Fast loading. Get there 12:58, appt 13:00. Was done 14:05. No mask no service at this time!
Over night Parking right after receiving entrance on left...Fast unload nice people...Pull in Gate sharp right park by poles receiving down at end.... make wide turn to get out
Checked in at 830am for 1230pm appointment I heard they may load you early, but I think that must be the frozen side because I didnt get a door until noon tim.
Overall it was a fast process to load and receive bill of lading. Within a half hour I was back on the road. Dont forget to pre cool your reefer-10 or +34 beforehand. Your welcome

Got me in a door an hour before my appointment and was loaded and out by my appointment time. Great and friendly people too.

Management is horrible. Do NOT work here. All higher ups here need to be investigated by the state. They push to fire their older workers so they dont get retirement then recently when they were called out they gave a new contract stating there is no longer retirement regardless of how long they had worked there previously. They DO NOT follow covid safety guidelines as close as they should. If youve missed work due to covid they will REFUSE TO PAY YOU. Yes really. Even after all proper paperwork is presented they will stall your pay, lose papers, not receive emails, and accuse you of lying on the phone. Either fire all management or shut the plant down. Supervisors are comically under qualified, Mechanics are amateur at best. Bad.
Nice people but real small parking lot to back up to the dock. If there a truck already there you have to back up. On blind side. Not enough room to maneuver.

The broker,RTS double booked a load soooo we had to scramble to find another today. its not kraftheinz fault. the people were very friendly but this load was just not meant to be for me. hope the other truck does a good job.
Arrived at 1045, given a door at far end of building. Docked and disconnected as instructed, was told I be unloaded quickly. They started unloading at 1230. Was told by guard shack they didnt forget me but he refused to call receiving to confirm they didnt forget me. Talked to employee walking to their car, was told I probably wasnt getting unloaded due to the Christmas Office Party taking place. Walked back to receiving office where I was told they was extremely under staffed for the week. Meanwhile 5 other trucks coming in after me unloaded and out of here with another 2 docked while typing up this review. I guess quickly means something different here.
First time here not bad. No appointment got loaded in less than 2 hours. Good parking on site + overnight parking. Newly build truck stop is close by
I like the shipping service of them they are very familier & fast to load,need an hour to get load

Not to bad for a work in appointment. Company my ole man works for cant fiqure out appointment times. So yeah they did great on a work in 2 1/2 hours.

No overnight parking. Trailer must be clean. You’ll have to slide tandems to rear,dolly down and disconnect.
Very friendly staff. Shiping entrance is at 420 wadsworth ave. Shipping office opens at 7 am. Night parking available on shipping side. Easy in easy out.
Horrible place to work. Glad I left a few months ago. Best decision I made. This place is only good to work at for a short period. Other than that, dont work here for any extended period of time.

Due to covid19 there is NO bathroom use for drivers (per corporate memo) and NO portajon!! Plenty backing space.apprx 10 docks.
Horrible receiving dept. Unorganized, slow and just dont a ****! Yard dog just smoking a cigarette when there empty trl that need to be moved!I will never take another load going there!Made me late for my next appointment!

I just saw a video of mold in Capri Sun; purchased new at the store with a use by date a year from the date on video. They (Kraft) needs to be more careful about product safety! I will not be purchasing this product anytime soon!

2022-06-21Arrived 12:30pm for 2pm appointment got door immediately while checking in at office at 12:33pm looks like they dont play here serious good hard working people here tells alot about great supervisors at the top. Fast and nice decent people.Check in confirmation numbers start with 205.Was 60 degrees temperature outside at 730am on October 23rd 2020. Is that weird for upstate New York? In Missouri now and its 40 degrees at 12pm noon

2021-12-07This place is one of the BEST krafts! Overnight parking, fast loading if not preloaded, light loads. Best of all the staff is great, especially the woman with the blonde hair. She is so sweet. I love coming here and will do so anytime!

2020-09-01I showed up at 10 a.m. for a noon appointment. Got a door right away I was back on the road loaded with paper work by 11:15. Slide tandems,chock wheels on both sides, disconnect and pull forward. Porta John available during covid times.

2021-12-10We got there at 12 pm didnt leave until 6:30pm . They said there was some mix up at corporate office. When I requested detention the supervisor told my co driver if a request for detention comes across her desk she is going to deny it. I thought that was an unnecessary and provocative thing to say. Any how I watched everybody else get in and get out in like 45 mins thats why they I gave them any stars at all.

2021-11-16Horrible place to work for! They told us they were closing down for a week soon but didn’t let us know when. My first week I worked Monday-Thursday woke up on Friday Saturday and Sunday at 5am to be there at 6am and nobody was there. So I assumed that we were shut down for a week. So they called me on Tuesday and I explained and they still fired me. I was confused and They gave me no number to call besides attendance. So how was I supposed to know

2021-09-08There currently isnt any security guards at the entrance. Once you come thru the entrance, turn right. Check in man door, at the end of the building. If you need to park before or after delivery, there is a place across the street. No lighting of lot at night. Dont trash up the place(unlike some others 🤬) I checked in 30min before appt, was unloaded in 30min. Best Kraft that I have been too, so far.
