Went for my birthday for the first time ever! Wow Ive been missing out. They have a special on Wednesdays n Thursdays I believe... Porterhouse for 2 and 50% off any bottle of wine over $100. Really enjoyed the grilled octopus appetizer and the Porterhouse was cooked to perfection. Dessert n port wine completed the night
Went there for Sunday Brunch, It was very pleasant, we had no Reservations but were quickly seated, Our waitress was very courteous, The Brunch menu is fun and it has an extended variety.Had tons of mimosas with my food... I will go back again. average spent $70 for 2 people brunch. including mimosas.
Beautiful restaurant. We had a great corner booth and the crew was terrific. The service was wonderful but the chef could not figure out what very rare meant. They were kind and tried a second time but the fillet was still over cooked and scalding hot in the middle. The salmon dish was wonderful and cooked beautifully as requested.
This decor in this restaurant is very elegant. The food is not so bad however I would suggest some bone in steaks example Ribeye. Overall food on ok. The reason for the one star was watching the manger and bartender abuse to women verbally at the bar in a very aggressive manner while I was eating. I work for the Nassau Colliation for Domestic Abuse and to watch this behavior unfold in front of my eyes was just unbelievable.
Sitting in this dead bar tonight watched 2 ladies getting abused and verbally attacked and discriminated against by bartender and manger was nothing short of a JEFFERY EPSTEIN scene. The degradation of these 2 women ordering food clearly before happy hour ended and the way they were treated was beyond upsetting. We went into a state of shock and did not know how to respond. We feel so guilty for not jumping up to their defense hence this review. It is so sad in todays world that people are treated in such a despicable way. I hope the owners read this. Due to your manager and bartender we will never return to this place. I would never want my daughters see any girl/woman treated in this manner. UPDATE- received a delayed response from owner a week later from my review above. If this was my business the manager and bartender would be fired on the spot to disrespect my name, business and to disrespect women. They say Cesar another manager will review. Unbelievable this digusting behavior is enabled in todays society by business owners. Shame on the OWNERS to ENABLE this horrid behavior. Cesar a good guy but not an owner. We will never return here again as OWNERS of this establishment allows ABUSE ON WOMEN. I am a male doctor writing this review. Digusting!
Great early dinner. The service was very fast...and the waiter was excellent. My family had Strip Steak Bites, Steak, and Salmon. All was excellent and photo featured was the Pan Seared Salmon. All dishes served with any adjustments such as dressing on the side etc.Prices are also within a decent range and not overpriced. The decor was fun. Bar area was really outstanding and inviting.Recommend this friendly casual place geared for a young crowd and those who are young at heart.
We have eaten here once before on Mothers days and had a great meal and great service on a day notorious for bad service and food. We had our anniversary dinner this past Wednesday and I have to say everything was perfect! The oysters, the wedge salad, the porterhouse, the sides and drinks all excellent! Our server was on point and was very professional and always checking in. We were to full for dessert so we ordered a espresso martini for dessert and our busser was setting up the table for dessert and we told him we didnt order dessert and boom out come two glasses of champagne and some homemade donuts and sparkling candle! That was a amazing touch that really made our anniversary complete. Thank you for a amazing dinner! We will be back soon!
Celebrated an anniversary here. This place is superb. To start, the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice Cakes were out of this world. It will become my new pre-concert treat. Comparable to the quality one would get at a five-star establishment in the city. The porterhouse for two was tender, flavorful, and filling. The char on the brussel sprouts added great texture and they were a great compliment to the steak. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
My family and I celebrated my nieces bday there lady night and overall the experience was great. A couple hiccups such as slow service and the waiter forgetting drinks a cpl times but all in all we all enjoyed. They were very accommodating when I told them it would be a surprise and that half the party would be showing up before the reservation time. The food was excellent. I wish I had pics but we were all too busy enjoying it. The ambiance was really nice. I would definitely recommend and visit again!!
Great great great, plus the happy hour is best in Huntington, also bartender is great! The place is great loooking super professional and world classBut yet has specials that make it affordable, pretty crazy combo, and the level of service was off the charts, great placeGood beer wine and the bartender can make anything
IMC Restaurant is the best restaurant, Ive ever visited!Great thanks to the owner Igor, and manager Charlie! The staff was very attentive and friendly!Delicious food, great service and atmosphere!Appetizers, side dishes, main dishes were very delicious!Fish dish bronzino was the best and cooked ,as requested, I ve ever eaten!I will be back for sure!!!Highly recommend!
Went to IMC with a group of five. We booked a reservation on open table. When we arrived we were told that we didn’t have a reservation. It only took about ten minutes to sit. We sat down and ordered appetizers. I’ve never heard of a place that charges by the shrimp for shrimp cocktail? With that being said the appetizers all came out in a timely manner. Excited about the mussels a member of my party went straight for them. Unfortunately they were spoiled. The waiter came and took the plate away and took it off the bill. But my question is how could you serve spoiled food? The smell alone was not ok. The waiter came back and took another drink order. The table was cleared and we were given silverware but was never asked if we were ordering the main course. We then had the table cleaned again and we were served dessert. No one ordered the dessert… I think it was to make up for the mussels. Which was a nice gesture. I never got to order the steak 🥩 I wanted. Not sure I’d visit again. Very Disappointed.
I had the pleasure of attending a birthday gathering with a few friends last night. We were a group of 5 with reservations for 7:45. We were seated promptly and waited on by Kevin. The vibe, music, ambiance and food were all wonderful. Only thing is it took a while for our main entrees to be served maybe due to it being a busy Friday night but it wasnt a big deal. Whoever the bartender was did a banging job on those drinks!! My chest felt like I inhaled premium diesel fuel and I was sweating like a loose lady in church LOL Overall, our party had a blast!
Food is always stellar we got the slap of bacon, waygu skewers, Bluepoint Oysters, waygu hanger steak, waygu top sirloin fries and brussel sprouts. Drinks were good. We were celebrating my wifes birthday without being asked but in Reservations from OpenTable, they brought out a desert and sang Happy Birthday. Atmosphere was much louder as there were large parties with kids and we were surrounded by diners with kids. Minus being sat in a different location, which didnt seem possible we didnt complain about the noise.
We go here often and honestly have never had a bad meal. This past Tuesday was no different except for watching the hard-working staff led by Ceasar handle an unexpectedly very busy night with smiles, style and grace. These days are trying for many businesses trying to continue to operate with less staff and we are very grateful to Ceasar and his staff for doing such a great job and providing a great dining experience.
We love IMC!! Always top notch, attentive service. My wife and I have been here early, countless times, with friends and alone for earlybird 5.00 “bar bites”…scrumptious appetizers at the bar. We love the Raw oysters, wagyu meatballs, watermelon salad, mini wedge salad, skirt steak tacos, filet mignon skewers, chicken wings, fries, etc… all awesome!!We have visited for a great brunch. But our favorite is served on Wednesdays and Thursdays when they offer an incredible deal on their awesome Porterhouse for 2 for 50.00! Amazingly priced, yet incredibly yummy! We usually enjoy their iceberg wedge with blue cheese and love the cream of spinach.. Value, selection, ambiance and sheer yumminess makes us want to return as often as we can!
Wow. First off. Let’s start off with the interior of the place. Decorated very nicely please dress formally when you come here. The whole ambiance was amazing. I really like the wine bottles in the floor near the bar. They are behind glass and it looks very cool.Service manager Caesar took care of us and sat us in a beautiful section in the back and was very accommodating with 2 strollers.Service was amazing. They clean your table any chance they get. Even to clean off bread crumbs. Fresh warm bread came out on the table with a olive oil dip and some salt. Amazing! For appetizers we ordered the grilled octopus, truffle potato croquets, fried calamari, and ship cocktails.1. Grilled octopus perfectly cooked with the right amount of char. Not bouncy and rubber. Very fresh.2.Truffle potato croquets burst in your mouth with amazing flavor.3. Fired calamari very fresh and not bouncy.4.Shrimp cocktails! Wow wow wow. The freshest and biggest shrimp I have ever had in my life. Paired with a perfectly spicy cocktail sauce beautifully placed inside of a glass.Get it!For main course we ordered sides of creamed spinach, mushrooms, lobster Mac and cheese, and French fries.Creamed spinach was perfect for pairing with steak. Mushrooms were perfectly cooked and not shriveled. French fried were perfect shoestring.Lobster Mac and Cheese! Wow wow wow. Get it. You pay for what you get. Addicting. Now for the moment you are waiting for. The steak. I ordered a Wagyu skirt steak (medium).Steak was absolutely perfect. No sauce needed. The char on the outside perfectly caramelized the steak. Melted in my mouth. This place takes the cake. Seriously puts Pete Lugers to shame!Go here spend the money.Get the Sangria. It is perfect with all the heavy amounts of meat you will be ingesting. Will go back again and take photos. Sorry the food was that good
Weekly happy hour specials are the best! I enjoyed the burger and fries for $8 and the lady next to me raved about the mussels for $5. Lots of options to choose from - both food and drinks. Staff is always friendly and attentive. They were also very accomodating during happy hour when the bar area was full and seated us at near by table. I prefer the happy hour but have gone for pre-fixed dinner with a large party of 9. Service was a bit slower but food was delicious.
The waitstaff was as amazing as the food.I took my family for Sunday brunch. Every choice we made was carefully crafted for visual as well as palate appeal. If we wanted a cherry in the mimosa, a short glass full of cherries was provided. That was only one example. Our waiter was kind, bemused by our 3 year olds sassy remarks.A note about the restaurants decor. It has a Manhattan vibe with beautiful touches. Its warm and welcoming. Come for the food, stay for the comfort.
Great staff. I decide to try this place as I live in the area. Very disappointed with the food. Our salmon was so dry the strips steak witch they told me later was a chinês cut was just tasteless and so was the clams that we order for appetizer in a watery souce that taste just like dirty water.I really wanted to like this place so much. But the food. ...Was just tasteless and dry.Unusual for Huntington Village restaurants.Expensive and tasteless.
Went here during happy hour! The food was very good - we tried a number of the happy hour deals. The Meatballs were awesome, they are done in a Japanese style and they were so different! Loved them! Mac and cheese was great too as was the potato croquettes! Service was good but not great, our server definitely was in no rush to get to us and even dropped the check on us before asking if we wanted anything else. I guess the assumption was that wed leave cause happy hour was done (wed only had two drinks each so it wasnt a hint to leave) I guess theyre used to people not wanting to pay above HH prices. We stayed for another couple of drinks and when he came with the check again we went somewhere else. All in all the food and drinks were worth it, will be back again!
THE BEST RESTAURANT IN HUNTINGTON!!!!! I eat at a lot of them and I have never left thinking the food AND service was amazing. First off the food I can’t even describe is on another level! But Tyler, Vince and Caesar all professional and top notch! Our experience was beyond amazing and I plan on making this my date night place! Words can’t describe how good the food (especially the potato croquettes & donuts) was. GO HERE!! Not even a second guess go here! You won’t regret it!
Bone marrow was completely over cooked, hard, and loaded with breadcrumbs so I wouldn’t notice, barely got any out of it. Filet was tough and lacked a lot of flavor. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because my boyfriend enjoyed his Waygu skirt steak. Will not be going back - and will not be recommending anybody here.
Been there for my birthday the last 2 years, both times the meals were outstanding. The grilled octopus has a lot going, on but it all works together amazingly, the steaks are always cooked perfectly and simply, the way they should be, just a little salt, pepper and a brush of butter. One of my personal favorites is the brussel sprouts always tender and full of flavor. Not to be forgotten is the amazing staff and service that is provided by them. And a thank you to Cesar for some amazing desserts last week
Ive been here a few times and have enjoyed myself each time. The food is delicious, the service is professional, the atmosphere and decor are top notch and the Imperial Fig (cocktail) is a must order. My last time here was for happy hour last week with a friend. $5 wine glasses that are poured generously are a great deal. Will definitely be back here for both the happy hour deals and food.
The best steakhouse we have been to so far (we have been to a few). The service is superior, they really get to know their patrons! Ceasar, the manager, gives diners a personal touch - like it is a small family owned restaurant. The ambiance is fun, modern, and romantic while the food (especially their steak and donuts) is exceptional. If you have not been there yet, go!
I have dined at IMC multiple times and the staff excluding the manager, Caesar has been spectacular. The food and ambiance is exactly where I would like to frequent. I was embarrassed and totally taken back by Caesar’s unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. I accidentally dropped a cocktail and was made to feel like I committed a crime. The dinning area was not crowded and it was no interruption to any dinging patron. Prior to leaving, I wanted to let Caesar know that he had humiliated me. His reaction was horrendous and insulted me even more. I was hoping for an appropriate response. Unfortunately he was extremely rude. I beg any customer to think twice before having a private party or event as managers usually spearhead parties.
Went for the prix fixe before a show at the Paramount. Excellent deal. Salad, filet, a side, desert & 3 glasses of wine for like $45. Hard to beat that. Service was great. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is that the steak could have been seasoned a little better and wasnt seared. If it had been seared it would have been great instead of good.
Go for the Happy Hour specials. Burger and fries for $8 are excellent and drink specials are reasonable. They also have lots of other great food adn drink options during Happy Hour daily. We have gone for pre fix menu as well and were very pleased. The steaks are excellent, seasoned well and cooked to order. Service in the dining room can be slow at times.
The restaurant was beautiful and the food was very good. I was there for a Birthday brunch on a Sunday. The only issue I have is that we left a Birthday gift there, I called the next day and they said they had it in the office. Since we don’t live close by, we called about a month later (too long of a gap)to retrieve it and it was missing. Where did it go? About fifty dollars down the drain. I spoke with two different people . It vanished .Mystery !
My wife and I are not really steak people but we were interested in having a good burger. IMC was an excellent choice for us! With the burger craze run wild in Huntington, and everywhere for that matter, people overlook the finer dining establishments. The burger was certainly one of the tops in Huntington and we happened upon happy hour which made it even better! Fries were great and all of the food coming out to the guests around us looked delicious. The service was impeccable and we look forward to going back soon.
The food was excellent and the staff was attentive and friendly. Our server, Carlos, was patient with us and very knowledgeable as we asked questions about the different cuts of meat. We both ordered wagyu steaks - and we were not disappointed! The prices are worth what you get... and the desserts were ridiculous. I highly recommend the donuts! We will definitely be coming back!
We have been there serveral times, table for 2, as much as a table for 14, very consistent. We never had to wait for our reservation time.Friendly greetings from the host, great abiance, perfect lighting with a nice menu selection, something for everyone. The service staff are extremely attentive. If there is something you would like to be prepared from the menu to your liking, they are very acommadating. All the food is seasoned and prepared as ordered, if any question, it is addressed immediately. If there is any room from the dessert menu, the donuts are a great ending. Enjoy!
We had visited IMC in its first week, but had not been back. We were greated cordially and professionally by the Maitred, Caeser, our reservation was immediately confirmed. We were offered seats at our table or at the bar, and, since we were waiting for our dining companions we sat at the bar. Charlie, our bartender was an affable chap who mad our drinks to perfection. When our companions arrived, we were not rushed from the bar. Instead, they ordered drinks and we enjoyed the bar, which is particularly beautiful, for a while. We then asked to be seated and were immediately taken to a really lovely, private table. Our waiter was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and had just the right balance of talking with us and leaving us alone. The food was fantastic! We shared a Caesar salad which was perfectly dressed. My wifes Branzino was perfectly prepared and spiced, and my smaller of the two filet steaks was one of the best I ever had, perfectly cooked, fork tender and delicious. We had the homemade tiny doughnuts and cappuccinos for desert. It was as close to perfect as one could hope for. With an amazing 4-7 Happy Hour featuring many drink and bar appetizer specials, and a Wednesday/Thursday Steak special where the normally $85 Porterhouse for two is only $50, we cant wait to go back to IMC. We give it our highest recommendation.
The charcuterie platter hit the spot! The steak was tender, well seasoned and more than on par with many of the well known steak houses on the island. The desserts were a nice ending to a very good meal. The staff was polite and accommodating. The decor is upscale and trendy. Overall, a great night out!
Made reservations, had thier special, when I booked on open table I put it was for a birthday and they came out and sang happy birthday I never knew they do that when booking through the app didn’t even have to say anything, definitely a great service by Kevin , thank you
This restaurant is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. everytime I want to go to a superb lunch, this is the place that comes straightaway to my head. extremely good and food and a rich menu.helpful crew, and nice spirit. In addition to that, the pay is reasonable. I tell about this restaurant with no doubt.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came here for Father’s Day with my dad, and I literally just walked out of the restaurant. We were there for 2 1/2 hours and we were a party of seven. In no world should it take 2 1/2 hours to eat brunch, no dessert, just food. EGGS & PANCAKES. About an hour after we ordered our food, we asked the manager what was going on with our order, he came over and offered us drinks which we then realized we were paying for at the end of the bill. Don’t come over to the table, ask us if there’s anything that you can get us comped, and then make us pay for it at the end of the bill. Also, the “free dessert” that we were getting for being so patient....we also paid for that. If you’re understaffed, send out pastries. Do not make your patrons wait 2 HOURS to get their food.TERRIBLE SERVICE. Usually I do not criticize the waiter and waitress because I was a server at one point in my life, but our waiter didn’t come over once to ask us how we were doing while we waited two hours for our food. If it was just my husband and myself eating, we would’ve walked out of the place mid meal.Don’t get me wrong, the food is good, really OK, not anything great. However, waiting two hours for the meal does not justify anything.
Driving through town the place caught my eye. I have eaten at thousands of redtaurants. Never had bone marrow as an appetizer which was AMAZING beyond belief. I felt like Fred Flintstone!Great steak for 2. Great desert. Great service, friendly and professional. The manager came to the table to say hello which is a nice touch.Top 5 of all time!
Started off the night at 7pm on a Thursday, was excited and surprised because the restaurant was pretty empty and we were able to get a table by the window. We first order a bottle of wine for the table that the waiter recommended, the wine was ok when I tasted it but who am I to send a brand new bottle back. 4.5 out of 10 for wine. Then we order a dozen oysters. The presentation of them was terrible, they tasted like sea water, and I think my friend got sick. All of a sudden the air conditioning started to drip on my friend, we moved tables no problem because no one was there. Hoping all would get better I ordered the Bone in Ribeye, the steak was very underwhelming. Bad cut of meat, unevenly cooked, and worst of all wasn’t seasoned correctly. I wound up eating less than half of it. Anyway to top the whole night off the bill pushed the mid 200’s without tip for two people. My advice in this situation if you are looking to spend that kind of money, don’t take the easy way out and go to empty IMC, just go down to Prime and come out with a smile on your face.
Servers were professional and courteous, food was terrible.Ordered a filet, medium-rare. The steak came out well done (no pink at all). They took the steak back no problem. Next steak comes out black and blue (seared on outside the entire steak was cold). I call the manager over to have him take a look. He starts telling me that I dont know how to eat a steak and both steaks are cooked properly. I was extremely offended and told him that it wasnt right to make that assumption. He tried kicked me and my guests out of the restaurant. The serving staff came over and gave us drinks and asked us to stay and told us that the manager was a hot head. They brought my steak back to the kitchen and it was cooked properly when it came back.It was honestly a terrible customer service experience. The manager made a scene and embarrassed me and my guests. I have never experienced this at any restaurant before and will never go there again.
This place is beautiful and the service was good however I couldnt help but felt that the people racist towards me and my friends. From the moment we arrived we had to wait 20 min for a table that was available. When I asked what was the hold up she said the table was being cleaned which was a lie. When we seated I couldnt help but notice that they seated us all the way in the back corner where the kitchen door was and our table was plastic. The manager& our server were great. Very friendly. Very helpful. The food was good as well but I couldnt eat bread without people staring.
I’ve lived in Huntington for 10 years and I very familiar with all the restaurants. I had been wanting to try this place for a while but i often only get to experience restaurants via take out because of my 2 year old and running a business. Considering the higher end menu and price point I couldn’t believe they allowed take out. I am sure glad they did because I have a great spot to order from now. The filet mignon was great and cooked as requested, even the roasted chicken was great my toddler liked it also, all the sides we tried were great. I will add them to my rotation of restaurants since I rarely cook.
The bar area is absolutely stunning with the purple lights and the floor is made of glass and you can see wine bottles glowing underneath it. They use very expensive meats and delicacy items and are priced as such. Different managers and different servers and bartenders are a common theme here. Not sure if this place has the curse and will close like the others did. Wouldn’t be surprised though as they are always closed earlier than other places in the village at night.
Had bruch here today. Staff and ambient mood good but the food was disappointing . I specifically asked waiter to make eggs hard, no running yolk but it arrived as a running yolk. Disgusting to me. Im a vegetarian and ordered the avocado toast. It was lettuce on lettuce then on same plate more lettuce. Overkill of lettuce. So off putting. Bee Organic down the street was better and less money. The chef really needs to get a reality check. This restaurant has potential but chef change is a must. This is my 3rd time here hoping for change. What was so embarrassing was my friend who joined me today owned 5 restaurants in Manhattan. I was totally humiliated with what was servered. Owners, please get a new chef.
The only reason I didnt give IMC five stars is because it doesnt feel like a steakhouse. The food is great and what I would expect from a modern high end steakhouse, but the atmosphere is confusing. The atmosphere is hip like a club, which I like but not what I think of as a steakhouse, then there are old style chandeliers which look out of place. Overall great and I will go again.
First time there, won’t be our last! All the food was excellent and cooked to perfection. Everyone enjoyed their meal with the guidance of our waiter Rob. Rob was insightful to the menu and answered all of our questions with professionalism and expertise. We will certainly request him on our next visit
This place was recommended to us by a close friend. Im not surprised that she was absolutely spot on touting this place as a go to steak place with reasonable prices!! Delicious food served up with kindness, understanding and a genuine concern for your having a pleasant experience. Go, go now!! If theyre open. If not, plan on going🤗
Came for restaraunt week. They had a great deal - 3 course prix fixe for $27.95, as well as a wine special with 2 red options for $20. The bottle we selected wasnt the best, but for $20 you cant beat it. Ceasar salad was slightly overdressed, but dressing tasted homemade. The waygu flank steak was cooked perfectly and was delicious. No matter how full you are, get the donuts!
I cannot say enough about the quality of their food. Their decor is over the top and their menu is even better. Dont get scared away by their prices either. They have a weekday prix fixe menu that gives you an opportunity to try Kobe beef at buffet prices. If you must indulge however, I suggest the caviar, duck charcuterie plate, waygu ribeye, and the homemade donuts!
We have been here before, was so we were excited. It was restaurant week, so 30.00, plus Tax and tip.Last year I had a drink called candy corn, they do not have it.So I ordered a cocunut martini with rum (cant do vodka), was delicious. Took our waiter Tom a long time to come get our drink orders.Ordered wagyu flank steak, medium rare with creamed spinach and ceasar with blue cheese on side.My salad had Caesar dressing on side, had to ask for correct dressing. My steak came medium, I didnt complain, but was tough and dry.Gf ordered filet mignon , medium, hers was med rare ... she didnt complain either, her spinach was also Luke warm and not creamy.Manager came over right as we got food, come in the middle. My spinach was Luke warm and not very creamy.I ordered 2nd drink, it came made with vodka, when I took drink it was evident. Took me a bit to get waiter. He had it remade.Dessert, said chocolate cake, donuts or cheesecake. Turned out it was molten lava cake, I was Like ohhhh yeaaa. It was dry, and stale, nothing In the inside, it was like eating saw dust and the center had nothing molten in it. I finally complained, the donuts were said to be with cinnamon and caramel, it came swimming in Some sort of cream. I really cant have dairy... so...i was very disappointed, as was the other 3 people with me., with their meals.I saw Tom tell manager, about the dessert and we were never approached.Im sorry, I will probably not come back😢
I had the greatest steak of my life here. Thats no exaggeration! Ive been to several high end steak houses, but none can compare to the Wagyu beef these guys serve. But it doesnt stop there. Literally everything I had here is amazing. The bread (3 varieties) they serve at the start tastes fresh baked and comes with a platter of creamy, spreadable butter (bonus points because it doesnt feel like it was just pulled from the freezer), large grain salt, and oil and vinegar with herbs. Its amazing.Remember that steak I mentioned? Wagyu hanger steak cooked medium well. Unquestionably the best steak Ive ever had in my life. Simply without comparison! It was cooked to perfection and wasnt slathered in any sauces or overly spiced. Just a touch of salt and pepper and maybe love and happiness. It. Was. Amazing! On to dessert! We were here for my moms birthday and they gave us an order of their donuts with a big sparkler in it. The donuts were sugar coated and filled with dulce de leche and came with a custard-like dipping sauce. Once again, amazing. I also got an order of their smores. These were no ordinary smores, however! It was a graham cracker, upon which a layer 2 inches thick of chocolate ganache was placed, topped with marshmallows that were seared up top. Oh, and there was a scoop of vanilla gelato with it. I would have taken a picture, but I was too busy shoving my face into it. And guess what?It was AMAZING!We had a conversation with someone who I believe might be a manager or someone of that nature named Sean. He was very welcoming and along with our waiter Andrew, made us feel right at home, as if wed been coming here for years!Excellent food, outstanding service, and a wonderful atmosphere, along with prices that are definitely fair for what you get means that Ill be coming here as often as I can. In fact, I wrote this review while waiting for my entrée during my second visit!
Customer service is lacking tremendously. I tried to book a large dinner party here and when I spoke with the the woman in charge of reservations she seemed thrilled that I wanted to book a large dinner party. In spite of 2 phone calls and 2 messages left at restaurant to solidify the plan, I never heard back. Shedoesnt return calIs. I also emailed and no response.Horrible customer service Im quite shocked. Food is good service is poor..would never go back. I took my dinner party elsewhere.
One of my favorite places in Huntington! Excellent wagyu skirt steak, wagyu meatballs, chicken lollipops, lamb chops, branzino, roasted bone marrow, raw bar, roasted brussel sprouts, even the wedge salad with home made blue cheese dressing... pretty much everything is great. The desserts are delicious too: the poached pear and smores are my faves. Beautiful, sparkly and modern space with great service too.
The wait for food was a little bit long, even longer than what was expected for a busy evening. A gentlemen other than our waiter came by a couple of times to check how were doing, which is nice but we felt a little bothered... food was what youd expect for the price.

2022-05-29Great atmosphere, even better food!Went in for happy hour and I was very happy I did. I ended up getting a bunch of food to split so I can see what they really had to offer. For starters, we had the French fries, the Thai chili calamari, and the bacon. The fries had a good helping of cheese on them and the aoli was very lemony. The calamari was perfect. Crunchy and tasty, sweet but spicy, and not rubbery at all. The bacon was a nice cut and the perfect mix of fat and meat. The sweet glaze really added to the natural flavor of the bacon. For the main, we split a porterhouse for 2 and got the skirt steak tacos. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare as asked for. They had a neat little set up with a rosemary brush which surprisingly did add some rosemary flavor. The tacos were good but I feel like it was hard to give them a fair review since I also had a very tasty steak.Come here to enjoy some good company with great food and a very friendly staff.

2021-07-28Excellent! We had small plates from the happy hour menu. Mac and cheese, mini wedge salad, mini watermelon salad, calamari were great! The coconut blackberry cocktail was perfect. Dinner was excellent and the staff was very attentive and friendly! The only problem, if you could call it that, was the music was a little loud. The tables were not small and there was pleasant of room for all the plates! Would highly recommend this place!

2021-10-02What a wonderful place! Made reservations and specified a quiet romantic setting for an anniversary celebration and lo and behold, they answered my request with a very lovely private table. Service is exceptional and very attentive. We started off with a cocktail each and ordered the Thai calamari appetizer which was phenomenal. Fresh, tasty and enough to share. Then we ordered the wedge salad also to share. The serving came out when we requested it already cut in half and was also very fresh, tasty and not overbearing with blue cheese dressing. My better half ordered the wagyu skirt steak, and I ordered the wagyu hanger steak cooked medium rare. We also ordered the cream spinach and foie gras butter to drizzle on our meat. When the dinner arrived it was purely perfect, and quite the ample serving! We both brought approximately half home for a repeat dinner the next day. We refused dessert because we were full, but because it was our anniversary they gave us two complimentary champagne flutes and a sparkling candle to celebrate! Very nice touch. Bill was $169 plus tip came to $200. All in all a wonderful experience, and well be going back! So many wonderful choices on the menu, we have to try them all!

2022-01-01My family and I celebrated my sons 27th birthday. The appetizers were amazing 👏 and bursting with flavor. The service and attention to detail was impeccable. The price for such great quality of food is extremely reasonable and well worth it. Dessert was awesome. Best Birthday celebration ever !

2022-03-27The best thing IMC did was add a small plates menu for happy hour 4-7 PM at the bar! Food is excellent, great portions and prices for small plates. Bartenders, Michael and Diana are great, as well as all the staff, for which I cant remember all their names. Great place!

2022-04-18Needed a place to take my family and our 90 year old mother for a nice Easter Sunday meal. IMC was recommended by my son who happened to dine just a week ago. Our mom needs the assistance of a wheel chair to get around. IMC was more than accomodating. They even called beforehand to check on what type of wheelchair she uses so they can prepare the table. The moment we arrived, a few of the staff came out to assist and made sure that we were all welcomed. The entire staff went over and beyond their duties and made our dining experience one of the very BEST.
