Mike and the Ice Time Sports Complex team were extremely friendly and did their best to make everything work well despite the difficulty of organizing everything in a COVID-19 safe way. There was plenty of space during stick time and the other participants were friendly.
Has been up and down for us over the years. The ice is good and staff are nice, but management has been lousy. Great potential to be a really fantastic community resource. However would advise to be wary of any of the organized/paid activities (figure skating school, youth hockey, etc).
I lost 2 people to Covid -19 but i still like to go out and support the community. Unfortunately the employees at this place don’t like to wear a mask. I not sure if masks work or not, but most scientists say they do and we have to try to do our part to protect the people this virus tends to affect. Even after saying something the workers would not put the mask on. We left and won’t be coming back!
The workers were helpful anytime I feel on my face, my safety was their top priority, but the focus was so split on everyone that when I feel on my ankle incorrectly they didnt really notice or escort me off the ice. I did eventually go back and got extremely better than my first. Cool place had no hot drinks that was supposed to be in concession though.
Love this place. My boys have gone from not being able to skate to flying on the ice in 8 weeks!!! Amazing!!! They are on their second set of lessons and the improvements are just incredible! Great coaching staff!!! Great staff period!!! Thank you Ice Time!!! Worth every cent!!! And to top it off with a NYR Try hockey free event. Please, this place ROCKS!!!
The coaches are wonderful but the facility is run by an arrogant and incompetent manager. Changes hourly sessions on the spot and doesnot inform students and coaches who have lessons planned until they show up. The schedule is always a mess and can change on a dime. I got aggressive attitude when I inquired about it. I hope for the staff that they get better management one day. Feel bad for everyone that has to work with Mike.
The only indoor ice rink in the area..good schedules for free skate & hockey leagues...place is clean but could use mot prep room for skaters. Also more chairs or benches for parents waiting who don t want to wait in cold ice rink...and whats with NO handicapped. Parking or handicapped entrance or handicapped access to stands inside rink?
My son had his birthday party here in June, he loved skating so much he signed up for lessons. He did receive a free pair of skates with the current session he is in however they took many weeks to come in. My son loves the teaches in a few months his skating has dramatic improvement.
I have been calling and emailing with questions about both open skate and hockey for about a month. I never get any responses and no one ever answers. Even when my son did the ranger program last year they were disorganized, never had enough changing rooms open and front desk never could answer questions. We moved to PA and ill go to NJ now before going to Ice Time again.
My kids love the open skate. We were not as happy with the Free Skates Program. Ice Time was not able to get our sons skates that came with our payment for the program and they have not yet tried to correct the problem. It has been almost a year with the next Free Skate Program about to start. I recommend finding out ahead of time how Ice Time will help correct the problem if they are unable to get your child the skates that are included before signing up. We spent all winter there last year, and I am sure my kids will want to do the same this year. We just wont sign up for anymore programs.
Play there in the summer roller hockey league. Probably one of the best facilities I played in (and I play at alot of places). Separate locker rooms w showers. Two rinks. One ice one roller in summer. Two ice every other season. Offers figure skating for girls. Plenty of programs for kids.

2022-03-20The rink seems pretty organized. The ambiance is very pleasant. There are aids for young skaters so they can get comfortable on the ice. Generally the skatersand watchers were well behaved. The ice could have been smoother, especially close to the walls.

2021-02-01I had a great time skating at a public section. I didnt enjoy my mask being wet from my breathing, but I would bring a couple extra next time. I was good to skate anyway! Highly recommend going.

2022-03-06Very rude customer service. I was explaining my situation when I purchased my ticket it did not clarify where the venue was going to be and they hung up on me after I was being very respectful. I was requesting for a refund or a store credit ticket and got denied. First and last time!

2020-01-07Good skating facility for recreational use. Lack of management for competative hockey. Ice is usually very nice. Most of the staff is good and understanding. Somewhat reasonably priced with lots of sticktime and figure skating during the week. For coffee and food go to the Pilot truck stop across the street.

2019-11-21Very nice staff and helpful. Nearly every employee from concessions, to the front seat has been great to interact with.I do wish the skate shop was open more often, it’s difficult to get skate sharpening sometimes.

2020-11-23Good ice rink, and wonderful figure skating coaches. Different atmosphere than NYC. Its great now they offer upstairs for off-ice. I wish I live closer, so I could come more often!
