So I used this company because my car was in the shop and I needed to get to a doctors appointment. When I called it was super easy to set up my ride I just gave the address of where I was going and they told me the price. The driver was on time and the van was clean! The ride itself was nice we got there on time. After I just called and they picked me right up! Would recommend Cathay Express Transportation and would use again.

Jason of Cathay Express picked up my father and my wife from his home yesterday. My father has ALSand is declining quickly unfortunately and has limited speech. Even so, both being veterans, Jason struck up some good conversation leaving my father and my wife very comfortable and relaxed after a long and exhausting day. Jason and Cathay Express are a class act. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks again!

5 star service. They are great at transporting wheelchairs. Vehicles equipped with power lifts. Also, staff member very professional and coordinated. They are experienced and know what they are doing. No issues with lateness, they take the most efficient route. Highly recommend them
