Dr. Tracy and her staff are fantastic! In addition to being a great orthodontist, Dr. Tracy is very good at explaining all the treatment choices, outlining the different pros and cons, as well as giving you a complete picture of the pricing so that there are no surprises. She is refreshingly low-pressure and did not push us towards the most expensive option or use anxiety to up-sell us. Her staff is just as helpful and patient as she is. I have already recommended Orthodontic Harmony to friends.
Absolutely NO complaints! I started my Invisalign treatment in the middle of a pandemic of 2020 and they followed through all the way, all while following covid guidelines! The whole staff are very professional, caring and communicate so well. Dr. Tracy is a sweetheart. You could tell she really cares about her clients and enjoys what she does. I promise you, you will be taken care of by Tracys team! Dont even second guess your visit, JUST GO! :)
Dr. Cheung is very dedicated and caring for her patients. She even gets more excited about my teeth alignment progress than I do. After going to another orthodontist who told me I was too old to get braces (31), Dr. Cheung gave me a plan and the confidence that we could get my teeth straight in no time. She is very clear on the information gives you and always makes sure that you understand the progress and next steps. Office is very clean and the staff is super friendly. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a great orthodontist like her!
My daughter has had a great experience with Orthodontic Harmony. Dr Tracey is very knowledgeable, and the whole process has been clear and smooth. Every step was explained thoroughly, and I could feel that the team was truly determined to help my daughter obtain her beautiful smile. We had no unexpected charges, which was also important to us. We just finished my daughter’s braces treatment with Dr. Cheung and her team. We were patients for almost two years and we liked the practice since the first visit. Everyone there is very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. They are environmentally responsible ( don’t waste any paper) and very modern and modest. The result are spectacular and my daughter is revealing a beautiful smile now!
From the moment of our very first consultation with Dr Cheung, the experience of treating my daughter for braces has been absolutely fantastic. Not only are Tracy and her staff friendly and efficient, they are excellent at treating children who have anxiety about dental work! Because of the skill and expertise of the team at Orthodontic Harmony, my daughter now has a gorgeous smile. We highly recommend them!!
This office is all about money. $50 if not able to cancel appointment 72 hours ahead. They try to be the nicest people to new patients because they can charge a lot of money at the beginning of the treatment, sometimes more than $1000 one time fee. Not so much attention to old patients. The staff turn over is high. I knew someone who worked at this office. Stuff was either fired or resigned every several months. Once you become a patient, you are trapped. Be careful! Many of the google reviews people are most likely Dr. Cheung’s accounts. You can see most of them only reviewed Dr. Cheung. There are not many people having time to write a review unless they are either really happy or really upset with the service provided. I am in business for nearly 9 years and got only one google review.
I had a great experience with Orthodontic Harmony. Dr Tracy and her team are amazing and I’m very happy with the way my teeth turned out. I started out with Invisalign but soon realized it wasn’t the best choice for me, so Dr Tracy suggested braces. Best outcome ever and I can’t thank them all enough!
My son’s brackets have fallen off before we’ve arrived home on FOUR separate occasions. After this gross incompetence, my son was told that we would be charged an additional fee (aka - we would literally be paying for their subpar care)The practice—and staff, in general—is unaccommodating, unprofessional, unapologetic, and “require ALL appointments to be made 6 weeks out”. They also don’t have hours that are advantageous for their clients (school-aged children) — which means that your child will be forced to miss school, 9 to 12 times/year, if you choose this practice.
Son completed treatment here with a great outcome. Dr. Tracy excels at orthodontics and Ayxa is very caring. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a clean, modern and warm practice. Flexible payments - Was able to use my FSA and then paid balance monthly.
I cannot underscore how GREAT Dr Cheung is!!!! From the initial visit to the placement of braces, it was amazing. The staff additionally explained every aspect of the process- including transparency with financing, and thorough explanation of the payment plans options. Dr. Cheung has made my Invisalign treatment very seamless and has delivered amazing results in a short amount of time! I’m so glad I found her practice. Myself and my teen child recently completed our treatment at Orthodontic Harmony. I am a medical professional myself, so I have a good sense of how a health care establishment should be run. This office knows their insurance cold. 1) They are in-network with many plans, and its obvious that they spend time checking insurance benefits very carefully. They knew that my treatment needed to be pre-authorized but my teen childs treatment did not require pre-authorization. They gave me a very accurate estimate when we came in for our consultations 1.5 years ago. 2) The office is very clean and runs on-time. I think the longest I have ever waited was 5 minutes. This is a true value-add for me because I work full-time and often schedule my check-ups during the work day. I feel like they value and respect my time. 3) The staff are well-spoken, welcoming and helpful. Ive needed statements to submit to my FSA and I always receive the information I need promptly. 4) Dr. Tracy Cheung is a fantastic doctor - she is great with kids and adults. For me, I did clear aligners and my teen went with braces. The end results for both of us has been top-notch. Just check out their Instagram to see their work! The photos dont lie.

Amazing orthodontist and staff! Dr Tracy is wonderful with communicating every step of the way during treatment! We travel almost an hour each way to see her, we wouldn’t go anywhere else once we met her. My son likes her as well and how she treats and talks to him, which is the most important opinion of all!! His results have been amazing. The office is clean and up to date on all the newest orthodontic equipment, making it even more comfortable for all!
Dr. Cheung and her team are amazing!!! I searched for an orthodontist for a few months before picking Dr. Cheung. The office is great, easily accessible, and super clean and inviting. Dr. Cheung explained all my options and the outcome of my treatment and I trusted her with my teeth. Even though the social distancing rules are still in place, it does not feel awkward. I had an amazing experience with Orthodontic Harmony! I broke my permanent retainer and did not have an orthodontist in the area so I called around to a few places and decided to go with Orthodontic Harmony. The staff are all very kind and welcoming, their equipment is top notch, and they were able to have a new retainer made for me in about a week. They were also incredibly accommodating of my service dog who accompanied me to my appointments. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them for your orthodontic needs!
I have been going to Orthodontic Harmony for four (4) months now. At each appointment I have been completely satisfied with my services as well as being seen on time. I am very impressed with Harmony Orthodontics. They have a wonderful staff that is both professional, knowledgeable while still remaining very kind when the process they are doing is difficult for the patient. Dr. Tracy Cheung is the absolute best! She really cares about each and everyone of her patients. Shes been helping me after Ive had braces and am now doing Invisalign treatment to fix my bottom teeth. She has been really helpful and the whole process has been smooth sailing. I really like how the doctor and staff get to know their patients. If I call about my appointment, they instantly know it’s me. The office definitely is the opposite of a corporate/factory feel. The staff are very patient and caring. You can tell they don’t try to pack in the patients. My appointments are always on time, which is nice, since I come to see them every 6 weeks or so. I was referred to this office by a friend of mine who had his Invisalign treatment completed by the same Doctor. I feel that no matter how many patients this office has, I’ll never be a number to them. I thought most orthodontists see kids mostly, but I did notice the doctor takes care of a lot of adults like myself. As a result, the practice feels friendly to both adults and children. I have been able to have my appointments after work and sometimes during my lunch break. My teeth look really awesome, and my bite feels right. Hope you get to check this place out!
I want to say that the service received and the quality of service is top notch. I have been a nurse for 23 years so i believe i have the expertise and ability to recognize quality, patient centered care when i see it. Dr. Tracy Cheung is a kind hearted orthodontist with great bedside manner. She has authentic care and concern for her patients. I met her about 3 years ago and she left such a great impression on me that i had to go through many channels to find her private practice (I could not remember her name), but after researching and asking alot of questions, i found her in Briar Cliff Manor. My daughters teeth are absolutely marvelous and i am a highly satisfied client. Just to add...appointments run on time with no delay and no waiting. I highly recommend!
I am so very pleased with the treatment and care Dr. Tracy and her team provide for my son Sean.We travel from a different county, and they have always been very accommodating and flexible when scheduling our appointments.The appointments always run on time.The office is extremely clean and well managed as well.My sons teeth are making fantastic progress.Dr. Tracy and all her staff are always very pleasant and compassionate,( my son had a lot of dental anxiety) and always do their best to make him feel comfortable and relaxed.I highly recommend this practice!Checking back in. I would describe this practice as organized, friendly, Meticulous, clean, detail-oriented and punctual. I was recommended to see Dr. Cheung by a co-worker and can totally appreciate why she came highly recommended. The practice is more so a boutique practice rather than high-volume, and as a result the practice is very in tune with my treatment plan and it’s execution. The consultation appointment (first appointment) really stood out to me because the doctor spent about an hour examining me and reviewing with me my treatment options. She was very clear on what results I could expect and how long the treatment would take. The office had also prepared my financial estimate ahead of time (you submit your insurance information ahead of the appointment) and so I was made aware of the treatment costs on the day of my consultation. The Doctor is very fast, and I mean this in a good way - in the sense that not only is the orthodontist and expert in this specialty but the execution and technical work is painless and quick. I am in and out of the office within 15-20 minutes and this includes checking in and checking out with the office staff. My treatment is now complete and I wear my retainers. FYI, Covid-19 precautions and social distancing definitely in place here.

Thrilled to be a patient here. Its never fun going for a Doctors appointment, but I actually enjoy coming for my visits at Orthodontic Harmony. My visits are quick and efficient. OK, brace yourself for a long story. Honestly, I had already been to the orthodontist a year ago for a consultation, but for whatever reason, I wasnt ready to start at that time. When I found Dr. Cheung, I was really impressed by her work. She is very experienced and her portfolio of work is truly impressive. She reviewed three options with me, which helped me to choose the best plan for myself. Seeing her before and after results really convinced me I had to go with her. And now, as my teeth respond beautifully to treatment, I can see for myself why patients love Dr. Cheung so much. Its very emotional for me to write this review, as I really hated how my teeth looked and now that they are much straighter, I can tell you that the process has been well worth it and has been life-changing. I work in an industry where I deal with clients every day, so to be able to put my best foot forward and have the confidence has helped me socially and as well in my career. I recently completed my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Tracy Cheung at Orthodontic Harmony. It took about 1 year from start to finish with braces. The office is very clean and organized. In addition to being an expert Board Certified Orthodontist, Dr. Tracy is gentle, quick and very hands-on. You can tell shes really passionate about her craft and its something she loves to do and not just a day job. Both the Doctor and her assistant Judy are easy to talk to. The text and email appointment reminders keep me on point. I love the end result and would give this office two thumbs up!
I had originally planned to initiate my orthodontic treatment in California, but a job change landed me in NYC. I needed an MSE expander, and was recommended by an Orthodontist in CA to check out Dr. Cheung, as she has a treated many patients with this appliance having trained at UCLA. I knew that at my age, the chances of successful expansion were about 75%, so I was prepared that there was a reasonable chance that I would not respond to the treatment. That said, I have been consistently impressed by Dr. Cheungs professionalism. The office is very clean, offers the latest technology, runs on time and is very organized. Its easy to plan my schedule because the appointment lengths are predictable. She is thorough yet efficient. The main procedure only took around 30 minutes, after which we reviewed instructions. The additional good news is that I am happy to report that I am responding well and my crossbite is being corrected!

What really separates Dr. Cheung as an outstandingly Orthodontist is her level of innovation. Her special techniques are conservative, efficient and work to achieve great results. Personally, I find her to be calm and gentle my young and dental-phobic child. She’s well trained in early treatment. My child has an appliance that is worn at home and we adjustment was very smooth. Great at reviewing what to expect. Her work is really en pointe and we have had no issues between appointments. Office is highly responsive and the results speak for themselves.

Dr. Tracy Li Cheung is a phenomenal dentist, she is professional and really cares about her patients . She has been taking great care of my son. I like the fact that even though he’s only 9, she always explains to him in detail his progress and every single step along the way. The office is very clean and brand new. I appreciate the fact that her office is accommodating, when it comes to scheduling appointments. At times I had to come in the office as a walk in, to fix my son’s wire. My 10 year old daughter has been going to Orthodontic Harmony for her overcrowding over the past 11 months. She has both an upper and lower palate expander that was installed and cared for by Orthodontic Harmony. Dr. Tracy was 1 of the 2 pediatric orthodontists who came highly recommended by our Long Island orthodontist when we moved. Not only is she current on orthodontic solutions / strategies, but she and her staff are warm and act as partners in our childrens orthodontic care. Dr. Cheung @ Orthodontic Harmony is an absolute genius! She is professional and has a no nonsense approach to her methodical, innovative practice. My child is currently under her care with what was, a severe underbite (among other challenges). Within 6 months time his underbite was entirely corrected! Which is absolutely incredible! Her staff is pleasant and very accommodating. Honestly, best care and attention to detail I’ve ever experienced. In addition, we take comfort in knowing that she truly knows her craft and is honest and straightforward all the time! We searched for a long time and researched many orthodontists before finding her. Our research paid off!

When I first went to Orthodontic Harmony, my self esteem was very low. I had, for years, been so embarrassed by my teeth, that I used to put my hand over my mouth when I smiled or laughed. I had suffered gum disease in the past, had overcrowded teeth and a tooth growing on the roof of my mouth that was pushing my front teeth forward. I was a complicated case. I used to say I was like Nanny McPhee! Dr Tracy was fo kind and compassionate, and reassured me that she had confidence that she could give me a smile I would not be embarrassed to show off. In her opinion, she thought I was going to be ok. That was just over a year and a half ago. I have been wearing Invisalign since then, and I am seeing fantastic results that I honestly had just dreamed about in the past. I no longer feel embarrassed to smile, nor do I put my hand up to cover my mouth, and I’m not even finished with my treatment yet. I’m thrilled with my results so far! Im an adult patient who had orthodontics as a teen but my teeth shifted due to not wearing my retainers long-term. Dr. Tracy Cheung did an excellent job correcting my relapsed teeth back to ideal alignment. She is incredibly meticulous, caring and efficient, and scheduling is a cinch around my full-time work schedule. Her office is extremely clean, and is definitely both kid AND adult friendly.

Dr. Cheung is one of the most caring and thoughtful doctors that I know, and Ive been to many in my time. Shes a total people person and a great listener. Shes the kind of Doctor who remembers the smallest details, even random things I share with her about my day/week. She did a fantastic job with my Orthodontic treatment, and my bite looks and feels great. She gave me two options (braces or Invisalign). I went with Invisalign because it fit my lifestyle better, but Im sure she would have done a great job with the braces as well. Dr. Cheung is very quick, efficient, and hands-on. She has a great supporting staff who are kind. I was able to get my appointments in before going to work, as well, which was nice. I like to get as much done at each appointment, and I appreciated that they were able to go over my insurance, treatment plan and get me started on the day of my consultation (this was a year ago and I still remember the efficiency of appointment #1). I really appreciated how prepared the office was to see me. Aside from the great result, what I love most about Dr. Cheung is that she genuinely seems like a great person who really puts her patients best interests first. Very down-to-earth personality. For anyone who has ever felt scared or uncomfortable at a different orthodontist or dentist there is no problem here. The staff are all so kind and welcoming as well as so effortlessly brilliant at their job that I almost find my appointments to be therapeutic. Especially now in this difficult time I have never once felt scared or unsure walking in here. Everything is brilliant and I can not recommend it more.
Dr. Chueng is not only a lovely person but she is also an amazing orthodontist! I felt comfortable and reassured every time I came to see her and Im so happy I made the decision to have my dental work done with her. I have been having a great experience at Orthodontic Harmony. I am about half way through the Invisalign process. Dr. Tracy is fantastic. She is very friendly and supportive. The staff is great too. Appointments always run on time. I have never been in the waiting room more than about 5 minutes. The office is brand new and very clean. I have no regrets in choosing Orthodonic Harmony.

I had a great experience today with Dr. Tracy Cheung. We are not officially her patient, but my son had run out of rubber bands for his braces and our orthodontist is closed. Dr Cheung was quite willing to help us out for free! We met at their very nice, very clean office and she refilled his rubber bands. Let me just start by saying that Dr. Tracy Li Cheung is brilliant, and it’s clear to anyone who steps foot into her office that she is so knowledgeable to what she is doing. I immediately picked up on her credibility and trusted her from the start of my treatment.Flash forward, I have had my invisalign treatment for almost a year now and with due diligence I am seeing beautiful changes to my teeth.Something I’d like to mention is that orthodontic treatment requires responsibility as a patient. A portion of Tracy’s success and career relies off of that patient commitment. Of course, she can’t be there to always badger you to wear your rubber bands and convince you to get up and put your aligner in before bed after an exhausting day.I recently had a hiccup where I lost an aligner and was without wear for about 8 days. Little did I know how fast my teeth would move and the next aligner was not fitting as it should. I’m sure it was frustrating for Dr. Cheung to see backwards movement in my progress, but also, it was this conversation that allowed me to see how dedicated and PASSIONATE she is to her practice. She assured me if something happens in the future, we must act on getting me into an aligner ASAP. Tracy has the type of hustle that haunts her on her personal time - worrying about her patients. This is the passion that speaks measures.Anyway, she gives you all the extras and resources to have a successful treatment. From start to finish, Dr. Cheung walked us through every step of expanders and braces with patience and the utmost professionalism. Both my son and daughter have been treated at Orthodontic Harmony and Im so glad we chose this practice.My daughter just finished her treatment with expander and braces which could not have gone better. I never liked my smile. Always would cover my mouth when i laughed. Was very self conscience about how my teeth looked. I had and over bite and crowded mouth. I got my braces on in March of 2015. It was a journey that included extraction, power changes, etc. I developed healthy dental hygene while caring for my braces. Today, I got them off. 2.5 years later. I love my confidence when I smile. Dr Cheung was an amazing Orthodontist. She was professional, patient and really cared about the treatment and progress. She personally invested herself, to make sure I was going to be happy with the results, and I am! I highly recommend her.

I came to Orthodontic Harmony after mulling about getting my smile corrected for years. I was hesitant because I thought my bite and smile could not be corrected without jaw surgery and I did not want to go down that path. My case was pretty complicated and most orthodontists have recommended surgery. When I met Dr. Cheung I knew that I picked the right place. She is so knowledgeable/personable and presents you with many different treatments options after listening to what you want to do with your smile. She welcomed the challenge of a complicated/hard case and tackled it head on. She does not try to pressure you to do what she wants, but rather informs you about the best course of action and allows you to decide what you want to do with your smile. This is a rarity in my experience as most orthodontists I have been to give you one treatment option and that thats the only way to fix your smile. My review is regarding my experience with Dr. Cheung, her staff and the 3M Clarity Clear aligner treatment. I have had braces before as an adolescent, and had a retainer glued to the back of my lower teeth for years and no longer have a retainer for the top teeth. As a result, spaces developed between my upper back teeth and I was having difficult flossing my bottom teeth because of the attached retainer. I found Dr. Cheung based on a recommendation from a dentist and came in for an evaluation. I read the reviews as well. I noticed there were only one or two negative reviews, which oddly enough, bolstered the office’s credibility and authenticity. There’s always two sides to any complaint or compliment. I noticed that the reviews were overwhelmingly positive and detailed, so I decided to move forward. I had the glued on retainer removed and the spaces closed around my upper teeth. The clear aligners have been a great choice for me because they are invisible and do not interfere with work. The office is easy to work with. If I need to reach the office to reschedule an appointment, my calls are answered and on the rare times I have left a message I always get a call back promptly if it’s during business hours. Payment plan was straight forward - monthly autopay so I don’t have to worry about paying when I’m at the office and need to rush back to work. I usually go during my lunch break. Dr. Cheung is kind, patient and efficient. My appointments, other than the first two appointments which do need to be longer to get my set up, have all been under 15 minutes so I can easily squeeze this in during my lunch break at work. I appreciated that Dr. Cheung has a ton of before and after photos to share with my so that I could feel confident about my own experience. I’m now almost done with treatment and my spaces are closed. The staff are helpful and polite. Office is extremely clean, as a healthcare practice should be. You can tell the company takes pride in what they do and want to put their best foot forward for their patients. Even during Covid 19, the office was great at communicating with me. They did not wait for me to call. They promptly mailed me my next aligners without my even asking. I am impressed by how seamless the experience has been. I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Cheung in lieu of my regular visit. I appreciate that the practice goes above and beyond for its patients.
I needed emergency bonding and Dr. Tracy took me in right away...that same day to get it done! She is kind, understanding and accommodating.I will share this experience with all of my family and friends in the area. Dr. Tracy is an outstanding orthodontist!
I had a great experience with Dr. Cheung. i had very crowded and misaligned teeth that are now perfectly straight. Dr. Cheung is always patient and kind. she is also very quick and efficient so that my appointments are short. ia very happy with the result and would recommend her to my friends and family.
Dr. Cheung makes challenging orthodontic treatment easy. I am normally apprehensive about going to the dentist (like many!) but Dr. Cheung has this awesome combination of being both highly efficient and easy-going. I noticed that she is extremely hands-on, as well! Done with treatment now, very happy with the result and in retainers now!

My past year coming to Orthodontic Harmony was such a spectacular experience, when entering the facility you receive such a warm welcome from their genuine smiles. Dr. Cheung walked us through every single detail about the procedures they’ve done. Unlike others, they give you their time. Today one of my gums were bleeding and so we called in for an appointment. By the way, today is New Year’s Eve. They went out of their way to help my gums feel comfortable, on a holiday. Thank you Dr. Cheung and Happy New Year!
What can I say? Dr. Cheung is a phenomenal doctor and orthodontist. My seven year-old has a a phobia of health care providers and dentists, especially, and Dr. Cheung put her at ease. I am honestly blown away by her chair side manner and her ability to make the process informative and fun, so much to the point that my son looked forward to his appointments and came with good questions to ask. Weve been working with Dr. Cheung for 1.5 years now, and now stop in every 6 months for growth and development checks. The office is also very clean.

Dr Tracy explained all benefits and recommended a fairly short Invisalign treatment. It is with much pleasure that I write this review of Dr.Tracy Cheung. I have been her patient for almost two years. I am probably one of her oldest patients as at the age of 63 decided to try Invisalign. I have been so happy with my results and believe it is because of Dr.Cheungs expertise. She was always so positive,encouraging and believed that I was going to have wonderful results. She was right! My teeth are beautiful and I have gotten so many compliments. A job pushed me to move across the country halfway through already ongoing orthodontic treatment. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find a quality orthodontist quickly enough to help me out. I was so lucky that I found Dr. Cheung at Orthodontic Harmony. She explained my options moving forward and I chose to exchange my traditional braces for Invisalign. It has been life changing. As my teeth get progressively better I now smile with confidence :) Dr. Cheung takes her time explaining her process, methods, and is always willing to answer all of my questions. I have never felt rushed at her practice, which I can’t say was always the case at my previous treatment center. Thank you Dr. Cheung and staff at Orthodontic Harmony for always putting patient satisfaction and comfort first. Ive been going to orthodontic harmony for about 3 years now. I initially got braces up top to close my gap and then got them on the bottom in order to prepare for double jaw surgery which I didnt plan on having. FYI if you have an underbite and you get braces to close a gap up top it will make your underbite appear worse : / It was a long process for me but Dr. Cheung is great. She is very professional and wants your smile to be as perfect as possible. She also recommended me to great oral surgeon. I never have to wait very long when I go to see her : ) I am happy I chose her practice even though it is out the way for me but it is definitely worth the drive.

The staff and Dr are highly attentive and accommodating. My daughter was leaving for Sleepaway Camp and her orthodontist was away. She needed rubber bands and I called this office fully expecting to pay as we were not patients. The doctors office asked me to take a picture of the bag to ensure that they had the correct rubber bands before I made the trip. When I arrived they told me there was no charge.! Super appreciative and thankful for the doctor and her staff!

As an adult getting Invisalign was a little nerve-wracking but everyone in the office has always answered all my constant questions and concerns with no judgment! Dr. Cheung is fantastic. She always kept her word on what she said she would do. I had an impacted canine that ther doctors did not think could be brought in, but she collaborated well with the surgeon she recommended and brought down the tooth beautifully. She also took the time to speak with my mom about the treatment and was always really patient with us. Dr. Cheung was phenomenal throughout the whole invaslign process. She answered all my questions and made herself available when needed. I am a colleague of Dr. Cheung who has taken over a transfer case of hers when the patient moved to Los Angeles from New York for work. From reading the other reviews left, The fact that this patient was incredibly happy yet sad to move on from Dr. Cheung is no surprise. What is really amazing was that this was a complicated case that was being completed with clear aligners. I have to say, I never would have imagined that this patient could have been treated with plastic aligners given the initial records, so I am impressed by how dedicated Dr. Cheung is to treating patients at such a high level with this modality. The demand for treatment with clear aligners and other esthetic options is growing now that many adults are seeking treatment. If you are in the NY metropolitan area, I would look no further as you will be in the best hands possible. As I finish this review, the next thing I need to do is contact Dr. Cheung for some tips with aligner treatment !
Awesome orthodontist. Dr tracy is friendly and efficient. Great with adult orthodontics. The office communicates really well with me and this is hands down the easiest doctors office for me to deal wit . Highly highly recommend them. The service at Orthodontic Harmony is outstanding. the Doctor is very approachable and positive. extremely down to earth and perfect results. also, this office is extremely clean compared to other medical offices. i don’t know how they manage to keep it so clean but i’m impressed. whenever i has a question about my insurance or billing, the office manager is very prompt and accurate. my appointments were on time and efficient. i’m actually going to miss this office as i’m now in retainers. ill only be seeing them every 6 months to 12 months now. thanks for everything !

2022-02-06All done with my treatment! My treatment took around 1.5 years. I was given the option of either clear aligners or braces. I chose braces because I didnt want to worry about putting my hands in my mouth during the pandemic. My appointments were around every six to eight weeks and were always on time, so I only had to step away from work for a total of 1 hour each time (including getting to and from the office). Honestly, I had pretty high expectations going into the treatment because I had been referred to the practice by a good friend. I am very happy with the outcome! Dr. Cheung knows orthodontics backwards and forwards, and her staff are kind and understanding. No weekend hours, but I was able to make the appointments fit because of how quick they are.

2022-03-03If you are doing research for a top-notch orthodontic practice, youve come to the right place. Its a small team but the quality of care is not only consistent but exceptional. Dr. Tracy and Ayxa are a great team. My appointments are always on time, and the office is hi tech. I think the treatment costs are in line with the quality of services delivered. I am on zoom a lot for work, and I feel a lot more comfortable getting in front of the camera now that my teeth are straight. Parking is easy and the office is clean and modern.

2022-02-06There is not much flexibility when it comes to this office. When I came in for my consultation, I thought we were on the same page in terms of my treatment, however when I came back (almost two months later after putting down an initial deposit and making payments every month) to put my actual attachments on, I was looking at 40 trays on the screen and at the end my teeth dipped in some odd way to close a small open gap in my smile. I didnt want any of that, so Dr. Cheung suggested we stop treatment around 19 trays. That was fine, but no mention of cost reduction (even though I was apparently paying for a 40 tray treatment plan). After having the attachments/clear aligners for 24 hours I decided this was not going to work for me. I needed the attachments off ASAP because my teeth had already been moving prior to treatment and I wear a night guard for severe bruxism. Staff could not get me an appointment for two weeks, but still wanted to charge my card the remaining balance at that time. I told them I wanted to wait for that until my attachments were taken off, which thankfully they allowed me to do. When I re-explained my bruxism situation, I was told to buy a night guard from a CVS (which didnt fit over the many attachments I had on). So I spent night after night grinding my teeth and watching them shift more and more until they saw me two weeks later and finally removed everything. I paid the remainder of my bill with no retainer (that would have been an extra cost) so I had to find another ortho who helped me get a same day retainer.I do think Dr. Chueng is a good orthodontist who knows her stuff, but make sure you are very specific with what you want and how you want it so that there is no miscommunication. Also understand that you are on their time, and it is rare any accommodations will be made for you, especially during Covid. To end on a positive note, the office is kept clean as a whistle and all C19 protocols are strictly followed.

2022-06-27Dr. Cheung is very suspecious. She also does not treat old patients well and pretend to be nice to new patients. Once you become her patients, she will become less and less patient. She wrote lots of reviews herself. How crazy is that? I hope she can change because she still has some patients. Please be nice to your patients. Thanks
