I called four exterminators in my area and not one responded. When I reached out to LI Exterminator I received a call back from Steve within 10 minutes. Not only that, Chris showed up the same day. He was polite, professional and understanding of my concerns. He took the time to address my bee problem and cricket problem. He was amazing. It’s been two weeks not a one in site. Thank you LI Exterminator.
Steve, the owner, quickly returned my call and set up a time to remove a dangerous hornet nest the very next day. He was professional and efficient. Highly recommend Long Island Exterminating Company.
I thought I would have been able to take care of my bug problem with stuff I bought from the store. Aside from that not working, it left behind the worst smell which was even more frustrating. I called L. I exterminating and they were able to come later that day. Not only did they get rid of the bugs I knew were their but they checked my entire business and I found that those bugs had made a home ( which I was not aware of) they were able to remove that as well. THANK GOODNESS.... they were thorough and professional. I recommended them to the other shops as well as family and friends.
I had squirrels nesting under my solar panels and Chris was able to come and safely (with social distancing in mind) provide solutions and estimates on the day of - a Sunday no less. He is communicative and works with his clients. That same Sunday, he removed the nest! Thanks, Chris and LIE!
Steve from Long Island Exterminating promptly responded when I called after reporting seeing two yellow jacket nest in my house. Pricing was fair considering he had to tend to two seperate nest. I would use his service again and recommend to others.

Long Island Exterminating Company is the most reliable pest control organization I have used in the past 30 years. The technician who does my monthly service is courteous, professional and thorough. My initial introduction to the Company was on a Sunday of a holiday weekend to get rid of a hornets nest the size of a basketball. I highly recommend using them for either one-time issues or scheduled maintenance.
Long Island exterminating not only got rid of my horrifying pest problems and they’re customer service is A+. Owning a exclusive restaurant with major issues from using one of the bigger “rip off” companies, they came in, developed a game plan and executed and maintained the nightmare that the prior pest company left me! Chris and steve, the owners are knowledgeable and professional! Quality workmanship and an honest company! I use them for my business and my house! This is my 3rd time hiring them - each time for a different reason & each time with amazing results. This most recent time i had to hire them was due to ticks being on my property . This spring has been crazy on Long Island and especially at my house with all the ticks and i have a dog so i did not want to take any chances! They were quick, efficient, real pros, and got the job done. I can now let my doggy roam freely - thank you so much!!!!! The other times i had to hire them was due to bugs (bees & a crazy ant problem) both times they went above and beyond for me. They are also super nice which was a plus (i am a female and they didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing what was what unlike other places I’ve hired in the past). I will definitely be hiring them again if i have any problems - but hopefully there won’t be any other problems !!!!
I Hired Long Island exterminating and chris one of the owners was very professional! He helped me to get rid of the infestation of yellow jacket and I am highly allergic, I am very happy and grateful for them and I recommend this company to all.

I called after hours on a Tuesday night around 6:30pm and got a message to call Steve on another number. So I called and left a message, Steve called me back within 20 minutes and told me he had to call the catcher and let me know. Well today is Saturday and I am still waiting for Steve to get back to me. Dont use this company they are NOT reliable. Thanks Steve for the phone call..TERRIBLE!
Very professional! Ive used them for various pests including ants, Hornets, raccoons and gophers. They are very fair and punctual. Totally reccomend.
I called this company because i was referred when i called the company and explained that i was referred and that i was looking for the same service I told Steve multiple times that my cousin who referred me explained that they sprayed , added paste and left traps and i was given excuses that the paste and spray couldn’t be used at the same time ...so why did my cousin get that service ?( and it worked ) ...also i compared receipts and they used more spray at her home then at mine and my house is double the size and when I called at first I was asked how many kitchens and I said 2 ......Terrible service Dont use ...I still have the issue ....Only came up with excuses to offer more service

2022-06-10Steve (owner) was very quick to respond and work on removing the wasp nest. Fair pricing and didnt give me that shpeal of trying to sell me packages. He was aware that I had a newborn and said he would never treat a house with certain insecticide with a pregnant woman or newborn. Highly recommend

2022-07-25This is by far the worst exterminating company. Got a few treatments last year for the black sugar ants. Matt put gel bait in every crevice and corner of my kitchen (I still have marks on my brand new cabinets and countertops from the gel that stained). So not only did it not work, but it attracted the ants times a hundred. Bait is supposed to attract them then kill off the colony but this stuff was just feeding it. I called him to come back to take a look at why the ants weren’t subsiding weeks later because I was about to have a party the next day which is so embarrassing and Matt said he’d come by but of course never showed. I asked for a refund for the guaranteed treatment not working within the timeframe and he refused, then just disappeared. The worst part is, a year later and every summer I walk into the kitchen with an explosion of ants all inside my cabinets even after I wiped the gel away. It’s disgusting. Stay far away from this company.

2021-06-19Amazing customer service. Chris showed up on time as scheduled. Treated the entire property for mosquitos and ticks. We are extremely happy with their service and a great positive attitude. He was patient to describe and go over the work in details prior to treatment. We signed up for the annual program where he will come back monthly to treat the property. Highly recommended for anyone looking for pest control. Also FYI, we used their service in the past to catch raccoons in our attic and field mice.

2021-10-14I had a very large beehive in my wall. Chris came on a beautiful Sunday afternoon to get rid of them for us. Chris is professional and quick to respond. His work is guaranteed. A total of 3 treatments were needed, as I said it was very large. We are bee free!

2021-09-11Chris came to my home the beginning of July, sprayed and charged me $425 and told me to call if I need them. After calling Chris directly, the office and then eventually the owner (who is chris father) and said they were busy, asked for my name and said he would send someone. It has been 2 months and no show. I still have the bugs, not as many but they are still here and now as much as I cant afford to call another company I am forced to do so. Shame on this company

2021-06-19I called Long Island exterminating and within minutes I received a callback from Chris who was not only a pleasure to deal with but was Respectful and professional over the phones as he is in person. Chris came to my house, assessed my problem Came up with a game plan and executed the game plan successfuly and promptly. This company is reliable and I will most definitely use them again as well as reccomend them for all pest and wildlife services

He is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly how to rid your home of any pest issues. Very professional,, reliable, punctual and honest. 2020-07-31Literally the best company ever! Chris killed all the flies, and found bugs that we didn’t even know existed in the house. I called him for a fly problem and he found a garbage can filled with swimming mosquitos. Now we feel so much more comfortable in our house. I would only recommend this company for any one that wants the best results.

2018-06-26I’ve used this company 3 times and every time they solve my issues. They came first for an Ant issue I was having in my kitchen and my upper bathroom. The 2nd time I called they came that same day for a digger bee issues I was having under my backyard deck along with almost my entire yard! They did the trick!! And this last fall I had to call them for a jumping cricket critter type things that I had in my basement. They Came the following day and with in 2-3 days I never saw the crickets again. This company is amazing their work is great, the young man that serviced me was very polite, he listened to my problems and solved them! I definitely give them a 5 star review. Not to mention I have young children so I didn’t want them using anything to harsh especially inside the house or outside Bc I have dogs. Their products are completely harmless to use humans and animals. Hopefully i don’t have anymore bug issues but if I do they will be the first I call. Thank you so much long Island extermination company for all your hard work and efforts you guys were worth every dime I paid! I definitely recommend them and will recommend them to anyone who has bug issues of any kind! 😊👍🏼👏🏼
