Very bad service on call n very rude behaviour n they dont know the process to explain nicely.
Get there right when they open for whatever u need and youll be out before 11am, some people get there after 10am so ofcourse youll be there forever ,plus I have patience.
Limited services here... one will find out after being called instead of having a sign showing what limited services they offer there.

The assistants never answer the calls and after a long wait they knock you down and you have to call again, I have been calling for a month and I have not asked to communicate, I would like to know if I can go personally to make my name change appointment

2022-06-29Worst phone service ever they LITERALLY HANG UP THE CALLS AFTER BEING IN HOLD FOR OVER 2 hour’s. Sad and pathetic all in one considering if people are calling in reference to their account it’s bcz they need the help. My child didn’t receive benefits in months followed every step for him to continue to receive benefits faxed numerous times paperwork, mailed and STILL NOTHING. Unreal!

2022-03-23I been trying to change my MR.to Miss for the last year. I called three time on April, May & June of 2021. I was reassured that Medicare changed my title so that my family doesnt have any problems when Im gone. I called Medicare on 3/2022 and they havent received the request from SSA. I been on hold for an hour now, I am very disappointing.

2022-05-31If you need to replace, get a new card or update information like if your birthday is wrong on SSA system then this is not the place. The right location is the 820 grand concourse location. I came here and wasted my time but the security helped me find the right place.

2017-11-13The worse SS Office to go to. You have to wait forever. i have requested to speak with a supervisor 3 times and I still have yet to see a supervisor. Waited all day and Window 17, Ms.Miguel gave me false information. Therefore I had to come back another day and wait all over again! The staff is incompetent and rude. They need to train their staff better and have more accessible supervisors. This office needs to improve or be shut down because they are useless and will waste your time!
