My wife and I purchased our 2nd camper from Nate Nichols (salesman) . Nate’s knowledge of product and time & attention of what we wanted in a RV the first time and a camper for the second purchase was above and beyond! Great listener and works hard for his clients! The finance and service departments are very professional and made the buying experience easy!We highly recommend Myers RV to anyone seriously looking to purchase !!!
I wanted to leave a review thanking Meyers RV Superstores service team for their quick repair work to our camper! They were quick and efficient to send out a travel technician, Doug, who was very helpful and pleasant to my family and I. He was knowledgeable and was able to fix our camper in a timely manner. Thank you Meyers RV!!
I highly recommend Meyers RV, Bath NY. We recently purchased a new travel trailer and it was a very positive experience from start to finish. First off, our sales guy, Alex, was very friendly, knowledgeable about RVs and honest throughout the deal. Also, excellent with communication. I was impressed with the GM, Kyle. After I initially spoke with Alex over the phone, Kyle called thanking me for reaching out to them. He was just thanking me for giving them a chance. That was smart! This purchase transaction was done over the phone/text as we were traveling through the area. We also had a trade and I found the trade value they offered was very fair. They didn’t try to low ball me, which would have been a deal killer. Dealing over the phone with Jamie the business manager and Mike the after market parts expert was also pleasurable. Not once did anyone try to up-sale me. As a seasoned RVer, I really appreciated that. Once we arrived to make the trade and pick up the new rig, we were met by Jackson, who was very inviting and super friendly. Curt walked us through the operation with so much patience. Curt’s customer service skills are the best! Every person that we interacted with at Myers RV was very friendly, helpful and respectful. Unfortunately you don’t see that very much in the RV industry. These guys (and gals) are different. Give them a try, I think you will be pleased. BTW, I was not compensated for this review. I just felt that positive experiences in the RV industry is such a rarity, that these folks and others needed to hear my praise. Give Alex a call, give them a chance, you won’t be disappointed.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Jake at Myers RV Superstore in Bath NY. Im a no nonsense person who enjoys working with facts and to the point sales people, Jake exceeded in each category. When visiting the dealership the leadership team of Kyle, Nate and Jamie were attentive and congenial. They made me feel very comfortable and unpressured. I was impressed with everyones knowledge and willingness to work with me. Ill be recommending Meyers RV of Bath to others seeking a quality product handled by a quality team.
I love this store. I have had the very best experience with my sales person, Jake. He is knowledgeable and treats you like family and not just a sale. He is not pushy and will do everything he can to find you the perfect RV for your family. The whole process was worth the almost 2 hour drive. I cant wait to work with them again....down the road....when I upgrade my RV. Ask for Jake....he is the best.
Bought our camper a year ago from Meyers in Bath very happy with our camper. Our sales person Alex really listened to what we were looking for and knocked it out of the park. With every new camper comes issues that arise and with that frustration but Alex and the Meyers team was very professional and understanding and took care of all the issues and even fixed things I would have never noticed. Big thanks to Alex and Meyers for an excellent experience.
Absolute worst place to go. Took my camper there to have a leak fixed, the air conditioner cover replaced and the awning replaced in October. While it was there they smashed the panels on it. Here it is April, 7 months of payments wasted. The stuff I took it there for is finished. The panels THEY SMASHED is not fixed. No willingness whatsoever to make it right. I told them we can just trade it in but they are not willing to work on numbers so I can leave with a new camper. Mike House doesnt return my calls, he instead gives me some salesman that wants to make me feel poor and stupid. 7 months people. 7 months I have to wait for something THEY DID and no solution in sight. $1400 dollars in payments I wont get back, not even an offer to use that as a down payment on another camper. $22000 dollar waste of money. Nothing done whatsoever to help me.DO NOT GO HERE. Its at the point I am going to a lawyer to see what options I have. They will probably see this and keep it longer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.
Exceptional sales and service! Just bought a brand new camper from the Bath location and have nothing but good things to say! Tom and Nate in sales were more than patient and helpful with the buying process and Carli in the service dept was timely and responsive with some minor warranty repairs. Would highly recommend them to any friends and family!
A month after having our new to us camper we experienced some crazy weather on one of our trips and experienced a leak in our pre-owned unit. We feared the worst. Luckily, Carri in the Warranty Dept at Meyer’s in Bath came to the rescue. Not only did she make sure that our issue was corrected, she made sure that there wouldn’t be any more surprise issues in our future. She is knowledgeable and understanding and her customer service was top notch! Thank you!!!
We recently purchased our second travel trailer from Nate. He found exactly what we described and we were able to complete everything in one afternoon. He was very personable and came in on his day off to ensure our pick up of the camper went flawlessly. I recommend working with Nate. He is knowlegable answered all of our questions.
My husband and I purchase our new 2022 Keystone Alpine from Meyers. This is our second camper purchase from their business. Working with Mark, Nick, Alex and Matt all were very professional and accommodating, answered all our questions and made the purchase an easy decision to use them again. Would not use another dealership other than them.
After going to multiple camper dealerships and talking to many people we decided to give it one last shot and come to Meyer’s rv. I’m SOOO glad we did. That’s where we met our awesome sales rep, Alex. I told him what I was looking for and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a beautiful camper that we love as our weekend summer home. Our 3 kids have a nice big open living room with 2 tip outs in the living room and it’s very updated. They fixed the couple minor things that were “wrong” with it and gave us a run through of everything so we knew where everything was and how to use it. I couldn’t be happier with our camper and our sales man.
I am telling everyone that my wife and I had a great experience shopping and buying our rv 2022 xlr micro boost toy hauler. Had a couple warranty issues but they have and are taking care of us. Very happy with the service and Alex was the one who sold us on the camper. He went through the whole camper set every thing up and showed us all the aspects of our awesome trailer. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Alex made the sale. If you go there tell Alex we said hello.
My husband and I purchased a used motorhome from a different dealership and were very displeased with the service that was afforded us. I spoke with Carrie McCarthy and she was not only well- versed regarding RV.s but also very kind and accommodating to our needs. She goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satified. We will have no hesitation with dealing with her or the mechanics in the future.
We had found the unit we were looking for at another branch location but called Bath because it was the closest location to us. They had the unit transferred to their location within a couple of days. We are not new to camping or campers but this was our first time working with a dealer. Our salesman was Cam Wisniewski, he made the process quick and easy!
We just purchased a Tracer RV from Meyers Rv, Bath ny. Our sales associate, Tom Cliff was excellent. He was was very kind and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He’s all for getting you what you want in a camper. Meyers is a great place to buy your RV and Tom Cliff is the sales person to help you!
What do you do when you have a Salesman who finds not one but three options that suit what youre looking for within an hour of your first interaction with him? Tom Cliff is Amazing to say the least, not only was he quick to find multiple options that suited our families needs, he was prompt with calling me back after only 1 voicemail left for him on a random Friday afternoon. Within 30 minutes of talking to him about what wasnt working for us in the current travel trailer and what things I would like to have as options if possible. I received an email with two possible options! Then when we got to the Bath, NY location Tom had another option for us to look at. Tom took the time to make sure that we were 100% on our decision and even had personal opinions that made sense in the decision making between the final 2 units were looked at. Toms personality and how friendly and welcoming he is, played a good part in being able to trust that he was looking for units that were going to suit our family needs the best. Our daughter found herself a new friend and not once through the entire process did Tom get upset or annoyed with her being in his personal space, he let her play with his truck and camper that he has on his desk with no hesitation along with giving her paper and markers to draw with when she asked. Then when it came down to signing for and getting or not getting warranty coverage, Rick Hazzard was Great!!! He explained everything right down to the nitty gritty with the warranty options. Coverage for each option available and what wasnt covered etc. this was such a smooth process, from start to finish!!! If youre in the market to get a camper I highly recommend you see Tom Cliff and Rick Hazzard at Meyers in Bath Ny!!!! Nothing but satisfaction with both of these employees from first interaction!
My salesman Nate Nichols was a pleasure to deal with. He always got back to me in a timely manner. When it came time to see the camper he answered all my questions. He even had it brought inside so I didn’t have to go through the snow to see it. Everyone at Bath Myers RV is a pleasure to deal with.
Website says open sunday july 3 till 4..pull in at 1:30..gate is across the road...With gas prices you would think that you could update the web page...And the open today sign was at the bottom of the road leading up there..not very customer friendly...Very very disappointing..We are ready to make a purchase of a camper and well this is making us look elsewhere..
We purchased our camper and the salesman was John Armstrong he was awesome he showed us two and the second one I said Ill take he said you dont want to look at more I said I am in love with this one.it was the 2121ALTA EAST TO WEST .We love it.We had to stop there for something and Rob and Dylan were so helpful we could not thank them enough great guys Myers you have working for youToday we got it winterize and the guy that did it Matt he also was great helpful he showed my husband how to to do it.Over all were very very happy with my camper and everyone at MyersMyers you have great employees
Our experience at meyers rv in bath NY was exceptional. Our salesman Tom Cliff went out of his was for us many times and we highly recommend him. There service is exceptional also we had a few things that had to be fixed and the got us right in. We highly recommend meyers rv in bath NY.
My RV was serviced in July 2021. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the RV tech and overall service. Being a new RV owner I was having problems making my water heater work. Matt provided the help needed. He not only showed me but explained the process for engaging the tankless water heater and making it work. The staff at Meyers was friendly and professional. I am a happy camper!
Great Customer Service Experience!I had the pleasure of working with Alex Morich. This individual makes sure they know exactly what you are looking for, answers questions intelligently and promptly, and is very personable. I highly suggest working with Alex for all your RV buying needs! Alex will make sure your needs are met!
From start to finish we had a wonderful experience working with Alex and the Myer’s team in Bath! Alex helped us the whole way from picking out the perfect camper based on our wants and needs to calling after picking up the camper to make sure everything went smoothly. Alex was always only a text away and even offered to help us if we needed it come time to camp.Colten did an awesome job walking us through ever function of the camper and giving us a few tips and tricks with things. Before we were ready to leave there was a problem with the air conditioner which they not only fixed in a timely manor but also gave us a gift card for the inconvenience. Overall 5 stars! Will definitely be back when we decide it’s time for a new camper.
We purchased an RV from this place in January. The RV was delivered May 7 damaged. After several calls and attempts to get the RV repaired - I’m giving up. This dealership does not care about its customers. They make zero effort to keep their customers happy. They do not care about you. I would never give these folks my business ever again. Go somewhere else. They took my money, that’s all they care about. My RV was delivered with pavrts that fell off and they will not repair it! Just awful.Update! Still being made promises they refuse to keep. We purchased accessories that were never sent. 11 weeks now and my NEW RV IS STILL BROKEN FROM THE DELIVERY PROCESS! Nick Calzone sounds like he cares, but he can’t deliver. So sad.Meyers RV does not care about its customers.
My husband and I needed to bring our newly purchased (8-year-old) 34 tow-behind camper somewhere because the previous owners used it as a permanent dwelling, and unfortunately made alterations that they didnt disclose to us (like rewiring it for 110 household electric, removing the blackwater holding tank, removing the furnace, etc...).We decided to bring it to Meyers for a general inspection, to have sway-bars and jacks installed, and to try to undo the alterations the previous owner made. I should mention that I was a mechanic in the US Air Force, and my husband is a contractor and certified plumber, and I also chose to live in a Winnebago for a year or so after I retired from the military, so we know the basics when it comes to housing/vehicle maintenance, and I have a general knowledge of being a RV owner.Once we dropped off the camper, the mechanics preformed a 40+ point inspection, then walked us through the points that needed attention. I really want to stress that the inspection was extremely thorough, but they were also very honest about what we MUST correct versus things that might just be annoying . We also were looking at different items to purchase inside the store, and the sales reps actually pointed us towards the products that would work best for us and our camper, AND our checkbook, versus the more expensive items we had in our cart. They were completely open, honest and trustworthy. Now I KNEW that taking a camper to a repair shop would likely mean long wait times, since the RV market in general has exploded during the Pandemic. The ladies up front did an excellent job of keeping us updated on its progress, as did the service shop. We wound up having the plumbing altered (wait time for parts) back for road use, had some electric issues fixed, and of course had the sway-bars and jacks installed. They did an outstanding job on everything they touched! When we picked it up, it was freshly (and nicely) washed, and they (Casey and Rob!!!! Thanks again!!!) walked my husband through it, answering all questions and showing him the little quirks that I guess go with a very custom-built camper. He rechecked every item inside to make sure it still worked (and even replaced a light bulb, free of charge, that had went out) and told my hubby how every worked- from the stove and hot water heater to the sway bars... etc... Also want to thank Mike House for all of his help, and Tammy for keeping us constantly updated, being so friendly, and answering all of our questions!Ill finish by saying that our RV was finished before 2 of our friends campers were done at the other shop in town- and they dropped theirs off before we did ours. And ours needed speciality parts and maintenance, mechanics with specialized skills, etc. And all-in-all, the bill was about 2/3 what that other shop across the freeway quoted, and Meyers actually came out UNDER their quoted labor costs. And since Im a USAF Veteran and my husband is a Marine Corps Veteran, we got a discount to boot!!!I dont often write a novel in my reviews, lol, but I do think that exceptional work deserves an exceptional review. Id recommend them to all my friends and family, and theyll remain our go-to RV repair shop!!!
I recently left a review when we purchased our camper through Meyers, we recently just today picked the camper up to take home and thought I would leave a second review. Everyone at Meyers treated us amazing and were incredibly helpful. Colton gave us a full walkthrough of our camper, answered all questions and make sure that everything was perfect for us. There were 2 items that we wanted fixed before pick up and those were fixed when we arrived. Mike in the garage made sure my husband had all his questions answered about hauling the camper as well. Definitely highly recommend using this location - these people will make sure your camper is perfect. Thank you all!!!
We were shopping for a fifth wheel and worked with Alex. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process! He answered all of my questions honestly and was quick to respond, whenever I needed anything! (even on Super Bowl Sunday lol) We actually ended up deciding on a camper that another dealership had but he was gracious about it and even offered advice on the purchase. I would highly recommend Alex M. @Meyers in Bath,NY and we will definitely be sending our friends and family his way!!
We just bought a camper from MEYERS of Bath. Our salesman, Nate, went above and beyond!! He sent picture after picture of the trailer we were interested in, on top of the regular pictures on the website. He answered our every question. Then he even looked around the lot for anything he thought would fit our needs, and sent pictures of those too. This allowed us a very accurate idea of the campers layout and extras before we made the 1 and 1/2 hour trip to the site. At pick-up Colton was great! He walked us through the camper and explained how everything worked. He answered all our questions and made sure it was winterized correctly! If I was solely basing my review on Nate, I would have given Meyers 5 stars.I took one star away because the interest rate was a bit high for our credit score. Also after the sale, we were informed of the many, many items not included. I admit, we are newbies to camping but, the sewer hose, and the water hose not included? After spending 30K? I get the surge protector, chemicals, and other maintenance materials, but it seems the sewer line is something imperative. All in all, knowing what I know, I would definitely recommend Meyers of Bath and especially Nate!
We were from Texas traveling in the area when our Vacu-Flush toilet bellows failed. We stopped at Meyers and they assured me they could handle the job. They IDed the unit and worked with our Good Sam Extended Warranty to make the job painless. We stayed in the area and when the unit arrived we drove over to have it installed. The staff was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I cant praise there service enough.
My husband and I looked at four different places for a camper trailer and we bought at Meyers RV mainly because Alex gave us such great service and pricing right from the start ! No games no hassle - just straight forward, good, solid customer service ! If you are looking to purchase we recommend going to Meyers RV in Bath, NY they have a huge selection...... and ask for Alex !! :)
Purchased new RV, took out first time and fridge doesnt work and the only option is going to be several trips to diagnose (hour each way), order a new fridge and then wait. Oh buy the way we have other parts under warranty that needed to be replace we never told you about. Camper is great, service is awful.
My husband & I purchased a fifth wheel back in June from Meyers in Bath. After the summer we started planning a trip to Florida and decided we needed a little more room. I thought about looking for a camper in Florida but then remembered how much we liked working with Val Hazzard! So I called her and she helped us find the perfect camper. We are very happy with the trade in and the purchase price. Val is one of the best sales reps we have ever worked with, she is very honest and not pushy in any way. She deserves a lot the credit for us buying at Meyers!
Salesman says you will be an RV expert when you leave. So much hooey! Dont tell you anything important, like water heater bypass valve location, valve positions for operating fresh water system vs. city water, etc. Watch your wallet when paying, sell worthless options you dont need and give no information on how to file a claim in case of emergency. Would not buy from them again.
Absolutely horrible customer service. We purchased our camper in 2016. Bought a 7 year warrenty on it. First year out we went to use furnace at end of season and it would not shut off on its own. Would run until it reached over 100°, took in for repair. Was told that metal shavings had settled into the furnace while traveling, that it was normal and may happen again. Sure enough next year out furnace did same thing. This time they realized the thermostat was wired backward. Obviously they did not test after first fix as it would not have kicked off correctly with thermostat being wired backward, so the first year they didnt figure it out and gave me a line of BS knowing it would happen again. Fast forward to this year. We still have our 7 year warrenty we purchased. We brought the camper in for a few repairs. The most important being that the propane regulator was humming and leaking propane, enough propane to annoy our neighbors at a campground. This is a huge safety issue. They could not duplicate the issue, charged us for one of the other repairs which I was understanding of, and then replaced the breakaway cable that had rusted and broke. They hadnt informed me when making the appointment that there is a deductible on their warrenty. So at the end of the day I left with a camper still leaking propane and paid them a $50 deductable to replace a $7 part that I would have replaced myself had I known. Of course the regulator started humming as soon as I tested it. Ive ordered a replacement online and will do the work myself. Im looking to sell or trade in the camper for an upgraded model and dont want to sell something unsafe to someone else. They knew I was looking to trade in and still treated us like garbage. I am certainly not doing business with them ever again. I warn others to not do business here and never buy their warrenty.
I have mixed feeling concerning Meyers RV in Bath. Just purchased a used 2017 bunkhouse TT last month. There were items that needed to be repaired we pointed out to salesman and he pointed out things that would be repaired before pick up. The TT had a little damage on the RR corner where they had hit their service bay door. Salesman told us they already had repair panel parts on order from factory. When we picked it up, all they had done was flatten the bent metal, ran some screws to secure it in place. Its ok but still a crinkle in exterior skin metal. We were told that the service techs would go through the camper from top to bottom, test everything, deep clean it. I think for the $900 dealer prep they could do better. Nothing was cleaned as it should have been. All of the ceiling lights full of dead insects. The medicine cabinet had smears of toothpaste and gobs of hair. Slide-out has carpeting flap that was jam packed with mud, dirt, pebbles, kids toys underneath. The floor wasnt even swept when we picked up camper. On our first use, we discovered the microwave did not work. Had to call to have them order one that took weeks to get. We had to travel all the way back to Bath to drop off trailer to have it swapped out. 1-1/2 hrs each way x 4 trips. During our walk through, the black tank was showing 2/3 full when empty. Service tech said will go away but it didnt. This is 1 things that was pointed out by us prior to purchase. We were assured that it would be fixed by the time we picked it up. NOPE. We also discovered the plywood or paneling under one of the storage benches is broken, looks like someone put their knee thru it w/o cushion in place. We pointed out moulding come loose so they tack nailed it back in place. But by time we traveled home w/trailer, the moulding was loose again. Fixed myself this time. The outside access storage cabinets were not clean, dirt and dust inside them. Supposed to fill the 2 propane tanks, that must not have happened as the 1st tank empty in 1 day of running only fridge on it. We dont cook inside of any of our campers so it wasnt from using the stove or furnace (90 degree weather) or the water heater (only used electric). Meyers does not offer any weekend service option so I either have to take a day off from work to take it in to be fixed or drag it 70 miles up the road to them, drop it off, drive 70 miles home, Wait for a few days for the service work to be completed, then go back another 70 miles to pick it up and then another 70 miles to drag it back home. The day that we picked up the camper off the lot and drove it home, I noticed that it felt like I was pulling a puffy marshmallow down the highway. Upon checking the tire pressures, not one of them was even close to the recommended 65 psi. Of the four tires, one was as low as 22 psi and the highest one was at 37 psi. This could have been disastrous traveling at 65 mph down the highway. They should have at least checked the tire pressures before sending us off the lot. Be prepared to not get any call backs from them when trying to get things resolved. So if you are buying from them, go over everything (EVERYTHING) with a fine tooth comb before you leave the lot. Really look at a the extra insurance before you decide on that too. They sell it saying it will only be an extra $14-15 per month if financing, but in the end it adds up to an extra $3K-$4K. IMO, every appliance would need to b replaced to make it worth the cost. Check everything before making deal, picking it up. Make list, check it during walk through. So far they have fixed our problems but the problems should have been fixed before we even left the lot. End result, we are happy with our choice of camper but have had to put in a lot of extra effort and expense that we should not have had to deal with.
Very helpful respectful people! Never pressured into buying a thing or made you feel uncomfortable. Anything we had a question about it was answered! We saw something that was wrong they fixed it no problems! They used selection of RVS top rated. Never saw water damage in a single one there! Gorgeous campers here! Huge selections! Mike house was who helped us find our campers!
Nice selection of campers, staff was very helpful and when I purchased my camper I felt like we got a good deal.Would like to add an update, was very pleased at the response time for handling issues with our camper, they came right to the campgrounds to make the repairs to the leaf spring shackles! Was upset with the manufacturer for missing quality checks, but Meyers handled it very seriously, and made sure everything else was up to specs.
I had an accident with my RV traveling to NY from Florida. I called Meyers in Bath NY. Manager Jessica said bring the unit in. I did on August 13. Bath could not fix the damaged body but Jessica assured me Caledonia Meyers would. They would transport Our RV to Caledonia. I called often for an update. Jessica had been in touch with Caledonia and parts would be ordered. SEPTEMBER 10th, I had received an insurance repair check my husband and I drove over an hour to Bath to have it put on our account. When we arrived Jessica was away for 10 days and Manager Scott knew nothing. He told Me I should be checking with Caledonia Manager. I called the Caledonia Manager. He did not have our RV at his site -then where was it? I was really upset. Caledonia Body Manager called me the next morning and said He would Help Me find out where the RV was. Someone named Karie had found our RV in Meyers Bath.. It had never been sent to Caledonia.Nothing Had been Done. No repairs done. September 12 - I went to Bath and Picked Up our RV. I will have it repaired in Florida. I do not understand why this Happened. I do not recommend this repair service.I will say However a super nice Service Tech named Mike helped me get my RV on the Truck. We had a fuse issue and He helped get that figured out. I was very Thankful for that. If Meyers Bath could not transport our RV to Caledonia my Husband and I would have. This Never had to Happen. We were on Vacation. Supposed to be a Fun Time.
This is the first review I have ever written online. I have to say what an awesome experience. Robert my salesman, Ashley in parts, Scott in Service, and Jamie in finance, and everyone else involved with cleaning and set up, were all awesome, I had a whole walk through and I honestly was treated like a family member, everything was exactly what we spoke about through text and over the phone, actually it ended up being better! There was no run around, no pressure. I could have bought locally but it was not a great experience, I was told different numbers, and felt pressured, so I drove 327 miles away to get the trailer I wanted, a great amazing deal, and I recommend anyone who is looking for their future trailer new or used to come to this place. There are a lot of companies, and people who want to make that sale, give you pressure, make you buy something you dont need, well if you want to be treated with respect, and feel like someone cares about your family, go to Meyers Rv Supercenter in Bath NY, or any of their locations and they will be great. Thank you everyone for all your help!!
Got a wonderful deal on our new used camper. It wasnt used at all. Bought by someone then returned after owning for two months they changed their minds bought a diesel motor home and traded this in on it after putting several upgrades in it and never using it. It still has stickers on everything in it. What a deal! Thank you Meyers
Got a great discount on a new travel trailer. That may be where the good service ended. We were given a rush through walk-through on the operation of our camper. The accessories in their store were highly overpriced. Purchased everything we needed afterward at other stores much cheaper.Upon leaving we found our camper hooked to our truck with no instruction how to attach and remove hitching device. To top it off, we were just left outside to leave. No thank yous, no handshakes, no nothing. We very much felt like once the sales papers were signed, their obligation to be friendly and helpful was over.Just my opinion, but maybe more have had the same experience.
After months of narrowing the right floorplan down we decided to upgrade to a midbunk floorplan. I really dont buy new anything and usually always privately rather from a dealer. I narrowed it down to the same camper at two different dealers and found Meyers and the salesman Robert the most honest. Robert went out of his way because we lived over 200 miles away to go through the camper. He told me about every imperfection big or small knowing our situation. Unfortunately, when it came time to pickup the camper, Robert was away for the Thanksgiving holiday but, he made the difference for us buying from Meyers. Robert, Im sorry it took me so long to write this review. The camper was exactly as you said and most importantly the family is happy. We cant wait to use it this year.
We cant say enough good things about Meyers. We purchased a 2018 Wildwood XLite. We met with Conrad to go over the trailer. Jack helped with setting up the hitch equipment. No matter who we came in contact with, everyone was helpful and nice. We stayed at a campground overnight tomake sure everything was in working order. There were a few minor issues. We went back and again, everyone from Ron, Scott, Rob and the mechanics, were EXTREMELY nice, helpful and polite. We would definitively buy from Meyers again!
We have had a truly wonderful experience dealing with everyone from start to finish when we bought our first new travel trailer. Our sales person Sharla McCaughey was awesome, along with all of the other people involved in our buying process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone . They were always eager to help even when we went back to look at the accessories.
Very disappointed with our 2017 fifth wheel toyhauler we purchased here from Rick. We purchased extra Insurance and was told the camper would be deep cleaned. Nothing has been right since driving it off the lot. Blinds broke, leveling jack broke 1st time using the camper and now the fridge is broke. I have tried calling Rick, the store and sent numerous emails no response back ever!!! Yea, Rick we are still waiting for the table you promised as well. Do NOT purchase anything for the location.
Great trailer buying experience for a first time buyer. Entire staff at Bath store was friendly and extremely helpful. There store has everything you need and more, plus shoppi g carts so you can go all out! There pick-up process was thorough and complete. A definite 5 star operation. Brightest star was my salesperson Nick!
My wife and I purchased a new fifth wheel from MEYER’s RV at the Hershey camper show 2018. We waited nearly a full year to receive the camper, this was due to the manufacturer and not Meyer’s RV. When we finally received the unit and got it home we started finding issue after issue with the craftsmanship of the unit. Meyer’s sent a driver over two hours to our house and picked up the camper for repairs. On our first vacation in the camper we had several serious problems ( one including sewage) yes sewage. While still on vacation we drove to MEYER’s in Bath Ny because we have had enough of the ongoing problems with the camper. Every problem with the camper was due to manufacturing defects and NO quality control whatsoever from the manufacturer. I can not say enough about the team at the Bath Ny location. Everyone from service, sales and management went above and beyond to make things right for us. We obviously came in extremely upset due to the experience we were having. The staff was kind, considerate and courteous to us and all worked hard together to get us what we were asking for. I would highly recommend MEYER’s RV of Bath. I would also highly recommend doing your homework before purchasing any unit.!
Went to Meyers inn CALEDONIA, NY on 4/24/18 for repairs on our 2018 pace arrow lxe. Some major and quite a few minor repairs. The staff was great. Brittany treated us like we were family. Matt Burke was a great guy. The whole staff was fantastic. They fixed all our problems no questions asked. Charged us for none of it. They even let us stay onsight for the whole 2 days we were there. We left very happy with our whole experience. Hats off to Meyers inn CALEDONIA!!!
Very friendly staff reasonable prices willing to work with you and well go out of their way to beat anybody elses prices. They also had several stores so they dont have exactly what you want theyll find it.I guess what I like the most this they live by the rule the customer always comes first. They offer storage during the off-season thats quite reasonable and they have a maintenance shop in Caledonia where they do excellent work and Matt runs a good ship there along with his right hand Man Dan.
So my husband and I stopped here because we were going to purchase a camper from a private seller. And these people were so amazing. We didnt even stop to purchase a camper from them .We needed to know what we needed done to our truck .Here we ran into our camper hookup not working our brakes needed done. These workers went out of their way and took care of it all and even put us on the friends and family and saved us 10% off our purchase .I would recommend this place for parts service and buying a camper.
Very disapointed in the service at Meyers RV. We should have went back to Wilkins. Told us they would take care of the caulking of some seams on our 2017 Motorhome and some paint issues and clearly never did. We drove it from there to home and when we were loading the camper my husband looked up and there was a cut in the awning. We contacted them right away by email and recieved a response that they would call us the next day. Three days later we had to call them because we never got a call. We never got a call after that. We continue to call them and told it was not under warranty . We had to send the picture and I am pretty sure at was a screwdrive cut because when we did our walk through the man keep dropping one in the floor.A month later and still no replaced awning. They act like they simply dont care. This is a new camper not a few years old. Very disapointed in the service and really want to send this Motorhome back to them and go to Wilkins.
I was really nervous about getting a washer/dryer combo because Ive heard horrible reviews on them. Scott and his service team installed the Splendide 2100 xc and put a vent on the outside of our camper for us and I love it! They installed it quickly and professionally and the combo has made me very happy. Thank you Meyers!
Was going to be in the area, and wanted to look at RVs. I had spoken to a gentleman who was going to look at inventory that was at other locations and get back with me. Never called me back, he supposedly had one that met my criteria. Upon arrival, he would not come out sent another guy out while I had to start over with.We were willing to go to show if they had what we were looking for.Second time there over 4 years, and wont return.Poor customer service
We had a positive buying experience at Meyers RV in Churchville. Larry Bonacci and John Blanchard were very helpful and worked hard to meet our needs and expectations. Mike in finance got us a good loan rate and explained the benefits of our warranty package. As a result my wife and I feel we got a great deal on a trailer that should give us years of family enjoyment.
Sunday evening I was driving by, I turned up the driveway to use the dump tank. I made it halfway up the driveway with my 31ft 5th wheel toy hauler and an employee was locking the gate. He saw me, proceeded to lock the gate, in passing he told me that this location closes at 4. I understand closing and not letting us use the tank, however we were forced to back down the driveway into the road. Went down the road to Wilkins, much better service.
Bought our third camper but our first fifth wheel from Myers at the RV show in Hershey Rick Hazzard was our salesman and he went above and beyond to get us where we wanted to be and is a very knowledgeable and kind salesman I recommend Myers rv in bath and deal with Rick for your RV needs great customer service and quality product. Also you get what you pay for.
Being away from home and having hitch parts break is a little daunting and can be a major pain. Not only did they drop whatever they were doing to fix it (in probably a half hour) but delivered what I would call fantastic customer service from every person I encountered from the minute I walked in the front door. AND these people knew their stuff! I honestly was shocked at such service and (gasp) genuine friendliness from such a big place. Made me feel like I was at a mom and pop dealership like we have at home.
Terrible customer service and attitude. Took our 5th wheel back to Bath location for a leak in the black water line. It was there for 2 weeks, never looked or addressed the problem. The service department, Scott in particular, was rude and basically blew us off. I will never recommend Meyers to anyone. Great at selling you the product and then doesnt want to provide the service
Warning. If you read this and buy a camper from Meyers you cant say you werent warned. The service technicians will not fix any issues that you have and Jessica in the service deparment is the rudest person ive ever met in customer service. So i informed the manager Adam Palmer and he also ignored me and I still have a 2017 camper that leaks and nothing will be done for me just excuses and them telling me there is no leak. Btw I videoed these leaks to show them and they still wont do anything.
Bought a high end park model from meyers in Bath, in Sept 2017 had issues from day one. Still trying to get warranty work done. Everytime we call parts on order, parts on order, no communication from Jessica when she said shed call back. Not happy with meyers in Bath at all. Dont recommend
We had the displeasure of taking our camper to Camping world in the middle of the transition to Meyers Rv. We were never told that our camper would not be worked on for several months because of the transition, hence not given an option to take it elsewhere for service until after the bad weather hit. During this time frame we lost our enclosed winter storage because we couldnt give a definite date to bring the camper to the facility. So Meyers says leave the camper here all winter, it will be fine. NOT!!! I go to check the camper today and find that rodents have been living in it. I would like to know who else had this issue this year. My camper is not even a year old, all cupboards were emptied and wiped down. You would think that they would take measures to ensure this didnt happen. Swarthouts does! And no the camper didnt go thete with a rodent in it!!!!!
Bought a fifth wheel camp .had bad luck. On fige .thay said its OK but its not .toke it camping .fige work for about. 6 mybe 7 hrs .and stop working. And know thay want me to pay to have it fixed.the service is not what they say. I will never bye a thing from them .again . I have the fifth wheel for 3 mouths .the service is bad thay lie really good. U bye and then thay been u over and put it to you i will never bye a camp from them again.
Brought in my mother in laws rv for a quote to cap off ONE busted water line and a few other things.we picked it up and suddenly had a mish mosh of busted water lines that it looks when they took off the paneling, they also accidently busted the additonal lines then they panicked and crammed them back in before replacing the paneling.
I want to commend Rick and Alex for all the help I received from them. They answered all of my questions and walk me through the process with a caring and patient attitude, which made me feel very comfortable purchasing my RV. I am extremely grateful for all thier help.

2022-05-09Jake P is an incredible sales associate! He is honest, fun, real & works his butt off for his customer. Jake also is an avid camper himself and understands life in camper - which is important when you want to “talk shop”. We are so thankful for all he did in finding our dream camper.

2022-03-12We purchased a 2021 Jayco JayFlight Toy Hauler. Very excited for warmer weather to get out camping and be able to take the Harley with us! I would highly recommend Alex, he always responded quick to my emails, why we went there to check out a camper. Everyone we worked with at Meyers was super nice and helpful. Left with a nicer camper and they matched the price of a smaller camper at Camping World. Excited that we will have more room and a deck with railing!

2022-03-23If you are in the market for a new or used RV you owe it to yourself to check out Meyers RV Superstores! Whether you call the store or stop in to view their HUGE selection of RVs Alex is the salesperson you will want to deal with because of his professionalism, friendliness and willingness to work hard to make this a great buying experience. Alex was VERY responsive to our many phone calls, texts and emails to answer any and all concerns we had prior to buying our trailer. We are from Canada and our first point of contact when we arrived at the Bath store location was a a warm, friendly greeting from Shelby, Tammy and Karin. Alex then introduced us to Kyle - General Mgr. - who welcomed us to the dealership and Jamie in Finance who helped us getting the paperwork completed again in a very friendly manner. Mike in service was remarkable as he worked diligently with us to make sure all our needs were fulfilled. We had purchased a used sway bar/weight distribution hitch system in Canada to used with this trailer but they explained to us that is was not heavy or secure enough for our trailer. They helped us select the proper system and installed it the same day to get us on our way. I cant thank them enough to make certain our safety was paramount for our long trip home. Casey in service took his time to show us all the features of the trailer and not only how they worked but also THAT they worked as well. Casey, Jessica, Carli, Justin, James and Doug are extremely competent and AGAIN friendly. Everyone at this dealership made us feel like family and it was a very pleasant buying experience. We would definitely buy from them again!

2022-05-02Update- we have problems with our RV (haven’t even used it yet). The Bath location has been horrible with keeping in touch (they were fantastic when trying to make a sale). We are going to the Syracuse location since it closer for service. The Bath location has NOT followed through with anything. After conversations back and forth for the last month we are just going to fix the problems ourselves since Syracuse is so backed up with appointments. Beyond disappointed. We spent well over 65k. I expect more with such a large investment. I will say Alyx (salesman) has tried to keep communication going.Myers in Bath, NY helped us find our perfect RV. I would say I’m a difficult, indecisive customer. I knew what I wanted but still had trouble finding the perfect used RV. Alex, the salesman was amazing. He looked at all of their locations for us. His communication throughout the whole process was what helped to seal the deal. We live over 2 hours away and we were able to do everything from home. He even sent me YouTube videos with full walk throughs to help me narrow down the choice. More importantly, once we arrived for pick up we had a few hiccups in the process. He and another salesman Jeff (along with the other staff) made everything go seamless. I hope this amazing service continues now that we purchased because normally that’s where service lacks (in my previous experiences). I highly recommend speaking with Alex at the Bath location to help you as well. You will not be disappointed!

2022-03-18What an excellent experience at Meyer’s RV of Bath! Went with a friend looking to downsize my toyhauler! I kinda knew what I was looking for and wanted to see some floor plans! I spoke with Cam Wisniewski! He found me EXACTLY what I was looking for! He went the extra mile to get me information on the unit! I never felt pressured with him! He stayed in contact with me through the whole process…even after the camper went home with me! Shelby was very pleasant, helpful and informative about afew items I needed for the camper! Matt did the PDI with me and took care of a door alignment on the spot! Done before the WDH was complete! Speaking of that, Casey had my old Equilizer set up perfect for my ride home!Again, awesome experience!

2022-02-21My husband and I purchased a 2021 Avenger pull behind. This was our first camper purchase, so we had many questions. Our sales person was Nate Nichols at the Bath, NY location and he was wonderful! Nate knew EVERYTHING about every camper we looked at and made suggestions based on what our truck could haul. He answered all of our questions and helped us every step of the way! We will definitely contact him in the future if we ever decided to upgrade.

2022-02-27We just took delivery of our new camping trailer. It was a long-distance transaction since we live 3 hours away - but they had just the trailer we were looking for at a great price. This is our second trailer and I must say that this buying experience was light years better than the first! From our salesman Alex who gave us a Facetime tour of the unit in the freezing cold to the maintenance crew that had to change a tire on the trailer with no notice - they went out of their way to help. I was most impressed by the organization - when we arrived they were totally ready for us and we started the orientation right away - no standing around waiting. And when a soft tire on the trailer was found to have a screw in it, they changed the tire immediately and sent us on our way!I would totally buy from them again - even with the three hour drive - they are SO much better than any dealer locally.

2022-04-06Just pick up our travel trailer today!! Could not be happier! Alex Morich was absolutely fantastic helping find exactly what I wanted, it was a process on my end but he always checked in to see how I was making out looking and deciding what was the best fit for us and was available 24/7 for any questions or concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. We can not wait to get out and use it now. I would definitely recommend contacting Alex to anyone who is interested in purchasing an RV he will definitely find you what you are looking for and be there for anything else you need!! Thank you so much!!
