Extremely clean, inside and out, climate controlled facilities available in multiple sizes. The service personnel was extremely helpful and prices are very reasonable. The facility is gate-locked and the indoor storage has locked entry way. Multiple trollies and an elevator provided for customers for easy transportation. Very reasonable hours for access to storage. Also, great prices on packing materials--boxes, tape, locks, etc.
Very nice facility with outstanding customer service. Cesar the manager will take good care of you and ensure that you are satisfied with your experience. I highly recommend visiting this facility before you look elsewhere. I had shopped around and am really happy with my decision to come here. Better facility, better rates and a site manager who is professional, kind and wont try to sell you storage with car-salesman-like gimmicks that the other facilities use. A+++++
This facility is amazing for your storage needs, Larry the on-site manager is outstanding and very easy to work with, we have used them for a few units and have nothing but good things to say about this organization. Highly recommend! Thank you again for all your help!
We needed to find someplace to put store some furnishings. We were referred to the new site in Ballston Lake, the manager Cesar was terrific. He walked us through the process and made suggestions based on his knowledge and experience. The whole process was painless. He is terrific!

I needed temporary storage space and Mabeys filled the bill perfectly, with a fair price, a well maintained system for management and an easily accessed facility. I would recommend this to anyone that has a need.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern and clean facility. Beautiful exterior that makes coming here a joy. It has accessible bathrooms and climate control and in the winter the snow removal is very efficient. All in all and awesome experience

2022-01-11The absolute best storage facility I’ve ever used. My whole experience from the very beginning to the end when we moved our things out has been outstanding. The facility is super clean, secure, easy access in and out, and they really value their customers. I’ve had such a pleasure working with Larry for all my storage unit needs. Thanks for everything!

2020-09-30This place is great. The facility is new, clean and offers climate control. But Larry is what really makes this place amazing. Customer service is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and can help you to find what you are looking for without pushing you. I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a self storage unit.

During every visit prior to renting, Larry Crandall (the site manager) went beyond all expectations and caused us to quickly select the facility for our storage needs without going elsewhere. He always left an impression that his guidance was well informed and that he was personally concerned about a positive outcome. He perfectly balanced business, with a kind, thoughtful and friendly personality.We also recommend visiting this facility before looking elsewhere. In our situation there were several closer facilities, but there was no question that this was the place for us. No question…. A+++++

2021-03-15Stored our vehicle during the winter. We were living in a different state so had to set up everything online. I worked with Steve and he made the entire process simple and painless and all my questions were answered quickly. I also found the pricing to be the best in the area. I would highly recommend Steve and Mabeys Self Storage!

2019-03-01This facility is very nice. It is new and it shows. Beautiful building and a ton of storage units available. Getting set up was easy enough and took about 20 minutes between filling out paper work, asking questions, paying, and hearing about the overall facility. I’ve meet 2 of the people who work here and they were both very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my unit right when I opened it and with no problem at all they took care of it quickly. Very pleased overall.

2020-12-06First class, state of the art storage facility in Clifton Park and surrounding areas. Units are super clean, dry, safe, secure and well-lit. Would definitely use again in the future and recommend to anyone needing a storage unit of any size. Staff is super nice and accommodating

2018-06-22New and clean. Climate controlled facility with all sizes of lockers at a reasonable price. We have a 10x20 and a 10x16 unit on the first floor. Easy loading with the large entry door and available carts. Friendly, courteous staff. Great service. Great Location right off the highway.

2019-05-31My wife and I just recently moved up from Philadelphia to the area and we couldn’t have been happier with the services provided by Mabey’s. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. We also enjoyed how easy it was to rent the storage unit as we’ve had issues in the past with other companies, and moving all the way from Philly we didn’t want any room for errors.They provided us with a fob that opened and closed their gate which was incredibly convenient for us as we work odd hours. The owner also noticed that when we were moving out all of our belongings, he had already gotten all the paperwork together so checking out was as simple as, “We’re all moved out”.I would definitely recommend their service to anyone who needs storage in the area.Cheers!
