Mike from M & P clocks was professional, courteous, and very, very knowledgeable, having been the business since 1984. He was able to repair my 30 year old Grandfather Clock, and explained every step of what he was doing! He even took the time to show my husband how to disassemble the clock for re-locating it. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike for any clock repair issues you might have!

My clumsy brother managed to drop his wonderful wife’s mantle clock. It fell over and we were very surprised to find out it still kept the correct time. Unfortunately it didn’t chime correctly. I called a number of clock repair businesses and every one had similar answers that I needed to bring it in and they, for a price, would look at it and then, for another price, possibility repair it. After speaking with Mike at M&P clock repair he was able to resolve the problem at a very reasonable price. His expert advice and experience was the key to us having the clock chime correctly again. If you have any kind of problem with any kind of grandfather, mantle or any clock you have to wind these are the people to call first for a quick honest answer.

I bought a clock on a deep deep clearance price knowing that something must be wrong with it. Sure enough, the mechanism was not running, but that was okay as I loved the design. I called M & P Clock and although the job was too small for him, he walked me through some troubleshooting.... clean the battery contacts and check to make sure the battery WORKS. And jeeeze you whiz, its WORKING! Thanks for the FREE advice M&P!He also recommended another clock repair company just in case the mechanism needed to be change. If Im ever in need of clock repair, I will definitely call on him and my recommendation will be lock on him too. THANKS!

My wife and I have owned a late 1800’s grandfather clock that we’ve loved for decades. It has traveled with us from Long Island to California and back. Each time we found someone who took care of it and have it up and running after every move. When we move to Sea Cliff a few years ago, we searched for someone who we could rely on to take care of our precious clock. Our first experience was awful. A service came to the house and began to list multiple problems the clock had and the work that needed to be done to fix it to get it running again. They quoted a price to repair the clock that was 3x the cost we’ve ever paid. I kept asking questions since nothing they said matched with the decades of experience we had with our clock. Finally, I declined their service. Our clock stood still for a long time until my wife, who never gives up, found Mike at M&P Clock Repair. He came a week ago Saturday and instantly we knew we found someone special who was a professional and who cared deeply about his work and his customers. I can’t stress what a wonderful experience it was for us. He took the time to meticulously restore our clock in every way. While he worked, we enjoyed a wonderful conversation from range of topics; family, history, cooking, life, and of course our clock. All the while he continued to tackle one issue after another and systematically resolved them, always making sure to let us know what he found and not to worry, he would take care of it. He completed his work and made sure every detail of our clock was perfect. Mike exceeded anything we could have imagined or wished for and the cost was very reasonable and well worth it. Our beloved grandfather clock is back in our lives and we love hearing the chimes again. All thanks to Mike. Mike was fantastic! We had a brand new Howard Miller wall clock that we had mailed to NY from Florida. When we opened the box there was a part that became dislarged from shipping, we guess. Mike was able to repair it and we now have our brand new clock working! He is a master of clocks and a sweet, cordial, pleasant man to deal with. HIGHLY recommend!

This is not open. This is some guys house, and you need to call ahead to see him. I drove 30 mins to this shop that is open, arrived to be told he isnt home. Im going someplace else.
