If you want the best pizza in Western NY, look no further than Jerry Arenas. The unique flavor of their pizzas is unmatched, and the ingredients are always fresh. My family has been Arena fans for 20 years now and it hasnt changed. Its still the best.
Best pizza in the area my boyfriend and I travel from college pizza land because the Pizza is so good cold or warm. Defiantly dont let the building turn you away. The staff is amazing especially amy the manager. You will always get the best service unless your an ass and deserve an attitude,
My friend and I were shopping in Batavia and we got super hungry and decided we were starving. We got in the vehicle and found Jerrys. After leaving all we could talk about was how awesome the pizza was because of the sauce, cheese, atmosphere and service was. Recommend to everyone who appreciates great Pizza!
Amazing new york style pizza, perfectly cooked pizza with the toppings spread evenly. Would recommend eating here. They have great prices, and huge pizzas
Why is everyone shocked they only take cash? Clearly their laundering money, they fill the ATM with cash from somewhere else and the. You use it to pay them, cash laundered! Plus w.e else they add to their take. Place is a front, thats why it also looks so outdated!
Good pizza but does make it very difficult that they only take cash. ATM on site but of course you pay fee.

Been the best pizza Ive ever had since I was a kid.. (70s n 80s). Moved away n lived in many states & cities & still cannot find anything comparable.
Mediocre pizza, wings were not good, asked for extra crispy, got soggy and rubbery. Many other places in Batavia with better lizza and wings. Wont go back.
We have been coming here for 4 decades, & the food is great!- the decor is simple, the very very hot wings were delicious & cleared my sinuses- the pizza sauce was excellent, the crust is light- the service was attentive- the decor is simple- its a little noisy- if you are not looking for a fancy place to eat but enjoy good pizza & wings, then you should come here!-

Honestly I used to love going here it was one of my favorite places we came here for a visit and figured wed stop here for so good pizza it was dry and overcooked and the veggies were undercooked im really disappointed in it

Its not awesome pizza. I would say its pretty similar to your average, run of the mill, Buffalo pizza. That said, for the price, its a darn good deal.

The worst please you could ever order from I was over charged (50.00) on my credit crd. And not refunded and was talked down TO BY THE OWNER over the phone. Worst please. Never again

2022-05-21First time today ever trying the food here and it was AMAZING!! My husband loved the pizza, I had the antipasto salad. The dressing was awesome, salad huge and best one I have had! They just found themselves loyal customers. Very pleasant owner and staff. Look forward to more! Keep up the great work! ❤

2022-06-19We moved to Le Roy, NY 2 years ago next month, and Im kicking myself for not trying Jerry Arenas pizza sooner! It was fantastic! Dont let the crazy traffic in that area stop you!The owner, Jerry and I talked while my pizza was in the oven. He is a great person, and all of his staff very polite and friendly.Heres to another 40 years Mr. Arena! All things are possible with God!

2022-01-22Honestly Id say the cheese and cup&char pizza is probably the best in town. Had it for the first time last night. Held off on trying due to seeing sub 4 star reviews, turns out people are just being ridiculous over the cash only policy. If you havent tried the pizza, definitely dont be like me and wait forever to try. Its delicious!

2022-02-13Were from out of state and struggled to find a resturaunt to eat at for the night that we stayed in town. Everyone was really nice and personable, and the food was great. Made the hectic driving around trying to find somewhere to eat, worth it.

2022-04-27I’ve been eating here since I was a kid. For over 30 years. I no longer will support this business!! I ask for my pizza to be pie cut, not in squares. I ask this of all the pizza places I frequent. I feel it is a minor request that should not be a problem when you pay so much for a pizza these days. Well you don’t always get what you ask for. Sometimes people forget and I understand that. It’s human nature. Most place will apologize and ask if they want them to make a new one. I’ll say no and one place gave me a 2 liter of soda to rectify the issue. Well not this place. Before I paid for the pizza I look and sure enough it was not pie cut. I told the young man who was cashing me out that i ordered it pie cut. Some one even wrote a pie chart on the inside of the box to remind the person who cuts it. Well this young man says “ oh well I forgot” “muscle memory” Really? No apologies not let me make it right?? Well then I refuse to pay for the pizza. Well now who i suspect is the manager comes over and says there is nothing wrong with the pizza so if you don’t pay for it the owners policy is to not have you back. No problem here! Peace! Plenty of other pizza spots that will be willing to take my money. For the owner maybe you should have your employees who mess up orders pay for their mistakes. I bet if you do “muscle memory” won’t be a further issue.

2019-09-25Ive always LOVED Jerrys pizzeria, and my dad used to get it for us kids for a treat when we were younger (: absolutely recommended to plenty of people. However their service isnt all the best, everyone seems miserable. Cant complain though, its GREAT pizza.
