Reserving a bus was simple and easy. I was able to choose one that met my needs and the driver arrived at the airport on time and even helped us all load up.
Everyone here cares about customers. They went above and beyond to make sure they could charter my 75 guests to a hotel three towns away. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. Two thumbs up.

The driver we had was pleasant, cheerful, and professional. He even provided us with some great suggestions on where to eat when we asked. We never once felt rushed or pressed for time either.

2019-01-02Bus Rental of NYC took the residents of our 55 plus community to Cape May for a day trip. The ride was very comfortable and scenic and the driver was very safe and courteous. He did not drive carelessly like some have in the past. We will hire this bus company for our trip next year. We really had a great time with this bus rental company.

2019-02-26My husband rented a bus for me and my girlfriends as a surprise. We were all blown away with how nice the inside of the bus was. It had the right amount of lighting and the amenities made the ride enjoyable. Talk about a great night out on the town.

2018-12-28We hire Bus Rental to take a large group to a wedding out in Sussex County NJ. We had a choice of everyone driving and getting a hotel room or using Bus Rental and returning the same night. The bus charter worked out well and saved everyone a lot of time and money. The bus was clean and the ride was smooth and comfortable. Someone made a very good choice in Bus Rental for the day rather than big hotel bill for the night.

2018-12-27We use Bus Rental for company outing a couple times per year. They provide the best charter bus transportation. They are always clean and ready to go when we need theme and the drivers are very professional and courteous. We have never needed any other bus charter since we found Bus Rental of NY.

2019-03-19My mom rented a bus from here for my graduation party. It was for me and 50 guests of mine. We took the bus to a local theme park and then out clubbing for the night. It will be a night to remember for sure.
