Beena was very professional. She greeted me as soon as I walked into the boutique, and helped steer me towards what I was looking for. She was courteous in every aspect and helped educate me on some things that Omega does for their clients. I will be going back, for sure.
We visited the Roosevelt Field Mall Boutique. We called before we went to inquire about 2 models. Eugene had the 2 watches out and a few similar ones when we got there. 2022-09-07Very pleasant experience purchasing a watch from the boutique. I was assisted by both Beena and Siying during my purchase and I was taken very well care of by both of them. They even serve drinks from the bar while you shop. Top tier, A+ service all around and I was very happy with not only my purchase but my overall experience. This boutique is highly recommended if shopping for an Omega time piece. Thank you, and I will be back.

2022-06-11It was pretty cool to look at all the watches and get details to the specifics of each one that caught my eye. I wound up buying the Sea Master Planet Ocean. The assistance and information received was both friendly and professional. They also serve alcohol. Who does that? I would definitely recommend going there to look around and/or pick something up.

2022-05-07This is one of my favorite stores to shop at. Everyone is so kind and down to earth. I remember my first time walking in to the store and met Ms.Sisy. She was very kind and sweet. Answered all my questions with patience. At that point i was getting into watches and she guided me so well with the history of Omega. She educated me on all the models from Aquaterra to Seamaster to Speedmaster. Its been quite a journey and now i own a few Omegas. She knows how to treat a customer with patience and respect. After that she introduced me to her wonderful team Mr Javier and Ms Beena. They were and are extremely kind to me everytime i stop by the store.Great customer service and Respect towards everyone walking in to the store.
