When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted by the friendliest receptionist ever! The place in general is so beautiful, comfortable luxury couches, coffee, drinks and a clean big enough waiting room so I was very comfortable waiting! But the wait was cut very short by the doctor who treated me with the utmost professionalism and knowledge, a day after I truly felt much much better!I really appreciate what you guys are doing here in Flatbush! I will recommend you to all of my family and friends. Thank you so much!
I visited Level Up recently to get a covid test. Yes, the wait was long, but thats due to the nationwide frenzy for testing. While waiting outside in the cold, I got a glimpse of how the facility operates. A staff member came outside and offered everyone waiting a cup of hot cocoa. Then about an hour later, another staff member came out and distributed hand warmers. I was touched and impressed. Once I got inside to be seen, the staff was very helpful getting everyone registered at the kiosks, especially the elderly clients. I didnt wait long to be seen and results were back pretty quickly.After attempting to be tested at 3 other locations that day, I was relieved to have such a pleasant experience at Level Up. Shout out to the awesome staff - Nadia, Zee and the young lady with the long eyelashes (sorry I didnt get her name). They displayed professionalism and warmth that is not always seen, even in health care settings. Its great to know that there are urgent care centers in the community that are truly about serving the people.Level Up on Utica Avenue is a great center with a great team that provides great service!
I was very disappointed with the unprofessionalism at this urgent care , staff was very rude to be telling other people private information about a patient right in the office in the presence of other staff ,Do you even guys know what HIPPA means ??? You need training ASAP 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
The place is fairly new and pretty much clean as it recently opened. They also offer X-Ray services which is also good. I gave 2 stars for the fact that they are new, but the blatant misrepresentation of their operational hours is disturbing. Do not advertise that the establishment closes at 10 pm but at 8:15 you’re rudely and condescendingly turning people away! Only to sit there until almost 10 anyway. It’s rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to do that to people. Some things require urgent medical attention but doesn’t need to unnecessarily use emergency room services. They need to do better! If you’re going to operate a business that serves a community, then SERVE the community!!
Unprofessionalism from the nurse to general personel who manage question and concerns over the phone is real there! The nurse was extremely unexperienced to draw blood and unclean!!!!!!!! She blamed me for moving my harm, made so uncomfortable i felt unsecured.Do not go there if you are looking for safety from attracting any kind of infection due poor handling and good patient service!!!!!
I went to this urgent a couple days ago and the service here was amazing the front desk staff was attentive and very helpful and the environment between coworkers was so kind , I wanted to give a special shout to the amazing nurse Kimberly she took two vials of blood and I didn’t feel a thing she made me feel very comfortable and encouraged me to live healthier . She’s by far one of the nicest healthcare workers not to mention her very entertaining bubbly personality . Levelup you have a gem .
I found it providential that the PA whom was attending to me had the same last name as me. Fortunately for me the providence didnt end there. Tiphanie Charles turned out to be the most thorough, competent and gregarious provider Ive encountered thus far...and Ive encountered a few. LevelUp you have a gem. Shes the perfect complement to your exquisite practice. Services like you provide are lacking, yet needed in our geographical area. Thank you for enhancing the Healthcare landscape of East Flatbush proper and Brooklyn as a whole. Took my pcr test for traveling on Friday and was told it will be back to me same day or at least in time but it is now Monday, the morning of my trip, plane leaves at 6am and still no test results . Extremely unsatisfactory
I first visited you guys last year November and the experience was excellent. This time around, last 3 weeks, I attended the center for my covid swab to travel and return home, I was told the swab would take approx 2 to 5 days, however I received my pcr results in 24 hours. The ladies were very helpful throughout this process. While the wait was a little longer than last time due to Omricon, I was offered a donut and hot chocolate to comfort me in the cold weather (snow). This was appealing to me! I really wanted to leave a good review because it didn’t take long for me to get tested for covid. However, it’s been long over 36 hours and I have yet to get my results. I called multiple times no one answered. When I finally got through I was told a provider would give me a call back. No one has yet to call me it’s 9:47pm. That could possibly mean I am positive of covid. That would suck for those around me who could’ve possibly been exposed. Why not just send an email? Waiting this long is ridiculous and only makes things worst.
Worst place ever !!! Went in there to get a rapid test and was told it was 180 dollars smh considering it takes 10 min and a qtip smh never again
New and modern. Very clean. Staff was kind and efficient. Zeeshan was caring and followed through with a call with my results.

Horrible place. They have people outside waiting for hours and not letting anyone in. I just came to take a covid test and i been outside for 4 hours and the line didn’t move!!! I’m upset. It’s 39 degrees outside. People coming out and nobody is going in. DON’T COME HERE!!!!

2022-04-20Amazing Experience.Modern and Clean Facility.The staff is all around polite and attentive to the patient needs.Highly impressed by Ann-Marie, the FNP. Her cultural sensitivity toward my religious observations and customs really blew me away. She is kind and sensitive bringing her previous experience with her to the Level Up Team.Definitely will return should I have a future medical emergency.

2022-04-05I went to LevelUp on Utica Ave for testing as a walk-in yesterday afternoon. I was seen within 5mins. The staff was friendly, lobby was nice with modern furniture, and the exam room was clean and comfortable.I have tiny veins and learned rolling ones too. The first nurse had trouble finding my veins and soon, one after another, people were called to use their experience.Dr. Merlin had the medical team come to help them with finding my veins for future similar cases. She was nurturing, professional, and kind! The needle didn’t even hurt, which is rare. PA Eddy also helped and everyone there was great.Thank you for a fun experience for a not so fun process! I would highly recommend this location and team.

2022-03-15I had to get a PCR test result for traveling. The test was done on Sunday and my nephew was traveling at 6 the Tuesday morning. The staff and manager went above and beyond to ensure that we got the results in time for traveling. I highly recommend this facility.

2022-06-28This place is outrageous. I needed to go on a Cruise on a Saturday. I took my PCR on Thursday ! I also paid $180 ! You would have though the $180 was to expedite the process. I STILL NEVER GOT MY COVID RESULTS. THEY OWE ME A REFUND DUE TO HAVING TO PAY FOR ANOTHER TEST TO GET ON MY CRUISE SHIP.

2022-05-12Since 2 days ago, I went to the office on Utica. Blood pressure medication was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy until now nothing has been sent. I called them multiple times, they always promise they will get back to me or do the follow up but nothing has been done. What a shame ! So disappointed

2022-09-09I visited Level Up MD On Utica Ave Brooklyn for burn blisters .the wait time was reasonable..staff was very hospitable..the Drwas African American..nice personality..but it took 3 day to send my antibiotic prescription to the pharmacy ...I dont think that is acceptable device...I could of contracted an infection which could be the cause of sore pain ....its a question of professionalism and or negligence..

2022-01-18I visited this location today, 1/18/22. The evening crew at this facility; exceptional. From my initial phone call to assess their services, to the receptionist desk upon arrival, and lastly, the actual medical evaluation, not one person missed a beat. I called the person who told me about them while there to commend the referral. I didnt want to wait to impart my applause 👏 and acclaim. Great job Level UP (875 Utica Avenue).

2022-01-07Speechless! What an amazing service!!! From the security lady to the front desk and the whole staff. Very welcoming and pleasant. Our waiting time was less than 5 mins. Especially during this Omicron surge, I was expecting a delay or some complaint. Everything was exceedingly professional.To add, while we were waiting outside. They served us tea to keep us warm
