So Professional, very polite, very detailed. I needed few documents for my passport few months back. Today I needed 1 more document to be notarized, I am called him and he gave me time. he is very good man charge very less compare to all other in the area. Fast and cheap.Office was a total disaster- crammed full of stacks upon stacks of unorganized papers and boxes.No issues with service whatsoever, would strongly recommend for notary needs despite the off-putting appearance of the place.

With 3 hours notice David met me at JFK airport to notarize a document during my layover. He was on time and very professional.

We dealt with Mindy at Notary-NY after having problems with paperwork at our Embassy, and she not only got new papers ready and notarized for us, but she was patient with two dazed out-of-towners, she gave us directions on how to complete all of our additional paperwork for the next day, and the price was way low! 2022-05-2710/10 would recommend!!In full transparency, I’ve never used a notary service before - but I’m glad that my first experience was with Notary New York. The team is FAST to respond, and so accommodating. I was ready to go out to Manhattan for their in-person services but they actually have remote Notaries who can come to you within the boroughs (I am out in Queens, for reference)! I inquired first online and then organized my entire appointment that same night over text. Within 48 hours (and despite some technical issues on my end), I had a completed I9 :)Thanks NNY team!

2021-08-02David was extremely professional, informative, and patient - I have never used a notary service before and he walked me through patiently and made me feel at ease. I called the next day for an appointment that day and Edith was also so easy to work with and friendly. She came to my office and made quick work of my situation, and I am very grateful that I found this service! Would absolutely recommend, they will travel to you and generously offer 24/7 services.

2022-01-01I had a time-sensitive 14 page notarization to get done and didnt want to leave it for last minute and many notaries I normally used were out either for the holidays or sick with covid. This service is not cheap but I felt quoted a fair price that I was willing to pay to reduce my anxiety about this and save additional search costs. The notary they sent was terrific. Her name was coti and she was delightful to chat with as we did our work and was extremely careful to do things right. If I was in the same circumstances Id be happy to call them again.

2021-06-30Helped us out in such a bind! I am a Mortgage Lender from Austin with a client in NY who needed an emergency notary because the other 2 we tried were horrible. He answered my call and had a game plan in place for us within minutes. I could tell this was not his first rodeo and was experienced in getting things done. There can be complex document signing situations and they were AMAZING. Because of him, my clients did not lose the home they are purchasing. So incredibly grateful for the professionalism and speed. Highly recommend!!!!
