Marcellino was very knowledgeable, informed, helpful and courteous in performing a security sweep and upgrade for my network. He is my new go to guy for IT services for my small business.

I highly recommend Marcellion, which had been a God send. He was amazing. I had a problem setting up my lap top to my new printer. Im so grateful for the time he spent in solving my problem.
Very complicated process but he was very patient . everything was explained to me and now I have to practice. the option of phone assistance is a great backup. would highly recommend! service is reasonable priced and thats important.

2015-08-04Its nice to know a computer tech that is completely through and kind enough to teach as he goes along. Marc did an excellent job on my new computer. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends. We had an appointment and he is punctual and his prices are very fair considering the level of work he did.

2017-01-27I have never had better service. Marc is well versed in his field, up front and a pleasure to work with. The service I received was in the home. His prices are well worth the service you receive. He spent extra time with me just to be sure I was familiar with my new equipment. I would recommend him to anyone looking for excellent tech work and assistance in buying new computer equipment. I plan to work with him again maintaining my computer and will use his services again.

He is a gentleman and stands by his word. The cost was quite reasonable and I know that I can always reach him should I have a problem again. I would highly recommend this company!

2015-04-25Marc was unbelievable. He was very knowledgeable, informative and spent over 3 hours repairing, cleaning out, and upgrading my computer to the point that it works as if I just bought it. He is very thorough, he guarantees his work and does not try to upsell or do unnecessary tasks to inflate the cost. I personally will not use any other computer tech on any of my computers. His work ethic is beyond reproach and I recommend him highly to anyone that needs technical computer assistance. His rates are more than reasonable and he will come to your location.

2019-05-23Mark did a fantastic job with an emergency call 5 o’clock on a Friday.He fixed my virus and returned my computer 9 o’clock the next morning. Its never ran as well as it does now. very happy and pleased with the service I would highly recommend using his services

2019-07-09Marcellino saved the day! He got me printing again (even got me printing from my iPhone which was a bonus!), cleaned up my laptop, advised me against purchasing the new laptop I was considering and explained why, let me know what I needed to do with my ISP and TV provider - very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

2015-02-14I called LI PC Tech when working on a project at home. Had a network issue and was on a very tight deadline - it was late afternoon and I thought I was out of luck. Marc answered and figured out the problem through remote support - solved very quickly! So naturally when my laptop died I called Marc. Service was great - price was very reasonable - I highly recommend Marc and LI PC Tech!!

2015-08-03I have used Marcellino at LIPC Tech for many years now. He has always been very reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I trust him with my computers which contain all of my most confidential information.Having said that he just left my house and I feel compelled to write how amazing he really is. My computers had slowed down for a variety of reasons, viruses, malware, unused and unnecessary programs, etc. This guy came in and right away got to the root of ALL of my problems AND he right away knew exactly how to remedy all of the issues and there were many!!I dont want to post my phone number publically but if anyone reading this would like to speak to me as a reference for him, I would be more than happy to do so. Just contact Marco and I will allow him to give out my #. The guy IS that good! I would never let anyone have my number if I didnt trust him implicitly or if he was not as great as he is.
