Great service, very friendly & professional. Pricing is competitive. I have an 09 truck & 17 van, had general maintenance, an oil pan replaced, general oil changes on both vehicles. I highly recommend IN Collision! Their collision work is outstanding. Very positive atmosphere. They are efficient and prompt with service. Provided phenominal customer service. Scott took the time to explain everything. The repairs were complete exactly when he said they would be complete. Every employee who I encountered here was pleasant, courteous, and friendly. Priced reasonably. Final bill ended up being less than quoted and they even detailed my car as a courtesy. If you take your car here it will be the best auto mechanic shop customer service experience that that you have. They go above and beyond in terms of repairs and customer service.
Referred to this business by family. I was promised the works and that I could get everything on my car fixed for a reasonable price. I was not disappointed! The staff are super friendly, they went above and beyond to detail my very messy car and they were happy to take my calls whenever I had questions. My car is new but it had some damage on it already 😞 they made my car look fresh off the lot and even took care of things that I didn’t know were broken! 110% recommend. The most pleasant auto shop experience I’ve ever had.

I have been coming to IN Collision & Auto Repair for years and I would not take my car anywhere else. I trust this place completely to do great work on my car for a fair price. They operate on a high level of integrity that is like no other. I’m thankful for their dedication to customer service. They have a monthly news letter that is mailed with auto tips, coupons, and fun information. I’ve also received courtesy phone calls checking up on past visits to see if my car is still running well. I refer everyone I know to them and brag about how great they are whenever asked.
I went in to get a new tail light installed because my old one was out. After taking off the whole light, they told me that because I had a small crack in the covering that water was seeping into the light and shorting the wire and would need an entire new rear light. They said it would be around $500. I got a second opinion from a different shop and they were able to fix it for $20. I do not recommend based on their predatory practices. Also, when I went in the 10+ employees I saw were all maskless. Not a very comfortable environment. Take your business elsewhere.
My family was driving to Florida from Buffalo and we got new tires, alignment, sensors fixed and oil change. I found the service for $100 cheaper at fox tire, but Travis told me that he would personally go over our SUV to ensure my family was safe during our 2,400 mile road trip. With Travis going the extra mile I felt very comfortable and safe during our trip and the truck drove beautifully. The confidence in knowing I was not just another customer with Travis and InCollision gives me confidence each time I get behind the wheel of our car.
I took my Range Rover Evoque to this establishment because some lights were turning on. They took forever to get back to me, I had to call them multiple times to get some vague answers about what they thought was going on. They called me to tell me that they needed to change two batteries and test a lot more things to know what the issue was and that it would be $4,000 - I quote to start. I am a single woman who does not know a lot of car reparation but I thought something was off, I asked a few people that told me it did not sound right. I took the car out as soon as I could and brought it a Range Rover, they called me within an hour and told me it was just a few debris behind a sensor; they charged me under $200. This place is a rip off, they take advantage of people who do not want to pay dealership prices and lie about repairs. The owner was a liar and extremely rude. The cars wait in the back for weeks and they pretend to work on them and charge for labor. Do not take your vehicle there.
My experience is very similar to others here. When I first became a customer, the service was great and the maintenance/repairs were reasonable. I used this shop for three of my vehicles. For two of those vehicles Ive ended up having terrible experiences with this shopFor one of my vehicles, I smelled the odor of gasoline whenever the vehicle ran. IN Collision reviewed and diagnosed the issue as being a hole in my gas tank and the repair would be have been over $4,000. I did not move forward with this repair and instead took this vehicle to a family friend mechanic about two months later to be looked at. The vehicle was raised up and absolutely no leaks in the gas tank were found. The gasoline odor ended up eventually going away, and three years later this vehicle is still on the road, no issues. Thankfully I did not move forward with having IN Collision fix this non-existing issue that they made up.After I brought another one of my vehicles here, for an inspection, I was given a huge bill of things that needed to be done in order to pass inspection. I took my vehicle to two additional NYS Certified Shops to get their opinions, along with the itemized bill that IN Collision provided. By both other shops, I was told that the repairs and maintenance quoted by IN Collision were not needed and my vehicle could pass inspection.I would only trust this place to do simple jobs and maintenance, such as changing out your headlight fixtures or an oil change. Never ask them to diagnose an issue you are having because you will be given a huge bill and it is likely that even after this they would have still missed fixing the actual issue. For example, on my third vehicle, a leak from somewhere kept shorting out my turn signals. I described the issue to IN Collision and specifically told them that I had already changed both light bulbs and that this was not the issue (it had to be a leak or something shorting out the turn signals). I picked my car up at the end of the day to find out I had been billed for new turn signals. About an hour after this, my turn signals once again were not working.I regret giving this shop multiple chances despite all the bad experiences I have. They do a great job in the beginning and really hook customers with the customer service. They will also reward their customers for giving good google reviews (I once got a free ride to work after I had to leave my car there for the day just because my original Google review was 5 stars).
Let me just say, i was a repeat customer for IN COLLISION , for the last 3 cars ive had. They always seemed reasonable, the prices were a bit high, but I didnt mind as they did a satisfactory job in the past... My last two experiences were horrible.... So i took my wrx in for an inspection, and they said I needed over $1400 In repairs in order to pass inspection... I walked out, and made a dealer appointment(BASIL sheridan) , and they got my car inspected the same day... And guess what, the dealer said all I needed was new $25 wipers to pass... NOT $1400 in work that IN COLLISION had said that I need... Oh, and like 2wks before I went for that inspection at IN, I went there to get a new front bumper painted/installed for my WRX , , and the front bumper wasnt flush with the headlights, leaving uneven gaps between headlight and bumper. I let it go, since they did a good job painting, thinking they will fix it...which they never did... Well, a few days pass by, and while slowly driving on my street, hit a small pothole and my front bumper fell almost completely off.. LuckilyThe wiring for the fog/ headights were only thing holding it, but still fot some scrapes on the underside bumper lip. So I immediately took a closer look, jacking it up in my garage. I found out the bumper was haphazardly installed by IN collision, and they only bothered to put on a few of the brackets and clips, around 20% required
After having my brand new Ford Ecosport for only 3 weeks, I was in an accident that wrecked the entire passenger side of the vehicle, along with other damages. I was heartbroken and crushed. I had it towed to IN Collision not knowing what to expect. Scott was absolutely amazing, professional, informative, thorough and spent alot of time putting my mind at ease... I cant say enough positive things about him and his staff. Although my insurance company deemed my truck totaled, Scott went as far as trying to negotiate with the total loss adjuster, and speaking up for my best interest that he could get the car back to a brand new condition. Of all the mechanics and shops I have been too, I have never received such great customer service and honesty. I will NEVER go to any other mechanic again. IN Collision is where its at!!!! I would highly recommend that anyone and everyone use their service for your vehicles.
The VA recommended my partner here because they were veteran owned. They really used that status to gain our trust. Then proceeded to charge us hundreds of dollars for unneccessary services and tests that they scared us into. After the tests, they told us we had a timing issue. Continued to upsell us and tell us that we would be better off w an engine replacement.Long story short, it was a sensor. Auto Zone techs were able to figure it out and the dealership we bought it from confirmed. But, not until 3 days of pure anxiety, tow fees, and predatory salesmanship.Everyone beware. Veterans especially though...

Have had an absolutely remarkable experience with Travis and the staff at INCollision. They were able to keep me updated every step of the way on my car and kept myself and my parents (who live 300+ miles away) on the same page. My vehicle was returned to me good as new, running and looking even better than before! Estimates and damage assessment were very accurate as well. I will definitely be returning here in the future and high recommend this shop!
If I give them 10 stars I would. Travis was a delight to work with... while it took a long time for my car to get fixed that wasnt because of them. They were diligent and checked everything out unlike other local mechanics Im taking my car to for the exact same problem. Travis even lifted my car up to show me everything and to show me what else needed to be done with my car including my catalytic converter which another repair place had a hole in it and would have cost me over $600 which it did not have a hole. Travis was diligent about giving me updates and was clear about pricing. I felt he was honest with me when I told him my concerns my price point and what I was willing to go for with this car. Not only will I take this car back to him for another repairs but Ill trust him with my kids new car and for any car I might have in the future. I highly highly highly recommend them to anyone. Bonus points they are next to froth so your car gets fixed and you have a cool beer and lunch.
Recommended this place by a friend and Im glad he did. I bought a used car not too long ago and they have helped me with every problem that has come my way. The mechanics are honest people who just want to see you have your car in the condition you want. Ive been working with Travis the entire time and he is great. On top of everything else, they washed your car and vacuum the front of the interior. A nice plus.
The staff has been nice when I interacted with them but never used them. The building houses several businesses. I use Gregs Auto in the back. Great mechanics there. Highly recommend. The fellas at In Collision seem courteous when interacted with them in the parking lot.
I had a great experience with IN Collision. Someone had struck my parked car late at night and ran, leaving my driver side door a compete mess. I couldnt even open it from the outside. I went to several body shops, but Scott gave me the best price and went above and beyond as far as customer service and doing a fantastic job on my car. A big thank you to all the folks who helped me there and I definitely recommend this shop if you need work done to your car!
IN Collision repaired the frame and body work on the front and rear end of my 15 Lexus IS 250. I thank Travis and Sam for always keeping me updated on the work being done. I have been to many local shops in wny, IN collision has the best quality, it is very professional, staff is very friendly, and the cleanest shop in the area. Very fair prices, staff takes their time to make sure you car comes out of the shop cleaner than a new car. If possible I would give IN Collision more than 5 stars!!!
I have gotten my car fixed here on two different occasions and every time, it is an amazing experience. They took care of my car and went the extra mile and cleaned it up and made sure I was happy with the result which I was.The repair was quick and done flawlessly on both occasions. The waiting room is very nice, clean and comfortable, offering water, coffee, tea and snacks as well. I felt very comfortable in there waiting.The guys at IN collision auto repair are very nice, friendly and have great customer service. I have never been disappointed. I will be taking all my cars here if I need a repair to be done. Over all this place deserves 5/5 stars. Good job guys, and thank you again for everything.
Though I have not had work done there just yet, the gentleman I spoke with was courteous and explained further options that needed to be ventured before they could actually find out what was wrong with the vehicle. He was upfront and more concerned with helping me make the right course of action to fix the car and was uninterested in just getting the work. For this reason I will be bringing my car to their shop once Ive taken care of a prior issue. Knowledgable mechanics are hard enough to find let alone ones with ethics and honesty.
This is the first review I have ever written - that is how delighted I am with In Collision!! I worked with Scott who was very attentive to my needs and concerns. He must have listened and passed the information on because when the car was delivered, it was perfect!!It was done at a fair price and exactly what was estimated. The body work is exceptional. It was delivered on time and was cleaned inside and out!!Though I hope I do not need to, I would work with them again in a minute!!
Excellent experience with our Suzuki repair! Our service advisor, Scott, was fantastic. Very upfront and helpful through the entire process. The technicians did a wonderful job and our car is now running beautifully. I would definitely recommend IN Collision to anyone!
5 Stars does not do IN Collision justice. I moved to Buffalo two years ago and was lucky enough to find IN collision to work on my car. My Volkswagen was just getting to 100k miles so there was a good deal of maintenance that needed to be done. Every job was done well, quickly and the price was more than reasonable. Travis made every experience easy and comfortable. There was never any anxiety over the quality or price. I rarely write reviews online but I feel strongly enough about IN Collision to happily write this one. When the time comes to find a new mechanic I hope to find one that is half as great as IN Collision.
Amazing customer service and a quick turn around for repairs. Their staff was professional the entire time my truck was in their shop and constantly kept me updated. If you’re looking for quick diagnosis, quality repair, and good prices, IN Collision is the place to go. Make sure you ask for Travis when you arrive. I will NEVER take my vehicle anywhere but to the kind, brilliant people at IN Collision. I found this shop through a Google search by pure accident, and I have been to the shop twice in the past two months.The first time was for brake pads on my 2013 BMW 328xi. I spoke to Travis beforehand and he was so professional and knowledgeable; not only did he take the time to send me detailed quotes via email beforehand, but when the BMW Certified mechanics (this was very important to my partner, as this is our only vehicle and we have only ever had Certified mechanics work on the vehicle) found that I needed new rotors as well as new brake pads, Travis walked me through it in great detail and literally brought out my old rotor to show me how worn it was and this man then literally explained how my brakes work, because I told him I honestly did not know. I was so thankful. It was seriously the most pleasant experience I have ever had dealing with any shop.The second time was just for a right low beam bulb replacement, but it was just as easy. I called and Travis remembered me, and then greeted me by name when I came in for my early morning appointment. Once again, he walked me through everything concerning the repairs, and he was able to order the bulb and have it there within ten minutes so I didnt have to worry about not getting my light fixed because they didnt have the part on hand.And its not just the incredibly knowledgeable staff. Its everything - they have those little butter cookies everyone loves and a great selection of beverages and free wifi and an extremely classy waiting room with super comfy chairs. Everyone treats you and your vehicle with such respect. The prices are so much better than the dealership I was previously taking my vehicle to AND they literally cleaned my car inside and out and topped off my fluids each time!Prior to this vehicle, Id never owned a foreign car and it just so happens that this shop is a BMW Specialty Shop, so BMWs are what they primarily work on. Just another reason to love this shop.I am truly so grateful to IN Collision for the excellent care my vehicle has received and the respect and professionalism with which I have been treated. Customer for life!
IN COLLISION IS THE BEST!!! They are professional, honest and reliable. Ive worked with Illya, the owner and most earnest guy I know, for many years and he always provides me with the BEST SERVICE at the BEST PRICE. They worked on my BMW M3s and various other cars. I recommend all my friends to go there and everyone was happy with their service, and became their regulars. If you are looking for a One-Stop-Shop that does everything, from service to repairs to collision body work, they do an excellent job! They even does basic car mods and repair motorcycles. Everyone is so nice and friendly, they are like family to me. Travis is great and love Roma! So if there is ANYTHING you need to get done to your car, go to IN Collision! Theyll take good care of you. I back them up 100%!!
Awesome auto repair shop. They explain everything thoroughly without making it seem like they are taking advantage of you. Travis was extremely friendly and informative and always had a smile on his face. The prices were extremely fair and the work very well done. When I told them I needed my car for work the next day they promised to work quickly and definitely followed through. They even washed my car inside and out free of charge! I will take my car here for all maintenance from here and out and Im glad I found such an honest and dedicated car repair shop in Buffalo.
These guys are excellent. I have to echo the views of most people here. I got a scratch on my new car in the parking lot, and needed to get it fixed. I read their reviews and decided to give them a shot. Sam took care of my case - he was very pleasant. I found their rates very reasonable. Another major collision center (withholding name) quoted a much higher price. They delivered my vehicle on time. Overall its not a pleasant experience having your car damaged, but if you do and live in Buffalo, I would definitely recommend you go to these guys. I believe you will have one less thing to worry about.
Auto maintenance is not fun... lets face it.I had to get my car inspected ASAP as my inspection was due in January and I had been pulled over 2X IN ONE NIGHT in Amherst over a blown headlight. So yea....urgency was keyI had previously met with Cameron who is the assistant District Manager at IN Collision and repair and from the jump I could tell he was a good dude. He assured me that I wouldnt get ripped off like I had previously at other inspection places.Once I arrived Jodene the parts manager was able to get my SUV looked at right away then showed me to the waiting room. The entire facility is clean and spacious.Within an hour my inspection, headlight repair and windshield wiper replacement was done AND they had cleaned my car. That was just great service.Cameron, Jodene and company did an amazing job. When YOU go make sure to tell them Saint James sent you!
I am extremely happy with my first experience with IN Collision. I was able to get the appointment that fit to my schedule best with no issue, and when I arrived, I realized how much they cared about my car. I was able to tell them all the issues the car might be having and the next thing I know, within a timely fashion, they were able to get every point done! Not to mention, they gave a nice wash to my car at the end of the service, which was a plus.!!! They are HONEST, RESPECTFUL, and most importantly CARE about their customers! My second time here and there guys are the epitome of what I feel a business should be when your doing business and being provided a service. First, lets start with how you are greeted rather in person or over the phone they are polite, professional and were totally patient with all my questions. Two, everything they do before they even begin your work is thoroughly explained. Third, they saved me hundreds of dollars by not going to the dealer and being charged ridiculous prices. Last, I wanted to note that I drive a Mercedes and alot times people treat these vehicles like Jesus himself is doing the work on your car and charge you these off the wall prices but not here. I would like to s/o Scott, Travis thank you guys for answering all my car questions.
I have been there for maintenance on my Subaru several times. The service is great, they explain everything and have fair prices. The best thing is they go the extra mile. Friendly, prompt service. I recommend them to everyone. They send out an enjoyable newsletter every month with coupons.
Had some paint chipping on my front bumper, they quickly took a look at my car and gave me a quote. They explained everything they were going to do, very professional. Quote was a bit high for painting a front bumper, but staff was very friendly and helpful.
Moving across country with my family and our vehicles service engine light comes on and it starts shaking. Searched for a mechanic on Google and read great reviews about here. Its all the truth - these guys are great! Took our car back immediately right before closing, had the parts on their way, and fixed our vehicle all in an hour. They stayed after closing, were so friendly and accommodating, honest, and they even washed our car, too. Great skilled staff, highly recommend whether youre a local or a stranded traveler.
Brought my Volvo to In Collision when the ignition lock failed locking the transmission in park. In Collision came up with a solution to get the Volvo out of park so it could be towed. Repairs took a long time since the ignition lock had to come from Germany. Additional repairs including to the cooling system, door locks and HVAC system were also done in a professional manner. Travis dealt with the extended warranty company to settle repair costs while picking up a under warranty battery for a local national repair shop. In Collision also supplied transportation from home to the shop to pick up the vehicle. Vehicle was repaired as required and was very clean upon pickup. Cost for repairs were very reasonable. This is the third time I had used In Collision for the vehicle repair and will use them again! Would highly recommend In Collision due to their commitment to providing outstanding repairs, customer service all at a reasonable price!
A friend recently recommended IN Collision to after I got into an accident over the winter, and I have to say I am very impressed with their work. They were respectful of my time and took over the whole process from start to finish and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They got my car back to me super fast and it was like it never even happened! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great body shop, and since I was so happy with their body work they are now my mechanic too! Thanks guys!!
I just wanted to let others know of my personal experience with IN Collision & Auto Repair.Around late January 2017, I took my 1999 Honda Civic VP in for a New water pump and timing belt replacement. I believe the bill was around $750. Prior to the repair, I had been very satisfied with the service at IN Collision & Auto Repair after 2 previous repairs with the company.Now back to the repair, I picked up my vehicle after around 2 days of repairs. As usual Travis was there to greet me and answer questions about the repair. I paid the invoice and started driving back home in my car.After about half a mile down the road, my accelerator jammed and I couldnt slow down the car. I was going 70 in a 35 desperately trying to slow down my vehicle. After nearly crashing with a school bus I finally got the car into a stop by shifting into neutral.I was scared for life after hearing about horror stories about deaths happening from the 2009 Toyota floor mat incidents. I could have seriously injured myself or another person due to the faulty work that IN Collision & Auto Repair did on my car.Eventually, I called Travis and slowly drove the car back to the shop and he found out that the garage screwed up and some of the cables were tied. I was offered no refund on that day or any day following that.This company has forever lost my business and respect. First, they messed up my repair and almost seriously injured me as a result of their work. Secondly, the customer service response to their own faulty work was very disappointing.Update:After posting the review the owner who seemed to be a very down to Earth caring owner reached out to me. We got the situation alleviated and he assured me that for future customers if a situation ever arises that they will go the extra mile and try to fix it.
Travis and staff were incredibly welcoming - I felt like they treated me like a long-time customer, and it was my first visit. I had a busy day and required flexibility with my schedule and picking up the car, they were able to accommodate with ease and empathy. When it came to the work on my car, Travis explained what was wrong before doing anything, and offered an additional full-vehicle inspection free of charge. I particularly liked that when I picked up the car, Travis took time to educate me on the work done and other issues present with diagrams and a good discussion; he listened and answered all of my questions. They also washed the exterior of my car as a complimentary service. Ill definitely be coming back!

I got a coupon from them in the Valpak mailer, and set it to the side until I needed service. When it was time for my oil change, I called around to see who was competitive, and decided to go to Monro Auto Service And Tire Centers on Grand Island, which usually beats anyone in Western New York for price, but there is usually a long wait. I got a call back from IN Collision & Auto Repair with the quote, and since they were able to take me sooner, they got my business. I think Ive found my new mechanics. Why? Time, cost and service. Even though almost everyone changes oil right not, most require appointment days or weeks in advance. In Collision & Auto Repair get you in quickly, even the same day as was the case for me. Nobody beats their price, nobody. Finally, I was pleasantly surprised when I got in my car and it was cleaned inside and out. Hugh plus. Comfortable waiting room with free coffee and water. If they had internet, it would have been the nirvana of auto repair experiences. Check out their Google ratings, and give them a try.
Travis is a genuinely great person. Hes very transparent/I dont ever feel like Im being charged more than I should be. Been going here for a few years now and every time I leave I am more than satisfied with how things turn out. Its nice to have a reliable shop to go to with no doubt in my mind.

I took my jeep here after being rear ended and they were helpful throughout the whole process. The repairs were completed on time and my jeep now looks brand new! My first time visiting to have my oil changed and have my car checked for safety. Had my rotors cleaned up...they were quite rusty.... definitely will return for next car appt required. All staff were friendly. I observed employees speaking with insurance companys. Very professional and to the point. I dealt mostly with Jody. She was very kind.Keep up the great work. They lost a customer in me. I spent over $3000 on repairs in a matter of about 3 months on a car that had zero issues before i took it to them for an oil change and inspection. I passed inspection just fine and got my oil done... Within 2 weeks my oil was leaking everywhere and the problems just kept popping up from there. Everytime my car went in with a problem it left with a bigger problem... And much more expensive problem. The last straw for me was when they said they needed to keep ot an extra weekend (knowing i was paying out of pocket for a rental) and when they finally let me come pick it up i found a parking pass for hershey park in The window from that weekend. They literally used my car to take a vacation. Even worse, the next mechanic i took it to confirmed my fears, alot of the work the said they did they never even did. The staff is so friendly but what they are doing to people and their cars is wrong. I would never take my car back there.
Basically these guys are amazing. They do really great work for really, really reasonable prices, and they get it done as quickly as possible. Everyone who works there is super nice and friendly; Ive never seen Travis not smiling. Theyre knowledgeable and good at explaining things in a way that isnt condescending. And - that rare quality in an auto shop - theyre actually honest and dont go looking for things they can try to scam you on. So long story short, take your car here any time something goes wrong with it.
Best auto shop I have ever done business with. Travis is an awesome, honest guy to work with and so is the rest of the staff. They are there to help keep our cars healthy and keep us safe on the road. I always feel like I am being treated fairly and with respect. I will never take my vehicles to any other auto shop again.
I have brought my vehicle numerous times. Not only were they the best estimate in town they have gone above and beyond the service. I needed help getting my plates off as they were rusted on with the wrong bolts and I was told by Jodeine to pull up no problem and they not only got them off for me I came back and Anthony put them back on which was also not an easy task. They did a lot of work super friendly service and the best quote and service in town! Thank you guys so much! I have referred many people to them and everyone has been more than happy! The most professional, clean, and polite shop I’ve been to since moving to Buffalo. WiFi, coffee/water, and restrooms in a comfortable waiting room makes so much of an impression as you walk in. Scott accurately and quickly diagnosed a multitude of issues with my car and gave me honest answers. I’ve had too many shops tell me they can’t figure out issues I’ve had recorded on video. Thanks to Scott and the rest of the techs, my car had a same day repair that was not only speedy but done RIGHT the first time. I’m very happy and impressed, and certainly will be back!

IN Collision is the best car shop in buffalo, great very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They are straightforward and honest. Always very happy with their work and if they do make a mistake they work hard to fix it. They even offer rides if you have to leave your car. Great place. Best customer service of any car shop in buffalo. It also has a great waiting area with snacks and water. Very nice atmosphere would highly recommend.
My Air Conditioning went on my 2009 Nissan Rogue with 140,000 miles. Considering the number of miles, I didnt want to put too much money in to it and this repair could have been costly. The mechanic (Travis) understood and agreed and came up with less expensive options. He was very knowledgably and extremely helpful. They were quick to accommodate the fact that I needed the work done quickly and kept me posted on the progress so that I knew what to expect. Its difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic who truly cares about the customer. I am happy I brought my car here and will be using them in the future.

IN collision & Auto took my truck right in when I called them about a brake line that blew earlier that morning. They put it on the lift and gave me a fair quote, then fixed it promptly. When I went out to leave, they had washed it and cleaned all my windows as well ! This is what GREAT customer service is all about. I will go back for future work. These guys were AMAZING. my car was hit and they were able to turn a stressful situation into such a great experience. Their facility is spotless and with free coffee and cookies. It takes away the stress of usual dirty garages.their service was impeccable and they hooked me up with an amazing mint condition 2017 rental through enterprise. They fixed my car in a timely fashion and saved me money so in the end after the insurance pay out and rental car for 4 days I LEFT with $25 in my pocket. These guys are so nice and treat customers with respect. When i picked up my car they had detailed the inside and out so it shined bright. They also left a cute valentines monkey on the rearveiw mirror lol!! I will definitely return if I have to!
I cant say enough good things about this shop. I had just gotten into town when my car developed major problems. I picked IN Collision because of the good reviews. My experience was as positive as the others. Travis and Sam were incredibly helpful and nice. They got my car in very quickly to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately it was an old car and the repair would have been more than the car was worth. However, again they went out of their way to help me deal with the car, making calls, getting the plates off the car, etc., all for no charge. I would highly suggest using them for any auto repair issues as you will not find a more honest and helpful shop.

My week started off with auto problems, after some issues I had the good fortune of finding In Collision & Auto Repair. I was at the point of ditching my older truck because I believed it had too many issues to be saved, this is after have two other mechanics work on the truck. Travis and Sam were amazing, courteous, friendly, and really took the time to work with me, identify the issues, explain and show the issues. I purchased 4 tires with installation, Inspection and Alignment. Scott and the team did a wonderful job. I had an alignment done at the dealer and they totally messed it up and would not correct the problem which caused my 2 front tires to go bald. Also, to my surprise, my car was cleaned when I picked it up. My car rides beautifully and I am very pleased and will be back if another problem arises.
Wow. What a great place.I needed some brake work done on my car, and being out of state was unsure where to go. IN Collision was really helpful, explained everything in detail, quoted a reasonable price and didnt sell me anything that I did not need (which was something another shop had tried to do). I was impressed that they fixed the calipers on the car without telling me I needed new ones (which they could have done and I would not have known the difference). Along with honest values, intelligent service and reasonable prices they have a nice waiting room to work in with WIFI and they even washed my car when done.Honestly, I may have them work on my car when i am in town rather than have the local shops where i live do the repairs.SIX STARS.

I could not have had a better experience with IN Collision. First let me say how professional and attentive they were to my needs. I was given an estimate (nearly half of all of my other estimates) and once I confirmed that I wanted IN Collision they not only picked up my car they dropped it off when it was finished. I was charged even less than the estimate and the staff was very courteous and they kept me up to date every step of the way. The repairs were perfection and my car looks and drives brand new again! Knowledgeable, honest, friendly, Compassionate, professional and hospitable!! And...THEY sent me a thank you card . ... fast forward to this past Friday, my Camrys break lights and indicators all came on at the beginning of long trip to see family. Hands down the best auto repair shop Ive found in the WNY area. I chose IN based on their reviews and they still exceeded my expectations. The biggest thing that sets them apart is how much they truly CARE about the work theyre doing for you, and they want to make sure the customer is happy with the result.I was quoted a price but they were able to do the work for slightly less. I know of quite a few shops that would have kept that extra money, but these guys were excited to tell me they were saving us money! That speaks volumes to the honesty and customer service you receive from Scott, Travis and their whole staff. I regularly recommend them to my family and friends.
IN is a fantastic location. Travis and their crew genuinely have your best interests at heart and will walk you through their process, its implications for your vehicle, and make sure you understand the problem so that youre not left in the dark and you know what youre paying for. The pricing is fair, the waiting room is comfortable, the staff is friendly, and their work is good. As long as you can get there during business hours, I could not recommend IN more.

I googled best mechanic in Buffalo and after reading in some forums and the reviews on here, I decided to go with IN Collision.At first I was skeptical that there were such an enormously high amount of good reviews because to me that means someone might be paying for good reviews somehow.My first visit was a while ago and I recall the details only well enough to highlight the experience. The front desk guys are younger looking and compared to other mechanic shops, are savvy with technology and how to reach their target market through the internet. They personally gave me a ride home when my car had to stay over night and my ride fell through.This visit went even better. I had a check engine light on. I was quoted for an hour and a half labor to diagnose the problem in my emissions system AFTER they hooked it up to their code scanner for which there was no charge. He walked me through the test and what to anticipate when it came to time and possible costs.I left to get groceries with my girlfriend and daughter and got a call about an hour later. I was told it was an easy 30 minute fix and the part was inexpensive (fortunately) so he just rolled over the remaining 30 minutes from the diagnostic test and only added the part cost.To me that showed integrity because he could have just milked the hour and a half and called me and I wouldnt have known, leaving me to pay for an additional half hour of labor.Anyway, I left my car safely overnight double checking that they keep the cars in the garage and they do. The part arrived the next morning and by 1:30pm the next day I drove it away.I actually had three dash lights on when I arrived. Check engine light, low tire pressure, and an airbag light. I left with only the airbag light (its for the 2012 Ford Fusion airbag recall issue) because they courtesy filled my tires.Im very happy and even with my trust issues with mechanics, I will keep returning to IN Collision because they have my trust and confidence.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Travis & his awesome staff from 300+ miles away. (Our daughter wrecked her car in Buffalo & we live near Albany, NY) The repairs were completed on time and within the estimate. This group gets extra kudos for the reassuring and considerate care they provided two stressed out parents, as well as for the miraculous job they performed to get our girl back on the road. I only went to them because my mechanic was booked. They will talk you into repairs you probably will not need. If you end up going there for some reason, and they tell you that you need repairs...PLEASE! Get a second opinion from another mechanic, Nothing against them. They are just trying to make money. I will give them one good thing. They can talk you into repairs. Very clean shop also..If you want a very highly recommended mechanic who is trustful, knowledgeable and just the best. Go to J&J on Ontario Street. He is the one you can always trust. People from all around western New York go to him. He is very busy. So dont be surprised if he has to schedule you in. Make the appointment. You wont regret it.Update for In Collision, after driving my vehicle around. My tail lights blew out. A lot of nuts werent tightened. Some so lose. My mechanic said I could of been really hurt. Never ever again.....
I needed a new hood for my car, i live in Toronto/Canada, and the hood could only be delivered in the USA, so i rang them up, and spoke to Travis, he agreed on receiving the part, to install it later, the job was completed flawlessly and super quick, im impressed. in all honesty, In Collision outstanding customer service and professionalism sets them apart, i will most definitely go back, i plan on doing further improvements on my car, and i will go no where else.(on month later) i did go back... and its just so refreshing to find a car repair center, that you can trust... suddenly i feel like i can trust humanity again... My Rav4s maintenance light came on during a trip to D.C. and I took it in for an oil change. I was then informed by the mechanic that I had blown the gasket on my exhaust and the car wouldnt make it back to Buffalo. He gave me a price of over $200, but after talking to some friends I figured Id wait till I got home for a second opinion. I was dropping my roommate off to pick up his car at IN Collision and had Travis take a look at the damage and he told me it would cost right around $100. Just took my car there today and it was fixed in just over an hour. He removed the gasket section of the exhaust pipe and welded a new piece in there. Additionally, he figured out that my tire pressure light was coming on because my spare tire was running low. He didnt charge a penny for solving the tire pressure mystery.Final cost $101. Efficient service, honest prices, would highly recommend it to anyone.
Wow, where do I even begin about In Collision? I was involved in an accident that left my car looking rather beat, left front and rear was smashed, it was rough.Being an international student first time being involved in an accident here and relying on insurance claims, I had no idea I could choose a repair shop of my choice and I am so glad I chose In Collision. I had previously met Travis and Illya when my friend sent his car for servicing, never spoke much but I had good vibes about the auto shop. After I knew I could send my car to In Collision, I gave a call to Travis and he tolled my car from the previous auto repair shop to In Collision, AT NO COST AT ALL.On top of that, he made sure that there was little hassle as possible on my part, all I had to do was come in once to sign some documents and the next time I was in the shop, BAMM, the car was done and it looks beautiful! Travis also made it a point to call me at different stages of advancement with the insurance agent and the work progress on the car. At not one point in time was I left stranded and without information on how the car was doing.Being an international student in Buffalo, it’s really difficult to find someone you can trust to fix up your car and In Collision definitely outdid themselves in not only the service they gave but also the quality of the repairs. The car looks even better than it first came out of the showroom! I am not kidding! Not only did Travis go the extra mile in making sure that every part of the vehicle was fixed properly, he also gave the car a solid wash and wax and even cleaned the interior of the car. It smells and looks so good now!I am really impressed with In Collision and its entire team and I am so thankful to them in making sure the entire process of fixing the car smooth without any hiccups. If you need to leave your vehicle for service, even for a few hours, they are happy to drive you where you need to go & pick you up again (no charge).Leadership begins at the top, and Ilya, the owner, has assembled a top notch crew of skilled mechanics. Ive been coming to this collision shop for years and know the owner personally. I must say that the price is very competitive for the quality of service. You really feel like your best interests are the main concern. The owner is very helpful when it comes to explaining issues and you actually get educated while receiving great service. I would recommend everyone to come in and check them out no matter what your car issues are! Ask them about cars they may have for sale. I got a very good deal on my Chevy Uplander that I bought from them, cant find a better deal anywhere.
Went there to get my hood and fender painted. Scott told me $500 and then when I took the car there he started saying oh the hood has a a very tiny ding and that’s going to cost another $500. Price doubled just for that. They offer 25% discount which they didn’t want to apply. Very unsatisfied with them wasting my time and having me tow my car there for nothing.
Travis and his team has been very hospitable the first time we approach them for help. They gave honest feedbacks regarding what has to be done for my car without pushing or hard-selling any unnecessary repairs. Travis even offered transport services when my car requires work for more than a day. Would definitely go back there for the good service! :)
After having to stop at an auto shop for an unexpected repair, I’m extremely grateful it was IN Collision. The staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and informative.My car suddenly started roaring on the 190, and I had no idea what went wrong. On arriving at the shop, I told them the vague issue, was shown around to the waiting area (spotless, plenty of comfortable seating, good reading, TV) and kitchen (water, coffee, snacks), and waited for the diagnosis. Shortly after, I was brought into the garage to see what exactly happened with the exhaust, shown some other things I need to keep an eye on, and given a couple options for dealing with the issue. The staff quickly came up with cost estimates for the options, and were happy to immediately begin work on the cheaper of the two.My car was fixed at a great cost, and cleaned inside & out. I will 100% go to IN Collision for any future issues, and would recommend to anyone to do the same.

Got my rear brake pads, rotors and caliper replaced at this place for a very very good reasonable price. Travis is the guy who took care of me and I was feeling very comfortable talking to him. Back in February my daughter was having issues with her car that definitely required a mechanic. We do not live in the Buffalo area but she attends the University at Buffalo. I had a negative experience with another mechanic in Buffalo and did not know where to go. After reading the reviews for IN Collision I decided I would give them a chance. It was THE BEST decision I ever made! Jodene was very understanding of our situation (not local, not a lot of money & trust issues). They worked around my daughters class schedule to get the work done. Upon arrival at the garage, Jodene spoke to her and made her feel very comfortable . My daughter called me immediately after saying she thinks we picked the right place. Jodene called me before the work was done to let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost (which was definitely reasonable!). When my daughter arrived to pickup the car everything was explained to her as well even tho they already spoke to me - extra points for that! They also told her about things that should be worked on but thankfully nothing was urgent. I know some of these things should be typical in this type of business however, these days its not always the case. They didnt exaggerate the existing problems and she never felt like she was being pushed into getting more work done. She will be going here to get her inspection done AND to have some of the additional work completed. My only regret is that I didnt find them 2 years ago. She would probably still have her other car. After researching lots of collision stores in Buffalo, NY at Google websites, I found a good- looking store - In Collision &Auto Repair.In order to repair the demage parts, I brought my car to the store and the estimate cost for repairs was very reasonable, not too expensive.Further, the repair work was also perfectly beautiful just like a new brand car, including the interior cleaning inside and waxing outside of my car. The waxing and interior cleaning were an unexpected extra service by a service manager.Now I am highly satisfied at the newly painted car body and the efforts by In Collision Repair Services Team. Exceptional, outstanding service. Yes I did run into a few complications after the repair but I have never met such caring business owners in my entire life. In collision went way above and beyond what they needed to do to ensure my sister was on the road again. They kept me updated every step of the way with follow up calls. Sometimes these calls were just to see how we were doing. Travis and Ilya are truly passionate about their business, something that is rarely seen today. Shops like this are what makes America great. I truly wish every business modeled their service after these guys.
I went in after my very first accident . I needed a new bumper,taillight,trunk etc. Steve helped me from beginning to end . My car was done on time, and it even looks better then it did before the accident ! They even found me an affordable windshield to help me pass inspection! All the staff is friendly and helpful. They deffinitly went above and beyond my expectations..I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs!
This place is a SCAM. If you just bought your brand new car like I did, please do not bring it here because they will rip you off. Back in November/December, I had a problem with one of my brakes and rotors on ONE OF MY WHEELS. I didnt know anything about cars so I googled Good auto shops in buffalo ny. Amongst all of the choices, this shop stood out because it had so many great reviews (Which I later found out half of them were written by the company). So I called the company, told them the problem, and they told me to come in so they can check out the problem. After they checked out the problem, they told me with repair, parts, labor, it would cost me $500 for ONE WHEEL. I didnt know anything about cars or the reasonable prices that came with so I paid it. After a few months of having my car, I found a lot of cheap places that were professional as well. When I told one of the mechanics at the auto shop how much I was charged to get a brand new brake and rotor, he told me I was ripped off and to never go back to them (Which I didnt plan on doing anyways). So if you are like me and didnt know anything about cars and want a reasonable price to get your car fixed , DO NOT COME HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF, ESPECIALLY IF YOURE A female. Do not go off of the Google reviews about this company because half of them are written by the company themselves. I am glad to say this was the first and last overly priced place I will ever go to.

IN Collision, an auto I have been for years. Although I havent been there for a while since I left the town, once I went back to Kenmore, I would pay them a visit. They are not only providing professional service, but they are also friends. No other auto shop would provide the same service like they do. Once you step into their store, you have nothing to worry. Free ride, professional service then a car wash, these are not only take care of your car but also they take care of you. I would definitly recommend IN collision to all of my friends in Buffalo area!!

I believe this is my 2nd (unsolicited) review of IN Collision, and while one should suffice, I cant say enough nice things about these guys (Common Sense Disclosure: Not all experiences will be the same as mine, but 211 reviews at roughly 5 stars should speak volumes). Anyway...The first time around, they very fairly did some quality repair work for my now deceased 2002 Pathfinder. This time around, they repaired a tire on my 2015 Camry that had a slow leak. I guess it would be one thing if they were just kind enough to get me in at a moments notice, and then again it would be another thing if they finished quickly and kept me in the loop throughout... but to do all that at an unbeatable price - literally unbeatable - you, like me, would feel absolutely comfortable coming to them for all your auto needs. Kudos, gents, and thanks again.
Theyre still doing a great job. Ive been going to them for over a year now and I have to say theyre dependable and honest. They hire great people that take pride in their work. The prices are normal, possibly very slightly lower than my last mechanic.
Took my BMW X3 in for an oil change. Called ahead schedule an appointment, as soon as i walked in the door the office took my key and had my oil change with in half an hour, plus on the top of that i had my car washed for free because of costumer appreciation. i thought it was an awesome experience. for the same amount of money and same amount of time my car was washed and had oil change done. thank you IN Collision team see you next time.. also had the free diagnostic done to my car to let me know what i am going to need for future to get my car ready for NY inspection. thanks guys.
I called like 6 different places to get my side mirror fixed and they had it the cheapest by far. Travis (the guy who runs the place) is probably the nicest dude ever and super professional. They even got a nail out of my tire and washed my car for free. I am definitely coming back any time I have a problem.thanks so much guys.
This is probably one of the best auto/body places in buffalo there knowledgeable and work with you on price. My engine flooded with antifreeze and with in two weeks I had my car back and I have not had any problems. I always recommend this place to my friends because of the quality of work and everyone there is friendly.
I did some looking around for a place that wasnt to far and found this nice shop. I have a 1986 Toyota MR2 that need a new clutch slave cylinder. They found the part and fixed it for less than the estimate and were very nice to me the entire time. We worked mostly through email as I worked during their hours and were very responsive, something not many shops do when dealing with emails. They looked over the rest of the car and gave me a good idea as to what to expect in upcoming repairs, what was worn out, etc... Ill be going back for a fewer more maintenance procedures when I get the funds as well.
Im very happy with the way my car runs after it got fixed at IN Collision. The turns are so much smoother along with the car itself looking newer than it ever did before! Travis did a great job with the dent on the side of my car, my brakes and a broken mirror. It looks just like I did when I bought it. It was definitely more affordable than my dealer or other repair shops were. I have recommended both my roommates to Travis as well, and they have both been happy with the service.

I got into an accident 2 months ago and one of my friend recommended me IN collision to get my car fixed. The very first thing i wanna emphasis is the excellent customer service, making me feel welcoming every time i step into the shop. Im also satisfy with their professionalism in terms of fixing the car, and giving the best advice how to deal with certain broken parts, make sure i dont over spend cos that is what everyone is looking for as we know fixing car always cost a lot. I was always given a list of options that would do best for my car. I understand more about how car works after being shown short clips and animation of how certain parts of the car fails, giving me a better picture. Some services like oil change was taken off my bill just because I changed quite a number of parts. Im really satisfy with IN collision
This place is so great that I MUST LEAVE A SECOND REVIEW!!!!!.....I have never really left reviews online period but the quality at IN Collision is that great! I took my car in for some repairs because I had to take a trip out of town for a family emergency, they were very generous and understanding of the situation emotionally and financially. One of my relatives is a former collision repair shop owner who spoke to them about my car for me and he confirmed that they were knowledgeable and honest about the repairs that I needed. They treat you and your car with respect. My car has been running wonderfully since my repairs and it feels like new again! it has never felt so smooth. I am so glad that my co-worker referred me to them, I have been a repeat customer for about a year now and I dont plan on taking my car anywhere else. I have always came here, because Travis seemed so nice and innocent. One day the Mercedes dealer quoted me for a basic job, but was too busy to fix that day. I took it over to IN and Travis quoted me this outrageous price then when I showed him the the dealer bill he goes OH! My feelings were so hurt I have trusted them for years. My philosophy now is I get 3 opinions only from great quality mechanics so sad no ones honest in auto repair business
I had the timing belt replacement on my 04 Mitsubishi Lancer done there. I thought there was an issue with the repair due to hearing a clunk and seeing a slight rpm surge. They checked to ensure the work was right, and it was.It turns out the clunk was from the a/c compressor engaging when the front defroster is turned on, which is entirely normal. The rpm surge is to offset the additional load placed on the motor.Travis actually took the time to point that out, and put me at ease. Ive only owned GMs before my Lancer and with them you dont hear the compressor engage with the front defroster, plus theres no slight rpm surge.Ill be taking my Lancer back this Monday for another timing belt replacement, and this is the only shop Ill let do that job, I dont trust that to any other shop. I highly recommend them for any repairs and work for imports, they do excellent work. Ilya (the owner)is very polite, courteous, and personable, and the customer service there is second to none.Its a gem of a shop in a sea of less than upstanding ones.

This place deserves a review for new customers to see. I was recently involved in a car accident and InCollision knocked it out of the park. The amount of damage looked like a train ran into the entire passenger side. They were able to do the repairs in a timely manner and kept us informed throughout the process. I am the type of customer that is picky and pays close attention to details. One of the toughest parts was probably the pair if I had to guess. It’s called a tristate color I believe. (Meaning it has a different color look in different kinds of light) InCollision was able to match it!!!!! (Not easy) To Jodine that works in the office, Scott - who I worked with directly, and Cameron whom has overseen the project, and everyone else involved that I didn’t see. Thank You. After having an accident on Memorial Day, I googled collision shops in the area and noticed IN Collision had very high reviews - from my first call to Travis and crew, I was completely blown away with the experience. Simply amazing end of discussion. I ran into a major headache of a car problem and IN Collision walked me through every step of the repair process. I have to give major props to Travis who went above and beyond what Ive ever experienced from any other auto-shop. The constant updates, documentation, and pure upbeat customer service were much appreciated during what would otherwise be a stressful car situation. Due to the rather large servicing, my car was in the shop for almost two weeks. I probably called upwards of 20 times just to get info or relay any additional concerns. Im a professional engineer new to Bufffalo, and really was nervous taking my Acura to a body shop in a new city. I mean the easy thing is to go to the dealership, right? But the Acura (Roy Laks) dealership in Buffalo is sadly all too happy to take advantage of their monopoly, so I decided to look at independents. I came across the reviews and was impressed with all the good things people had to say about IN Collision. Everyone seemed very happy with the place, and the reviews seemed genuine enough.Now I wont say I wasnt nervous bringing my Acura to an unknown body shop, but what past customers were writing was just so compelling, I had to give it a shot. There was no other body shop in Buffalo that had anywhere near the level of positive reviews IN collison had. So I took the leap of faith...Travis, who was my main contact at IN Collision is an extremely polite and pleasant guy to deal with. He wrote me up an estimate in minutes for my particular job - some minor bodywork caused by a parking mishap. He was very straightforward, and came up with a price that was less than *half* what the dealership was charging. Seriously. They got me in right away, drove me back to my other car, and promptly did the work in two days...one day faster than promised. Travis kept in touch with me throughout the process via email..even going so far as to email me pictures of where the vehicle was in the process...would your dealer give you that kind of service?When I picked up the vehicle, the wow factor really came to light. First off, the job was immaculate...same quality if not better than a dealership job. Not easy to do given all the clearcoat and additives Acura uses in their metallic paints. Heres the thing..they found halfway through the job that to get the new paint to match perfectly, they had to paint an additional door. My experience tells me at this point I would usually get a call from the dealer asking for another $500 due to unforeseen issues, but these guys ate the cost themselves. When I asked Travis why, he just said they were perfectionists, and just wanted the job done right for the price that was quoted. Wow. Can you ever remember anyone in the automotive business saying something like that?On top of that, I received the vehicle back washed and detail cleaned from top to bottom, carpets vacuumed, and even a thank-you card from the owner in the mail. I mean really...was there anything else they could have possibly done? As you can tell, I just cant say enough good things about these guys. I have dealt with many dealers and shops over the years, and have never come across anyone trying so hard to please customers like these folks. Im a picky consumer who knows my vehicles, and I honestly cant find one bad thing to say about this experience. Travis is a top-notch customer advocate and advisor, the owner genuinely cares about the work and repeat business, and the price is more than fair. I plan to take my Acura here for service work as well, now that I know how good they are.Strongly suggest you give these guys a try. They gave me the bad news that my car is donezo. I guess months ago someone hit my car without leaving a note and the car filled up with water because of the resulting damage. (anyone reading this please dont ever do that to someone)I seem to always be working during their hours, contact has been intermittent. I did leave messages multiple times in the beginning of the interaction and didnt get responses to them, but they did eventually contact me and they did what was needed. I was frustrated about the situation and may have taken it out on them, but they were understanding about that, theyve been actually extremely patient with and helpful to me, making this experience as painless as possible (considering the situation) I appreciate everything that theyve done for me.
I have been using Incollision for 20 years and I recommend them to all my friends and clients. Illya the owner is a great guy and very trustworthy. They do a perfect job every time and have the best mechanics and collision experts. I know a lot of people who went there and they all agreed these guys are worlds above anyone else in the city of Buffalo. They are way better and less expensive than a dealership and the will not take forever to get the parts or do the job. When your safety is at stake you cannot afford to settle for less or pay more for an inferior job or let someone get it wrong.

My wifes VW broke down during one of the winter storms this year. She wanted to bring it to the dealership for a reliable, quick repair, but they where over booked. A friend referred me to IN Collision & Auto repair near Elmwood and Skillen. After calling them, they quickly serviced our car with in the hour.They have all the latest diagnostic equipment, specialize in German and Japanese cars and were able to tell us what was needed to repair our VW quickly. The dealer did not give us this type of detailed personal service. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me updated through out the repair processes.IN Collision & Auto repair ended up being very reasonable with the cost of the repairs. The service writer, Travis broke down all the charges and called me to get my authorization before spending any additional time or money for the repair. I was given a few options and repair recommendations to resolve the current breakdown and some ongoing mechanical issues that the dealer couldn’t even figure out.Our car was ready at the promised date and time. My wife was impressed with the clean, modern, and inviting lobby upon arrival. The technicians where detailed and precise, the price was right and the service was better than the VW dealership in the Northtowns. Our expectations were exceeded when we discovered that they cleaned and detailed the car inside and out as a courtesy. I had given up hope on my car, thinking that I would have to replace the engine to get it running again but they were able to diagnose the issue and walk me through all of the details along the way. This repair shop is greater than any other shops I have been ! I am living in Nashville, but I stopped by Buffalo for a trip. At that time, I had some issues in my engine belt and brake, and had to go back to Nashville by driving my car two days later when I went to In Collision. Nevertheless, they repaired my cars very quickly, and I was able to go back to Nashville for my appointment on time. People in this shop are really professional, kind, and friendly. The most impressed is their passion for serving customers and making sure customers safety! I wish that IN collision would be located in Nashville, TN.....People in Buffalo are lucky.....

Got hit and run, then returned. She came back a day later to leave her information and take responsibility. We started the repair process with my insurance company and then switched to hers when she came forward. In Collision dealt with the arduous switch between the two insurers in the most timely way they could. They were great about keeping me informed, responsive to any issues and as far as I can tell did great work on the vehicle. Thanks team IC!
On my way to work this morning my exhaust pipe broke and luckily it happen right next to this garage. They took it in rand repaired it just over 2 hours. So thankful they could get it done right away and was a nice bonus to see they washed the car, wiped down the dash, and vacuumed the front....think I found a new place to take my car for repairs!!
My experience with this business was significantly less than the many 5 star reviews. An appointment was made with the shop for an inspection to be done on my car. When I came in for my appointment, I was asked to have a seat while they worked. About 5 mins later, they came to tell me they couldnt do the inspection due to not having any inspection stickers. If you make an appointment for an inspection as a business who does regular Inspections shouldnt you make sure you have an inspection sticker. Or at least be respectful of someone elses time and let the customer know that upon arrival instead of asking them to wait.
Highly recommend these guys. They fixed my damaged front bumper in one day and it looked like new. They also detailed my car and the price was lower than I anticipated.Talk to Travis there hes a swell guy.

Here is a place that truly puts the customer first. Im so happy i have found a place i can actually trust. The first time i brought my car in they were able to digonose it on the spot and fix it that day. The staff was very kind and i decided that the next time i needed work done they would be my first choice. A few weeks ago i was having engine problems and once the problem was realized i shopped around to 3 other shops. Only to find that IN Collision was the most reasonable by far. I am not from here and being a student here at UB i didnt have anyone to give me a ride to the shop. The staff was kind enough to drive me back to the dorms and pick me up when the car was ready. Outstanding experience. Two repair shops failed to even find what is the problem with my 2012 Honda Odyssey rear hatch. Staff is very polite and welcoming. Prices are reasonable and the job was done right.

I recently fixed my car in chevrolet dealership and they put my camshaft wrong... And eventually i didnt know about that and kept on driving and when i came here to install something they found it out for me... Thank god they saved my car and also they have the best price among here. Some people say they can do it for cheaper price but dont you have to put youre car into professionals hand? For their skills i dont think price is expensive and they also they are always very nice and some repair shop has those rude manners and sometime they show racism. After my service i realized they have nice service and please dont trust dealers with youre precious vehicles... I got scammed so many times in dealer shops. Anyway best place ever!
Disappointed, had my alignment and balance done here twice, was told I need new tires, after new tires I needed new wheels, I got new wheels I was told they are not round and need a new wheel or to get it fixed.After spending over $600 on labor and over $1800 on parts , I went to another shop and got the alignment done right .
I have replaced my brake pads and rotors at this store, and loved the service. The amount of time they took for my car was what they should have. I liked that they got the job done on time and they actually showed what was wrong with my brakes. They order parts from dealer right away. No hesitation to contact this store. Good experience.

I have a 2001 BMW 325i and was in an accident this winter. The right side of my car was in a very bad condition. IN COLLISION picked up my car and said that they will give me a call when its done. When I went to pick up the car was spotless. The paint job looked like glass and the interior looked like it was new. Definitely the best shop in town.
I have brought my ten year old Toyota Camry to IN Collision several times over the past 3 years and am very satisfied with their service. They diagnose car problems very quickly and have expert technicians that get the job done right.

I, like you, had been searching for a business that would do quality body work on my 2011 Jetta SEL due to someone backing into the vehicle while it was parked. No matter the damage, vehicle collisions are generally unfavorable due to the time and money they often require. Enter IN Collison. Due to his level of professionalism and friendliness, Travis made the entire process from handing over keys to driving away seamless. Before even knowing the final amount or arrival date of the insurance check, IN ordered the parts for me to make sure to get the car back to me before the 25tg. If there is something Travis can do for you in regards to the process as a whole - I can wholeheartedly promise you that he will. When my insurance company tried to use generic parts, Travis (who was the one that noticed this) got the OEM parts approved and paid for.I dropped my car off on Friday and got it back on Wednesday. No hassle, no excuses as to why the car wasnt done; if Travis gives you a quoted time for the work - thats the time.Buffalo - this is the real deal. I didnt know what to expect but figured that there were 100+ reviews on Google and I was anxious to restore my car/baby back to normal as quickly as possible. After having this experience with IN Collision you have this sudden realization: body work and car repairs do not have to be such a hassle. Think about this statement briefly. Am I looking forward to ever requiring body work on a vehicle? Not necessarily. Am I looking forward to working with IN Collision again? I cannot wait.

I cant say enough good things about the guys at INCollision. Travis was always courteous and professional and made a constant effort to keep me apprised of what the status of my cars repairs was. On the occasions that I stopped by to check in on their progress, Ilya was more than happy to take a bunch of time out of his day to go over exactly what had already been done, what was going to be done, how, and when. My 1975 Porsche 914 looks better now than she did before the accident! Ilyas patience in waiting for special order parts to come from Arizona was more than exceptional. I cant recommend these gentlemen highly enough! Thank you so much guys!

I own a 325 2 door BMW 3 Series. I have taken my car to MULTIPLE, I MEAN MULTIPLE auto repair shops and none of the locals can find a fix to my oil leak. Travis will ensure the problem is fixed by running test drives and makes sure it is running at full capacity. I dont usually write reviews for anything but I must this time to commend them for their honest and hard work. Yes they are a business and yes they need to make money. BUT its hard to find a honest mechanic these days and still find a fair price! Incollison at 74 Skillen St can expect to see me again soon, and I will edit/add another review after my next visit.Also, of 5 shops I went to, only two shops let me go to the back to check out the issue in the back. Incollison was one of the few that will openly let you see the issues for yourself. Im not THAT car savvy, but I do know my fair share. Its important to me to know that my mechanic is not ripping me off and/or replacing part thats not needed. *cough* Firestone@MapleRD *cough*Edited.. (I forgot to say) My cars bumper was missing some screws too. I never brought it up to Travis attention and yet before I drove off, helped me extra by bolting it together free of charge! Seriously! Which mechanic that you just met would do that for you?Edit: Incollision to the rescue once again. Fixed my headlights free of charge except for the purchase of the bulb. Installed interior lights as well. Well done Well done!
One of the best shops Ive been to in my entire life! They took care of me right from the start and everyone was super helpful. They showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and showed me underneath it. Im so glad I found IN Collision, Ill never go anywhere else again!
My first time going to IN Collision - Had a great experience getting my moms car inspected. They located a mystery noise and fixed a minor door misalignment problem as a courtesy. I will definitely be going back.

I had an oil leak that kept reappearing. I took it to my old auto shop three separate times and they could not find the leak. I took my car here and not only did they did the leak, but the car was returned in pristine condition. They were pleasant and extremely helpful.
I have been ripped off so many times by other places and now I have finally found an honest and reliable repair shop that I know will tell me the truth. They did the work right at a reasonable price and even told me other problems that needed to be worked on. My car drives so much better than it has. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of repairs.
Travis and the staff are very welcoming. They do good work and make you feel like they appreciate your business. The business is clean and comfortable while you wait. Ive gone to them twice already and will continue in the future.

This is probably only honest mechanic in Buffalo (probably even WNY) from my experiences with mechanics. They always call to let me know what exactly is wrong. They have sent me photos of the damaged parts. The car is always ready in a reasonable amount of time. Most importantly, when I drive my car off the lot, the problem I want fixed is fixed! Who knew?!?!?!p.s. They washed my car when they were done working on it…who does that?
These folks deserve more than 5 stars. They made some critical automotive repairs for us. Nothing about the work was routine. They succeeded where others would not even try. They were fully knowledgeable. They were pleasant. The work was completed on target with both their time and cost estimates. These folks get our highest recommendation. Wow.i been trying to get this review out and its been hard but its been WORTH every min. of it. BUT LET ME TELL YOU.. i had inn. collision do rust work and paint my 1997 TOYOTA RAV4 . about 3yrs. ago now and it still looks great and since then i GO TO NO SHOP BUT ( inn. collision) they are very HONEST and FAITHFUL and most of all they are smart , they are very good at there JOB and now me myself and all my family , my friend and many of my CO- worker all go to INN. collision and there very nice people to do business with . every person i sent there come back telling me about how good the service and cost was. they look out for there people. READ THIS - - - 4 weeks ago my TOYOTA RAV4 the motor ( timing belt broke while my wife was driving home ) we towed my truck to faithful ( inn. collision ) and they took the engine apart and fixed it for us QUICKLY and very fair price. they do small to large jobs. i also recently no lie had my truck smash in the back and the owner and staff ( travis) help me i got my truck fix by them inn, collision and i had extra money . i hope you take this review seriously u cant go wrong with inn. Warning! Dont bring late model Audi, Porsche, or VW to these guys because they have no particular expertise on these brands. They do a lot of BMWs but all German cars are not the same. Had to take my Touareg to get aligned at another shop after I was told my car drove like new. My 2012 VW Touareg sat for so long my rotors needed to be resurfaced because of severe vibration while breaking. They reused $1.00 lock nuts on my suspension components. They also to very long time to source parts. If you have a higher performing vehicle there are a couple of businesses less than a mile away that will satisfy you.They also over charged me for parts I had personally sourced.If money is no object dont take your car there.
Wonderful service at a great price! Explain everything and I never feel cheated. Consistently cheaper than the dealership, but more accomodating for equal if not better quality.

From insurance claims, to modifications, and to maintenance and repairs, look no further because Ilyas got your back and got everything covered! He took care of my impreza for 3+ years along with my friends car with high satisfaction. Ilya offers honest advice and his best work at an affordable price without sacrificing quality and integrity. Also, when Ilya says Ill have your car ready by 5pm, he genuinely means the car will be ready by 5pm! Highly recommended!

2021-12-13I had a great experience taking my vehicle through IN collision. The owner, Scott, and his team were incredibly professional and made me feel very at ease allowing them to handle my repairs and painting.The body work and the paint matching (RED!) was all top notch, quality work. Everything came out like new and in a quick turnaround. I dropped it off to them Monday and it was returned to me the following Friday.Scott even gave me rides to and from Enterprise during my rental car exchanges. This guy will do all he can to make your experience at IN collision a great one. I cannot recommend them enough.Thanks for doing what you do, Scott. You made a lifelong customer out of me.

2022-04-09My experience was just to pick up someone elses car. I cant verify the work to the car was superior. I dont have a reason not to beleive so, though.However. I can comment on the waiting room and staff interaction. It was superb. 1st, the waiting area had a stack of pristene condition nat geo magazines, which is amazing. I could literally have sat there for the next week and half reading them all and being fascinated by all the pictures. There was a bathroom accessable as well, a real bathroom. Even a kitchen area. Only thing that was missing, a couch to just go to sleep :( that would have put it at 6 stars out of 5. The staff was efficient and curteous. The vehicle was clean as h e double hockey sticks inside and out.

2017-11-22We own and have a well maintained1989 Dodge Dakota truck since its purchase new in 1989. During August of 2017 we incurred a 50 mph head-on collision. The at fault driver had suffered a stroke. Miraculously we werent injured. After a thorough search of various collision shops in the Buffalo, NY area we selected IN Collision. Our initial contact was with Sam Padaglea. He was enthusiastic, and had a can- do prompt attitude. Our initial face to face meeting with Sam, DJ (Donald), Nick, and owner Ilya Nezgovorov was one of uncommon positive character and trust. Within 24 hours they had the vehicle towed to their shop, disassembled, and promptly provided an estimate. The shop professionals over the next few weeks completed an amazing first class restoration. Each follow up inquiry of the progress reinforced our trust and their professionalism. Much of this time was spent locating acceptable used parts for the 1989 Dodge. The day after we retained possession we drove cross country to Fl. without incident. We are most grateful for their efforts and would highly recommend them for their professional services and ethics. 2019-09-04The team at this shop is awesome. My daughter and I were just passing through the area, 300+ miles from home, and needed a major repair. It was a few days before a holiday against a weekend, which would have severely delayed me if they would have taken my BMW in. Somehow they squeezed me in, helped me with a rental car, and saved our vacation. If I lived in the area, IN Collision would be my go to shop.

2022-01-15I found this spot when I needed an inspection and they took care of a simple emergency brake tightening and got my inspection done. They communicate well. My first experience was good and Ive now been there twice. I plan on using them for future needs as well.

2021-10-18After reading all of the good reviews, I had my car towed to In Collision after experiencing terrible customer service at another popular auto shop in the area and I have to say it was the BEST decision that I could’ve made! I worked with Scott and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Not only did he himself have amazing customer service but everyone that I spoke to in there did. Even with my parts being on back order for weeks, he kept me up to speed about every little detail pertaining to my car and getting it back to me. Outside of that, he did AMAZING work on my car after my accident and it drives better than it did before. I probably won’t even go directly to my dealer again after going to In Collision. I can’t recommend them enough!

2021-11-13This auto shop is a game changer! I needed a visor. Took it to a highly rated local dealership. They wasted my time asking me to come in & said Id need a $125 part + labor. I was so angry! I called IN Collision at 4pm after washing my day. Jodine said Swing on by! Travis checked out my car and said hes look around. I wasnt off the lot 10 mins when he called and said he had found my visor! I was in the next day waited a half hour. They made my car perfect again and it was all less than $75!! I can thank that lame fancy dealer for one thing - because of them I found the best auto shop in Buffalo!
