I purchased the Ford Power Pack 2 for my 2015 Ford Mustang GT but instead received the kit for the 2018+ Mustang GT. I paid (not aware that the parts I received were incorrect at this time) to have it professionally installed and was told the wrong calibration tool is in the kit. I am now being told by the sales department that in order to receive the correct kit, I have to return the one that is already installed on my vehicle (which is ANOTHER charge to have taken off) before I can have a new one sent. I am very unhappy that a simple mistake that was overlooked by Levittown has turned into a nightmare for me thus far.
Quick the lane was not. And the waiting room was seriously dated. The chairs were set up in a horseshoe shape like a sad AA meeting. Youre not greeted when you walk in, so no one gives you any direction. In Arizona, the dealership had a cafe, so you could get something to eat while you wait. The quick lane was also connected to the showroom, so you could browse new cars while waiting for yours to get serviced. This was such a sad experience in comparison.So, Im not going to share my phone number on google review, but since I bought my car through Ford Motor Co., they probably have my number in their system and you can get it there, if you want to chat.
Sure they were great when I bought my car, but now Im waiting over four months to receive a check back from them, for $453.90 that Ford finally gave them a month and a half ago. This is my money from a cancelled extended warrenty. They dont answer their calls or messages. Buy your FORD elseware. Dont believe a word from Will or Eric in Finance. Stay away!!!Daniel, I appreciate your responce, however please dont try to shift the blame on me. As far as not canceling directly with you, I tried that twice. The first time in writing on January 23rd. The second time also in writing and via USPS label 9405503699300205255990 on 3/28. The lien was paid off last year, how could Competition Infiniti accept a trade on my car if it had a lien or not have paid that off? If someone would have asked me, I could have provided you a copy of the lien release. Your responce also doesnt mention the lack of the common courtesy of not answering my two letters or returning four of my voicemails. My conversation with Will on 5/13 was five days before you mailed my check to my lender. Had he bothered to look into this before the check was mailed five days later, he could have told me that you needed the lien release. Your finance department simply does not care about your customers needs after the sale.
I am on my second Ford from this dealership. Both experiences went seamlessly! The second time around Jonathan took care of me, helped with my lease return and got me in a fully loaded 19 F150 King Ranch Ecoboost. Although I am a car guy bigtime, I really enjoyed seeing him being super familiar with the truck, features, etc. Made it such a pleasant experience! Couldnt be happier. In and out with the return and the new car in a matter of a couple of days!Definitely my go to dealership for my Fords!
I came into Levittown Ford a couple days before my birthday to look into getting a new vehicle my salesman Joel Jones took very good care of me. The process was smooth and perfect not only the gift for myself on my birthday great but the treatment from Levittown ford was also.I highly recommend you coming down to Levittown ford and asking for Joel because I can count on him doing the right thing for you.
We came into Levittown Ford upon reading good reviews and hearing good things from friends and family who have also bought here. We really didnt know what we wanted but we knew it would be a ford. Jonathan Persaud was great! he helped us narrow down features,price and payment that we wanted and i cant be happier. Fernando also gave us a price on a warranty that i could not refuse. overall if you need a Ford new or Used Levittown Ford should be your first and only choice.
Joel was wonderful to work with. My daughter was looking for her first car and i needed a new car as well. We caught Joel as he was walking out the door and he didnt flinch at all when he had to stay for like 2 hours to help us. He helped us find the car we were looking for at a price that worked for us. If you are looking for a good honest car guy that Joel is your guy. I highly recommend him and will certainly be back for my next vehicle. P.S. My daughter made me take the picture with her.

My best experience with a dealership by far. Kevin was awesome! No nonsense, no nickel and dime games, straight to the point with the best price around. I was in and out in an hour. No other dealership came close to what Kevin was able to do for me. It truly was a pleasure. Don’t shop anywhere else.
Charging 10K MORE then MSRP is unacceptable, and is the most of any dealership on Long Island is charging. I really hope Ford refuses to send any F150 lightnings to this location, as it’s horrible for consumers. Unbelievable that this location is willing to hurt its customers to try and make an extra buck for their commission.
As someone who never bought a newer car from a dealership i was very nervous but after talking with joel and eric at levittown ford all of that went out the window. they were kind and understanding of my lack of knowledge and walked me through the process 10/10 service would highly recommend even if you live far away
Dont bother buying a Ford or servicing it with Levittown Ford. They cannot take cars to fix right now until mid-February and also have zero loaners to give you, which means you have to pay for an expensive rental out of pocket! Plus, the Ford Explorer they will sell you or lease you (mine is a 2019) will break down with a major problem each year because they only sell lemons. This dealerships, company and brand is a complete disaster and do not care about customer service. Buyer beware!
DO NOT BUY FROM from Levittown Ford or its affiliated dealerships owned by VIP Automotive Group of Long Island! This is a warning! Terrible customer service. Can not get help or answers to any questions or issues. When I researched them, I found lawsuits and tons of complaints! BUYER BEWARE! Bad company. Much better places to shop and spend your hard earned money.
Best buying experience - Ever! I purchased a Mustang Mach-E from Brad who was courteous, professional and respectful. I never felt the typical high-pressure sign right now sales tactics and I received a very fair deal on a very popular car. Eric (in finance) was very helpful in explaining financing options - again with no high-pressure tactics. My wife and I left knowing we made the right decision to buy from this dealership with our new car - and we love it! Everyone we met, from the receptionist to the manager, Dan, were so pleasant to deal with and helpful. I highly recommend buying your car from Brad!

I could not be happier with my Bronco purchase and I cannot praise the staff at Levittown Ford enough for the incredible service. Sales Manager Dan K, Sales Professional Kevin K and Business Manager Eric V went above and beyond during a long process due to the worldwide chip shortage going on now. During these times I appreciate an honest dealership even more than ever during this car shortage because many others have been surprising people with anywhere from a 5-25K markup on customer orders that they did not agree to from the start (including some local dealers doing this) but they do not do business this way here. You agree on a price that’s what you’ll pay when you take delivery of your vehicle. Myself and my family have been buying or leasing cars from here since 2014 and I’m happy to see that the top notch experience has remained the same throughout the years. The day I picked up my car somehow between the dealership and my home I noticed there was a screw in my tire. I brought it back and they took care of it right away even though it was getting late and the service department was busy and getting ready to wrap up. It’s extras like that which makes you feel valued as a customer and I urge anyone looking for a Ford to come here you will definitely see the difference between here and the competition.
I just purchased a Mustang Mach E from BradIt was a smooth and easy purchase.During the process A sales person called me from Huntington Ford and told me that had the same car at a better price. Brad understand and told me to to do what is best for you me. When I got to the Huntington dealership they did bot have the car. Brad was upfront about everything and the experience was great. The Mustang Mach E is insane car.
After coming in to Levittown Ford to buy a STX f150, I ended up purchasing a Lariat and couldnt be happier. This is our second car from Levittown ford the other Being a Mustang. So I have been thinking about what do replace my Frontier which was up in September - had it down to the Ram 1500, ford ranger and the F150. Passing by Ford dealer wanted to see the ranger. Figures F150 to much of a $ difference. Justin Ellis turned a quick stop into the beast in my driveway for less than a Ranger. Loaded xlt. Shout out of kudos to Justin. Told him I hate the finance office and even a good experience there!
Went to drop off my truck for a 10k service. Was greeted by an extremely helpful and professional staff. Dealt directly with Noah at the service center, he was great! Super friendly and worked with me on a change of pick up time. Will be using Levittown Ford in the future for all my trucks service needs.

The best experience I ever had leasing a car was through working with Kevin Kirby at Ford. He made himself available with my hectic schedule. When I gave the car to their service I got in trouble. They lost my car keys and my Ford Transit stood without repair all day for this reason. I lost time and money because of this delay. My car has full warranty coverage, but they charged me for repairs anyway. Beware of these scammers. Manager Michelle never called me. They sent a text message like this: «Hello, thank you for using Levittown Ford Service. You will receive your Ford Corporate survey in your email in 1 week. This survey is your Service Advisors report Card. If you were happy, please give a 5-star excellent survey. One very important question on the survey is: “Were you kept informed of your Vehicle Satus?” if you were, please answer “Yes” on the survey.» But they didn’t send me a link to review their work because they realized they wouldn’t get a good response from me after breaking them. I havent even received any apology from them. Avoid this dealership if you dont want trouble. This is the worst service Ive ever met!
The company I work for brings our fleet of buses there and when we have a recal or a warranty problems our representative we work with is Michelle Gerdon. She always works with is by giving us daily updates on when the bus will be finished and when we can bring the next one in. She is always super friendly and always helpful with information on our fleet even if we have questions.
We just leased our 2021 Ford Explorer and so happy! Our salesman Kevin Kirby arranged for a test drive for my husband and I last Saturday. Kevin was very thorough and explained every feature that the car has. Kevin was not pushy and was very patient. We felt like we were talking to a friend. We wanted to test drive other cars. We wound up going back to Kevin and sealed the deal. The finance manager Eric was super nice, not pushy. We had a great experience!!! We definitely recommend Levittown Ford!

Dont come to this dealer, they post fake information and dont know what they are doing, I came to work on a deal for a mustang ev which was online and it was sold nobody knew which made me waste my time, at the dealer they told me, I can get one if I wait 3 months.... ridiculous and unprofessional.
Bought a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport from here and super happy about it and the overall experience my family had with Bob Warner! I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, but never had I experienced such a fine, talented, and knowledgeable salesperson as Kevin. He truly is many levels above anyone in the field. He worked above and beyond in every manner to help us get into a vehicle we could afford, and that wound up to be the Explorer, which we love and walked in assuming it was over our budget, but Kevin made it possible.We definitely will be returning to do business with Kevin in the future. I rarely leave online reviews and I have never amended a previous review. My experience with Levittown Ford warrants a change of my original review. I had a negative experience that I had posted earlier. Almost immediately after posting my initial review I was contacted by the manager Charles. One thing that bothers me more than anything is when people make excuses. Charles’ candor was exceptional! He did not try to pass the buck and immediately took responsibility and wanted to rectify it. Charles and his team went above and beyond to address my issue and it was clear he took control of the situation to make sure it was addressed. To say at this point I am completely satisfied is an understatement. Everyone is entitled to make an error and the way that Charles and his team stepped up to the plate afterwards was outstanding. I commend Charles and his team for making me a loyal customer and ownership should be thrilled to have such a competent person running that department.
Initially me review of Levittown Ford was going to be different then the review I am leaving now. That is all due to the General Manager Bill Ballan. My niece brought her car in for some mechanical issues. After receiving some miscommunication from the Service Dept. she became upset which lead me to do a quick google search. With each review I saw Bill respond so I decided to call him. Even on the holiday weekend he responded very quickly and with open ears. He was extremely friendly and professional and willing to help. He promised a return call by 12:15 and I recieved the call at 11:45. He worked with the service department and the car was done by 4:30 p.m. not the weeks she was told it would take. I would recommend Levittown Ford to anyone and anyone that has any issues should reach out to Bill. I have no doubt he would step in immediately and make sure you are taking care of. Thank you Bill. You are amazing.
I recently purchased a 2020 Ford Escape from Levittown Ford. This was a few weeks after the State of NY allowed us to get out of isolation. I was ready for a trade in as my previous car was from 2013. My sales rep was Treigh. He knew a lot about the features of the car and took extra time to set up some of the functions of the Titanium model. Overall, his salesmanship, professionalism and knowledge were factors affecting my decision. Plus, I got a good trade in value and some incentive rebates because of their affiliation with the Costco program.I have not had a service yet, but their package seems to be comprehensive. Eric, the finance guy, was good at getting the paperwork done smoothly.Oh, here’s an interesting feature. Never in my life did I ever imagine walking into a bank with a mask on and asking for a cashiers check. Times have changed. Levittown is good at what they do.
Beware of their scams. Went to order a 2021 Raptor. I was stunned to learn the sale guys insisted on selling a truck they already ordered for the dealer at 20,000 over sticker price, and lied about how Ford Motor would not allow them to custom order my car. Not only was this guy a lier, but very deceitful and dishonest on his tactics. I walked out frustrated and disappointed that these people are allowed to be part of Ford Franchises. Taking my business elsewhere to a honest dealer that appreciate their customers.
Staff is courteous and welcoming. They stay in communication with you throughout the service time. I find their service to be efficient, and no hidden costs or surprises. I trust and recommend the Levittown Ford service department.The sales department is welcoming, courteous and helpful. I have been a client for six years and never was I pressured into adding more options, or choosing a model that didn’t fit my needs. I am now in my third Edge lease (my spouse’s Edge is financed) and we are both very happy with our vehicles.I recommend you visit Levittown Ford Sales. Ask for Bob Delvicario or Darnell Desforges. They are great guys and will go out of their way to assist you.
One of the best Ford dealerships Ive gone to. Jonathan (sales rep) was excellent. I dont like to go into detail with my expereince with Mustangs or cars in general, but Jonathan impressed me with his knowledge of the Mustang heritage and cars in general. You could tell he has a passion for the business and treats his customers well. Finance department is a little pushy with extended warranties and such but even so, the dealership as a whole was excellent and gave a fair price. Highly recommend asking for Jonathan if you are looking to purchase a new car. (Purchased a 2020 Mustang).
Just want to give a great big thank you to Eric Hoffer at Levittown Ford. I pulled up with a problem where my phone would not disconnect and I asked if someone could assist. Knowing this was not going to end in a sale or anything that could benefit from helping me as I have a new car. Eric jumped right up and helped me out. Fixed the problem and reset up my bluetooth for me. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking to lease or purchase a car. The front desk associate was very disorganized, we walked in with an appointment but she didn’t know how we got an appointment. She comes back and directs us to go to this sales persons desk without even telling her we’re coming.The sales person was professional and nice, easy to work with and we were sold on the car. Next was the bizzare finance manager. He couldn’t produce numbers on the sale until it was ready for pick up, 4 days later. And hours before pick up he decides to let us know we need to make a bigger down payment, which would have been fine if you mentioned this days earlier.It didn’t seem a used car sale was priority to this guy, I guess new cars are his thing. He claimed we couldn’t get a better rate but didn’t even run the credit with the credit unions, or offer any alternatives. We were willing to work with other options but this guy wasn’t very workable.In the end we went to another, professional dealership, had a better experience and WOW got a better rate at the credit union we ASKED him to run our credit with.Overall negative experience and would not recommend sales here. There are MANY options on Long Island, don’t waste your time.
Levittown Ford, for my experience absolutely amazing, they have nothing but patience, and they work with you every which way possible, I worked with Jonathan, and if I could give 10/10 stars, I would the experience of working with the fellow was absolutely awesome. When it comes time to get my next vehicle from Levittown Ford, I hope hes still there. Great work!!
I took my truck to Levittown Ford service for what they call “death wobble”. A 19 F350 four-wheel-drive with less than 5000 miles on it started to violently shake around corners with a 17,000 pound trailer on the back. Ford Customer Service was awesome and told me they were aware of the concern and had an updated component they want to install as well as check / adjust the alignment. I took it in and the service advisor performed other items that I did not ask for without permission. In fact it was expressly written to not perform them on the RO. It was discussed that the vehicle was wearing the front tires unusually as well.Part of the update they performed to my truck was to include a wheel alignment inspection and adjustment if needed. They explicitly stated it was checked and fine. A few days later I had to take it back to them as it was starting to wear the outside edges of the front tires at an increasing rate even after a short drive. I specifically told them I needed the wheel alignment checked and adjusted even if I had to pay for it. I took yet another morning and took the truck to dropped it off at great inconvenience. At three in the afternoon I was called and told it was caused by towing heavy loads. And the alignment was fine. I asked for a print out and ask what the specifications were versus what the truck was and after multiple conversations with the service advisor was told the truth and that they do not even have an alignment rack large enough for my truck. I asked how they checked and inspected the alignment? I had no response other than they could not. They told me I must take it to somebody else after two visits
Jonathan was very helpful in getting us the car we wanted at the price we wanted! He took care of the old lease and I drove off in a brand new Edge same day! Their hospitality and service was great, he knew the ins and outs of every feature, and no nickel and diming! Truly a great experience.
Ive had the worst experience with the service center this is the second time Ive had to bring my vehicle in within a four month. The first time was a complete transmission replacement and then I had the air conditioner compressor hoses and brake calipers replaced.Both times my vehicle was in the service center for over a month. I went through three different service managers and did not receive a loaer car until after three weeks of having my car in the shop.My car is under extended warranty and I still have yet to have them fix the exterior of my car with the zurik shield because I keep getting the runaround that its not covered.This is the first time I actually bought myself a brand new car and Ive had nothing but problems between the car and the service center and Im actually disgusted with Ford that Ive always been a member of Ive had Mustangs and Thunderbirds in the past and I think Im done buying Ford.The sales department on Hempstead Turnpike just want you to buy a car and after that you never hear from them you get the worst service ever if I have one more problem with my car and I have to bring it in for service because its under warranty I will never ever go to Levittown again and once my warranty is up or maybe even before that I will be selling my car and getting a different car. NOT FORD.I am so done Im a patient person my car is only 3 years old and I barely have 37,000 miles on it Ive had so many problems and so much of a run around that I am over-the-top disgusted with this company.
I recently leased a 2019 Ford Ranger at this car dealership. I dealt with a awesome gentleman. His name was Joel Jones! I can not say enough good things about him. They were friendly yet professional and very patient in answering all of my questions and explaining everything to me in detail. They took care of everything from returning my current car to getting me set up with my new Ford Explorer down to the radio settings with no stress and in a professional, quick and efficient manner. I have been to Levittown Ford the last three (3) leases, over a nine (9) year span. Having experienced the anxiety that comes with haggling for a better price, the corruption of the finance department (presenting one payment, then youre getting ready to sign documents to compete the lease, only to show that they feel your credit is below their standards so they jack up the price AFTER running a hard inquiry that adversely affects your credit score) and the lack of humanity and personal touch of the sales manager in his cage, Levittown Ford goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable the moment you walk through their showroom. Bob was our salesman, and he was extremely personable and accommodating. Darnell was the sales manager, who by the way was our salesman three (3) years ago on our last lease (Unheard of to see a familiar face going back to a dealership because of the way a salesman is usualtreated by the dealership. Says a lot about the way they must treat their employees), and he was up front and genuine with the numbers, along with being his usual upbeat self. The finance manager (I forget his name, sorry, but he was also excellent), brought the documents to sign (nothing changed with the numbers), and we had ourselves a 2020 Ford Edge ST to take home the same day. They make the process seamless and painless EVERY SINGLE TIME. I will ALWAYS come back to Levittown Ford! It was, and always has been, a pleasure!!
In August of 2019 we leased a 2019 Ford Explorer through this location. Firstly, we would have walked out of that location had it not been for the extraordinary lease deal that only this location was offering. We had a horrific experience with a sales representative, Bob Warner. I actually went through some of the reviews left here and Yelp and there was one from 2014 that fit Bob exactly: he falsely advertised, grossly exaggerated, was beyond rude and condescending, unwilling to assist and gave us the used car salesman act. Unfortunately we went back today to inquire about another car that we either would have traded our old lease in for or a new lease and had that same experience with Bob. We had the model number from a lease advertisement deal we saw on their website and asked him to run some numbers for us for a 24 or 36 month lease with options; he got up from his desk without telling us where he was going and did not return until 14 minutes later. We asked him to break down and explain some numbers to us and how the lease worked and his immediate response as he hovered over us was “guys stop playing games with me. Is this the car you want? Don’t waste my time”. I was appalled that someone would speak this way to paying customers. My husband replied that he was playing games with us and I interrupted to begin speak and Bob places his finger towards my face, walked away and his manager returned. His manager (I do not remember the gentleman’s name) was super kind and treated us like we were human. If it weren’t for his manager, I would have been super angry considering the way we were treated by Bob. I was shocked because when you have such a great manager and then employees working for you that ruin a brand or company such as Bob Warner has for us, it makes it difficult to want to do business with them.Bob gave us a price estimate for a lease that was almost $10,000 over the MSRP listed price (he also did not include our rebate money and price for our lease [everything we payed into it prior] as well as the first responder discount similar to everything broken down on the offer listed to their website). Similar to the review on Yelp that someone left from 2014, Bob also told us the truck wasn’t on the lot, it was on another lot and that if we wanted that truck we had to pick it up by Monday as it’s the end of business month and then after that prices are sure to surge. It’s a bully tactic that is unbecoming. My husband explained to him why we wouldn’t lease a car without seeing it first (he gave him an example if he went to a shoe store: you go in and the sales representative provides answers to your questions but ultimately you’re not going to purchase a pair of shoes until you try the ones you want on and see which one fits best). The shoe reference is minuscule when compared to purchasing or leasing a car.My intent for this review to help others during their car buying experience and hopefully cause them less stress by NOT GOING TO BOB WARNER when making such an important life lease/purchase/investment, such as a car.
Thomas Feeney was a very good salesperson. He was attentive to my needs and responded accordingly. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and guided me through the whole process very smoothly. I returned a few days later with a question about the cruise control and he took me on a short road test to make sure I was comfortable with it.I believe he is a great asset to your company and I would recommend Levittown Ford to a friend.

I just purchased my Ford Fusion from Levittown Ford. My wife and I went to several dealers before we arrived at Ford. I can honestly say that I felt at ease when I walked into the showroom. I did not feel any pressure from Brian Sullivan our wonderful sales associate. He helped explain the current promotion and went over the cars features in detail. Getting the deal closed was also easy. Jason Merrick the Business manager stayed late the evening we were picking up the vehicle to go over every cost associated with the vehicle lease. Based on my experience I can definitely recommend this dealer to everyone.
Johnathan Iannielli is the best man for the job ! Supper candid , fully transparent and extremely relatable ( so jot the saleseman you run away from in lots) . He did all the leg work and made it possible to buy a car pretty much entirely virtually ! When I walk into a car dealership, I’m looking for two things; a low price and hassle-free shopping experience. My automobile purchase started with a visit to Levittown Ford in search of a 2017 Ford Mustang GT. Dispensing with formalities, I immediately asked if anyone was available to help me with my purchase.As I waited in the showroom, I was warmly greeted by Charlie Sears. I’m not sure if it was his west coast vibe that resonated with me or his ability to ditch the pitch and understand my needs. I went over to Levittown Ford because I was interested in a Ram 1500 that they had on the used car lot. I had a great experience dealing with Jonathan Iannielli . He is a real genuine, stand up guy who was totally upfront about all fees and he was helpful in negotiating my trade in and pricing etc... He called me back when I had questions or concerns and handled things accordingly. Hes a real asset to the dealership.
Very pleasant experience. I was not on the budget so I did not have to haggle with them too much, got sticker price plus basic factory discounts on new F150 Limited. Very happy with my salesperson Brad. They did lowball me a little bit on my trade, but 10% below KBB value is not that bad. Delivered vehicle quickly and on time. Overall, if you are not concerned about money, I recommend this place. Now the annyong stuff: I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because this very strong after sale experience - I get phone calls, texts and emails every day sometimes twice a day. Too much for my taste and I specifically asked not to receive any marketing communication. They also scheduled a complimentary service appointment without even asking my permission on even telling me about it, so out of the blue I started getting reminders from their service department - I was forced to call, waste 15 minutes to find out what was going on to cancel the appointment I didnt even make. I realize that are pushing to make sure you go to their place for service and maintenance, but they came too strong on this.
I had an excellent experience with Levittown Ford. Jon Persaud was outstanding to work with in facilitating the delivery of my new 2019 Mustang. When I initially considering buying the car, he allowed me multiple test drives to make sure this was the car for me. When my wait had become longer because of the cancellation of my first 2018 order (On Ford not the dealer), he allowed me to take another car out for a spin by myself to hold me over which really solidified my decision. He is a nice guy, is honest, and I’m happy I was able to work with him for my first car buying experience. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. I should mention my Mustang was near flawless on delivery (no swirls). However perfection can never be expected. I am very happy and love my new car. Thank you Jon and Levittown Ford!

They advertising to pay you KBB value for your vehicle then when you get there they try to buy your vehicle for almost $7000 lower that value. They are a gang of crooks in there.They may be thinking that people dont do their research when selling vehicles.Stay away from that dealership.

My service manager, Joe Deguire was courteous, professional, a really nice guy and he worked hard to solve a difficult problem I was having with my 2017 Ford Escape. Joe gave his cell number so I could text him for updates and he answered every text promptly!I received a loaner car for the duration that also made the experience much easier! A big thank you to Joe and his team for everything!! Absolutely the best and would recommend Levittown Ford to anyone I know!
I give Levittown Ford dealer a five star. They were great. My sales person, Thomas Feeney was awesome. He knew what he was talking about and was knowledgeable of the cars especially the car I was looking for which is an Explore. He was able to give me a great deal and I was able to walk out with a new car. The manager Vincent Felice was great as well. He went through all the paper work, explain everything and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend this dealer and sales person.
Honestly, one of the best service great experiences Ive had leasing a new car. Johnathan was personable and genuine when we meet. We found an option within my budget. He was straight up with me on the price from start to finish. He didnt add all that fluff salesmen pitch at you making the price go up and up (as was my experience with a previous dealership) I totally would recommend them.
These people really want you pleased with the effort they put in to accomplish the mission in the allotted time. I went in for new tires and an oil change and was out so quickly, it took my breath away. I picked up some cables at Best Buy this morning. So I thought I would swing by Levittown Ford .To see if they had the new Shelby GT 500 . But they didnt.They said they might habe one in a few month . I didint care to look around . I got back in my car and went home . Before you even walk into a dealership any dealership . New or used , do your homework !!!
My 71 Mustang needed an alignment after I did some front suspension work on it. I went all around town to a lot of different shops to try and get it aligned and no body had a Tech with the knowledge or the right equipment to do the job. I took the car In to Levittown Ford service in Hicksville and they said they could do it. The service advisor Suzanne DeMartino was pleasant and competent and the service Technician John Lazzaro who specializes in Mustangs came out to talk to me before he worked on the car and assured me it was in good hands . I picked up the car later that day and I am pleased with job. If you have a classic of your own I highly recommend this shop. I never thought of bringing my Ford to Ford for a repair but I have to say you get what you pay for.
Made an appointment online which was smooth. Then called up two days in advance for a loaner and they didnt have any available. When buying the car, I was not told there was limited stock of loaner cars being a VIP member. This is my second car with Levittown Ford and Im very disappointed with this. I ended up canceling my appointment and will not bring my car into service with Ford again. If they really had high quality service, they would have found a way to get me a loaner or figure out how to solve the problem. The woman on the phone wasnt too friendly either.

With VIP program very pleasant to receive the complimentary free oil change and state inspection. All their staff members are very professional, nice and friendly.Every time I was given a great customer service. Miriam at the front desk is so kind and helpful. Jon Iannielli was a rock star. Very professional and thorough. I wasn’t completely sure about my truck purchase the day of. He presented me with some last minute other options. He was patient with my decision making and didn’t want me to leave if not fully satisfied. I left in a brand new F-150 that i originally came for.

Had a great experience with the team at Levittown. Jonathan was my sales rep who was very genuine and easy to deal with; no pressure. Although I had a slightly less offer elsewhere, there was no doubt that working with this team was the best option. I just leased a F150 Ford Truck from Levittown Ford. I am extremely happy with the service I received in Levittown. Sales person Anthony is a young guy who extremely patient, kind and professional. He did everything right from the beginning to the end for us to get the right car with the right price. Vincent from Finance was absolutely great. He followed up on every step, suggested a color that I was not even aware. Magna Red. Fell in love with it after we saw. Great communication unlike many other car dealers I have seen. After Levittown Ford assisted me with two recall fixings, I was so impressed by their service and professionalism I bring all my automotive services to them which include oil changes, gas & air filters, and brakes. Went to have my oil changed on a Saturday. I was well within the cutoff time. But as a pulled up I noticed an employee talking to the greeter to tell me no. The time before I had service I noticed I wasn’t get the same customer service I had in the past. I will not be going back for anything at Levittown ford. I found a much nicer ford dealership to deal with. Turns out while I was there for service another dissatisfied Levittown ford customer was having her car serviced.
Great experience with salesperson there and with our leasing options. We had an issue w car and instantly was taken care of and they went out of their way to accommodate and help us. Customer Service #1. I would highly recommend them and would definitely recommend to others. Love our Ford Escape Hybrid!
We had an awesome experience at Levittown Ford. We purchased a car for our daughter. A 2012 Ford Escape. It is the perfect car for what we need now. There was no pressure to purchase something more expensive. We were treated the same as if we bought a $50,000 car. It was also a certified pre-owned so we got the VIP plus program. We already got our first free oil change. The service dept. was helpful. Miriam was so pleasant. She definitely does her best for all customers. We will surely go back to purchase our next car.

We had brad help us buy a car from ford and he was great very helpful and very friendly and treated us with respect and if I could put 50 stars I would any question we had he answered and if he didn’t know he found out for us. Because of his great personality is the reason we bought a car from him. We bought our car back in January. Soraya Cisotto is the name under the car and brad deserves to get a raise because of how great he is with customers. We may even go back and buy another car from him because another person in our family is looking for a new car.
Levittown Ford just got me into a new Escape - it was a great deal and the *exact* car I wanted, option for option. None of the well we dont have it in stock argument - they noted what I was looking for and was able to find it and swap vehicles with another dealership to get me the exact vehicle I desired.Dan Krauciunas is hands down THE BEST car salesperson Ive ever dealt with. I was lucky to be introduced to Jonathan, he is so educated about the cars and will explain, what’s the best fit for you and your family.I went around few dealerships but most of people were so aggressive salespeople that they actually forgot that they are there to help the customer, represent their car brands but Jonathan was very friendly with no added pressure to sell, no crazy calling.I should recommend the management to hire more people like Jonathan who really understand the meaning to customer support and actually do it.So if you are looking to drive Ford, go to Levittown and ask for Jonathan and please don’t forget to ask him for a key-ring before you pick up the keys of your new car from him.

Our salesman, Vincent Visceglia, was great! He was knowledgeable about the car and helped make our decision to buy a new car easy. He knew I was choosing between the Escape and going to a Toyota dealer to buy the Rav4. He let me test drive the car twice in the same day and NEVER pressured my decision. In the end I purchased the Ford Escape and I love it! Vincent was friendly and very helpful with the many questions we had. I loved how he included my 11 year old son in conversations with us. My only problem with the dealer was the day I picked up my car. And that has nothing to do with Vincent. I was there for 7 hours. I know there is a LOT of paperwork but 7 hours was a bit much! My car needed to be detailed but that should have been done the day before I picked up the car. Other than that we had a very positive experience with Levittown Ford and plan to go back in a few months when my husband will need a new car! Thanks to Vincent for all your help with our purchase!!
This dealership was a little bit different than other that my mom and I had visited prior. When you walk it there is a receptionist there that takes your name and your name is added to the appointment list. While the receptionist was finishing taking our info a man walked up who turned out to be our salesman. He didnt look like the typical car salesman. He sat us down at his desk and asked us what we were looking for(power seats and cloth interior). He informed us that the car we thought might work for us size-wise(Focus) didnt come in that combination. If we wanted the power seats, the interior would have to be leather. That is not something that we wanted due to sticking in the Summer. We told him no thank you, but he was nice and didnt continue to try to sell us. As we were leaving I noticed a white erase board where Veterans can sign. I though that that was nice and definitely different. There was nothing wrong with this dealership, Ford just wasnt the right fit for us.
Extremely disappointed with incompetent service department. Brought my 2016 platinum F-150 in Friday 7/17 at 7am (schedule appt.) to evaluate sync touchscreen. 4 days later on Monday 5pm I call for update and I’m told it has not even been assigned to mechanic. On my way to pick up truck (did not want them to service it any longer) was called by them and informed that they damaged the drivers door and it now requires body work. I was promised by manager it would be done by Friday(7/24). Did not get my truck back until 8/14, 4 weeks later! To add insult to injury my $250 pair of Ray-Ban aviators were missing from my truck when I picked it up. I will never patronize Levittown Ford service again.

The showroom is bright, airy, and clean. I have purchased several new cars during my lifetime, all at different dealerships, and this was probably the best experience of them all. As a side note, I have two sisters who have coincidentally purchased vehicles from Levittown Ford in the past, and both had positive experiences, as well. Thank you, Levittown Ford and Dan!

He treated us with kindness and fairness unlike your “typical car salesman”. Most importantly with the Corona virus pandemic, he made us feel safe.

I found the vehicle I wanted online and went straight into the dealership on a weeknight at around 5pm without an appointment. I was introduced to Nick Altieri who very graciously helped me find the exact vehicle I had located online. He did not attempt to sell me anything else or pressure me with any of the financing details. He was very open during the negotiation and asked me candidly where I needed to be in terms of down payment and monthly payment etc. He disclosed my exact out the door bottom line, which was helpful to me in making my decision. Great experience overall. Good environment up there at Levittown Ford. Would/will buy from Nick and his team again.
I recently leased a new Ford Escape from Levittown Ford. I had driven my previous Ford Escape for 15 years, so as you can imagine I was very nervous about getting a new car, and leasing, which I have never done before. I was fortunate to work with the salesman Joel Jones, and the service manager Eric Rivera. Joel was courteous, patient and helpful in holding my hand through the whole process, and Eric was also incredibly pleasant and tolerant of my new car phobia. It was a great no-pressure experience, and I highly recommend Joel, Eric and Levittown Ford to anyone.
The service itself is generally quick even though they are very busy all the time. It is not well organized and it seems to take too long when the car is done to actually get the car. You need to follow up with the front desk several times before you finally get your car back. I think they need more Advisors and a better system of tracking vehicles.
I walked into the beautifully displayed showroom. Within seconds of opening the door I was kindly greeted by the receptionist. I met with a salesman named Dan K. who helped me throughout the rest of my leasing experience. I expressed my interests as a college student to lease a new sedan, either the Ford Fusion or the Ford Focus. Dan was completely honest with me the whole time, not trying to hassle me or trick me into getting more than I could afford, which already made me feel great. Dan worked out numbers with me with a low down payment for the two models mentioned with different options. After offering me the options, I took a test drive in a 2014 Ford Focus SE. The first thing I loved about the focus was all the cool options added to the car. There is a beautiful leather interior, with heated seats, large touch screen monitor with navigation, voice command, dual climate control, and side view mirror defrosters. The Sony Sound system was also outstanding as an entertainment option for this car. Dan K. was more knowledgable than many salespeople that I have come across at other dealers, and he was able to easily explain all of the tech functions in the car. Even after explaining how to use the monitor and all the options in this vehicle, Dan made sure I understood how to use each function before we went on the test drive. The car drove super comfortably, I didnt even realize that I was hitting bumps on the road because of how smooth the suspension was!! Dan gave me no pressure after the test drive to buy the premium package focus over the base focus, but I fell in love with the car immediately. The best part of this car was the outstanding UNBEATABLE PRICE!! No other Ford Dealership would be able to offer a lease rate as low as mine was!! Being able to afford a luxurious car made me walk out of the dealership like a superstar! There is no doubt in my mind that I have confidence in doing business with this dealership down the road and I will recommend many others who are looking for great cars at great prices from a very friendly staff to come by Levittown Ford Also!!
My wife and I came to Levittown Ford to look at a new Explorer. We were quickly met by salesman Michael Gross. He took his time and showed us the vehicle and went over payments and options. He was a consummate professional from start to finish. We told him where we wanted to be with payment, and he came through for us. We took delivery of our new Explorer later that day. We were treated right, which is a big deal these days. (We walked out of a GMC dealer, and another Ford dealer in Wantagh, because we were not treated well.) The entire sales staff was exceptional. We highly recommend Levittown Ford! Ten stars!!Update,.... While the sales aspect was great, their Service center should get zero stars. Two days for an oil change?,..... with a prior appointment?? NO WAY! Also, if you need a loaner car,.... and for something as simple as an oil change that will take two days, youre going to need one, they call you the day before to tell you that there are no loaners available. And thats after youve waited weeks for an appointment with a loaner!They completely overbook and are understaffed, and incompetent. All that BS VIP treatment they promise you during the sales process,.......its a load of BS!
This was the best car buying experience that I ever had! My salesman Robert Delvicario was knowledgeable and patient, as I came in not 100% sure what I wanted. Bob made me feel comfortable every step of the way. He sat with me for hours, comparing vehicles, pricing and test driving trucks. Not once did I feel pressured by him nor by any staff member to make an immediate decision. In the end, Bob made sure I was happy and got the exact vehicle that I wanted. Going forward, I would highly recommend this dealership and Bob as salesman!
Great service. Had a couple of bugs to be worked out with a new car purchased by my father. Mr. Ballan was very helpful in responding to me right away and getting the issues resolved. Ive been a Ford guy for a long time and they will continue to get my business and recommendations.
They were friendly, efficient and surprisingly helpful. Allan and Vinny made sure I had everything I needed and worked hard to prepare all the necessary paperwork so I was not waiting around unnecessarily. The closing of the deal was probably the fastest and easiest car purchase Ive ever made. Id go back to Levittown Ford in a minute and will definately look to them for my next car purchase.
When looking for a new car my husband and I were hesitant on which make we wanted. We stopped in to the Levittown dealership to get an idea of what car would best fit our growing family and Joel took care of us from the very start. We were up front and let him know that we would be shopping other dealerships and at no point did Joel make us feel pressured to buying something before we left. Ultimately his customer service made us return to Ford because we felt we could trust him. A lot of salesman come off as sneaky and pushy but that was not the case. We appreciate the customer service from the woman behind the front desk, to the salesman to the financing/billing department. This is our first ford and we are looking forward to keeping our business here. Love the car and love everything about the service we received at this dealership. If you want to shop a car without listening to cheesy sales pitches, go see Joel!

Honestly the best experience I could have at a car dealership. Our salesman Jonathan was patient with my wife and I. It was my wife’s first time buying a new car and didn’t wanna intervene too much because I feel the experience of buying the car adds to the excitement of actually buying or leasing the vehicle. As we all know a bad experience could lead to bad feeling towards the vehicle you purchase. That was not the case with Levittown Ford. As I said Jonathan was patient and frankly just as excited as we were. He met our needs monetarily and got us into a 2018 Explorer and we feel really good. So thank you Levittown Ford.

Purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion from Levittown Ford in November 2015. The car has been great so far....however noticed the 3rd or 4th day the I was missing from the word Fusion. Contacted our sales person as well as sent him pictures....no response. My husband and I have left several messages as well as emailed our sales man regarding this matter as well as another issues to no avail. This is the third vehicle weve purchased from Levittown Ford as well as we recommend someone who also purchased a vehicle. So much for loyalty. This experience have left a sour taste......I will no longer be doing business with Levittown Ford or recommending to anyone........The car is great customer service sucks.
I have gotten two F-150 trucks from the Levittown dealer in the last 8 months. After trying and dealing with all other dealers we finally found them and they were the best to deal with by far.Our salesman James Mangual (Kevin James look alike) was top notch and gave us a great deal without playing any games or wasting our time. I am definitely coming back to this dealer when my new leases are over.
Upon entering Levittown Ford, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly young woman. It can be very intimidating for a woman shopping for a car by herself but Im delighted to say this was not my experience at this dealership. I was introduced to a well dressed salesman, Kevin Prieto. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient with all of my questions. Even though I will not be in the market for a new car anytime in the near future, I will certainly recommend family and friends to Levittown Ford. November 14, 2016“ Had a great experience trading in my car to lease a brand new Ford Escape with thanks to the Sales Manager, Jason Mascia for finding me every possible rebate on the new vehicle and most of all Kevin Prieto, my Salesman, who was very helpful in getting me informative and accommodating me with my new truck. Kevin took the time to show me all the electronics and tech amenities and continued to call me to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. I would definitely go back to this dealership when my lease is up and would highly recommend this dealership to my friends.
Levittown Ford Service department was great. I only came in for an oil change, but i will surely be returning. Just want to point out once again, a couple of people who made a difference in my visit there: Sean Accetta, the assistant service manager was super helpful, kind, and attentive. Miriam was also very kind and helpful as well.Overall, the whole experience was very pleasant and I did not have to wait very long.
Bought my explorer in for NY state inspection, oil change and safety recall.I requested the service of there courtesy shuttle, unfortunately it wasnt available that day.They suggested a few alternative, one of which they could put a rush on it and have it done between an hour and haft and two hours if I wanted to wait. I decided to wait and the job was completed within an hour. Great experience.
As a returning customer, used the VIP program to select my new vehicle with the options and color that I was looking for. Vehicle quickly identified and after review of window sticker and satisfied, made an appointment that was convenient around my work schedule for final inspection and car pick up. Spent less than an hour at the dealership including time to get acquainted with vehicle systems , smooth transaction with no surprises, receiving follow up calls and emails concerning my satisfaction overall from dealership and service managers.
I originally had some issues with how Joe Deguire handled my recent visit and what was suggested I have done in addition to my 30,000 mile service. After a few days after getting my car back from service, I went to start it and the battery was dead. I had to have them tow the car back to see what was wrong with the battery that they had said was good a few days before. However, after discussing the issues I had with the original visit with Manny, the service manager, and Joe in a meeting, they credited me with what I believe should never have been done the first time, even though they did do the work, and remedied my battery issue, all at no charge. Both Joe and Manny did everything they could to make me a happy customer, which I now am.
My sales person, Thomas Feeney was great. . He was knowledgeable of the cars especially the car I wanted,an Explore. He was able to work with me and give me a great deal. I was able to walk out with a new car. The manager Vincent Felice was great as well. I definitely recommend this dealer and sales person.
Dealing with Levittown Ford is a very satisfying and pleasurable experience. We have 5 Fords in our family. They do their very best to please you and the proof of that statement is how many new customers they have. I enjoy taking to Sean Accetta who is my service manager. He always take the time to explain what services my vehicles should have and why they are important for the well-being of our vehicles. I also have observed how he treats other customers and how they leave his office with smiles on their faces. They know the same thing I know, their vehicles will be properly taken care of, and Sean makes sure of it.Levittown Ford has developed a sense of family with their customers and their employees . For example, many of the other personnel who work there always smile or say hello. Many times we happen to see Chris McCaffrey and he always asks how we are doing and if Levittown Ford can do anything else for us.Nice people , great service !!!!!!
Poor customer service. I took my vehicle for a recall at their service department and a staff member stole my original car key. They programmed me a new remote control but still not key to be found. This happen about 3 weeks ago; Every single time I call the service advisor Michael just takes my phone number down and says he is gonna call me back but never does . He don’t give a F. He call and told me my car was ready to be picked up, when I arrived there my key was missing and my car couldn’t be moved.

Purchased my 2018 Ford Escape at Levittown Ford last year. Great experience. My daughter’s lease was up, so I brought her to Levittown Ford to see what they had to offer. Darnell Desforges was our salesman. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, he was also very helpful and determined to get my daughter exactly what she needed and wanted. Waiel Fawaz was the business mgr who went above and beyond on the finance end. I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience there and would highly recommend them. I plan on returning in March when my husband’s Kia lease is up.

Everything went smoothly when I picked up my Ford Focus Hatchback. Eduard Kava was very nice and took care of the financial side of things and Dan gave me a demonstration on all the features of my new car. I had a great experience working with Mike Gross to get our used Ford Explorer. He built an excellent rapport, helped us find the car we were looking for, around our budget, and was/is always available for any questions. The VIP after sales package available on the cars there was a massive draw, and we look forward to working with them again in the near future.
I had a great experience when I brought my Ford Fusion in for service. Mike went above and beyond to get the authorization I needed for a car repair that was covered under the extended warranty by an outside vendor. I have always gotten courteous service at Levittown Ford. My questions have been answered honestly and I always hear back from them as promised. Definitely recommend.
Update (6,000 miles later): I really don’t appreciate being lied to about warranty coverage. Espically warranty coverage I paid more for. Avoid this dealership. 1/5 stars.Update (5,000 miles later): the VIP service is a lie. Oil change is only free for a year and they make you do other unessacary services that you have to pay for. What felt like a great deal now feels mediocre. 4/5 stars.Original: I recently purchased my new car from Levittown Ford, and was extremely happy with every step of the process. I can honestly say that everyone I spoke to was great as they were nothing but understanding and helpful as I wasnt really sure what car I wanted to purchase at first. Four vists to Levittown Ford and a handful of other dealers on Long Island later, I am an owner of a 2017 Edge. Bob and Thomas are extremely great guys, and I was floored to find a dealership that had salesmen focused on getting me into the best car for me, and not just the first car I looked at. Fernando, the finance guy is a wizard. He actually went out and found me a great loan twice! I honestly cant recommend this place enough, and will be going back the next time Im shopping for a car.

I took my F150 to ford dealer in levittown to have my truck serviced for some issues. I have an extended warranty my warranty company refused to make any payments to this dealer because of Their price gouging they overprice the warranty company and the warrantee company refused to make any payment.i was also told that My diagnostic check stated that numerous of things wrong with my truck however when I went to pick up my truck that wasnt the case there was only one thing on my diagnostic check everything else was hand written. I would never recommend anyone to go there. They are rip off watch your pockets and your wallets.
Nick and Michael Gross were amazing. They made it such an easy fast process!! I will never go any where else! This was my 2nd time leasing my explorer there. I have dealt with other car dealerships in the past and never had had a good vibe like I did with this dealership and sales and financing. Andre treated my family like we were his own. he was there every step of the way in the entire sales process, and delivery process. (mind you even in his days off he would reach out in regards my concerns) even after the process of getting the car he contacted my husband to see how we were liking the car and the experience. 2022-02-06OUTSTANDINGWhen I got there, Bob Warner came right over to help us. The car I was looking for was sitting on the showroom floor. We knew the car so it was all about price. It took all of 10 minutes to learn that they were firm at $2,500 over MSRP. By the end of the day, I called Bob and gave him a $500 deposit over the phone. When I arrived the following morning the car was outside and ready to go.The process was simple. Bob had the credit app up on the screen ready to complete. The approval took about 10 minutes and I was on to the finance manager Eric Vila.Eric clearly explained all of the various payment options. There were no games at all. the price was the price, the programs were all from Ford. NO TRICKS AT ALL. I I got all the rebates shown online. There was no funny business with add ons to the invoice.While Bob and Eric finished the paperwork with me,Treigh Washington came out to set up the keys for each driver, providing us with an education about the vehicle that was amazing. Patience beyond and incredibly knowledgeable.What great teamwork.If you are in the market for a Ford, no better place to go.

2022-01-30Well lets start.I have purchased a brand new Fiesta ST from Levittown Ford in 2017. My car had an issue with its blend door ( known issue with these cars) and they have done a good job, gave me a loaner and got it fixed within a month. So up to 2020 no complaints and would give them 5 *lets go into current issue. My car started to rust, badly. So I brought it over before Christmas. Niko was very nice and helpful, he took pictures and told me he would submit them to Ford and let me know. I have inspected the vehicle again and found more rust spots so I have returned a few days after to ad more info. Great, so far so good. I have not expected any news until new years as people are on vacations.... TWO WEEKS go by and i hear nothing so i decided to call back multiple times and no answer from Nico. After calling general service writer # I was transferred to general receptionist who informed me that Nico has been out sick and that she would follow up. No luck no call back. In few days I called again and service writer has picked up and promised a call back by the end of the day, no luck again. It has been over 30 days now and no contact . I would not recommend them for repairs or purchase of new vehicle trough Levittown as this is the level of support you can expect with the purchase.

2022-02-13Bought a new Bronco and I love it! Fortunately Ford sells their cars direct - Unfortunately, you need to go to the dealer to pick up the vehicle and this Manager tried to scam another $5000! He added it to the invoice and when we wouldn’t pay, he called the police. The police saw right through the situation and we were able to pay our original Bill of Sale, no problem. The salespeople here do care and they are good, but the management is terrible. Do your homework so you don’t get mistreated and the wrong deal.

2022-01-31Levittown ford was the best in helping me turn in my lease, I only had the car one year and they where able to but me out of it with no extra costs and put me into a new car the same day. My sales person Andre Paiva was amazing he showed me a Ford Escape titanium and went over every option and walked me through the whole process of giving back my lease and getting me into the escape.
