Took me many stops before finding someone that I knew I could trust. After educating me about every piece of jewelry that I was trying to sell, Dr. Verma not only offered me more in terms of price but also in terms of respect. I visited many dealers and jewelry stores, and none matched Nassau Buyers ability to explain the details of my items, and offer a price based on every aspect of the item. Particular items that were designer they paid more for than the stores offering for just the weight in gold. I will be recommending them to many friends!

Excellent experience at this location , I was running late and called to see if they could keep the store open until I came and Oz waited for extra time without closing even though he was late to pick up his child from daycare. He went out of his way for me which I greatly appreciated. Also gave me a great deal with my transaction. I had a wonderful experience and without a doubt go back again. I highly recommend them. Good experience with these people. Understanding that they are very well versed with their diamond grading and appraisals made it easy for me to get comfy selling them an old diamond engagement ring. I originally wanted to sell some jewelry and a diamond ring but ended up selling the diamond engagement ring only because I received enough for it that I didnt need to liquidate the jewelry.

The proprietors went out of their way to re-set a diamond ring i had purchased from their sister company. I was out of the country and needed the ring in a specific time frame as it was supposed to be brought to me by my colleague who was staying in NY for only a few daysThey went all the way to Manhattan to pick up and then deliver the ring back in time and the quality of work is absolutely superb. The first time I came, I was helped by Oz. He pulled me into a private room, examined everything I had, weighed it, explained what it was I had, their value, and gave a generous sum for it all. He was so kind and professional and I couldnt thank him enough. The second time I went, I was helped by Vijay. For some reason, from the moment i came in, it felt like me being there was an inconvenience for him. He briefly examined what i had, but for the things he offered to take, he did not tell me what i had, he did not weigh anything, and he even told me something i had was not silver when i confirmed with multiple sources that it was. He offered a very low sum for the items, just off the top of his head, keeping me in the dark the whole time. Was very shady, unprofessional, and i feel like i probably got screwed over. The entire process left a bad taste in my mouth, and i can only assume he handled me this way because he was suspicious of me (which there was no reason for), considering that many other reviews of him are positive. The overwhelmingly positive experience i had the first time is why i will definitely come back in the future, but i will only deal with Oz.
I first went to Nassau 3 years ago on the recommendation of a friend who bought his engagement ring there. In the past three years they have helped me with the purchase of a couple diamonds, a custom platinum ring and bracelet. They have also turned me into a total watch addict, I will never go anywhere else! Simply tell them what you want and if they dont have it they will get it and at the best price I could find.
I visited nassau buyers on a sunday before closing hours and they ended up keeping the shop open for an extra 15 minutes for me as they evaluated a diamond ring I had. This was my second deal with Nassau buyers and it was as good if not better than my first experience. I always tell friends and family who are looking to buy or sell and even trade for new watches or jewelry to check them out.

I brought my jewelry into their location yesterday. They were about to close but the gentleman let me in. I brought in a couple gold coins and some old jewelry. I had taken my gold to 3 other stores before I came to them. I got offers of 2200, 2500, and 2550. The nasau buyers gave me 2900 right off the bat. I def recc these guys!
The Best Pawn Shop in the neighborhood by far!! We drove from Bethpage which is a 5 minute drive, Oz and PJ greeted us as we walked in and they were so friendly and helpful to my mother and I !!! They dont deserve not even a star! Perhaps because I spoke Spanish or dressed casual, but still can not lose my indignation, when the owner offered me $ 400.00 for two Cartier watches (one of them a Cartier Santos) and two alarm clocks, one Mont Blanc and other Tiffany. The owner told me that the Santos was old! Maybe he would not buy a painting by Van Gogh, because it is old! He did not know what is a classic !!! Thank God I am not in need and I rejected the offer which seemed more an attempt to take advantage of the ones in need. It was outrageous. I bought those watches, I didnt steal them. Do not go to that place! They will try to take advantage of YOU! Go elsewhere.

2016-10-24I was trying to sell an engagement ring and wedding band after my divorce. Everyplace I had taken it to really spoke down to me and made me feel stupid for buying it where I originally bought it, and not knowing anything about diamonds . This was not the case with Nassau gold buyers. They were extremely nice, and extremely knowledgeable and also very friendly. I didnt feel like I was getting taken advantage of in the least and they gave me the best price I had ever received for the ring. I highly recommend them .
