John has worked on two projects at our home. He installed a bathroom fan vented out the roof and repaired some roof damage caused by wind and weather. He does fantastic work, is truthful, trustworthy and skilled. My wife and I will definitely contract his services again in the future.
JCS Builders did a great job on our front porch. They were reasonably priced and honest. Plastic was dented and instead of just putting up, they sent it back. I know a few contractors that wouldve just used that material. Thank you to the 2 man crew.
We recently had JCS builders build a cedar fence in our yard. They did a beautiful job. They were professional, friendly & went above & beyond. They left the work area clean and helped us solve some issues with a very eleven yard. They were very reasonably priced for the amazing quality of work they did. If you are looking for someone to do a construction project at your home I would absolutely recommend calling JCS, you wont be disappointedTracey Gariano-Scalzo, Niagara Falls.
My house had concrete steps from the previous owner...which had sagged A LOT over the years. I wanted the concrete ones removed and wood stairs put in. Every one i called said they didnt do wood stairs...until i called JCS. I was overjoyed to hear i could finally get these terrible stairs out & nice ones in. While they were here we got to talking about the wood stairs & upkeep on them & decided that no slip vinyl encasing the wood would be the better option since its basically maintenance free. No staining each summer etc. Best part is that it wasnt that much more price wise so id have been crazy to pass up. They did an AMAZING job! Jon, as well as the gentleman he was working with both answered all of my questions in great detail. No rushed answers or work. Super professional. Great quality of work. I will definitely call them in the future for my other big projects.
I may be partial.but i have observed Jons work in many applications and would recommed his JCS Builders anytime. Jon walked into my Condo and in 9nly a few minutes repaired many things and made excellent recommendation for future repairs. If i had a house in JCSs area he would do it or build my family a new home.

We are so happy with our new pool deck! They connected a new deck off of our existing deck, making it flow so smoothly right out to the pool! It makes our above ground pool feel like an inground! We couldn’t be happier!
They do some beautiful work. The quality is awesome. Very reasonable prices. I wouldnt hesitate to call for any home repair big or small.

2021-12-12Jonathan did a great job building our front deck we are very pleased with the way it turned out. Can’t say enough good things about this company, Jonathan has an amazing talent and is fair and honest with pricing. I would recommend his company to anyone who needs his services and in the future will definitely be contacting him for other projects for my home. This is by far the most trustworthy company I have ever hired.

2019-08-08We couldnt be happier with our new deck built by JCS Builders, It is beautiful! Jonathan Bradbury is very reliable and professional. He does amazing work and we had a rough Spring this year so it took longer than expected, he even worked in the pouring rain one day! We will definitely use him again and recommend him for any type of work you may need done!

2019-12-29Jon recently completed an amazing transformation of our former wood deck. The project took a long time to get completed due to construction hiccups, but is well worth the wait. Always professional, always courteous, we are extremely pleased that we selected JCS and would not hesitate for a moment to contract with them for future home improvement projects.

2019-12-05I would recommend JCS Builders for any home repair, remodeling, or new construction work. Our garage beam was damaged (rotted) due to 20-years of water leaking behind the window above the garage door. JCS Builders determined the problem contacted their engineering firm and created the PE sealed drawing within days to properly replace the wooden beam with an I Beam welded plate design. JCS Builders explained each stage of the job to re-insure me that all steps were taken to prevent the brick front from cracking.JCS Builders demonstrated the following characteristics that I look for in a general contractor, which are:•Professionalism,•Honesty,•Performs High Quality work in a timely manner at a reasonable price,•Cleans the work site after each major phase of the project, and•Shows up at the work site on scheduled days and times.After several weeks of working with JCS Builders I gained trust in his abilities as an expert in dealing with complicated situations. John would always tell me that “this was not his first rodeo”.JCS Builders has a significant backlog of work, but that is what you should expect when you are dealing with a general contractor that performs work at such a high level.

2019-08-20We moved into our new home at the end of May, and by the first week of June we had our estimate on a fence for our yard with multiple options to choose from. It took us forever to remove the privacy bushes on the side and back of our yard from the previous owner, and we left a complete mess for these guys to work around, but they worked through every obstacle they ran into...which was probably a bit more than they bargained for (sorry!) Each step of the process was completed with professional and informational knowledge so that we knew what was happening as well. We couldn’t be happier with our privacy fence and we are so happy we went with JCS Builders Inc to complete the job. After the job was done, we were provided with information on how to work our gate and how to care for our wood fence in the years to come. It has been such a relief to look out into our yard every day and see the beautiful fence we have, and our dogs are happy to finally have a yard to run free in again!

2018-06-24Over the last 10 years , i have had JCS Builders do several projects for me at my home , beautiful vinyl deck, vinyl fence, both bathrooms remodeled, windows and finished my basement to a amazing living space, i would recommended Jonathan and his crew to anyone in need of any and all projects small or big, workmanship is great, always courteous and clean .

2016-07-24JCS built a permanent roof structure over my 16 x 25 concrete patio. They take pride in their work, and as a result the new roof at my house turned out beautiful and even better than I expected. Their knowledge in all areas of construction and their attention to detail was helpful throughout the project from the design of the roof, to the materials used, to the placement of recessed lights and ceiling fans in the ceiling. They made the new roof structure match the existing roof pitch, and along with the materials they used, it matches the house perfectly. My family and I love enjoying the shade under our beautiful patio roof. Thanks JCS!

2019-09-24By Jagdeep S.April 18, 2013Ive got to say that this is one company that is reliable unlike other construction companies that I dealt with in the past. I had JCS Builders finish our basement from the ground up and what a fantastic job they did. We have an old house and our basement was like a dungeon which we use to be scared to enter and now after the remodeling of the basement we love going down to it. I must say it was nothing what I imagined. The owner, John takes pride in his work and he makes sure that the customer is satisfied, and I must say we are very satisfied. When you have the actually owner of the company working on the project you know the job is going to be done right. I will recommend JCS Builders to everyone. Thanks JCS Builders :)
