The personnel from the front desk to the doctor and assistant are friendly and professional from the moment I stepped into the office. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and relaxed from the time you get there and until you leave. I use to be nervous when I had to go to the dentist, but now I am almost looking forward to it.
Very friendly staff! Dr. Lambert and Lexi made me feel very comfortable through my procedure. They explained to me everything that was going on and made sure that I was okay throughout. I was very anxious going into my appointment but walked out happier than ever that I chose Lalor!

Everyone at Lalor Horseheads is super friendly! I felt welcome right away! I have a hard time with certain things (like those dreaded xrays) and they never once made me feel like I was wasting their time or being ridiculous about it. I felt like I received a clear plan going forward for what needed to be taken care of without feeling like they were adding arbitrary things just to get $$ from me (Ive had that experience at other dental companies).
The dentists and hygienists at Lalor in Horseheads are exceptional. My entire family of 5 goes there and they are so incredibly friendly. But, the billing department leaves A LOT to be desired, to the point that we are considering switching to another provider. We have been owed a refund since January and despite being told in June that a check had finally been mailed, I was told at my appointment yesterday that that is not the case. I’m tired of begging for my own money back, when they are very quick to take my money. It’s frustrating and 6 months of phone calls have gotten me nowhere.Updating to say that 1 day after I posted this review, Lalor called me and processed my refund. I know that I still have “insurance payments pending” which is the reason they told me for the past 6 months that they couldn’t process the refund, but at least it is taken care of now.
I was dreading having a root canal, I had been so anxious about it. Dr. Atusa and Danielle were amazing, they made sure I was doing okay throughout the procedure. I left feeling at ease!My follow up appt for my permanent crown was excellent as well. Danielle & Dr. Atusa were both great as usual! Ive never encountered any staff member at Lalor that wasnt pleasant, everyone always seems happy.

I needed a filling and they got me in very quickly! I saw someone different from my normal dentist and he walked me through every step. He even let me rest my jaw during the process when possible!

I am a newer client of Lalor Family Dental. I had to find a new dentist after mine retired. So far, so good. I called around to a few different offices and Lalor was the only one that was able to get me in in a reasonable time. My first set of dental xrays were free due to being a new client which was a nice surprise. The staff is so friendly and they go over charges with you before doing any procedure which is huge! They also seem to genuinely care about your dental health and answer any questions you may have.
Back in July, I had a tooth that was bothering me so I gave them a call and they were able to see me that day. The hygienist and doctor were very nice and gentle and made sure they were doing everything they could to not make my tooth hurt anymore than it was. At my next visit to fix my tooth, everyone was very kind and throughout the procedure they would check in on me to make sure I was doing okay. Very pleasing experiences with Lalor and I am glad I came here.
Love! In February I had and abscessed tooth with agonizing pain and they got me in immediately. Went for a cleaning yesterday and my teeth are super clean!Everyone I have seen so far is professional and friendly.Update: 5/27/22 I just had my teeth cleaned yesterday and I still love this place. I have been to the Horseheads, NY location several times since moving to the area and have been very happy with my experiences thus far. In addition to a great (comfortable and safe) environment, this location features a staff that is equal parts skilled, friendly, and accommodating. When I was dealing with a sudden elevation of pain near a troublesome tooth, the staff made time for an emergency visit, where the dentist ensured me the pain was temporary and everything was okay. I would recommend this office to all of my family and friends.
Lalor Family Dental saved my vanity this August and September when I broke off a front tooth crown, not once but twice in a month. Fortunately for me, the expertise of the dentists working at this office came shining through as they had the knowledge to get this tooth back in place, using a different procedure each time. I have never been a huge fan of the dentist, but since I’ve been coming to Lalor, the dentist has been a breeze! Everyone is so kind and welcoming and goes above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable. My most recent appointment required a filling and Dr. Chow was so kind and gentle. I didn’t feel a thing and have had no issues! Thank you, Lalor for helping me to work through my dental fears and making each appointment so simple.
All of your dental hygienists are great, but my most recent one on 12/10 in Horseheads really stuck out to me. She was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, personable, and above all else, she was so kind! I can’t say enough good things about her. Thanks for the great visit…Can’t wait to see you next time!
I had a dental emergency on February 21, 2022. I had called my own dentist and multiple ones before I called Lalor Family Dental with no luck it would be at least a week. They got me in within a half hour of me calling them. They were all so nice and friendly. Thet took care of my problem and pain. Amazing!!!
In my recent visit in November 2021, I had a great experience. I came in with questions about why my teeth had been moving so much after taking out my retainer. The hygienists and doctor were very helpful and offered me many different solutions along with a more permanent solution. They were very kind, as always, and especially helpful.

I had four teeth removed by Dr. Agarwal. I chose full sedation because of a bad experience with a dentist at another local facility. Everyone was extremely professional. Before I knew it the teeth were out. Three days later, I have felt no pain or discomfort at all. I am amazed and very happy and will be returning to Lalor for all my dentistry needs in the future.

Everyone at lalor dental has always been friendly and has gone above and beyond in helping me when I had a bad tooth abscess and had to have my tooth pulled. They had same day appointments and were able to see me right away. The dentist are knowledgeable and friendly and kept me calm during the procedure.

She does a very thorough job cleaning teeth. Dr. Lambert is a great dentist. He is very personable and does a thorough check of your teeth. He always takes time to answer your questions and listens to any concerns you may have.
I enjoy going here to get any dental work done. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. The office is very clean and I have not had to wait more than 10 minutes anytime I’ve been there. I would highly recommend this office for any dental work.

I am a new patient and had my first cleaning at allot yesterday. I was very happy with my experience. I’m like most people and do not like going to the dentist, it gives me a lot of anxiety. They made me feel very comfortable there. They talked to me about the issues I needed fixed with my teeth in terms that I understood. We went over the cost, what’s going to happen at each visit, and help set up my appointment with times that worked best for me. The whole staff was very friendly . So happy I decided to switch to them.
I HATE going to the dentist.I had a very traumatic experience as a child at a dentist. My anxiety is always so high when I have to go. Since I found Lalor Dental my anxiety has lowered so much to where I ALMOST don’t mind it. The last couple times I have been I was in pain and had an infection in my tooth. They are always so patient with the anxiety I still have. They explained everything. I am over my insurance allotment for the year and offered an easy payment plan to get it taken care of. I really couldn’t ask for more!!! Thanks!!!
Lalor Dental takes such good care of my four kids. My daughter used to be petrified of the dentist but the hygienists and Dr. Atusa have been so sweet and patient with her. She’s made big improvements on overcoming that fear!

I recently had my 6 month cleaning at Lalor Horseheads office and as usual it was a great experience! I was so appreciative they were able to schedule my appointment to a sooner date due to a concern I had. The exception to changing appointments is being scheduled with a hygienist you may not typically see which isn’t that big of an issue as they are all wonderful. I was scheduled with Aleata who is amazing, kind and very experienced in her field. I’m so pleased that Lalor Dental has a Horseheads office. I can’t recommend them enough!

We went through a couple of different dentists not really being happy, and then Lalor was recommended and weve been happy we switched ever since. Weve not had a bad experience and even during Covid felt safe through their practices they put in place. I would highly recommend any of their offices but we, as a family, attend the Vestal practice.

I have been so nervous to go back to the dentist but they were amazing all the way through.
Both the hygienist and Dr. Wong were amazing. They made sure I was aware of what was going on in my procedure, gave me the opportunity to ask questions or take a minute, and checked on my well being often. At the end, they told me several times how great I did. Overall, a very encouraging atmosphere, which is needed with so many people experiencing dental anxiety. The only criticism is that they do not accept all forms of insurance.
I had my first visit with them this fall and they came highly recommended. Wow! I didn’t know what I was missing in a dentist office experience. Each staff member I interacted with seemed to genuinely care about me personally and took the time to relate to me. The dental hygienist in the Big Flats Lalor was amazing, she made it such a pleasant experience. Of course cant forget Dr. Lee and his assistant Sharon in the Vestal office, they were absolutely incredible! Service and experience is high quality compassionate care which I have never experienced in all my years at a Dentist, and trust me I have been to so many unfortunately! Definitely by far the best dental practice for miles!!

The office in Horseheads was very friendly. They get me right in for my appointment and get me out without any pain! When I switched to Lalor after my other dentist closed down from the pandemic and they were able to get me into have my first consultation in less than a week. Everyone is very friendly and made my appointment go very quickly! They are very nice and professional. I’m very impressed with them!
I love going to Lalor! The office is very well kept and clean, tidy, a nice temperature (which may be weird to notice but I’ve spent long cold hours in other dentists’ offices before and it sucked) and an overall nice place to spend time if you *have* to spend an hour or hours in a medical office setting. The entire staff are all incredibly nice people and all seem genuinely happy to be there, which definitely helps the experience feel more comfortable. I’ve now had one root canal done and am in the process of having a second done and honestly I hope I never have to go to another dentist besides Dr. V. Chow! He’s super nice, informative, non-judgmental, has a good relationship with his support staff (which is a HUGE plus in a Dr.) and administers the good numby drugs with the scary pokey gun like a literal GOAT. Can’t feel a thing, from start to finish! Honestly, this office is the best dental office I’ve visited!
Laylor Dental was the first place I called after moving to the area in 2020. I have been beyond impressed with their services. From feeling safe during COVID, to welcoming staff, to getting great goodie bags, theyve hit the mark. PLUS I also found out during my last visit they see pediatric patients and are affiliated with Dino Dental, so I know my toddler will be in good hands.
All the staff always make my kiddos feel comfortable and at easy. My kiddos enjoy going to the dentist and really enjoy taking care of the teeth because of all the guidance from these awesome professionals.
The kindness of the staff is amazing! During this time & working on the front lines, they provided not only extra safety for patients, but also for themselves. They provided a relaxed atmosphere & walked me through every step. A treatment plan was setup & sent to my email. Very easy to read, understand & see estimates of out-of-pocket costs. Providing a sterile environment during this time is essential. But to provide an atmosphere that is relaxing (in my opinion) is just as essential. Thank you to all of you!
I contacted the office early on the morning of my unexpected appointment because I had lost a filling and was having a great deal of pain and discomfort. When the dentist worked on the tooth originally, he informed me this was along the gum line and was very close to the nerve endings which could pose issues down the road. I was able to get in to see Dr. Atusa late in the afternoon and she cleaned the location as gently as she could stating she could see the nerve shadows and that it was very close to the surface but she wanted to try to keep from having to do a root canal if possible. The tooth felt a lot better when I left than when I came into the office that day. It was still very sensitive to hot/cold for a few days, but now four days later I am 95% back to normal with just an extremely mild sensitivity to hot/cold. I think with the gum tissue healing more each day, this will soon be gone completely. I cannot say enough about Dr. Atusa. She is very astute to her patient needs and fears of dentistry work being performed. She makes you feel at ease during her procedures and does her best to prevent any further pain than what you may already be experiencing. She has helped get my teeth back to a more manageable plan of routine work over the past couple years. I would recommend seeing her and already have to others. Great find Lalor Family Dental in this field of expertise! Youve got a definite keeper in Dr. Atusa!

Very rare for be to leave a positive review on anyone for anything but first impressions say a lot. I felt that it was a very clean and thats very important to me these days. Everyone was very friendly and professional in every aspect, knew exactly what they were doing, and offered different options to help me get needed treatment. Although it was only my first appointment I felt very comfortable in every possible aspect of the appointment and would highly recommend them to anyone. I do wish they accepted my dental insurance plan for routine dental work but its good to know they are they are there if and when needed.

My own experience consisted of alot of friendly people who know their jobs very well. From the moment that you get in side you are taken rite to the exam room,greeted by one of the dental assistants who confirm what you are expecting to have done.there was no real wait time until the dentist came in and also reviewed the procedure with me. I had a root canal done and honestly didnt feel a thing and I was asked a few times if I was ok and I said yes. I like them because its not a problem to move your appointment to a sooner date and they get you in and out the door in a decent timely fashion.

Staff is amazing, dentists are nice. Were able to do an emergency root canal during Covid, doctor was extremely skilled, attentive, knowledgeable. The lab that made the crown was awful. Crown looks like something you’d buy on Amazon, extremely yellow doesn’t sit flush with tooth, almost no contour lines. It looks like the most expensive wad of gum that exists is covering a root canal, I have to clean my gum line with toothpicks everyday to avoid food getting stuck in it and it took over a month to build. Dentists don’t seem to do cosmetic work here so if you need esthetics I would recommend another place but regular procedures, X-rays and cleanings this is the best spot.

My experience at Lalor was excellent. I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist and everyone at Lalor was wonderful. Dr. Lambert and his assistant Aliya were simply amazing. I needed extractions done and I’m still amazed at how quick and painless it was. I had been anticipating the worst for so long and together they made my appointment very comfortable and painless for me. They make an awesome team!!!! I also have to add how clean and safe it was during this covid pandemic. I highly recommend Lalor Dental. Extremely impressed!!!!!

Love this dentist. As a new client, they got us in pretty quickly. My daughter needed a few things done - a couple of fillings, a replacement crown, etc. On the 1st visit, they gave us a list of each type of work needed and the estimated out-of-pocket cost for each. The estimates were very accurate and they have been great about scheduling work according to what works for us. They did my daughters fillings but then helped us find an oral surgeon for her wisdom teeth. Once her wisdom teeth were extracted and she had healed a bit, we scheduled replacement of her crown. They are very nice and they are committed to helping you make a plan that works for you. We lived in Ithaca prior to moving here and had terrible experiences trying to schedule/pay for dental care. Most of the dentists in Ithaca only work M-Th, close for an hour at lunchtime, close during school vacations,, and wont let you use your insurance. Even if you have good insurance, they make you pay and wait for the insurance company to reimburse you. We found one that let us use our insurance but then they tried to shake us down. They estimated $1100 for a crown and said that our insurance would cover about $700 of it, leaving our cost around $400 (give or take). When I got the estimate from the insurance company, it was almost $1200. I compared the list of work to what the dentist had given me and found that they had added an additional item that was over $700....and the insurance didnt cover it. I called them and asked about it and they said it was because the dentist was going to have to use the laser - ?!? I looked them up on Google and found many reviews stating that they had recommended unnecessary work/added charges that clients struggled to pay for. I called and canceled our appt and told them we were going to have to shop it around - I just couldnt pay $1200 when I had planned for $400-$500. They called the next day and said that the additional charge was an error and they could do it for the original $400+ (after insurance). By then it was too late - I couldnt trust them and was so glad to find Lalor in Horseheads a year or so later. I definitely dont feel as though theyre trying to shake me down, which is kind of important in a dental office.
Great place, everyone made me feel very comfortable and was very nice. I recommend this office if you are looking for a new dental place, my cleaning went smoothly and they are always available if I have an issue
If I could rate the staff individually, this would easily be a 5-star review for some of the staff. Specifically, Dr. Chow and the hygienist. Unfortunately, my experience as a whole has been quite upsetting.As a patient new to the area and office, I called in advance to speak about which dentists my insurance covered and scheduled with an in-network provider for a new patient exam and cleaning. This lead to the need for a crown, which I expected.I had my insurance run the preauthorization before having the work done, and it listed Dr. Chow as an out of network provider. I contacted the office and explained the preauthorization has him as being out of network, and I requested to be reassigned to someone in network. I was told Dr. Chow and everyone at the office were in-network providers and that the office would bill the insurance as a group anyways. I was told I would be charged the negotiated rates for an in-network provider, and I didn’t need to reschedule.After I had the work done, I was given an iPad to pay the full, out of network costs. I explained the situation and the mistake, but no one was there to talk it over with. I also had fees for my cleaning sand exam, which I should not have. I paid the crown and let the person with the iPad know I was not paying for the cleaning due to being certain it was a mistake. I was told I’d be reimbursed for the additional and unexpected amount for the crown after it was processed. I’ve never been to an office that operated this way, but I’m need to this area.I’ve called many times and spoken to people in person as well, and I’m always told the same thing - someone is working on this. After I went in to get the crown put on, and appointment the office cancelled several times, I spoke to the “business office” again who contacted the supervisor directly and they’re working on it. It’s been two weeks and, just like every other time, I haven’t heard anything back. I will be calling again this week.Besides calling again, I’m not sure what I’ll do next. I’ve made many calls over several months with no progress on this situation (they did finally fix the bill for the cleaning/exam). I tried being proactive with stating my concerns in advance and switching dentists, and I believed what I was told. I didn’t think they’d lie or bait and switch me or be otherwise unethical.After getting nowhere over the past few months, I’m coming to terms with being wrong.

It was my first time going to Lalor Family Dental and everyone was absolutely wonderful! I have spent years avoiding the dentist because I have had some bad experiences! Here they were all friendly and companionate and made sure I was comfortable and pain free the whole time!

I love this dental office. Recently we switched dentists because of insurance reasons, and from my first visit here I felt so welcomed!! I had lauren and she did a thorough, wonderful job. Staff is personal and enthusiastic about what they do! This is also the first dental office I have known to do fun events and giveaways, i love it. Would totally recommend to others! :)
I love this place! The people are super, super friendly which is nice after going to SO many places where the dentists and helpers had NO bedside manner. I am pleased with their level of service and how I never have to sit there for very long to be seen. They try to save your teeth instead of pulling them all out and are helpful with any and all of your questions. Great place!Even now, I still stand by my comment of how great they are. Couldnt have asked for a better place!
The staff there is amazing. Hillary made me feel less stressed about being there and took great care in knowing I have a gag reflex and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and was able to get through with very very little issues. Highly recommend Lalor to anyone!!

I took my son (age 3) to Lalor Dental for a second opinion and am SO happy with my decision to do so. The staff was great with him and took additional time to complete what was needed to be done. I went to the Horseheads office for the first time this year. I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of everyone here, especially compared to my previous dental office. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was very kind, very thorough, and listened to all of my needs. They do a really good job with regard to COVID safety from start to finish and I felt that the risks of being in a dental office had been truly minimized as much as possible. After having tooth pain for 2 weeks that became major. Lalor was the only place that I could get into. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and caring they displayed. They are warm upon arrival and make you feel comfortable......even with a toothache.

This dentist office is unbelievably disorganized. Definitely do not waste your time or money at this place, they have moved my appointment 2 times and didn’t tell me either time before arriving. I have been looking for a new dentist but Corona-19Made my challenge even more difficult. I researchedLalor family dental and was happy to read that they had an all inclusive Dentistry, whatever dental procedure I needed it was all available in one building. They also accepted my dental insurance company for payment. All of a sudden I experienced pain in one of my molars and I felt I needed to have emergency treatment because the tooth was throbbing so bad. I called Lalor family dentistry in Horseheads and was able to get in to an appointment within several days. The facility is beautiful, very roomy. The staff is very friendly and they comply to COVID-19 policies of social distancing, temperatures and cleanliness. My experience so far has been extremely comforting. I am aware of the dental procedures I will be having. Everyone has been very kind and informative with questions I have asked. I am so pleased to become a permanent patient of Lalor family dental.
I switched to Lalor and I am so glad I did! They are very professional, and actually seem to care about their patients. I had really bad anxiety and they helped big time. When it came time to do the work, I put my headphones with music on and it was done and over with fast. I am super happy with the work they have done.
I needed an emergency extraction. Was taken in promptly. Heres the best part. 100% true, extraction was painless and I have almost zero swelling. Im 57 and have been through this procedure a few times and we all know how we dread it. Im 12 hrs. Post extraction and still have no pain & discomfort. Highly recommend Lalor .

After 7+ years of no dental visits, I was very nervous about my first cleaning and the condition of my teeth. From start to finish, the experience was quite different from my previous dentist, and in all the best ways! I had so much build up in between my teeth that I was shredding my floss at home, but by the time Katie was finished she was able to glide the floss gently between my teeth with no catches and no pain. The waterpik worked like a pressure washer for my teeth - blasting all the gunk away at supersonic speed and leaving little to be scraped away with those imposing metal tools! Dr. McKee only found 3 cavities during his exam (to my great surprise), and said that some other spots were just stains which could be simply polished away during my visit for fillings. Can’t wait to get the rest of my family in for their visits with such a remarkable team of experienced dental professionals - I’ll be a Lalor patient for life! Thank you everyone!

My husband and I were very impressed! We were concerned that our records may not have been transferred but that didnt matter. This was our first visit, they took all new x-rays and we worked up a plan about how we would move forward with my dental care and it was all free (for the first visit, check out their website). They knew more about my teeth than I did. The Staff is wonderful, make you feel right at home and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Its been quite some time since my last dentist visit. I was welcomed back vs being scrutinized for the lack of visits. They were able to get me in very fast even though they had a busy schedule. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable staff. And to boot one of the cheapest in my area. Now is my permanent dental choice and I will return as well as recommend to others.

I had to have 2 teeth extracted. Im very high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr. Chow had everything done and I was on my way home in 30 minutes. The staff was great. They do what you are there to have done and dont try to push extras on you. I knew the cost of the work up front. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!

I’ve had work with many of the staff here and every single one of them are always very friendly and strive to make their client comfortable! Coming to the dentist office can always be nervewracking, and if you’re like me it fills me with anxiety. But the team here always does their best to calm you down and assure you everything is fine. Despite having a bunch of tools in your mouth, somehow I feel okay because of this! I had a couple fillings just a week or so ago, and I’m terrified of needles. Holly was scared of the dentist because of a bad experience with a prior dentist. Deciding to go to Lalor family Dental was the best decision I could make for my daughter. The check-in process was very easy. The nurse was informative of three new process and answered any questions I had. Dr. Chow was fantastic Im really glad he joined the team! Hes very nice and take you through what hes doing which is a great train for a dentist.
As someone with high dental anxiety, I first came in due to a very painful problem. The staff was kind and understanding. And the doctor was so great! He explained everything to me and assured me I would not lose my tooth! It was so refreshing to not be talked down to due to my anxiety and the condition of my teeth, but rather to be met with compassion and understanding.I would recommend this office to everyone!
I have been beyond happy with the staff and the level of care! I (like many) am not a fan of going to the dentist, and here, I know that they will take great care of me. Also, great and very patient with my 4 year old!
I continue to be surprised at how much I like this place. I typically hate and avoid the dentist but since coming back (came as a child years ago then moved away), Im no longer paralyzed with fear to actually show up. Sent my husband recently, and he also said it wasnt a bad visit at all. Love that we can visit the different locations, depending on our schedules, and receive the same kind professional support at all three (weve actually been to all three adult locations). Im thrilled to have rediscovered them.

Called yesterday (after seeing other dentist that said I needed root canal, but couldn’t do it there , wanted to send me elsewhere that didn’t take my insurance) super nice receptionist on phone got me in next day, staff was very friendly , and after initial exam, and clerical/ business staff handling all the insurance stuff, just so happened Dr I saw had an opening in an hour that he could do root canal! I was very anxious about procedure , but it went great and have had no pain even after numbness wore off!!! One of the best experiencesI’ve ever had at a dentist office!!!
I always get super anxious about going to the dentist, even at almost 30 years old - but Dr. Lampshar? and Leah were both wonderful and made my experience a good one. I am glad I found Lalor Family Dental.
This Fall I became a new patient. I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere. The visit was relaxed and professional from start to finish. The offer of cookies, water, and coffee really added a nice touch to. The billing was up front as far as what would be covered and what is not. Nice visit.

2022-02-25Each staff member we interacted with was very kind and helpful. My wife and I were encouraged by their treatment of our kids, who at times can be a bit much. We had some fears due to some negligence from our part related to dental care but the staff was not judgmental and personalized treatment plans that gave us great comfort. 2022-08-17I always enjoy my experience at Lalor Family Dental; well as much as you can enjoy the dentist! From the moment I walk through the door, to answering questions, to xray, to seeing the doctor, everyone is always so pleasant. The staff is always kind and courteous, and always-always, have smiles on their faces; even with the masks covering their mouths, I can still tell by their body language and other facial expressions! I have also noticed that all of the staff, whether I am in their care or not, always acknowledge my presence, whether it be a greeting, departure or just communication in general. I appreciate that because it doesnt make me feel as though I am just another number on the schedule for the day.Pertaining to my last visit specifically, another thing that stood out, in addition to the above comments, was Dr. Betsey herself. I have know her for many years, but havent seen her until the visit. She was extremely kind, smiley and outgoing. The part that impressed me most was that she kept the introduction and beginning conversation professional; it wasnt until I had said something to her that it was revealed that we knew each other. I found that very professional and extremely admirable, as if it was my choice to slightly shift the interaction more personal. It also kind of added a sense of self-control to my current, slightly anxious situation. I have a lot of dental issues, for various reasons, and this was the first time I didnt feel judged. Normally my dentist appointments result in me walking out feeling guilty and upset because I was judged and spoken to with a condescending manner, with no empathy for the actual reasons I have dental issues.. Not once did she make me feel uncomfortable.So thank you to the Lalor family!

2022-08-06My daughter has severe anxiety going to the dentist..had been this way since her first visit at age 2. But she was able to see Dr. Wong and the appointment was outstanding! He was able to give her a shot of novocaine and fix a cavity without any trouble! Dr. Wong is amazing and his assistant Julie was just as amazing. Julie was able to joke and laugh with us to help my daughter take her mind off of her fears. Absolutely hands down the best experience!

He is incredible and after having a not so pleasant experience with two of the other doctors (one filled 3 cavities and was very aggressive while drilling my teeth, which in turn ended up with me being in a lot of pain for 2 weeks straight, and the other drilled my extremely sensitive tooth when I went back to have it rechecked with no novocaine after being told it was sensitive) Needless to say, Dr Chow fixed the one cavity that was just filled, didnt charge me, and was super nice about everything! He is the only dentist I will be seeing from now on, cant praise him or his dental assistant highly enough, both of them are wonderful!!!
