Super fun place to hang out. Especially in the summer when the patio is open!
A cozy Irish pub nestled off of Broad Ave on the North/East side of Binghamton. After going here many times over the years, I finally tried their Poppys Pizza and I was pleasantly impressed. Their General Reardon wings are unique and massive.
Absolutely fantastic staff. Great food, nice and clean. It could use a bigger parking place. But other than that. I think that Binghamton umpires have found a fantastic place. I was the one who took the food on a Togo

Stopped here about 5 times. Everything Im In the Binghamton area. Love the sweet potato fries. Best I ever had. Ruben is very good. Chicken speedi good flavor. Steak and cheese okay meat chewy but good flavor

Always a good place to stop in for drinks & food. They also have some outdoor seating an additional room if you need to book a party. The lunch specials are always more then plenty for me to eat during lunch!
My sister came into town and my husband and I wanted to take her to lunch to place she has never been before . Well it was a very bad experience. We waited for over an hour and ten minutes after the waitress took our order .The waitress came back around saying our order will be coming out shortly . Well that never happened. Waited another 20 minutes to have they waitress come back and say. Im sorry not sure what happened to your order.Watching all this food get served to everyone else in the place. Well we will never be going back to this place again. The owner was there and seen everything that went on. He could of came to us but instead he ignored the situation. Very very sad . . Never ever have had that experience.
Went during restaurant week. The first two specials I asked for were out of stock. Ended up settling for my third choice, which - to be fair - was still really good. Server was very nice and attentive.
Attended a retirement party, a buffet was served. Food was average bar food.
The place was nice and clean and following COVID guidelines. Our server was very polite, friendly and very attentive. We went for lunch on a Wednesday, so it wasn’t very busy. I got a cheeseburger and fries. The burger was cooked just as I ordered and was really delicious. A nice thick real burger, not one of those frozen pre-made shingle patties you get so many places. The fries were pretty standard, but good. Also got a pretzel log, which was actually three pretty large soft pretzel sticks, so great for sharing. All my food was very good. I would definitely recommend them.
The Maumer is best drink ever ! I didnt eat but it looked and smelled delicious!
It was loud in there, but its a bar and so thats to be expected. Service was excellent. I love the house wings... they are plump and the flavor is so yummy!
The food was great! But, its definitely a very tight neighborhood establishment. We are 2 attractive, approachable appearing ladies. Didnt go looking for friends, but the atmosphere was definitely cold. In fairness, we tried once more . This time with a third party. Our friend, John. Same report. Truly GREAT food, no interaction.

The most delicious quesadillas can be found here: thin and crispy dough with sauteed veggies of your choice. Very friendly staff, lots of big screens with ESPN on, good selection of beer. What else do you need while on the road?!
We are travelling to upstate NY and stopped in at Reardons for a light dinner and a beer. Great atmosphere, attentive staff, and really excellent bar food. We tried the pretzel pizza and House special wings. Both great. Outdoor seating too,but it was full when we arrived. Definitely worth a return stop on our way home.
Great tucked away local spot. Cant go wrong here. Good food, the house wings especially. Great bartenders. Mariah and the owner Bob always treat people right. It has a nice outdoor area in the back, plus a private room for parties and such for a fair price. The untrained eye might think they have limited parking, but the lots across from them have signs saying House of Reardon customer parking.
Nice place. I was there for a benefit, they did a very nice job accommodating everyone who attended. The food was good and the place and bathrooms were clean. It seems like a decent place to hang for drinks and a game also..plenty of TVs, good alcohol selection.
Such a nice cosy place! We randomly stopped here for a meal on our way from NYC to Toronto. And, we are glad we did! Tasty food, pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. Will definitely come back if we are ever close by. Greetings from Ukraine:))
Excellent hidden gem in Binghamton. Bartender Rick who was very friendly and able to explain any questions we had. Had a house special burger which was cooked the way it was ordered. My girlfriend had the BLT which she enjoyed. We need more little bars and taverns like this where Im from!

Bar food only better! Think great wings, yummy fries, square pizza, and pierogies! And home made soup! Outside seating, cordial servers, and not breaking the budget. This hidden gem, established in 1922 deserves to still be an East Side Icon. Located at 25 Grant Street, it is easy to not know where this is unless you are a local. Find it...trust me. My hubs does not like to eat in bars much, but he was wowed. Enjoy!
Held my husband’s 40th birthday party here and was super impressed with everything from the food to the service to the atmosphere! Bob was so helpful in getting everything set for me and made the surprise party a special day. Prices were very reasonable. Monica and Mariah provided awesome service. Super attentive and quick! Great ladies!!! We are still all talking about the food a week later. EVERYTHING is delicious, our personal favorite was the sausage, peppers and onions! Yum! Next I need to get my hands on some of these pierogies everyone is talking about! Definitely looking forward to having Bob and team cater upcoming parties. Ricks a hard act to follow, no doubt, but this kid aint cutting it. Scattered, inefficient, no sense of immediacy. Rick routinely ran the table. This kid aint even chalking the stick......
I came to this place because of it being an Irish pub. However I was disappointed that there was not much Irish anything decor, no Irish music. Next time I will find a different Irish pub. Its been like 3-4 yrs since I was here.
Was here for a rehearsal dinner in the picnic area. Totally loved it, a great place, good food, and the owner was very friendly. A little off the path, but when you are inside their location, its awesome. I wouldnt hesitate to host an event here.
Birthday day party buffet awesome
I consider myself fortunate that I work next door to House of Reardon. In under a minute I can walk over and get some great food. I particularly love their soup. If Im in need of something a little more filling than soup I go for the Turkey Club Wrap or Marinated Chicken Sandwich. We have had them cater many of our work functions and we are never disappointed. Oh, and you can get drinks here too.

Great local bar with very solid lunch specials that change frequently. Try a quesidilla or perogies and you wont be disappointed. Had one small issue here and the owner was extremely nice, responded immediately and fixed it. Definitely worth a shot if you have never tried this east side staple.

We stopped here on our way to the niagara falls from the city. We were a big group and this place lived up to our expectations, being that my husband did his research and omg the food was amazing and the service was perfect. I wish we had that type of place im the city, with such warming people.
I went there a few times. The bartenders was very nice and ensured that I was happy and comfortable. The food that I ordered was classic bar food but it was very good. The Reuben was excellent.

I have been to the House of Reardon 2 times in the past 2 months, and both times Ive had exceptional service. The staff and owner are fabulously attentive and make sure you have a good time. I will definitely be back again!
Not much of a big deal there...just a bar with some food...probably never go again..Bob,..Im sry...but my reason for my review is ...it was dead in there on a Sat night...and no live music...😔...even a bday party going on in the back was dead.....sadly one beer and see ya...we were out to have fun...and it just wasnt happening there...maybe it was just bad timing...maybe I try another time...

Generally great people and staff. Parking sucks at times but Ill take poor parking over drama and problems anyday. Wings are generally always good and the prices are decent.

A little bar filled most nights with area locals. They do have good wings and on warmer nights its nice to come here because they have a nice outdoor seating area.

2022-03-02This place was great an average sized bar and restaurant, tucked back in the east Binghamton. I had a Groupon and we ordered all sorts of food. The burgers were good, a square pizza, and pretty decent wings. Everything was priced pretty decently, I recommend checking out this place if youre on the Upper East Side.

2019-07-18This venue gets good reviews from others. It is obviously a place like Cheers and people are happy there.However, its wrongly advertised about the food. We were looking for Irish fare.This is a bar with bar food. Its also a loud bar. My partner and I could not have a normal volume conversationWe knew nothing about the venue other than an advertised The oldest Authentic Irish Food in the area We didnt know how to enter the building & circled twice before going into a side door. We sat ourselves.Its a bar with bar food. 2 stars for a friendly guy who was attentive.

2022-01-18Food was good a solid 8/10, drinks however were not great and a bit too pricey for the quality. Also this ‘Irish’ pub plays country music and American sports along with maybe 1 or 2 Irish themed food items, mostly just burgers and wings so not super authentic, also my fiancé said the men’s room bathrooms were really sketchy but the staff was nice

2017-03-29This place is kind of scary from street view. Inside you have your normal type bar, the food is pretty good and the prices are reasonable. You can even take home some homemade pierogies to cook another day (Or later that night, Im not judging!!!) They are very tasty.The two big pluses about this place is the owner is great... A very loud and friendly gentleman. The outside also has a great yard where they have live music and they can hold private parties.Dont be scared of the street view, give them place a try you wont be disappointed.
