I moved in April 2021 using Konstantly Moving. My move was local in Manhattan, from the UWS to West Village. From the time of booking through my move in date, the team was very communicative and organized. They helped secure all COIs needed in advance. Prior to the move I had to reduce my projected inventory and they accommodated the change and adjusted the quote accordingly. On move day, they kept me posted on the time of arrival. They were right on time and had staffed properly to handle the job well. I had made an advance request for help moving some furniture out of my apartment to my neighbors floors which they did smoothly. All of my items were protected well in the move. It was efficient and we were fully done in 5 hours. Overall the team was great and very professional. They worked well together and showed expertise in moving safely.

Had a storage POD in Jamaica Queens that needed to have the contents brought to an apartment in Manhattan. PODs was going to charge a lot of money to move POD to the city and then I would have to have a mover empty the POD. Cost was close to $1000. My son recommended Konstantly Moving. Konstantine said he would go to Jamaica, empty the POD and deliver the furniture. The cost was half of what PODs wanted. Move was professional, timely and safe. Movers were very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend.
Juan and his two colleagues were absolutely incredible. This is the second time I’ve used these movers and I even got my mom to use them too. Everything will be professional, a great price, and they are amazing at helping you package up last minute things.

Highly recommend. They were very fast and efficient, esp considering it was a walk up. The furniture was wrapped well. Might be slightly more expensive than some of the other classic nyc moving companies but they did a better job.

The moving team was two hours late. After they left my old address, I checked and found that they forgot two small parts of my bed frame. I took them myself.When the movers arrived at my new address, they were having an argument and was not working cooperatively. When the moving is almost complete, they told me that they left the headboard and dining table legs in the service elevator hallway at my old address. They told me they forgot them because they could not use the service elevator at that time, which was because they were late and out of the elevator reservation time frame. I called the doorman of the old address and they found the pieces. The movers sent someone to get it that night.I asked a mover to help me assemble my five lamps. The mover confirmed but left after assembling two of them.This company did not offer the best price. I decided to proceed with them for the good reviews to have a smooth, efficient moving experience, but the experience was not one that I could recommend.Earlier today I found that the fabric of my bed frame was put on misaligned, but I could not easily fix it as the legs are assembled in place.

Great experience from the start to finish. I got several quotes from various companies to move our 3 bedroom apartment with 2 pianos and 100+ boxes of books among other things into a 2 bedroom apartment. They gave us the most reasonable quote that made sense to us. They are easy to work with in terms of scheduling and how you want things done. The moving crew was punctual, fast, efficient, professional, and went above and beyond, especially when I was figuring out how to assemble a furniture on my own that was not even part of the move! They took care of our two pianos and large original paintings with care. Their furniture pads and trucks are clean. I already recommended them to people in my building who needed movers. I hope we dont move again in a long time because moving is stressful, but when we do, we will certainly hire them in a heartbeat.

A++ movers. Called a few companies for quotes and they weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but after speaking with them I could tell they really cared. Very glad I went with them because they were awesome. Very responsive before move day, answered all questions, provided necessary documents and COI, showed up on time, and they were quick, careful, and courteous.100% would recommend to family and friends and will use them for any future moves. DO THE PACK & MOVE OPTION. It’s little more expensive but 100% worth it. No need to buy boxes, tape, tissue paper, etc and all the time you’d have to spend carefully wrapping all your dishes and glasses are taken care of by them!

Having lived in NYC for 25 years, I have had plenty of moving experiences and Konstantly Moving was easily the best moving company I’ve ever used. Even when things ended up more complicated than anticipated with a surprise broken elevator, they just rolled with the punches and got the move done. Best moving experience Ive had in 5+ moves within and finally out of the city. Adrian was great at nailing down the details I provided and provided me with a quote that lo and behold was what I ended up paying on moving day. No hidden fees, but its also up to the customer to provide detailed inventory. I took pictures of everything, furniture, inside of drawers/closets/medicine cabinets and my storage room. I didnt surprise them with anything and they didnt surprise me with any hidden fees. Adrian was also flexible when I had to move my date up a week just two weeks in advance. They showed up promptly on time both for the packing and then the loading. They were professional throughout the move, clearly know what theyre doing as they worked quickly and nothing was damaged in the process. Also appreciate that this is a small business with real employees vs. short term help. Everyone pulled their weight and then some. Would highly recommend Adrian and Konstantly Moving for the truly full service service pack and move.

This moving company was so great and definitely ON POINT. They came as a double recommendation (a friend, and their friend also)- but I was still nervous. Moving in NYC is nerve-wracking! But they called me, gave me a very fair quote, and I booked them. It was a little last minute, but they found an extra van and extra guys. They followed up a couple days before and then the day before to check in. Their show-up date was at 9am; at 8:30 I received a call that they would be there in 30 minutes! The move was efficient and friendly. I had about 50 boxes of books (Im in school), so I know it wasnt fun, but they joked about it and loaded with a smile. When we got to our new spot, they put boxes and furniture in the rooms we asked them to. Nothing was broken because they covered the furniture with moving blankets etc. Im definitely going to recommend them in the future!!

Ill keep my review crisp- guys reached in time- went over and above my expectations (put up elevator pads, coordinated with building super, packed 2 boxes that I was supposed to)- very polite- they made sure I just sat and relaxed while they did it all- adequate protection over delicate items (they get a lot of blankets with them to pack screens and furniture)- best pricing (I received the lowest quote from them when compared to 6 others)A special mention of their employee Eugene. He is equivalent of a group of people in himself. In my case, he led the team (2 more guys) and packed furniture. He was able to pack 2 beds and 2 couches all by himself in minutes. He managed pricing, handling, instructions to the team, etc. and made me move a 2 bed apartment in less than 7 hours!!Konstantly Moving is surely my constant moving forward (lol, they didnt pay me to write this review. I moved my apartment from West New York to Fort Lee with them on March 15 and the only reason I chose them was because they charged the least, but now Im sure they do the best too)

I have never had such a positive moving experience! I was a little nervous with such a reasonable estimate, would it be a too good to be true situation, but I was happily surprised. They really went out of their way to be flexible with me since I could not finalize a date until short notice, were very attentive to details on the day of process, and very friendly. They kept to their word and did not change the fixed estimate I was given. Afterwards, they even followed up to ensure all my expectations were met.

Highly recommend this company! Booking was super easy and straightforward. I was asked about my inventory and paid a 10% deposit. Before the move, they sent the COI within minutes of me requesting it. On the day of the move, Juan contacted me early in the day to coordinate everything and he arrived right on time. He did a great job coordinating the rest of the movers and ensuring that everything went smoothly.

My wife and I were moving with 2 kids and had a tight window of 4 hours to load the truck with our items- the moving crew got it done with time to spare. It was the most efficient and stress-free move I have ever had in my life. We were lucky enough to have Alex the owner leading the crew and he truly is SUPERMAN !! My wife calls him the gentle giant. Alex was so nice, professional, patient, very careful with all our items and even packed some boxes for us so we didnt waste any time. I am so glad we chose Konstantly Moving NYC and will only be using them in the future. I had a bad experience with a large NYC moving company years ago and learned my lesson the hard way- Saving $100-$200 is not worth the stress and headache of a poorly executed move. 2022-04-30I cannot say enough about Konstantly. They are by far one of the best moving companies in NYC, and Ive gone through quite a few of them over the years. From the beginning of the process, Anna (the main point of contact) was very responsive, answered all my many questions and made the initial set up seamless. We changed my order probably 4-5 times and on each occasion there was no fuss or hassle. The price is also a flat rate, which was much easier to budget for than the hourly rate movers. The overall cost was comparable to other moving companies, when I factored in all the extra fees (parking fees, COI fees, gas, etc) and travel time. On the moving day, the three movers, Raul, Luis and Alex, were incredibly professional, respectful and handled all my belongings with the greatest of care. They also moved like the wind! I couldnt believe they were done so fast. All the furniture was covered with blankets and properly protected. Its the first move that I had zero damage to my items. I would highly, highly recommend Konstantly to anyone who needs movers in NYC.

2022-05-26I was referred to Konstantly moving by a trusted friend and I am extremely grateful that I reached out to my network and received such a perfect recommendation. I have moved many times over the past 15 years, using many of the most well-known tri-state area moving companies, and I can unequivocally rank Konstantly #1 and its not even close. From my initial call with Konstantine the owner, followed by a virtual consultation with his associate Ana, and finally the planning and execution of my move, each step of the process was easy and seamless. On my pack day, Konstantine himself showed up with 4 of his teammates who efficiently and expertly packed up our entire home, which included many valuable and delicate items. On the subsequent move day, 5 different, but just as talented team members joined and helped complete the move to my new home . The good news is that we will have to call Konstantly back to officially finish our move in a few months as we had to utilize a POD for our furniture until home renovations are complete. I have no doubt they will come finish the job just as expertly as they started.

Also, the flat rate is true to the service and the entire experience was soooo much easier with them. The most amazing part of the service is that if they take something apart, they will put it back together (bed, sofa, etc.). We had a dream team of Juan, Eugene, Illia and Konstantin and they packed our entire apartment and moved everything in just 5 hours. They were extremely careful with our stuff and there wasnt even a scuff on the walls once they were done. Fair pricing too.
