Weve had chronic leaking in the corners of our roof for 20 years, had it worked on but not completely fixed. We asked Carlos for a repair estimate as he worked on our neighbors roof - were in attached housing. Our roof looked beautiful and was well maintained . We were told when we purchased our home 18 years ago that the roof was new. In spite of the roof looking great, we decided to have a new roof put on as we were getting towards the 20 year mark with the new roof, and even though it looked good, the leakage was a problem. Turns out underneath the new roof were many layers of old roofing, some cracked and rotten beams plus slipshod patching. Carlos team replaced the rotten beams with ones that are substantially better than what roofer usually use - cant remember now the details of those beams, he was highly professional, clean, has a great crew that worked efficiently and were equally professional. Throughout the process he sent me photos of the job as it progressed and even let me come up on the roof to inspect. Carlos is highly professional, a good communicator and I felt he was trust worthy. My brother is a contractor in another state and I sent him the roof work photos and his impression was Carlos and his crew knew what they were doing. The roof was installed April 2018 (it is a flat roof on an attached home) and so far all has been well, no leaks.

From my first conversation with Carlos, my impression was that he was very knowledgeable about roofs. He was easy to work with, returned my calls in a timely fashion and was personable. He quickly assessed where our leak was coming from and negotiated a fair price. He completely replaced our main roof and smaller patio roof. He also installed two vents, covered over a faulty one, raised up our skylight, built and replaced our cock loft, and built a new copper drain pipe all in 8 hours. We were very pleased with his team and the work they did. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Carlos, Edgar and their team from Installation Service & Repair have been truly wonderful. The attention and service I received for the removal and installation for a new roof have been excellent. Before they started to work, Carlos showed me the materials, insulation that was going to be installed as agreed in the proposal. He also provided step by step photos of the work throughout the whole process. After the roof was completed, he made sure to answer any questions and concerns, and called two days after to follow up. His knowledge and experience made the whole process from beginning to end go very smoothly. I could not recommend Carlos and his team more highly to anyone who is looking to replace a roof.

Just before my birthday, water fell through the roof in my living room. My son found Don Carlos in the Internet, gave him a call and Don Carlos arrived the next day. He inspected the damage and was very honest. “The roof needs an urgent care” he said.Very fair with the cost of work.Don Carlos and his team did an excellent job. They changed the entire roof in one day and left everything clean. Thanks to all of you who participated in this project.Love my new roof.Angela L
