Dr Ecker and his staff are kind and professional. Weve gone to them for our daughter for 12 years now and theyve always taken great care of her needs. I always recommend them when people ask who or child goes to.
All 4 of my children love Dr. Ecker and the whole staff. Even my shy one is completely comfortable with them. I love how Dr. Ecker tells the kids exactly what he is doing step by step. I think that puts them at ease and makes them feel comfortable.
My children have seen Dr. Ecker since they were babies with their first teeth. He and his staff have done a fabulous job with my kids since day 1! Two of my kids are autistic and have oral sensory issues and I dont remember one trip that has ended in tears! My kids are now 16, 14, 12 and 10 and we wouldnt see anyone else...they are simply amazing!Side note: I saw Dr. Ecker as an older child and thats how I knew about him 🤭
My 4 year old daughter and I love this office. Staff is super friendly and great with kids. I love how they explain what they are doing to my daughter as they are doing it so my daughter knows what they are doing ahead of time, Heather always makes my daughter feel comfortable and My daughter also loves all the murals on the walls.
My 2 year old is super shy. She doesnt go to ANYONE she doesnt see regularly, and the nurse we saw today was awesome with her. Let her play. And when the doctor came In he was nice to her and even tried making her laugh through the entire experience . we will be sticking to this dentist for a while !!!!
We love Dr. Brads office. My kids enjoy going to the dentist. Very patient, caring, and informative. I highly recommend Dr. Brad if you have littles. The atmosphere is so kid friendly. We love the staff, playtime in the waiting room, and the art work on the walls.
Everyone is so kind and patient. One of my children is a bit difficult and everyone was so sweet. I didn’t feel judged or that they disliked dealing with my children. Fantastic people and office!
Weve seen Dr. Amy for a few fillings so far, and she always makes my kids comfortable and they actually have fun!
I cannot possibly Find the words to say how grateful we are for Dr. Ecker’s flexibility with and ability to talk to our son. We are so grateful for everyone’s efforts today and so pleased that we were able to become connected to this team!
Worst receptionist ever. Dr Ecker is ok but nothing special. He’s not real sensitive towards disabled children. My son was scheduled for oral surgery on 8/10/20. I put him through a COVID test 8/7/20 in preparation for his surgery but they failed to call with information on as to when to show up at the hospital. I put him through the test for nothing. This office is very unprofessional and quite rude. I don’t recommend it.

Before my daughters visit I had been emailing one of the girls on the front desk. I sent an x-ray and referall over and she stated that Dr. Brad had looked at the x-rays and said my daughter did have work to be done and he could do some of the work at our first visit if my daughter was okay with it. I drove all the way from Brockport and was ten minutes early to my appointment only to be brought back a half hour late. Then the doctor came back looked in her mouth and said I recommend she goes to the hospital to be put to sleep this could have been determined by looking at her x-rays!!....Just upset that my valuble time was wasted.
Dr. Brads office is the friendliest, and most personable group of people. If you want your child to enjoy trips to the dentist, then Id definitely recommend them.
My daughter absolutely loves Dr. Ecker. Dr. Amy and Dr. Ecker are just absolutely unbelievably fantastic with my daughter. This place is amazing. These people are great.
Dr. Ecker and staff are all welcoming and friendly. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and I love that they take the time to help us understand what the treatment plan is.

Dr Brad was my dentist as a child and is now my children’s dentist. Everyone at the office is wonderful and very accommodating for special needs children.
They are all amazing out there. We have been going there for years and will continue to do so. They take the time needed to work with the kids and listen to the parents.

2021-12-02I can not say enough good about this place! They are amazing! The staff is vary nice and the Dr. Is so kind and patient. My son is 3 and was severely traumatized by Eastman dental group in Rochestera, it was like night and day difference with this place! They are so good! And the inside is so beautiful! These pictures are just of the waiting room, there is more beautiful paintings through out the building! I highly recommend them to everyone I know! We live a hour away and its totally worth it!!!

2022-03-22Our 3 year old had an awful first time dental experience at another dentist. I called Dr. Ecker’s office after hearing how great they were. We were not disappointed! They were so kind, friendly, and made our kiddo feel safe and welcomed! She was happy to go to the dentist today and can’t wait for her next appointment! They really put this momma at ease! 2022-07-07Dr. Amy was so wonderful when she did my sos sealants. My son is very sensory sensitive and I was dreading this appointment. Dr. Amy made my son feel completely at ease and there was no fear on my sons part. Definitely recommend Dr. Amy for this procedure. Thank you Dr. Amy!!!

2021-08-20I went to Dr. Brad when I was a child and love that his office is still here for my children! My 7 year old daughter had sealants and a crown pulled just the other day. Dr. Amy and the staff made her so comfortable that she chose no nitrous! She didnt even know Dr. Amy had pulled the tooth until the Dr. told her she was all done. Never thought my girls would actually look forward to going to the dentist, but now they do! I highly recommend Dr. Bradley Ecker and his staff for pediatric dental! Children are always in good hands and parents are also respected by this staff. This office is full of nothing but great people!

2021-12-16My daughter is 4 she has been to 3 dentist and they all have seemed great but first time at the dentist and she loved it and did so great and wants to go back already. The staff is very nice to the kids and parents and keep you very well informed on everything they do.

2021-06-07My two year old loves going to the dentist and my 5 and 7 year old never fear going to be seen by Dr Ecker and his wonderful team! They truly do a wonderful job and they are always so friendly and welcoming! I’m very happy to have found such a place where my children feel so comfortable with a dentist. They always get treats, new toothbrushes and toothpaste. The staff explain to them how to care for their teeth in such a way that they come home very excited to floss and brush twice a day! It’s just a great place where they understand how to make kids feel special and taken care of!

2021-11-20My young daughter had dental surgery with Dr. Ecker and I cant express how grateful I am for the great experience we had with him and UMMC. The nurses were great, Dr. Ecker himself had a wonderful bedside manner and did a great job, and the anesthesiologist was incredibly personable and kind and took the time to explain to both me and my daughter the process and make us feel at ease. I cannot thank them enough!

2021-03-25We have gone to Dr. Brad for years. He helps my kids feel less anxious about dental work and has a great way with kids. My 6 year old had 2 molars pulled today and my son was very anxious but Dr brad and his staff were able to help him feel comfortable and in the end he didn’t even realize they had already been pulled.

2021-06-08Dr. Bradley is very good at what he does. My 7 year old daughter was just in there to have some cavities filled and she not once in any pain. I am and will be taking her back for anything and everything dental related.
