2021-01-19Jim Creegan and his company are an absolute scam and disgusting. James was recommended by HomeAdvisor for propane fireplace repair and chimney cleaning. He was here for a total of 15 minutes, fixed or cleaned nothing and handed me a bill for $160. He was well aware of the issue that was wrong with the fireplace when we made the appointment and said he could fix it, which he obviously could not. It doesnt end there! Not only was he rude, raised his voice and called the elderly homeowner names, he also made sexual innuendos towards me. I am completely and utterly disgusted by our experience.

2021-03-31I called Mr. Creegan this morning at 9:15 regarding installation of a chimney cap. He was here by 11:30 and done by noon. In addition to his quick response time he is very nice, professional, and knowledgeable.

2020-06-25Super professional and quick job. They fixed up my dirty chimney nightmare AND my dirty dryer vent in one quick trip. I will absolutely call on them again the next time I need it to be cleaned. Reasonably priced. 10/10
