Brokers are the biggest problem here. They never get back to you. I had to physically go into the office to submit an application and never heard anything back after. Tried to follow up numerous times and nothing. I see the listings I was interested in being updated every couple of days. It all feels very discriminatory. Wouldn’t even recommend them to a homeless person.

My dealings with one of their agent was substandard. Property he showed us I would not put a dog in it. Ed lied through his teeth. Place had bed bugs, move and roaches. Claimed the problem was taken care of. Stay away from this realtor.

The agents very helpful and have all the connections that one might need when purchasing a home. Even if they end up not being the agent for you, they will help you with any info that can acquire to ease the purchasing a home experience.
