Little Thai Kitchen in other cities:
Felt so taken advantage of that they charged me $3 for requesting dressing on the side of my salad, they were late with delivery and forgot all the side rice dishes. When I called to ask if something happened at the restaurant (to give them benefit of the doubt), the lady yelled at me and was insistent on charging me extra for side dressing.
Avoid at all costs. My wife and I ordered delivery and after waiting over an hour, called to check on status. They said the order was nearly ready and would be headed out momentarily. Nearly TWO HOURS after that, the order has still not arrived, which means their earlier excuse was a lie. We called again to find out what is going on, and again they said the order was nearly ready and would be headed out shortly, and hung up on my wife when she very reasonably asked what the heck the problem was. Ruined our Friday night - needless to say we are furious and will never order from them again.
Delicious food, kind and friendly staff. Ive tried many different dishes here--curries, Tom Kha soup, noodles, and vegetables-- and found them all wonderful. Ive spent time in Thailand and find it a relief to have Thai food that tastes like Thai food (though much less spicy). The front door sticks, so dont mistake this for the restaurant being closed.
I can’t see where the 5 star reviews come from. The food was awful. Tom Yum was simply inedible. I think there was about a pound of salt in it. Chicken wings were very dry and the meat had a funny taste. Not fresh. We were sitting alone in the restaurant while the team was busy packing orders for pickup and delivery. They made us wait and the service overall was so-so. Disappointed and won’t be back.
I enjoy good Thai food, but the service was so bad here, I didnt even get to try the food.I went to this place around when they first opened, and the place was empty. I walked in the door at 2:55PM, and wanted to order a lunch special. The person at the counter was on the phone, so I had to wait. By the time she got off the phone, it was 3:01PM, and she said that I cannot order the lunch special because it ends at 3PM. I politely mentioned that I walked in before 3PM, and if she could let me order the lunch special. She said that the computer doesnt let her order the lunch special after 3PM (Really?). Also, they mention that they deliver on the website. However, when I inquired about delivery, they gave me some excuse which basically meant that they will deliver if you order a large enough order. If I was ordering 2 lunch specials, they wouldnt deliver!?! Its either you deliver(with or without minimum order), or dont deliver. Dont have the We are Delivery on your website if you dont. Considering that they just opened, I expected better service. They could have had a repeat customer, but instead, I will never give them my business. Its a shame because their other locations seem to have decent reviews. I ended up going next door to the deli, and was greeted with a smile, excellent service, and good food.
I have not had a single bad dish here. The red curry is among the best Thai curries Ive had. The pineapple fried rice and the mango fish curry are delicious. The lunch plates are an excellent value and the prices are valid on weekends (!). Definitely my favorite restaurant in Chappaqua, by far.
It took them over an hour to get our food (dumplings and soup) and they gave us the wrong order, almost giving a vegetarian pork dumplings, while periodically lying to us to assure our food would be out in two minutes over the course of the hour. Terrible service. Bottom line is dont ever sit here for food.

2022-01-19Nope, 👎🏻 I do not recommend the beef pad Thai, bland, lacking major seasoning, absolutely insipid. Attempted to spruce it up with my own fresh lime juice, and the peanut sauce at no avail to lift the flavor. I couldn’t eat it so trashed it. The Tom Kar soup was somewhat eatable, mediocre tasting. Thai ice tea was okay. Ludicrous pricing for dull food but a good dose of surly attitude from the woman at the register. Cocky demeanor form boring Thai food restaurant. We’re out! …looking else where.

2022-05-20In advance—I will say that the taste of the food was a 7/10 (good). However, I ordered online and the order arrived 50mn later despite being located very close by. The entrees were $24 each and were pretty small considering. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, there was a back-and-forth trying to locate my order and I was ultimately hung up on. I would not go back.

2022-05-31Food is fine but the girl works at service asking for tip that we know what we have to do and sometimes tried to flirt with customer which is an action that should not have happened neither unprofessional nor unacceptable.

2022-01-19Arrived 10 min after my order was supposed to be ready and was told it would be another 15 min. I asked to have it delivered and the woman at the front said no and walked away. I asked again and was told I need to cancel my order and reorder it again as a delivery if that’s what I want. We Always order from here. Am disappointed at the poor attitude and service. Our order ended up being ready 55 min after the stated pick up time.

2019-09-20Nice place. Food is good not great. Red curry was spicy but not too spicy. Nice touch with a rose on top of straw in Thai tea.

2021-01-19Delicious, 4 stars instead of 5 only because it’s a little pricey.

2021-12-17Driver shows up with no mask to deliver our food. We ask him to leave bag on door step. He does not acknowledge that he was asked to do this and hands the bag to me. It was not a language issue. What world are you living in not wearing a mask. I called the restaurant and I did not get an apology or acknowledgement of the problem. Sorry, take this place off my list to do business with.

2021-12-12Soup was great and delicious - Tom Yum. But, wow the drunken noodles were lacking so much flavor its ridiculous. The noodles were still white and tossed in 0 sauce, plus there was no flavor in the chicken.

2021-08-29Not all Little Thai Kitchen’s are created equal! This first time coming to their Chappaqua location. We love the Greenwich and Darian locations but the food at one was disappointing. We ordered the Thai Minced chicken and some soups to start. The soups were pretty good, but the chicken was inedibly salty. The pad Thai was doused in so much Tamarind sauce and tasted burnt, we ate less than half. The red Thai curry was over seasoned but still tasty.Pros:Great locationFriendly and attentive staffBright and clean locationI really wanted to like it, but Unfortunately the food just wasn’t up to scratch.

2021-07-30If I could give this place a zero I would. We’ve ordered from this place many times and never had an issue, the food is delicious. However, tonight I waited an hour for my food to be delivered and then when I called to see if the delivery man was on his way, the woman on the phone tells me that he’s not coming because it’s too far for him and he doesn’t want to drive that far. So, here we are waiting for our food and it’s never even been ordered. No one had the decency to call us to let us know. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Shame on you!
