too early to turn on our baseboard heat, we know we can just turn on the Mitsubishi system and make our home temperature to our liking. Also, with being first time parents and having a baby at home is another big reason why its so great to be able to control the temperature in each room. My husband and I like the temperature to be on the cooler side when we sleep, but for our baby we wanted to make sure his nursery is warm enough, this way everyone is comfortable. The system truly allows you to personalize your temperature level, and not waste money maintaining the temperature in the house. You can really customize every aspect of this system! We get compliments from guests all the time on how great the temperature is in our home, especially in the summer! We were also able to discuss financing options with them that worked for us. It really was a seamless process from start to finish - from initial discussion, a clean and quick installation, to payment - and we couldn’t be happier with the product! If you’re interested in learning more about this system or getting it installed I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them!! This was the best choice and investment we’ve made to improve our home!!
They are the best! We replaced our furnace, central air , thermostat & water heater. Tom reviewed our old system & took measurements. He recommended a two stage system and gave us a really good estimate. He & his team arrived at 8:30 & left at 5:30. They explained everything as they did the installation. They were through and totally cleaned up when finished. They took the old system away, so we had no cleanup at all. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Truthfully, I was hesitant to proceed because this was an investment leap for me and I have had a few hiccups in the past with contractors. But during my research their name kept popping up.However, I can happily say that all went super and I was put at ease right from the beginning.Tom is clearly hands on with his business and has high standards for his products, employees, and customer relations. The administrative staff kept us up to speed regarding the progress being made securing the necessary permits and job scheduling. It was as if a condenser and 2 units just appeared. They put tarps on the floors and cleaned any trace of garbage from the site. It was a very neat job!As for the operation of the units, they were as quiet as they were displayed at the Home Improvement Expo. They provide efficient and effective cooling and heating to the rooms. What a remarkable difference! We were completely satisfied from the beginning to end of the process and the final outcome. Well done! Highly recommend!
Summary: Gold Coast is wonderful (see my review that follows), and Synchrony (interest free financing) is definitely not - see my 1/15/19 update at the bottom.Overall, I had an excellent experience with Gold Coast for the installation of the 36,000 BTU Mitsubishi ductless system with 3 wall units into an older home. There are a handful of companies in Long Island that offer a competitive service, so it’s a personal decision as to which criteria you weigh more heavily when selecting a provider. There are larger firms that have been in business longer, but Gold Coast’s (which has been in this business nearly 10 years) unique value is a hands-on owner (Tom Stackpole) who is dedicated to thoughtfully building his business by personally overseeing the installations and taking customers’ calls, and offering a very fair price that is equal to (maybe better) than the competition.Ductless AC systems are not a commodity, and Gold Coast goes with the Mitsubishi line, which is supposedly more expensive than other manufacturers, but apparently the performance and reliability justifies the higher price. One thing I needed to learn – these systems are advanced are so much more than just being a “wall” air conditioning unit. They emphasize maintaining climate and humidity control as opposed to just blowing cold air at you. August 2018 was a hot month, yet the system cooled my home as well as central AC would have, and far better than window/wall units. However, the energy costs are much lower than central AC or window/wall units - these systems are multi-zone as each wall unit can be set to whatever temperature is desired for that space, and are designed to be efficient.Re: Gold Coast, I was impressed from the first sales visit. Tom was careful to listen to my needs, and was thoughtful and creative in helping me work through the optimal configuration, i.e. the wall units come in a number of different BTU strengths, so it’s important to assess the layout of your home and your electrical service when configuring the set-up. Tom and his technical expert made a second visit to my home (at my request) as I was still shopping vendors and had additional questions. I never felt any undue sales pressure for the base system or some of the available add-on features (e.g. wifi control from your phone!). A few times he basically said “look, I can take your money, but you’d be better off not doing anything with this room, or “better you go with option X instead of the more pricey option Y”. Tom was also patient in walking me through the financing options, and I was assured that both he and his team would be personally involved in the installation – which is exactly what I got. The team was careful and in their installation so as to not disrupt or break anything in my home, as was careful in cleaning up once they were done.Its sometimes easier to choose the longer established, more recognizable companies, but in the end, I felt very good going with a smaller, local company that is clearly dedicated to building up its business through great customer service, standing by their word and developing lasting customer relationships. I definitely recommend Gold Coast and the Mitsubishi product line.1/15/19 Update: My experience with Synchrony Bank (the interest free financing of my purchase) has been very disappointing. Synchronys billing practices and monthly statements are misleading, and if you dont pay the monthly minimum, you will incur large late fees/interest. I was late on my very first payment (which was due before my AC was installed!), and incurred a late charge on my first statement. Despite 3 calls since with customer service to get my account current, they keep charging small late/interest fees that my bank auto-payment doesnt cover, resulting in more abusive late fees. Shame on me for over-relying on auto-pay without monitoring my statement, but fair warning - Synchrony makes it hard to understand their bill, and missing a minimum pymt is costly. Bottom line, stay on top of them!!!
From beginning to end this company was very professional, knowledgeable, and truly worked to ensure the optimal system for our home. The installation staff were great, clean, conscientious, well organized and well trained. They were very respectful of our property and cleaned up thoroughly and reviewed how everything worked. I recently had three split units installed into my home in Astoria and immediately decided to move forward with Gold Coast after sitting down with Robert. Their unparalleled professional customer service is what makes this company stand out about any other.Not knowing much about HVAC units, Robert and Tom both helped me understand exactly what I was getting in to before moving forward. Robert and Tom both made themselves available to me throughout the installation to answer any questions or concerns I had. Even when one of the units wasnt working the day after installation, Dan was there that evening to get it up and running. Havent had an issue since.The installation team was very respectful of my place and I really couldnt say nicer things about the entire staff. Im happy with the system that Gold Coast installed. I had concerns about the location I needed to put the interior units but one of the crew was dedicated to getting the units installed without any unnecessary damage to my newly renovated rooms. The new Mitsubishi system has eliminated three large wall units I was using and has many more conveniences.
Recently had a heating issue with the system at my house. Was recommended to Tom through a close friend. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. His team of Dan and Zach were professional and courteous while they were working at my house. I will be calling these guys for any HVAC issues I have moving forward.
Having the Mitsubishi put in our house has made the summer days bearable and the cool winter afternoons warmer. Tom and his team have been helpful not only for my house but also when we had a interest in our church. Tom always kindly gave us helpful and informative information.
It was three of the hottest days of August, 2018. My wife was home recovering from a recent injury. I walked in the door that evening and noticed how hot it was. That night the temperature rose to 87 degrees.The next morning I reached out to Tom at Gold Coast Home Comfort and requested HELP.Tom was very pleasant and understanding , he said he would try and send a service technician over around noon.Dan arrived, assessed the situation and he was able to replace a broken capacitor in a short amount of time.The air conditioning is again working, the temperature outside is in the 90s but we are nice and comfortable inside.Thanks again to Tom and Dan for the rapid response.

Our steam heat quit working on a holiday, we called other companies who were booked due to the cold weather we called and spoke with Mike from Gold Coast who assured us he could have someone out within a few hours and he came thru! Our repair man came within 2 hours and we quickly had heat again and we weren’t overcharged! Highly recommend Gold Coast!

I found this company after posting on social media about a reliable HVAC company. I left a message after hours and was contact the next day. I was given an appointment within 3 days (not an issue, was still cool outside). The tech showed up on time and repaired my unit. This may seem like just any way a company should do business but heres the hitch, my service call was much cheaper than the company who installed it and was still under wanentee quoted me. The company is honest and reliable and I have recommended them 3 times in the last 2 weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Tom the owner seemed like a nice professional gentleman. Showed him my building and he told me he would get back to me with an estimate shortly. Every week for 3 weeks I asked him for the estimate so that I could proceed and every week he apologized and said he would get it right over to me. Now its been almost a month since the walkthrough and Tom has never gotten back to me. I explained to him that I was awaiting his estimate and electrical schematics to proceed with my electrician which would facilitate remaining work that cant be concluded until the electrical lines are complete. I have lost time and money trying to deal with Gold Coast Home Comfort.
Im writing my second review of Gold Coast because my recent experience with the company has changed my opinion, and not for the better. On 5/28/19, I called for service on the a/c unit they had installed because it once again was not working properly. The woman who answered the phone told me that they were backed up for a few weeks & I should find another company to do the work. In light of this brush-off, I did call another company that responded that afternoon, diagnosed the problem, & made the proper repair. So, if youre looking for a reliable company that provides good customer service follow the advice that Gold Coast gave me & find another company.
Extremely happy with the product and service we have received. We purchased two units and originally we wereconcerned about whether they were going to cool off the far hallway and the bathroom,but we had no issues even in this hot and humid summer we just had.Having radiant heat in my floors, it’s nice to have the heat cycle for those chilly nights in the spring and the fall before heat is turned on.Was extremely happy with the installation. Gold Coast was prompt in their response to my request for service. They arrived within the window of time and completed work in a timely fashion. I had a small problem with my one of my ducts and if I have another issue I will be calling them again. I also feel that their pricing was fair and reasonable.

2022-07-25Outstanding ductless HVAC company. The work is beyond quality and the service is amazing. We had Gold Coast Home Comfort install our Mitsubishi HVAC system on a new build, and have been using for almost 2 years-- and couldnt be happier.My wife and I started our journey wanting a heating/cooling system that didnt lower our ceilings with ducts. We did hours of research and found a ductless system called VRF. We went to the Mitsubishi Comfort website and found a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor elite- Gold Coast. We were so busy with our construction and forgot to call back their voicemail. Mike Randall was terrific in following up. He arranged a meeting with Thomas Stackpole, the owner within 1-2 days. We were floored with Toms knowledge, patience and desire to educate us on the proper system for the space. He informed us that we can have a ductless system that can provide heat during the winter and cool during the summer-- all done through refrigerant pipes. VRF is for commercial systems and not necessary. No soffits or reductions in ceiling height. He told us we needed the Mitsubishi MLZ-KP EZ FIT® Ceiling Cassette along with Mitsubishi Split System Heat Pumps. Each of our ceiling cassette heats/cools a different zone of the home. That way, we can heat/cool the spaces we are living in, and can turn off/save power in spaces we arent occupying. The system is controlled through remote control- but you can use the app Kumo cloud to control. Toms calculations on the number/strength BTU of ceiling cassettes to heat/cool the space are spot on as well.Routine maintenance has been done by Mike Randall and Dan-- very responsive to texts/emails. Dan is so thorough on his visits and doesnt quit until the job is done.Overall, we feel very lucky to have found Gold Coast Home Comfort. If Tom didnt educate us and give us the ductless HVAC option- we would be living with ducts along suboptimal heating/cooling in our home. We now live in efficient zoned heating/cooling, controllable via app, and we love our system. Plus Mitsubishi systems are the best. Thank you Tom, Mike and Dan!!!

2022-06-21Gold Coast exceeded our expectations in installing our Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning. From the very start in speaking on our first meeting via zoom with Tom, the owner, who explained everything, to our in house meeting and installation, we were very pleased. Tom’s zoom meeting was very informative and he showed us the displays of systems in his showroom. The installation crew led by Mike, the on sight supervisor, was very thorough and efficient in installing the units. The installation team consisting of Mike, Tom, Marc and Zach, were gentlemen, very personable and professional, and not only did a fantastic job installing the units, but also thoroughly cleaned up each day. We can’t say enough good about the entire experience and recommend them hands down to everyone.

2022-07-01When I expressed an interest in a ductless AC system for my home, Tom, the owner, came to my house and thoroughly explained the system and worked with me in designing a system to fit my needs. Gold Coast handled the permit, and work started promptly. Took 2 days. Crew was very professional, and cleaned up each day. Do our homework, and you will see that Mitsubishi is very highly rated. Great AC contractor. I am very satisfied with the system.

2022-04-03This company is exceptional with extremely qualified technicians. The installation of the Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Split system was flawless. The system was installed throughout the entire house and works so well it has also reduced my heating bill by 40 percent. The technicians were attentive and explained the use of the remote in operating the system. Tom the owner oversaw the entire project from start to finish and ensured quality. These guys are highly professional and customer focused- this is one of the best investments you will make.

We contacted them initially when looking to supplement our homes steam system with ductless, and Tom, Mike, and the team were incredibly forthcoming and responsive with our many questions. But after the steam system completely failed in November, they stepped up heroically. In less than a week, the crew was here installing a whole-home system that works beautifully. The crew was incredibly respectful and thorough, and their work was neat and adapted to the contours of our peculiar Queens rowhouse. Tom especially has been a dependable partner in helping us understand the ins and outs of the system. Whenever we have a question, Gold Coast is quick to respond with a solution. We feel like we are in great hands.

2022-05-20I’ve had Mitsubishi ductless systems previously and would choose nothing else. When we bought our new house the only question was who would we hire. After speaking to several I was impressed with the courteous professionalism of Gold Coast. Julia set up a mutually convenient zoom meeting with the owner Tom. As I walked him through my property the meeting was informative, thorough and reassuring. I subsequently received a detailed proposal with 4 different configurations. Tom walked me through the differences and I settled on the on most aligned with needs and budget. Within less than a week I had three trucks descend on my home and under Mikes supervision they worked promptly neatly and impeccably. By the morning of day three my 6 zone unit was installed flawlessly, looking and working precisely as it had been drawn up by Tom. I’m generally not effusive with praise but Tom and all his employees were so great I do not hesitate to offer the strongest recommendation without hesitation.

2021-12-27Gold Coast Home Comfort/Mechanical is incredible! My husband and I purchased our home two years ago with a ductless system included. Unfortunately, that system had costly issues each season so we decided to completely replace it. From my first meeting with Tom, he answered my many questions and gave me key advice on different system options etc. I ended up getting nearly 10 estimates in total, as this is an expensive project, and throughout the process, I kept asking Tom questions and knew he could be trusted. Once we decided to invest in this new system. Gold Coast was one of very companies that gave us an option for a 12 year labor warranty, which is great! The project only took a few days to complete and the team left our home in great condition. I strongly recommend working with this company!!
