This is, by far, the worst customer service I have received. My mother and I went back to this store because she did not get an item she paid for. The store is very cluttered and unorganized. The owner made an argument about the items purchased on the receipt because my mother did not bring all the items she originally purchased earlier that day.We returned to the store less than 6 hours from when The Purchase was made. You would think the owner would check the camera. Instead, this fool, says no-one will help you. Lets Keep in mind; my mother has spent a lot of money in this store in the past. The owner has no management skills and is very disrespectful when it comes to black women when most of your clients are women of color.I would never step foot in this beauty supply store again. I dont care how cheap it is.

The staff there is very helpful. EverythingAt to ur convenience for hair , face , skin allUnder 1 roof. Price not bad idea. Will shop there again.
