It was extremely cold outside and I had 3 people with me. I called My Street to request a larger cab to bring us back in one car. They informed me that didnt have a larger cab available. And referred me to a sister company. When I called them I informed them of the fact it would be 4 of us. They sent a regular car and charged me a higher price than what was told to me on the phone. When I called My Street. All they had to say was okay. I will not be using them ever again and recommend you dont as well.

I had an incredibly poor experience. I waited 30 minutes and the car never arrived. I called in and found out they never ordered the cab for me. Fifteen minutes later, no cab in sight. I called and was told that the car went to the wrong address. Finally, almost an hour late a taxi arrived.The person who answers the phone is extremely difficult to understand. He led me to believe that I could pay over the phone through credit card. After asking him to confirm several times, I gave him my credit card info. Guess what? Once the taxi came, I was told that credit cards needed to be swiped in person!On top of everything else, I was charged for bridges and tolls. That was a fun surprise!I will not be contacting this unprofessional car service again.

This Car Service is the best !! I called them up to book a car for 8 hours for New Years Eve and they delivered! My family was so happy, I cannot thank My Street enough! The car was neat and clean & the driver was extremely nice. Definitely recommended to anyone needing a ride anywhere around town.

Poor service from this company. Reserved a ride pick up from airport in advanced, never showed up, when I called they said they don’t have a car. Used them once before that, was told one price on the phone, when I was dropped off, the driver demanded more money.

I live in opal building and i can say that this car service is the most reliable and dependable in the neigbourhood.once i was getting late for my flight i had this other car service coming to get me but they got lost while getting here so i searched google and found my street car service read there reviews and they were positive so i called them and they were here in less then 5 minutesthank you for being reliable and making me get to my flight on time

I will never call this car service again. I was going to the airport and I called them a day ahead. When the elderly gentleman driving passed my front door, I kept motion him if it was him the car service since there wasnt any company names on it. He didnt give me any response, and when I asked him if he just came to my back door for luggages, he could hardly produce a word and mumbering that I did it the last time and gave me a frown. I decided not to using him.

If I could rate them as 0 stars I wouldI ordered a cab to deliver careering order for meThey were 40 minutes late and when the first driver came he claimed it was too much food and left , the second driver came increased the price in $15And it took him 2 and half hours to get from queens to the city which is impossible ( checked on GPS at was about an hour )They are dishonest and rude
