2021-12-22Ive been going to Jovia for awhile now and when I moved I was so happy this Plainview one was right near me. Loukia Garefalis always helps me and is such a nice and kind person. She is absolutely the best!! Thank you for always helping me!!

2020-06-02I understand that we are in the middle of a national pandemic but you choose to do online and physical upgrades the weekend after Memorial Day?? Why wouldn’t you do this the weekend you are closed? And now I’m waiting in line for over and hour so I can take money out to pay my rent. This is ridiculous.

2020-09-244 people working - no masks.Made a deposit - place was empty - took almost 20 min. Was only acknowledged when I had to call to see if they even received my deposit. Very disappointing.

2020-02-08Terrible bank. Can’t get in touch with bank.When I need my account balances My call is sent to a call center that don’t have any information on my accounts. They take my phone number and tell me someone will call me back in 48 hours. Not good!

2020-05-27What happened to my bank??? There is no personal contact whatsoever anymore. You cant get through to anyone when you call. Not good!
