I started my journey with Paul one of the traveling salesmen who was a great salesman and returned to work with Roger and the General manager who helped me tremendously. The salesperson Tina was great she did a great job of showing me the vehicle making me understand this features and getting me the right deal I needed to make the the car purchase worth my while I appreciate her time or effort and her patience and I would give her a 10 also Colin he was very hopeful with the procedures that needed to be taken care of in order to make you feel work he got me a couple bonuses that I didnt know about I would also give him a 10 he did great job on on setting me up with the vehicle that I wanted I appreciate it. To go out but it always takes a while when you want something good so Im happy now I just got it

My wife and I came in just seeing what our trade in be for our Lil mirage. Our salesmen Karl come to greet us and said youre working with me now lol. He was kind, funny, straight to the point. He put us into a brand new 2022 Outlander. We are brought it home the same day, and fell even more in love with it! I was told by Heather and someone else in charge of their page that I had to go into the store for the credit to be run. I was also told that it doesn’t matter your credit they will honor the $0 down they have. It’s a scam to get you in the door and it’s bulls$&@. I’m over an hour away and kept telling them I wanted my credit run before I waste my time and was told that I had to come to the store. Well I wasted my time, miles on my car, and gas, which is hella expensive, to get nothing. Screw this place. Go somewhere else that is honest and doesn’t scam you. Go to a dealership that actually discloses their prices.I do NOT recommend this place. Buyer beware.

As far as knowledge of the vehicle, I knew more about it than the salesperson.Not happy with the financing of the vehicle.I am still fighting for the gas card I was promised.Overall I wish I never walked in the door.
If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I received their flyer in the mail in regards to a big sale and promotional contest. According to the flyer, I won a 60in TV. All I had to do is call a number or go to a website to claim. I had my daughter read the fine print to make sure this was legit and no catch. According to the fine print, we actually won a TV. I did what was required and started getting text messages from them. An appointment was scheduled for me to come in. I was told to bring all this information. I responded with, Im not looking to purchase a vehicle, I just want the TV I won. She replies no problem and lets me know what to being to pick it up. We get there and they wanna give their spiel to get me to buy a vehicle. I told the man I only want the TV. I pulled up in a 2020 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. They dont have anything to top that. Then he focused on my daughter, whos looking for a car. She told him upfront they didnt have what she was looking for. He didnt believe her. I asked if they have any hybrids and he replied no. We both were like, see you dont have what she wants. Im sure he was a lil perturbed lol. Then he starts filling out a form for the TV and passes it on to the next guy. Who then starts to explain how the contest really works, which wasnt on the flyer. It was you win the prize for the contest, that actually puts you in a drawing to win the prize you technically already won. Since my numbers didnt match, they tried to give me a $2 bill as a consolation prize. I kindly told him he could kept it and we rode off in the 2020 MKZ.

Add says the will give up to $5000 over blue book. Got there offered 2000 under blue book, my car is in good condition both body and mechanical. then salesman insulted me further by trying to upsell me. Stay away.
I will Never go back there! They were extremely rude and not helpful at all. There are no closer dealers around me but if I need anything thats covered under warranty, Ill have to go further away. I have Never had such terrible service!
My vehicle was brought in to the service department at 8000 miles with a front tire issue. The service manager replaced them at no cost to me but didnt fix the underlying problem. I returned at 17000 miles with the same tire issue again. After receiving another free set of tires I was sent to a Nissan service department to have said tires aligned because James Mitsubishi couldnt align the vehicle. The service manager at the Nissan dealership advised me that I had broken parts which would be the cause of a front tire problem.
James mitsubishi was so friendly, reliable and fast! i told them the car I’ve been looking for and they made it happened. i will recommend them to everyone.
Was contacted today by Adam in their service department. He told me what steps they were taking to deal with this unique problem. My working car wont pass inspection because the state cant talk to it, even though everyone elses device can. They went as far as calling the state, to see what on their end is failing!Update: The guys got someone from DMV to come in and figure out the problem and fix it! Cars is inspected! I will be returning there whenever I need service!

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle new or used Collin is your guy. Very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to get you in the vehicle you’re looking for. Will definitely refer everyone to him.Update: as awesome as Collin was with helping me purchase my vehicle the service department needs some help on the customer service side. I have had two recalls on my vehicle in a year and both times they failed to call me when the parts came in to schedule me to come on for those services. I called today and was told they “just came in today” and that they can’t get me in until next week for a fuel pump recall even though I talked to someone over 2 weeks ago who told me he was putting me at the top of the list but the man today told me I was at the bottom of the list. The lack of communication and compassion for customers makes me upset that I actually bought my vehicle from them.

Disappointed in my experience yesterday, went there trying to trade in my car with the $4000 above value. They gave my car a $7000 trade in value, car is in good shape with 90,000 miles. Kelly Blue Book says 9,000-12,000, they told me $7,000. I was also told by salesman after they brought out a car, that they wouldnt be bringing this to me if it wasnt in my price range. My car payment is $360 now, and I was looking for below $300. Well turns out the vehicle they brought out to me was above $500 a month. And I asked for used something I could afford and be in my price range, but they would only bring NEW.Again why say I wouldnt be bringing this car to you if it wasnt in my price range.

Typical bait and switch. Offered me $5,000 less than Kelly Blue Book then claimed they didnt know about their offer of $4k over KBB. Then the price of the car we looked at mysteriously was $1500 more than the last one, with fewer options? Couldnt get out of there fast enough, total scam!

I was interested in a new Outlander SEL and gave James Mitsubishi a call. I was greeted by Jamie on the phone and was told to fill out a finance application. I was told to ask for Tom when I got there. When I got there i did not meet a Tom. Instead they had several out of state salesman on site. They appeared to have brought all of the sketchy salesman in to liquidate the cars. Very unprofessional from start to finish. The main guy I was working with kept saying he didn’t need a mask and Covid does not scare him. Then he pawned me off to another salesman who was unfriendly and pressuring. I stated from the start I wanted to lease and they would not allow me to. They kept pushing financing. They also took down all of my info again and said the lady I talked to was in a call center and they didn’t have my finance info. It also took them several hours to finally tell me they couldn’t take my truck in on trade because Honda owned the lease. They also kept pushing a scratch off invitation and acting like it was real. They also would not give me actual numbers. They just wanted to know what I’d pay without numbers. Definitely a crazy experience. Would stay far far away from this place.
The experience that I had with Anthony was amazing...I walked in there without high expectations but boy was I wrong...I walked out with a 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse..and I love it!!! I would highly recommend James Mitsubishi.Update: I loved my first experience in 2020 with James Mitsubishi, however this time not so much. I was interested in the 22 outlander, made an appointment. My daughter and I went up there advised what I was interested in, let me say this the staff I seen when I came in was great Tom included, however the sales person not so much. First he went straight to credit, didn’t even try to show me what they had. Also I feel like it was rude to assume my daughter and I wasn’t vaccinated because we were sitting there with our mask on. I told him we were fully vaccinated and boasted, his response was I am too(hence the no mask)and I haven’t gotten anything, well bravo for you, I refuse to take a chance. So after my credit was ran, he comes to say if we put you in a $40,000 car your payments will be like $1200 , because of my existing loan, in the meantime not once did he try to even look at my trade in. I know the outlanders that they had online was not $40,000 because they are the base (ES) trim, they don’t even start at that price. At this point I really didn’t care I was ready to go because I was irritated by the crazy amount of flies inside the building, not sure why there were so many. I’m not sure if I would recommend or go back to James Mitsubishi to be honest.

This whole service appointment was a nightmare. Had my car towed from Lockport to Greece at my expense on 12/7/21. Never received calls on updates or offers of a loaner, until a gentleman Kevin called me with updates. Had to call and could never get through to find out the status of my car. Went through numerous rentals spending thousands of dollars.I did not receive my car back until 1/14/21.Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership, hands down.ZERO STARS....

So myself and my wife came today 01-28-2022 to the dealership, walking in we got greeted right away the guy started the process and they found out what car we can take home today we started the process and I was looking at the car inside and out and even under the hood the guy that got us first through the door told me is a new car, kind of like why you looking at the hood if its a new car, I didnt like that comment, then we got Austin and the Rest of the team are going all out so we can get our vehicle today I love the rest of the team here going above and beyond for me and my wife and we are still here doing paperwork and they making sure that we are taken care of.

I called a day after about concerns I had and was told the person I needed to talk to was not there. I went there in person the next day and talked to someone else and he promised he would have an answer by the end of the day and would call me with the details and never heard back.

First of all, if you want honest reviews check their Facebook page. Second, their mailers are a hard-core scam! We checked online and called before driving in to the dealership to confirm if we had actually won. Then we got there and they made my husband spin a wheel where he won $2. Also we called the dealership and got a recording saying no sales reps were available to answer, when we got there, there were about 5 of them standing outside just talking to each other. Definitely dont trust this place now.
Kyle is the man to talk to if you need a car. He’s extremely helpful and probably one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. He worked hard to make a deal and got it done with ease. As someone whos worked in the customer service field, I understand somethings are out of our control. Such as waiting on parts, problems encountered fixing vehicles and so on. What I do not understand is how I can have a running vehicle and have to rent a vehicle for an extra week because ohn of your employees didnt show up for work. This cost me $569.00. I in Vestavia my trim pieces were not in yet however my vehicle was drivable. If i didnt advocate i wouldve been in that rental another week while we waited on trim pieces to come in. I was not offered a loaner vehicle until I has to bring my vehicle back the second time. I had to bring my vehicle 4 time for the scheduled services. I initially requested. The manager did discount the oil change, which is appreciated. However I do not feel is enough due to having to rent a vehicle for an axtra week because your employee didnt show up for work for 3 days to finish my service.

All the staff here were really nice. I Initially sent a text about the deal they were running. If they cant get you approved they will give you $500. A young lady named Brittany text me for a whole week trying to get me to come in. I finally agreed to come in the following day but when I got home I had one of those ad papers they send to make you think you won something. I walked in the next day fully expect to get my $500 and whatever lame prize I had won. I sat with Pierre and I ended up walking out with a brand new 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander with 6 miles on it that I put on it test driving it. Working with Pierre was so easy and he was very down to earth and never tried to hustle me. He made the process simple and quick. I would definitely recommend going here if your in need of a new vehicle. Oh did I mention they paid for my old car and cut my intrest rate in half. Also Pierre gave me some really good tips on how to increase my credit score. I 10/10 recommend James Mitsubishi for your next car.

Find another dealership to deal with!I will.

On 10/08/2020 I walked in with the mindset of buying a new car, we ran into a few bumps in the road with high payments and interest rates I was feeling very uneasy but I still felt pressure into buying so I left with the car. I have been car shopping for a while now and I kept coming back to James Mitsubishi in Greece, NY looking at the Outlander. My biggest thing searching for cars is cargo space. I need this for work, and I need to fit my Little Giant Ladder in it. This has plenty of space. I decided to go with the Outlander, it has a lot of features and for a lower price than competitor companies.

I had one of those scratch cards where they showed the big prizes in big pictures. I matched one of the prizes which they showed in front but then when I went there, they showed in ridiculously small letters that the prize corresponding to the matching characters are NOT the real prize so when I drove to the place which was 20 minutes away, they only gave me $2. I had a very disappointing visit at this dealer because of their manipulative AD.

I went there to do a trade in, the individual that help me was nice he showed me a new 2020 outlander that I end up getting. I was told that the car has apple CarPlay and it didn’t have it. I’ve called numerous times and spoke with the individual that helped me, every time is always I’m gonna call and no call. It’s been 2weeks and more now and still nothing. Now I have to go and spend extra money to have my car screen changed for a after market one that has CarPlay. Very disappointed with the lack of communication
