Yana is a very talented amazing nice professional artist. I highly recommend her and cant wait to have more work done. I was especially impressed by her freehand stencil she drew on me transforming the tattoo I was getting covered up into a completely different tattoo. She truly understood what I wanted and brought it to life.

Yana is an amazing artist. I had a few scattered ideas of the tattoo I am looking for and Yana was very honest in letting me know what would work best as far as placement, composition and the choice of colors. I first went to Yana when I was 18. Five years later and I still go to her. Before anything, Yana is an artist. She can take your idea and create a beautiful visual piece. I’ve gotten tattoos from other people. While I love them, they are all raised. Yana is so light with her hands that none of the 5+ tattoos that she has given me are raised. Even my rather large thigh piece she did (in only two sessions). Her pricing is very affordable and reasonable for the kind of art she gives you. She’s also very good at timing her pieces. If she says half hour, it’s a half hour. I have recommended everyone who asks and they all love her. My mother, my sister, my cousin, everyone raves about her. She’s very professional, clean, and extremely comforting. She’s the best! She’s the artist you’ve been looking for.

Just over a year ago I was in Aruba with my wife and my 2 young boys. I took a really nice picture of the boys playing in the sand with my wife watching them. Ive been wanting a sleeve tattoo for a while, however, I didnt want something that everyone has. I wanted something Ive never seen before. When I took that picture and looked at it, I said Thats it. But how to make it into a sleeve?!?!? A friend of mine recommended Lucky Dog Tattoos. I headed over there, and met Yana for the first time. I had some printouts of the pictures and I told her the general theme I wanted to capture. I came back a few days later and showed me what she had in mind. As soon as I saw it, I loved it. Just on the paper it looked amazing. I wanted to start right then and there. Well, we started our first session a few weeks later, and about 24 hours or so of tattooing, I am elated with how it came out!! Rarely do I get excited over stuff, but I was really excited. Yana is AMAZING at what she does. I run my mouth constantly, any regular person would have hit me over the head with a golf club. Not Yana!! Shes super easy going and an artist in every sense of the word. Im already thinking of my next piece. Thanks so much Yana, you have a customer for life!!!!

I was referred to Yana at Lucky Dog Tattoo by a friend. After seeing her tattoo I fell in love with it and began to follow the shop on Instagram. After some time of liking what I saw I sent Yana a message and later went in for consultation to discuss placement, colors and ideas. I waited years to get a memorial tattoo in honor of my father and wanted to make sure everything was as perfect as possible and I couldnt be more excited. Long story short I couldnt be more disappointed. The thickness of the lines, the colors and overall tattoo is absolutely horrible. The stencil looks so much better than what I ended up with. I was told to let it heal to get the fulness of the tattoo. I specifically consulted with Yana to see which would work better; water colors VS shading, and if we went with the water colors, what colors are good on my skin tone. As a artist I should be able to trust your judgement and expertise. What I have now looks like a mess that color spilled on. After speaking to her and sending photos, she offered a touch up but what I have is beyond a touch up. I need a cover up.

Yana does excellent work & I have been going to her for over 20 years! I have referred at least a dozen people to her, who in turn, have referred even more people. I even brought my 79 yr old mother to her for not 1, but 2 tattoos!!
