The walkway looks great. However, the customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced! I was blown off ELEVEN times for appointments to repair work that was faulty. After the repairs half are still poor at best.
Matt and his team did a superb job! Clean up was great and delivered everything promised. Definite recommendation.
These people dont treat customers or employees with respect and although they occasionally do good work..the majority is half ass cause all Matt Kennedy cares about is doing the least to collect ...and shorting his employees.
Quality work at reasonable price.!highly recommend for your landscaping needs.!

2022-05-23We have never been so disappointed with the service or quality of work provided by Kennedy landscaping.The job took 10 times longer than originally told. The retaining wall he built is a disaster. The condition he left our property is disturbing. He was supposed to return the beginning of the work season to repair his work and we are having difficulty getting him to respond to us at all. We have to hire someone else to repair his work as we do jot tryst that he will complete what needs to be done in a timely manner it that the finished project would even be acceptable.

2022-06-07I had this company do my steps and a porch a couple years ago. They destroyed my front yard, took no accountability up front for knocking my well access out of place until I complained enough and sent pictures. Finally he agreed to repair their damage. My front yard is still completely uneven from the damage of their machines. They planted plants that were not put deep enough into the soil so the roots are exposed. Now they are refusing to honor their warranty for settling and our porch is completely uneven. I have been trying to get him to come look at it since July and it’s now mid-October. I will never do business here again and will encourage others not to either.Update: After threatening legal action, the porch and walkway were finally repaired in March (after 9 months from first complaint). The workmanship is as expected. I just wish it didnt take so much time and effort on my part to stay on top of this to get the warranty work completed.

2022-08-247 years later the Unilock stairs and walkway are completely out of alignment, crooked and an overall mess of a job.I have had numerous redos on this job that was done seven years ago and it still looks like a nightmare. The job has created a tripping hazard and I have had people trip. Stay clear of this company. I lost a tree they planted due to inadequate planting and they threw away plants of ours that were not supposed to be thrown away. They rush their jobs and are not worthy of being an authorized contractor for the Unilock product!

2018-06-28Kennedy landscaping never lets us down. Weve had everything from patios built, flower beds planted, shale driveways put in and more. Matt and his crew always do an amazing job, Im never disappointed. Highly recommend them over other landscapers that Ive used.

2016-11-08I had been looking for someone to do my patio for a long time, I am very picky and take forever before I make a decision. Finally, I went ahead with Kennedy Landscaping! I could not be happier!!! They went above and beyond my expectations. Amazing work guys!!! I will for sure use Kennedy Landscaping for ANYTHING I need to enhance my curb appeal on my house or anything needed to be done outside!
