My wife and I love coming here. The quality is great and the prices are the best. No extra charge for boba/toppings. Although it doesn’t have the variety of flavors like Kung Fu Tea across the street, I recommend this place much better due to the prices. We love the Fresh Mango Smoothie. Closed Monday’s due to Covid-19, despite saying it’s open on Google maps.
I just came back from VA. After passing by this bubble milk tea shop, I was attracted by the poster crispy chicken. The waitress said to buy a drink, the chicken is cheaper. A large cup of bubble milk tea and chicken is only 7.78 after tax, bubble Its free. I pack it and eat it in a nearby park. The chicken is really fragrant and crispy, with a thin skin and delicious! In Manhattan, this price is considered affordable! Hope to try again next time if there is a chance.
(Dec 26) I live in another state, but whenever im nearby, Im definitely coming here again! My family and I got bubble drinks here around the afternoon (Yakult Mango is delicious) and when we came back later at night, they recognized us and we told them we came back cause it was delicious! The drinks are big too for such a good price. We got Taro fries too and they threw in one of the employees favorites- for good reason too. Crispy chicken is super crispy and really good, and I so wish this cafe was local to me, because it really was wonderful!Service was fast, and they took good care to double check what we ordered for clarification.
Came here on a sunny day after a snow storm for refreshing beverage after my baos. Watched on Fung Bros that they had the most refreshing and not artificial tasting slushies in Chinatown so I came to check it out.I wanted either Watermelon or Strawberry, but unfortunately both were sold out. Settled on the Mango slush. Though its not one of my favorite fruits, the slush was indeed refreshing and not overly sweet (did not taste the artificial sugar)Definitely would come and try the other flavors, especially Strawberry because I LOVE strawberries.
Very cute & cozy place to get some bubble tea and or snacks. I tried the taro bubble tea and the almond milk bubble tea. Both were good and tasty. The prices were actually pretty decent for being in NYC & the service was quick. I would recommend going here. Prices are fair.
The tea is good and cheap, and the deals with multiple items are great, but for whatever reason there’s always a group of middle school aged looking students hanging out there, who usually don’t even have tea they’re just doing homework and oozing angst? I go here a lot because it stays open relatively late but it’s pretty annoying to feel like I’m in homeroom while waiting for boba. I’ve also had my order messed up a couple times, but overall it’s worth going to
This place was great until the lady in the front completely disrespected me and gave me a smoothie that in was allergic to and when i informed her about what had occurred she was SO RUDE. She treated me like a dog. She than tried to not give me the food I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. She was so rude and should not be allowed to talk to customers or any human like what she did to me. I will only come here when her shift is OVER.
Pros: The food here is the biggest draw. Its a decent price for the area and its good quality. The riceballs are better than the ones at Yayas, and the fried chicken is better than the ones at Vivis and Bubbly. The drinks come in different % of sugar - for me this is a plus since some nearby places have their drinks pre-mixed with sugar/syrup in them.Cons: [Sounds] Sometimes the drink machine gets ear-piercingly loud. The music is either bad rap or no music at all.
The service here is very good. But I think the guy who used to work in the front left, so we have teens working here. I have been eating here for about 3-4 years and never had an issue with the bathroom. Then that one time I bought something to eat and asked if I could e the bathroom there whispered to each other for a moment and went like we dont have a bathroom cmon you you can do better. Teens usually hang out here and it gets pretty loud. Kinda annoying though to be honest.
My review will be biased. I only tried one item here.Competition is rough in this area. Within a few steps you have Panda Cafe, Kung Fu Tea, Teado, etc.So because of the convenience and love of bubble tea I had to try the first three listed and Ill say they are all different in flavor. Im only going to be talking about Panda Cafes Taro Milk Tea with boba.Definitely ask for little to no ice. The taro flavor was refreshing. I got less sugar and this was the perfect sweetness for me. Im not a fan of boba but these were actually pretty good and chewy.
Recommend! The rare rating under my review is 5 stars! As a tea shop, it is very good, and the drinks and snacks are quite delicious (though not everyone likes it). However, because its storefront is indeed relatively small, there is no barrier-free entrance and exit, but they will provide assistance to those in need.
Today November 27 I visited it for the first time and it is a cozy place too small however the food is delicious, the mango tea and the crispy chicken delicious in addition to the taste the price is the best 5 USD and 3 USD, it is what you spend And I felt satisfied, I recommend it to everyone who visits the Chinatown, leaving there you can visit stores with a variety of items and at low prices, we had a great time, visiting this place is relaxing.

2022-05-14Been coming here since I was in middle school. Great place food is pretty cheap although it has gotten more pricy due to inflation. Their “advertisements” that say it’s like 2.25 for fries actually mean if you order a drink and fries the fries would only cost $2.25 but the drink would still be full price regardless. I saw a review about their false advertisement it’s not that confusing actually. I always get the popcorn chicken with a drink. Love their popcorn chicken probably my favorite item on their menu and it’s pairs really good w the sweet chili sauce that they give w it. Definitely give them a try! (Don’t have a lot of pictures of this place 😭)

2022-08-05Had the Taro milk tea with lychee jelly (8/5/22: Excellent taro flavor and the lychee jelly was a great alternative to boba/bubbles which are ok but I dont love). Next time will try the Fresh Watermelon Yakuit with Strawberry Popping Boba or the Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Jelly.

2021-07-12Loved the watermelon juice with yakult, paired well with the popcorn chicken. Most if not all of the ingredients are fresh here, and they certainly dont use powder to flavor those fruit drinks.

2022-07-23I ordered black tea with milk in hope that it would be Hong Kong style Dong Nai Tza. Sadly it was just ordinary tea with milk. It was ok though. Thats my bad. Next time Ill try something else on there big menu.

2022-06-07Really good bubble tea! Better than other popular chains in the city, their boba is flavorful and the milk tea has incredible depth! Highly recommend

2021-07-20I can only speak for the Jasmine green tea with bubbles. The green tea flavor came through strongly and the bubbles were cooked well, with proper chewy texture.I came back a few times and also tried the black tea and oolong tea. Unfortunately, those werent as good and had a powdery taste. The popcorn chicken was great, not too salty and had a good crunchy to chewy ratio. They sell snacks like this for $3.25 if you get a drink.Theyre now open everyday until 9pm and have limited indoor seating. Apparently, the place used to be known as Anda Café.The owners are super friendly, too. I would support this small business over the Kung Fu Tea across the street every time. (The tea and boba there taste kinda sus, anyway.)

2021-06-21One of the regular bubble tea houses we go to, decently priced and nice service, never tried any of their cooked foods.

2022-06-17Just got the basic milk green tea. Great on a hot day and they didnt add too much sugar like a lot of places. $7 minimum for cards, otherwise cash only.

2019-04-14Just went here a few days ago. This place is full of false advertisements. So I try to order the Crispy chicken with a drink for $2.25 that they advertise heavily, But thats not the case. $2.25 is the price of the drink. There is not even a picture of the drink in that poster lol it was so confusing. So then I tell them how much is the drink alone and she said $3 something. None of the prices are correct. Everything they advertise is not what it really is. Then there is a sign saying that the prices have been fine tuned. If it has then the advertisements havent been changed and its all over. My order that shouldve been $2.25 according to there advertisement was almost $9! Lol I wouldnt go back there again. A friend had the bubble tea and said it was great. I had sweet potatoes fries and the fried crispy chicken and it was good. The chicken fingers were very strange looking and the texture was mushy. But my issue was all the false advertisements and making customers confused. Like if u just advertise the things for what they are then people wouldnt complain or be confused.
