Beautiful flowers/water, the city of Auburn does a great job at keeping up with it. They host music in the park and have a kids story walk in the summer. One of Auburns best spots!
Great little park in a nice spot on the east side of Auburn. Theres a nice pond and paved walkway that winds around the outer edges of the park. Theres also a gazebo and plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the excellent landscaping. You can park free streetside on any of the side roads adjacent to the park.
Love this park, peaceful, lively, picturesque. It could use a washroom and drinking fountain.
Hoopes Park is a great place to walk, ride a bike, or just sit. I always love how pretty it is. Everyone is always in good spirits while enjoying the park!

Hopes Park is a treasure. Green spaces in cities are hard to come by and this one has wonderful paths, ponds, a gazebo and a pavilion. Very pleasant.
A beautiful park in Auburn with fountains in a pond, beautiful landscaping, and a walking path circling it all. My favorite relaxation spot in the city for the past 60 years.
My kids love fishing and riding bikes here. The only downside is there is no bathroom.
The pond was frozen and ALL I wanted to do was go skinny dipping. 😔
This is a beautiful local park in Auburn. There is a large pond, fountains, and plenty of walking path. Kids ride scooters and such on the paths sometimes as there is no playground. Since the paths make a large loop, its great for this. Folks come here for a some great outdoor time and the surrounding neighborhood is wonderful.
Great park to relax at or you can walk around and exercise ,take your pets for a walk,etc. You can also go fishing at there pond

There’s a very nice view and good wild life and if you didn’t already know you can fish there and there’s a variety of fish such as sunfish, bass, carp, and panfish est.
It’s just a nice, peaceful place for a walk!
I love Hoopes park. It is a beautuful place to walk or bring the dog for a run! It is one of the last good things in Auburn that the city hasnt managed to screw up! The park is very well maintained and everyone is very friendly and respectful. In the summers they do live music and a movie at night. I suggest checking it out, if you havent!
This is my favorite park to go to. So many wonderful memories from growing up and going here to play jailbreak, ride my bike around the pond and going to movie nights. Overall a wonderful place to walk your pet (or by yourself) and I am so happy to see that they are doing more community activities there, so awesome to see Auburn moving forward.
Beautiful, my girlfriend and I decided to take a ride there from Skaneateles before going to the movies. We stayed there till the sun went down reading on one of the benches. There was a beautiful pond that we saw a heron enjoying as well as many ducks.
Great place to go for a walk by yourself or with your family. The grounds are beautiful and always very well maintained.
One of my favorite memories of my home town.a beautiful place,peaceful and quiet.We did our wedding pictures here,and my Dad used to play the drums at band concerts on Wednesday night. I was sorry to hear they dont have ice skating anymore, had a lot of good times there.
It is a well maintained, nicely landscaped little park. Parks and recs are well represented every Tuesday with concerts and outdoor movies. A fun little story walk for youngsters. Overall a fun place to visit.
Pretty little park on Auburns east side. Good for strolling, feeding the ducks, relaxing and reading a book, or looking at the well-kept gardens. A well-known spot for prom or wedding pictures, Hoopes Park has also been home to ice skating, fishing, and community events.
Gave it a 4 Star it was my first time their did have a great time except last band for the season they say

Ive been coming here since I was a kid. Its a nice place to go for a walk. In the summer time there is ducks you can feed.

Very nice park in Auburn with a couple benchs a pond and a gazebo. I took my wife there on our 1st date. Great time.
Large pond with water feature, benches on a circling path. Plenty of eating areas for lunch some minor Wildlife including ducks and dog friendly.

Hoops is an awesome park. My wife and I love to go there to walk in the evening and weekends. There is always something happening there for the community. Hope they put in some handicapped parking soon.

This is a beautiful park with fountains and a lake. A nice walking path surrounds the lake. In the spring and summer there are lots of nice flowers.
Great Place to hangout & feed the ducks or walk your dogs when its warmer during late spring summer & autumn months... public works does an awesome job of keeping it maintained
Gorgeous, clean and quiet today. I have also been there for a concert in Summer months and its very nice. Highly recommend.

An absolutely beautiful location to walk in an amazing neighborhood that is one of the best in Auburn. They also have summer music and movies, and different events on certain weekends.

2020-08-12Well maintained lawns and flowers. There are several shaded areas spread throughout the park for people to sit and enjoy. There is algae build up in the pond, but that doesnt really take away from the quiet beauty of the park

2020-03-17Such a cute little park. Plenty of parking, if there is an event I would suggest planning a little ahead for parking. I’ve come here when there’s been live music and tons of families and people dancing around having fun. It has some water, a gazebo, and plenty of pretty landscape. With all the trees you can find shade, or enjoy all the sunshine in the grass.
