Never had problem. Dispatcher is very nice, when she hears the address, she speaks as if we were old friends. Met owner and he is very nice.
Used to love utilizing their service but the lady working there is very rude
Ive had this acc since a lil girl😭but Im always late to school Im supposed to enter at 7:30 but instead I get dropped off at 8 the ladys are so rude and aggressive but the drivers are so nice
6.15- I CALLED AND THEY HANG UP THE GOD DAMN PHONE ITS RAINING AND MY EDGES ARE BASICALLY FLYING AWAY ... don’t wanna answer the phone ok sis? This wind strong enough to pick me up and drop me in front of your office so u can see me write another review7:10 - nvm they came and the lady was nice
Its a hit or miss with this company...mostly misses. You call and the dispatcher accepts...no car...stick with Taxi America
They use to be better. As of lately theres been way too many times I call and wait hour to 2 literally are they dont show.
Waited 30 minutes outside a supermarket in the cold and rain for the driver to lie and say he came and a dispatcher to hang up on me. This company is disrespectful I dont know why they are still around.

If I call the cab to take me somewhere at a certain time why do i have to go to the stops for people who came in the cab after me? then get dropped off last.I actually need to get to work on time. Fix that please

I strong suggest NOT using this cab company!! A bunch of lazy, shiftless hoodlums for drivers!! I took one from Freeport library to my home in Hempstead!! They took almost 2 hours to arrive!! Extremely poor service!!!
Terrible customer service, the taxis are filthy and they will tell you they coming and won’t even have a driver assigned to your pick up.
This cab company is a good one and CAN become great. I would love to talk to the owner about this ONE big problem thats hurting his or her company.
I go to Kennedy airport at least once a month for business travel. Hub taxi is at my house 15 minutes early every time. Cant use anyone else.
Bad dispatcher .... So impulsive and rude....she is there to provide information and great service ... But no...really bad experience.Hope this will be the first one... Unfortunately I need cab services ...

Dispacter was very nasty on the phone. In bad weather after making reservation, no pick up after making reservation or call back to notify that they were unable to pick up

2021-02-26First of all, let me stress that Im not a keyboard complainer!! But the dispatcher this particular morning was exceptionally horrible!! (2/26/21 Leslie?) not only did she hang up on me, but when I called back to find out how much longer my wait time was going to be, she abruptly scolded me about calling back! and hung up on me again. the other dispatcher is always pleasant, but this lady needs to be retrained!! as a c/s myself, an employee like this wouldve been dismissed.

2021-06-20On sunday june 20. @6pm I waited 30mins for a cab that didnt show up.. I would never do business with them, not even if I see the cabs on the street..HORRIBLE,,HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.

2020-01-31Staff is very disrespectful to paying customers. The dispatchers argue with the drivers over the radio and talk about other drivers and customers over the radio. The vehicles are in poor condition. The drivers are unhappy. If you have to get some where on time. You gotta call atleast 40 mins in advance or its a high risks youll be late. Theyll hang up if you catch them in a lie instead of solving issue they created. They dont have called id. So you have to asked them to call back when the cab is out front. They call you back late making the driver impatient and frustrated assuming they called you back at the time of pick up. They dont tell you in advance that the cab is actually a car pool. Forcing you to take a ride with unexpected strangers.Only a few decent reviews out of 53 reviews. That says alot about the company and explains their losses.

2017-06-15This company is hit or miss! I cant say anything bad about their time, because they almost always get to me very quickly and the dispatcher is a very nice woman. She always makes sure she stays on top of the drivers. However, my issue is with the actual drivers. Theyre usually either really young & hood (in every way) or their old and mean.

2020-01-02I never leave reviews for any kind of service but this one dispatcher lady was so rude for no reason whatsoever when I tried to call a cab for someone. Uber and Lyft won’t have to try so hard when you have dispatchers like the lady I spoke to...

2018-03-17Honestly, this place is a mess. I’m never calling again. They just caused me too much trouble with trying to get to back and forth to work and whatnot. If you’re waiting more than 15 minutes for the cab, don’t bother. I’ve waited almost three hours at the laundrymat before. Driver had the audacity to say sorry like it was nothing. 😒 just save yourself. Don’t call.

2018-11-29The TAXI DRIVER STOLE MY BMW CAR KEY I took this taxi yesterday accidentally left my keys when I went to pay the guy less than 5 minutes later he brought my keys back to where he dropped me off at which was the car insurance place on peninsula. I had left to go walk back towards where I took the cab at. Like I said less than 5 mins later he brought my keys back but had stolen my BMW CAR KEY OFF MY KEY RING. Why I don’t understand because he will never find my car. What is the crackhead going to sell my damn key. I reported the taxi service to bbb and then I’m going to the taxi stand and it will be an issue if I don’t get my key back so it’s not really me who took a lost and this is a promise not a threat
