This place is good with cars! Everyone there was pleasant, and I was satisfied! I don’t understand how people are saying it’s so expensive. It’s very straightforward and on point. If you can’t pay $60 just say that you’re broke and move along. Overall, I will come back again! Also, anyone who has high standards should tone it down. It’s New York it’s not supposed to be smelling like flowers and be perfect.
Do you want to pay $20 for a wash and have the worst experience ever? Go to this place. After the wash I was wondering if they actually washed my car.
Expensive but I like the service and the end results. If your willing to pay a little extra this place is good. They did an amazing job on my car detail also. One time I was here they forgot my car mats and I didnt realize. I went to get gas a few blocks away and they called me (they had my number form the detail appointment) and I told them I would be right there. The guy ran to the gas station I was at with my mats, I was extremely grateful for that and it was totally unexpected. I usually hit this spot once or twice a month as its close to home and wait time is very minimal to none at all.
What a sorry excuse of a car wash… I have never written a review but I feel it’s necessary to let everyone know NOT to come here. Soapy tires when it was “finished” little to no effort cleaning the interior… absolutely pathetic. Please spend your money elsewhere
Its hard to tell who to talk to when you get out of the car. There was no one by the computer so I walked around my car toward the office to see if someone was in there. At that moment, one of the workers looked at me and pointed at my car as if they were asking if it was mine. I nodded yes and he starts to walk to the computer so I walk over towards him.At the same time, the driver of the car behind me also walked over to him and told him what service he wanted. As soon as I reach the computer, the worker hands me a receipt when I didnt even tell him what service I wanted. So I told him that I want the Platinum service and he said verbatim its too late, you shouldve come and told me before as if he gave me a chance.Poor customer service, wasnt even washed properly, and price is absurd $20 for a mere standard exterior wash on a car.He even had the audacity to say get it next time as if Id go back there after this experience. Ruined my whole day as I had to clean it myself. Guess I shouldve done that from the get go 🙃.
Worst car wash ever. When I went in to talk to a manger since my bmw came out of the wash with a lost right light, the cashier said the man who was so disrespectful outside was the manager. When I asked for his name, the cashier Angie wasn’t of much help and said she doesn’t know her own managers name! Very unprofessional and ill mannered. The man who is supposedly the manager was very rude and disrespectful. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not go there if you expect your car to come out in one piece.
Very poor job. They lefty soap, waterspots, treesap and dirt on my truck.. They left streaks on my windows and didnt even touch my rear window. They didnt wipe down my dashboard and did a very poor job vacuuming. I paid for the Gold package and tipped $10! When I showed them the deficiencies, they just blamed each other. Never wasting my time or money there again.
I had construction water pour off an overpass and came in contact with some panels on my car. Eventually it just became an eye sore and googled for a spot in Flushing, Queens and found this place. It was quick and pretty cheap compared to other NYC prices. Bought the cheapest exterior package expected average clean but was pleasantly surprised by the results. It wasnt entirely perfect (some small hard to reach places towards the bottom panels) but it was also freezing outside. Staff were friendly and clear about driving directions I left with an amiable impression. Im pretty sure I found my spot. Thank you for your services 😁
Today I had a bad experience with this place. Ive asked the guy who gives tickets to what you need done to be careful with my floor mats. Of course the other guy grabs them and throws them across the concrete floor scratching my rubber floor mats. If you go here watch them carefully. They have no respect for peoples personal belongings.
Decided to get a proper car wash and visited this business. Figured it would be nice to upgrade to the platinum package and what a disappointment. The roadkill (bugs) that normally stay on the front of the car were still there and the vehicle was just as dirty as before. Tried to ask the workers to remedy the situation and instead was told that I would “need 200 washes” to clean this. Seriously ? How is this even a response ? Will never go there again.
They had always done a great job with my car, but my recent experience with a worker in the back who is responsible for giving customers service stubs will result in me never going there again. He was the most belligerent person I have ever met.
Horrible car wash by far the worst experience! My interior wasn’t touched at all just vacuum. And exterior was still filthy, and the poorest dry down ever. Honesty the experience was disrespectful it was so bad. I paid for the platinum too!
This place is probably one of the worst car wash in NYC. I just dropped in to quickly get an exterior wash after snow storm recently. As I approached the check in area and got out of my car, the guy printing checks yelled same price for everyone and just chose full service package without asking. I did not want full service since interior wasnt that dirty. There was a long line behind and I did not want to cause delay so I just went with it and waited for my car to go through. When it was done, I still saw visible marks on all surfaces but the finishing staffs only wiped the windows a few times and that was it. It got worse after driving around a bit as wetness dried. I saw even worse dirty spots and nothing was cleaned. This place is absolute waste of money. Just dont go here. Period.
Car was cleaned pretty well for a fair price. The reason Im giving it 5 stars is because the staff found my mothers ring that she lost in her car and gave it to her instead of stealing it!
The guys that work here are dogs non stop whistling degrading and rude! Girls are nice respective, managers another story trying to complain that your car is still super dirty they just laugh and walk away like customers mean nothing

Got the Gold wash. With tax comes out to be almost $25. Used to include wipe down of the interior but no longer. They are getting sloppy with vacuuming too. Three stars for competitive pricing but no more.
Two stars are only for Employees are nice. Overall This is the most disappointed car wash I’ve ever been to. My crashed crackers are still right on my seat, leaves are still sticking on my cabinet, coffee stains are still on my cup holder🤷♀️ definitely will not go again.

I made an appoint for detailing my car that included steam and shampooing the interior and a standard exterior wash. I dropped of the car at 10 AM and I told the attendant and cashier I needed the car ready by 1 PM. They both told me no problem as I was the next car. I stopped by on time and saw the attendant was still cleaning the interior and needed another hour. I was unhappy and left. I finally get a call around 2:30 to pick up my car. I get there and had to wait another 10 minutes as the attendant was away working on another car. The car interior was still damp (no surprise) but the inside windshield had horrible streaks. I complained to the attendant to rewash all the interior glass. He was not happy but I could care less considering the poor service this place provides for a $160.00 detail job. I should have read the Yelp reviews before giving this place any business. I would NOT recommend anything more than the standard exterior wash for this place.
Yea this was an average if that car wash. So 2 stars fits perfectly. It sucks because this place is so close to home, but Ill go and try other local washes before coming here again. I thought the price was a little off for the actual work done. This would be a last resort for me.
The car washes are not very thorough. Paid for the most expensive wash thinking itd be better and there was still grime and dirt in many of the edges/small corners of the car.

Been going here for years. Getting a bit pricey, but I get it with Covid-19. Needs a bit more attention to detail with cleaning windows, but overall they do a good job here.
Often come here for car wash only because there is no other car wash available in Flushing area. Even though they wash badly every time my family or I come, I never complained. However, this time i gotta say something. This is what my father got after the car wash. you guys seriously need to wash more thoroughly!!
I dont know what to say.......I was cleaning my car so the works dont have to clean a lot. By the time Ive finished organizing my car, the place closed. I didnt get to get my car washed...........I wanted to wash my car because I am going in for the 6month service to check up for my car......well.....I just have to take my car without getting it cleaned........
Not the best but still much better than Little Neck Car Wass. Fast and clean interior vacuum service and most of all, the workers are pretty serious for what they are doing. In Southern California, you can find in every corner a 10 time nicer car wash service but I guess New York has very low standard of car wash business. I just pretend to be satisfied.
I was really impressed. My car was a total mess inside and out from a 5000 mile road trip. Did a really good job inside and out. And very quickly. I got the Silver for $16.02 and I am very satisfied. I will go back when I am in the area.
$16.30 for a regular wash, employees were polite, some residues still left after the wash but I expected those since they were rock hard. I am giving it 3 stars because they did not vacuum clean my trunk, this is A-OK car wash place.
Their service is terrible, no Coustmer service, they do not vacuum the inside properly even when you tell them before to clean properly.When your car come outside the washing station it still has soap on it and they dont dry it .Over all do not waste your money on this car wash.

Ummm. Not very expensive, but also not very thorough. They pre hand washed parts of the car, then went through a car wash portion, which is fine. The interior was not very well cleaned, and left a lot of streaks in the Windows. I wouldnt bother going back here unless I wanted to watch them like a hawk and make sure theyre doing a good job. Which I dont.
Staff members are reallyfriendly, helpfuland know what they doing, price average, like every other carwash I had a carpet shampoo and Im happy with the service :)
I work as a driver so i regularly inspect my vehicle especially after its been cleaned. So after inspecting the car after its been cleaned, I find a hole on my floor mat. I address this to the manager and he claims his worker saw it already there while vacuuming my car and forgot to inform me of the damage. The employees regularly remove the floor mats and bang on them to remove any debris. I suspect one of them banged it so hard he put a hole in it and tried to hide it. In any case they wouldnt reimbursement me. GO ELSEWHERE FOR A CARWASH. If you do decide to go to this establishment INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE!
They got wax all over the back seat and the passenger door. I dont look right away...i get in and go when my car is finished, but it was a royal pain to get it off the leather.
They offer a piss poor wash for the money youre paying. The cleaners dont give a damn once the car has come through the wash. Washing your car yourself is better than coming here.

The Car Wash hasbeen there along time. Not much to say about a car wash. Prices o.k just make sure when the guys are shining up your car at the end keep an eye on them because some of the guys try to get away with not completing their job!!
You have to really make sure they do everything you asked... I asked at least three times to wash the underside of my car and paid and tipped them for it , and even after the car washing attendant telling me twice that the car is ready to go, obviosusly nothing more than the basic wash through the drive was done.. and a crappy job at that. Then the unhelpful owner told me theres nothing she can do. No apologies.. never going back there.
They take care of your car, full interior vacuum and cleaning and detailing for less than 50 bucks. My new fave spot

I told them clean the road salt from the car undercarriage, but after the service, I found they do nothing about the cleaning, there are still lots of road salt underneath of my car. Be careful when you clean your car there during the snow season.
Just washed my car. They didnt clean interior at all. Nothing! I paied $27! Just put water and wash thats it. Horrible
In the morning, after going to the car wash, there is a change banknote in the handcuffs. There is a two-dollar dollar in the car. Where can I go? Can you think about it? I don’t want to brush it out. I have to wipe it again every time.

I washed my car a few weeks ago here. It’s value it descent, but the machinery wasn’t the best quality. They didn’t bother to actually thoroughly dry it at the end of the wash.

These guys have been in this business for a very long time.The quality of their service has gone down hill over time.I have seen many arguments break out and complaints submitted however there is no improvement at this facility.

Today this family refused to provide service for our car. We came here on weekdays before. Today they refused to accept our car wash here because of the low chassis of our car. We are very difficult to understand and accept it. Sunday so they dont want to undergo the simplest cleaning.

2022-07-09Went in for a simple car wash and they left paint inside my car and a blob of it on the outside of my car, insist that’s it was there to begin with yet I don’t work near or with paint, it looks fresh like it was just done, even checked my shoes to make sure nor have I stepped on any paint. They are so full of sh. It’s clear white paint. You would be able to tell that right away and they didn’t even try to fix the issue. Never coming back again

2022-06-29I paid $30 for a platinum wash and they only washed the outside without cleaning the inside. Two very aggressive workers in the environment one with a French beard and trucker cap and the other was tall with a blue jumper. When I approached both they used the I cant speak English card when they could understand me. With employees like these it will only bring the business down

2022-01-14This car wash was amazing and cleaned my car so throughly. I would like to commend the staff on doing such a great job. My car was shining all the way home. For the price its worth it. Came here on a friends reccomendation.The tunnel looks awesome and hope it gets updated with Simoniz signs and new products. The original equipment seems like it is in good shape mechanically but should be checked daily.Hope this adds stars and keeps this place open forever.

2017-08-02Went to have my truck washed, paid extra because it was a pickup truck which is crazy to me because its actually less area to clean since I dont have a back seat. When the guys go to dry it, one of them call me outside and say theres a problem, apparently one of the brushed fell on the truck as it was going under and put 4 gashes in my driver door, I go tell the receptionist girl who has to be like 17 what just happened, she called the manager who wasnt there and then ignored my questions why something like this would happen. Then processed to tell me I dont even work here as shes swiping the next customers credit card.... I get it, if mommy got you a summer job with your uncle or some other family member you still got to represent the company as an employee. Anyway the manager finally showed up, he was trying to be accommodating and said he would pay for the damages, we go inside to write up something saying he would pay for it and they receptionist girl starts saying I was being rude before, when all I was doing was asking legit questions on how that could happen to my truck. Thats when things really got weird, the managers 16 year old son starts threatening me and saying oh you just want us to pay for it because you cant afford to fix it yourself and your truck just cant take a hit which both statements are ridiculous, who takes their vehicle somewhere for it to get hit? The manager then goes with me outside and writes up something saying he would pay for the damages and I leave. When I come back with estimates. To fix the door he says its too expensive and refuses to pay, now I have to go thru my insurance, pay a deductible and hope that my insurance is able to recover that from the businesses insurance (assuming they have insurance). It was one of the oddest experiences iv had with a business, iv been going for 15 years and it has been on a steady decline, no one cares for their job there. VERY unprofessional, from the snobby cashier girl who doesnt care about how she portrays the business because mommy got her the job, to the manager who lied about paying to fix my truck, to the guys who do a half ass job of drying your vehicle, alot of whom have watches & jewelery on their wrists and leave scratches. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED, DO NOT GO THERE
